Food is delicious and healthy, I just wish I didn't have to repeat my order several times. It can get busy at peak times too.

Not five stars because employees here are annoying. They're weirdly perky. They always ask me how many are in my party, and I always have to say it's just me, since I only go there for lunch during work. Thanks for making me feel like a loser, even though most people can tell who's with who in a line. Apparently these guys can't. There's no point in them even asking that question unless it's the cashier. It's seriously so irritating. Food is always delicious, however. Get a mix of the chicken enchilada chili and cauliflower soups. It's really good.

The food is 5 stars but the staff ALWAYS interrupts you when you talk. It's so rude! "Welcome to Zupas. What can I make for you?" "Hi can I get a tomato basil sou-" "Go down the line" "Hey, what can I make for you?" "Can I get a tomato bas-" "Small or large?" "Sm-" "For here or to go?" "To g-" "Would you like Orzo pasta?" "Yes ple-" "Ok just go down to the register" WTF

Zupas is a delicious fresh meal with many varieties of salads, sandwiches and soups to choose from. It's helpful to know what's on the menu before you get shuttled thru the line. It's a busy place and the line moves quickly, so be ready to order! Our meal was fresh and fast with yummy dipped strawberries and slices of bread. I always get the chicken pesto with mango berry salad. This is usually enough to feed me and share with a friend! Don't forget to order your dessert and get you soda cup. They have a special "drink bar" for unique mix-in. A server came by and checked on us and cleared away some empty plates. Christmas time is a bit busy. We love zupas!! Bring a jacket- it's always a bit chilly.

Most of the food is pretty good. I live the strawberry and roll. Great, flexible combo options too. The service is very friendly. So why give them a one star rating? False advertising. The "Crab Avocado Melt" sandwich uses fake crab. You can't call it crab if it's not, and they do so in the name and description. Screencap from menu attached. They are flat out lying to their customers. Not cool. That particular sandwich was disgusting.

Always s good place to go when you need healthy food quickly. Lettuce is always fresh and crisp. Soup are delicious. You get a strawberry dip in chocolate and some fresh bread with every meal. Really good food.

Very good salad and sandwiches. Never disappoint me. Always a quick line. BBQ chicken salad never gets old. Price is a little high, but ill always go back.

The friendly greeter at the entrance is awkward and unnecessary; I loath the in-your-face friendliness so no one can justify criticizing the service. There are about a couple of dozen people behind the counter, surely the food could be given more love. Every single empty table was dirty and there was one guy sort of moping around and watching what he could do. I wanted to say, "Hey, wipe the tables!" We've been twice and the food was never good. Not like they messed-up gross, but more like everything-tastes-the-same-not-made-with-love gross. Pre-cooked or microwaved bacon has a distinct taste. Just cook it the regular way each morning! The reason I'm so annoyed is that everyone in Utah raves about Zupas. Extremely overrated. Don't ever tell me you love the food at this place so help me....

I love their salads here and their yucatan chicken Tortilla chip soup. Actually all soups tasted great and haven't ordered anything that I haven't liked here. Price is also pretty good.

Pretty good food but I hate having to order several times. Tonight each person that asked for my order didn't listen so I had to order a total of 5 times. Very disappointing!

I really love this restaurant. It's a classy cafeteria style soup/sandwich/salad place. They offer unique flavors and great combos. The value is good. They are always busy but I've never had trouble getting a table at lunch or dinner. My favorite is the great casual relaxed atmosphere and the chocolate-covered-strawberry with every purchase. YUM!

Not bad. Not amazing. Not worth the hype, in my opinion. Not expensive. Not too corporate. Not tremendously filling, but not too skimpy, either. Not unsatisfying. Not low brow or high brow. Not a place I'll got all the time. Not a place I regret going to. Basically, Zupas is a lot of "nots" for me, some good, some bad.

Not sure why they list Cafe Zupas' as healthy when it's really not. I've always found the soups to be packed with salt and the salad dressings to be way too sweet. The proportions and flavors are okay but it always leave something to be desired. I can easily find an alternative that is cheaper and healthier than this so thanks but no thanks.

My wife and I are big fans. Zupas is great for a date or a night out. Great value for the money spent.

Always pretty average. The 'Summer Chicken Salad' I ordered on a recent visit was heavy on spinach, light on everything else. I decided to watch without comment as the salad maker carefully counted out every strawberry, dried cranberry, and grape as if it were coming out of her paycheck. Just average--nothing to look forward to.

Great place for a healthy lunch. Fresh soups and salads and satisfy your sweet tooth with a chocolate covered strawberry (included). I would come here again

This location is great the service is awesome goes quick. Even going at a busy time is still pretty good. The parking is huge and have enjoyed every bite of my salad and sandwich.

This location is a lot less busy than the one in Provo and has plenty of seating, but it's always so loud that I order my food to go. The new design feels like it's meant for a club rather than a soup and sandwich joint. I haven't had any food here that I haven't liked, but I order the same thing just about every time (the honey bacon panini with pesto instead of honey mustard and the wisconsin cauliflower soup. and I visit about once a month. The price matches the amount of food you get and the service is pretty fast.

I really like this place a lot but its always really busy. It takes for ever to order and get your food. Other than that, the salads are great. Always fresh and a good quantity. The sandwiches are really good all the time too. Great healthy place to eat.

We used to go to the Zupas down in Provo when it first opened and it was awesome, then they redesigned the restaurant and franchised/opened a lot more locations. Once that happened, their quality seemed to really drop. I used to love their panini sandwiches, but they swapped out the old panini presses for new ones and now you get a really heavy cooking oil flavor in every sandwich, so I've started ordering their other non-pressed sandwiches instead. Their salads are still decent and the ingredients tend to be pretty fresh. They give you a chocolate covered strawberry with each meal which can be hit or miss. If it's a good, ripe strawberry, they're amazing. The issue is that sometimes they use strawberries that aren't very fresh, and you don't really know until you try. The decor is pretty awful. The neon diner look isn't that appealing. I preferred the old Provo look before they remodeled it. The benefit of the current layout is that there are more seats available. I don't mind visiting every once in a while, but it's not somewhere I insist on going any more.

Great selection of soups and sandwiches. Very creative flavors and there is something for everyone to eat. The dining experience is casual and friendly. I've really grown to like this place.

The portions are more than fare for the price. The seasoning is good, and they do not add too much dressing. I tried the Piña Colada 1/2 salad with chunks of chicken which were very tasty! The mandarin oranges were sweet, the lettuce was fresh, the coconut flakes were crisp, pineapple was juicy, and the dressing was subtle yet not overpowering...

Cafe Zupas is, in it's own sphere, as good as it gets. You can't find another sandwich/soup/salad place with a menu that's as diverse, consistently delicious, relatively inexpensive, and service as quick as this place. If there was one thing they could change, it would be better seating. Zupas is too popular for it's own good, so expect long lines at peak lunch and dinner times. Still, the line moves quickly, so have someone in your group save a table as it becomes available. I would recommend getting the try two combo, and literally any two you try will be delicious. They'll let you sample any of the soups before you pick one so try a few!

Every time I've eaten here I've been disappointed: one time they don't have the soup advertised on the large marquee at the line for orders. "That's for next week" they say. This time they advertise white bean and sausage at the door but have white bean vegetarian on the menu, so I'm cautious. I ask "Do you have the Thai lobster curry?" The woman says "Yes" and ladles me a bowl. When I get to my table it is a very rich lobster bisque. No curry whatsoever. I don't know whether she didn't listen or didn't know the difference. This is the third or fourth time I've come here and each time something like this has happened. The food is okay. B or B+. For example, the salads look great but it is difficult to get one that doesn't have a dressing that is too sweet. The soups tend to be too rich or too salty, though not awfully so. The big problem here is that the correspondence between their menu and their offerings is weird and the ability of their workers to fill the order requested is poor. Unfortunately that's not a one-time problem.

Wow. I was not excited to go here. I ordered soup/sand. First time eating a panini (sp?). I had the California, turkey, avocado, dee-lish!! I also enjoyed a bowl of the Wisconsin cauliflower. I really enjoyed it. I also sampled the tomato basil with orzo. Really good. Our meals were served with a slice of delicious soft French-type bread and a white chocolate dipped strawberry. The salads looked very good and fresh. Our meals were of excellent quality. I can't wait to go back!!

Great soups and salads! If they hadn't changed their bread, I would say the same about the sandwiches. I also like how often they come out with something new. I think they lay it on a little "thick" with the strawberry dipped in chocolate and that piece of bread they call a "baguette" but otherwise, a very good meal. And this location has much better service than the one in Provo.

Soup, sandwich, and chocolate dipped strawberries?! What could be a better meal? The amount of options that they offer at Zupas is great. My husband and I, who have very different tastes, were both able to find things that we liked. The food seemed quiet healthy as well as being very tasty. Loved the atmosphere as well. They even have charging stations for various electronic devices (like iPods). This was a fun discovery and would be helpful while traveling. We will absolutely go back to try more!

Great food. Everything made to order. I had the Tomato Basil Soup, it was really good. You can add toppings which really compliment the soup. Salads are made to order as are the sandwiches. Everything is made as you watch and direct. Wish this restaurant was also in Oregon!!!

Normally, I am not the biggest fan of a "soup & salad" place (I'm a guy, after all...). But I have to say that this place far exceeded my expectations. They always have over a dozen types of soup to choose from, but I keep coming back to the Tomato Basil. They have a wide selection of panini's and salads, which are mixed up fresh as you order them. We go here often and I definitely recommend it. The one negative is that the "cafeteria style" ordering counter is a bit clumsy. You end up having to order things twice... Once when you ask them to make something for you, and once again when you pick it up to pay.

I liked the atmosphere, but my salad and panini were not good at all. My "hot" panini was cold and bland, and my salad was lifeless. I tried my wife's dishes too, and same basic story. My daughters soup tasted plasticy, and not fresh.

Ate here last night with my fam and as always am impressed with how Zupas nails it. Every detail is taken care of and the food varieties are all delicious. Two thumbs up

I'm a huge fan of the Zupas franchise. I don't know how healthy it actually is, but being a fat girl at heart, I don't really care, it just makes me feel good I'm having quick food, but not fast food. When I come here, it's a struggle. I can't ever make up my mind. I want EVERYTHING!!!. The one star lacking is because sometimes when I order a large soup to go, it's barely over half of the container. I would accept it if it's 3 quarters, but barely over half, no. Why did I pay extra money if I was only getting a little over half size? So yeah, that's my only complaint. Love it here otherwise. Oh, and wait is rather long during weekday lunch hours.

Mmm, where do you go when you are craving soup, salad, sandwiches, and chocolate dipped strawberries? The answer's easy: Cafe Zupas. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and menus, the employees were efficient and fast, which is nice when you know exactly what you want. I always order the Pesto Chicken sandwich and Nuts About Berries salad. Seriously, if you have no idea where to start, get that--then grab a to-go menu and check out the other options for future reference. After I paid for my meal (which was less than $10) I took advantage of the soda bar and mix ins, as well as the complimentary electronic charging station! I left fat and happy. TIPS & TRICKS: * Again, the employees are fast at what they do, so if you need a minute to look over the menu, don't do it in line! Grab a pamphlet and glance over it, it's less stressful and you can take your time debating between the Chicken Enchilada or the Tomato Basil soup. * Speaking of the Chicken Enchilada soup, make sure you get the sour cream on top--but forego the cheese, unless you like melted cheese sticking to your chin.

The soups are great, and the salads tasty if not skimpy on the toppings. The weird part is the in-your-face assembly-line interactions with like 10 people, repeating your order to each person. Here is the weirdest of interactions I've had so far: (I pick up my salad from the assembly line) Perky Employee: I need your salad. Me: What for? Perky Employee: To put it in a bag and put bread in it. Me: No thanks. Perky Employee: But it need it. Me: No thanks. Perky Employe: But that's not how we do it here at Zupas. You need to give it to me, so I can put it in a bag. Me: I don't want a bag or bread or strawberry. Perky Employee: But I need to tell the cashier what you ordered. Me (now with much sarcasm): Oh, that's right. Because I can't remember what I ordered 30 seconds ago. She finally let me be. Seriously, Zupas, you have some intensely weird training for your folks behind the counter. Because this type of discussion has happened with like 2 other employees. Sadly I avoid your tasty food because of the bizarre customer service. Please stop the weirdness.
