Aubergine and Company Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Delicious and nutritious! HUGE serving sizes and beautiful presentation. I ordered the Fiji green smoothie and a Brazilian acai bowl. I haven't had an acai bowl before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it was scrumptious and very filling. Good green smoothies are hard to find and in glad I kept looking because the Fiji smoothie I ordered was perfectly sweet while not overpowering the greens. It was empty inside when we arrived but was quick to fill up with all sorts of fitspos. Great spot! Love having these around.

Aubergine is one of the few restaurants, if not the only restaurant in Utah county that truly promotes healthy eating and living. Plastered on the wall in decorative vinyl is their saying, "Eat Better, Feel Different. Your health is our first priority." Upon further investigation of the menu, it is hard to disagree with them. From Mediterranean sandwiches and salads, to soups and fresh made Açai and smoothies, this place is a dream. I haven't been here enough to try the entire menu, but from my experience thus far I'll give it a solid 4 stars. The last week I have been starting my mornings off with an Açai bowl. Their Açai menu has around 9 bowls, all with various fruits and power foods topped on top of some blended Açai. It isn't the best I've ever had, but it is certainly the best in Utah county. However, it comes at a price. A small 16 oz bowl will cost you $8.95 on average. It tastes fresh, but I don't feel incredible after eating it. The interior is decorated nicely with a moderately rustic and modern decor. The lines are somewhat confusing, with these little signs trying to tell you where to go which hardly make sense in all of the commotion of the lunch hour rush. If you are looking for a spot to eat truly healthy and honestly prepared food, this is your place. Expect to spend just a little bit more than your usual lunch, but most of the time it will be worth it.

Ok, so I'm going to try not to get caught up in the hype. But Aubergine is good! My wife and I had never been there before and we decided to try it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our many questions and were very polite. I'm not a help food nut, so I wasn't sure what to get so I took her suggestion. I got the Dream salad. It was delicious with apples, candied walnuts, red and green peppers, grape tomatoes and an assortment of other delicious veggies. It came with a Jalapeño creamy dressing that I can still taste. The con for freshness is the price. Unfortunately words like "organic" come with a pretty steep price tag. I didn't feel like the price was too steep, however I do feel that Aubergine has a huge change to turn the idea of eating out around. It really is a shame that you can go out and buy a pound of beef for $0.99, and a pound bag of fresh spinach for $9.99. I digress. Overall impression of Aubergine is if I continue to go my stomach will get thin on some very delicious food, unfortunately so will my wallet!

So much flavor packed in so many different ways in the many different bites. This is the second time I've visited and my guests all loved the experience. It is one of the most different types of food that you can eat in all of Utah County. And even though it is so unique and "foreign" to most, the quality of ingredients and rich flavors will be universally liked by anyone who can appreciate what good food really can be. The owner is from Brazil and loves to chat it up. He'll highly recommend their fresh juice ("no sugar added," he excitedly explains); and today I obliged and did not regret a drop on this hot summer day. I recommend this place highly. Enjoy.

Besides the fact that their "wild salmon" tastes like it's been frozen for 5 years, I like this place. I like the assortment of veggies and topping to put on your salad or in your wraps. I also like the smoothie bowls and lemonades. I would come here again for sure! Just don't order the salmon

I feel like I should be comparing this place to Utah standards, but I've definitely had better. I ordered the asian chopped salad with a 'medium' drizzle of ginger dressing. I thought the salad was fine, but the dressing was sort of bland and boring. My boyfriend tried their chicken pita, which was decent, but not better than what I've had in the Bay Area.. As far as the area goes this is a fantastic spot to grab a healthy bite and I'd probably choose it over dozens of other fast-food type restaurants that have 'salads'. I'd definitely be into trying out their acai bowls next visit. The best thing I ate was the complimentary Brazillian cheese bread that came with my salad... definitely go back for those!

Good food for the most part but over-priced. Decent acaí bowls, but nothing out of this world. Definitely clean and healthy if that's what you're looking for.

This place has such potential! The raw ingredients and theme are there, but execution is severally lacking. First of all, there is too much customization! How is that possible you ask? Because most people are not familiar with Mediterranean food, and aren't sure what flavors to put together. It's great to have the option to customize, but favorite combinations/suggestions should be posted on the menu so firstimers don't accidentally create something gross. Also, the flow of ordering was very awkward. You weren't really sure what line to stand in and the employees (maybe most of them are new) seemed clueless. Hoping this place improves and more healthy eating options come to Provo!

Absolutely deliciously fresh and healthful food choices at Aubergine. The servers were polite, knowledgeable and fast!

Came in here craving something healthy and fresh and that is what I got. An abundance of Greek inspired toppings made choosing not what I wanted in my pita quite difficult so, I put them all in! Nice sized portions to make up for the priciness. If you are into the health food scene, this is the place to try.

After hearing that there was a healthy and delicious cafe in Orem, I had to try it. Aubergine is decorated very nicely inside and has a really good vibe going on. The menu was a headache and very confusing, and the line you have to walk down when ordering and paying is split into these weird little sections, also very confusing and annoying. It took a bit to make my salad because they chop it fresh and mix it right in front of you. This is where things started to get better. My salad was delicious and loaded with flavor and fresh ingredients. I got the chicken dream salad which has a jalapeño dressing which I got mixed with the cranberry salad. It had the perfect amount of spice. The cheese bread that came with it was to die for. It seriously was so good. I got the pitaya bowl for dessert which is like an acai bowl covered in blueberries and bananas. Truly a masterpiece.

I just want to comment on the great customer service this place has. We had a mix up with our order and one of the managers took really good care of us. Great food and great service.

Okay I have been here twice. The first time I got a sandwich and it sucked. So I tried a salad which was okay. But a 1/4 cup of chicken?! That is nothing! The price is too high to only get the protein of a baby. Also some of their dressings don't have sugar in the ingredients but there is sugar. Whole30 people be aware!

Good place. A little pricey. I enjoyed the Wild Salmon salad. My main complaint is the little amount of salmon on the salad. However, the meal was good and I food enjoy my smoothie.

  • Katie R.

I thought the food I had was good. I had a salad, it was named Greek or Italian something like that. It was good, especially considering it wasn't doused in ranch. Which is my typical course of action when I order a salad. The portion was generous. I added salmon. I debated on adding chicken but in was in some weird juice thing that was not at all appetizing. It was the smaller salad and even still I couldn't finish it. There were a lot of mix-ins, I like that they let you customize it a little bit. The wheat pita they served with was excellent. I would eat here again. Next time I am curios to try a juice and or smoothie.

I've been here twice now and have been impressed both times. The ingredients are healthy and delicious. The serving size is plentiful. Many options for vegans and vegetarians. I recommend the salmon salad...

Highest quality ingredients, remarkably good favors, reasonably priced for the quality. Need more options like this!

I wouldn't have sought this place out for lunch, its just not my kind of place. I came here with my daughter and to be honest, I wanted to go someplace else. I'm not really the hipster salad kind of earthy guy. They had stuff I didn't know what was, but the lady could see by the blank look on my face that I wouldn't know the difference between red quinoa and goat cheese, even if the goat kicked me in the head.. She was pretty friendly and helpful and took the time to sell me. I liked her. Then the guy whipped out this klingon sword-ish thing, and started chopping everything up. Right on. That way I wouldn't get salad dressing on my beard while trying to get it in my mouth. Nice feature, I thought. I got the Jalapeno/Pesto dressing. I'll be back. It's been a while since I've been here and I can still taste the flavor of that salad. Great food, good service, and friendly *cough* hippies. The food is fresh and these guys know what they're doing, even for a redneck biker like me. I'll definitely be back. Way to go Aubergine!

  • Chenye T.

Loved it! So many choices and they all look good. I had a half sandwich and soup. It was plenty of food and the soup, cauliflower and broccoli was delicious. I just wish there was a location near me.

I'm temporarily living in Provo (from SF bay area), so I'm used to places like this back in Cali. Aubergine was like a small slice of the Bay Area food culture in Orem, Utah. I also love the fact that it's right next to Sprouts. I can enjoy a quick meal before going grocery shopping and save some money since I wouldn't be shopping on an empty stomach. :-) This is THE SPOT for fresh, healthy and tasty food & smoothies! I got the falafel sandwich with tabouli, greens, olives, tahini, tzatziki (cucumber sauce), chipotle sauce, hummus, and feta cheese. It was delicious. I've had a ton of falafel sandwiches in my life and Aubergine's falafel is definitely in my top 5. Primarily due to the fact that they use good quality ingredients, and I can get my sandwich (or salad) made however I want. The falafel patty itself could use a little more spices in it so as to represent the authentic falafel taste more faithfully, but I'm not complaining. I haven't tried any of their smoothies get, but that's next on my list.

Morning after morning I skip breakfast but today I stopped by Aubergine and my stomach is glad I did. If my mom saw me eating one of their acai bowls she would be proud. The fresh and healthy ingredients were well blended and well portioned. Typically I am not a fan of oatmeal like meals but Aubergine changed my mind. As far as decor goes, they have done an amazing job considering it is nestled in a strip mall. Their rustic modern decor and good music selection made the medium wait time pleasant. Here are my tips to have a good experience at Aubergine: -don't go in when you are rushed -expect to pay more than chain restaurants like Zupas or Kneaders

I had heard that Utah is lacking in healthy/vegan food options, but I was pleasantly surprised with what we found on our last trip. We got the pitas (chicken for me, falafel for my friend) and we were both impressed with the various choices that were available. I also got the combo with the sweet potato bites and lemonade and my friend got a soup on the side. The sweet potato bites were pretty undercooked, but they were flavored nicely, so it wasn't a total fail. The lemonades were both fantastic and my friend said his soup was pretty tasty. I saw they also had chia seed pudding, so I basically dropped everything and ordered that as well. Chia seed pudding is maybe one of my favorite food things ever and rarely do I see it when I go out to eat. The girl who took my order was super friendly and had some great suggestions, so points for that as well. Overall, a nice experience. It was a little pricey ($20 for one person), but the quality was solid so I didn't mind too much. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

If you love, like, or have never tried Mediterranean food, go here. One of my favorite restaurants in the Provo/Orem area. It's healthy, allows for customization, and most of all is delicious. Their smoothies and agave lemonades are alone to die for.

This is literally my favorite place to eat! If my husband would let me I'd eat here everyday for every meal! Super healthy and Delish!!

The food was okay, relatively authentic but not the best falafel I've ever had. Ultimately not my favorite place. The soups were my favorite part their different, still good.

  • Jared A.

I understand this place is supposed to be a healthy alternative. That's great, I enjoyed that aspect. But honestly, it wasn't that good. Maybe that's because it's a healthy alternative, but every thing our group got was very bland. We got the dream salad, and differing types of pita sandwiches. The strawberry juice was good. Expensive, but good.

  • Nate B.

Amazing. I don't know why I haven't been here before. But now that I have it's going to be hard to stay away. I got a chicken sandwich, chicken veggie and chickpea soup, and a berry smoothie. It was a little pricey ($21ish) but still worth it.

  • Josh G.

So this is really a 3.5 star review. The ingredients and amount you get per sandwich is great. I had the chicken that came with loads of veggies and hummus. The real issue is flavor. Even with the Greek dressing, I felt as if I was biting into a dry pocket. There wasn't much cohesion in the sandwich and nothing seemed to meld well. I also had a chance to try the rice pudding. I felt like this definitely lacked some sweetness. However, the texture and coconut shavings weren't bad. All in all I'm not sure if I would come back.

This is probably my new favorite restaurant in Utah County for three reasons: great tasting, healthy, and great value. For those three reasons I will be coming back here often. Taste: you have the option of three proteins- falafel, chicken and salmon. Good sign you're at a place that is a bit more sophisticated when they describe it as proteins. I went with the falafel, then proceeded to cover it with a billion ... Not sure what the word is - not toppings, sides, but basically whatever you'd call lettuce and pickles on a hamburger. Fix'ins perhaps? They have a great option of straight forward options like red cabbage, beets, carrots, avocado, etc. then some great specialty options. Top it off with a dressing and yum yum. Healthy: everything is fresh and there's nothing that will make you feel heavy after, even though I ate the entire thing and it got to be huge since I added just about every fix'in. Even the lemonade is sweetened with agave. Value: the falafel sandwich was huge by the time I added everything. And it's only 6.49 or something. I go to a lot of places and leave feeling hungry. Not here! Excited to go back and try out some of the salads and other options!

Utah is certainly lacking in healthy food establishments. Until now. Aubergine and Co has a large menu of fresh, raw and clean eating options. Salads, pita, chicken, hummus, acai bowls, smoothies... All the salad dressings are made from scratch too. Mmmmmm....tahini. Delish. Lovely owners. Come to sugarhouse!

    (5)
  • Nana M.

We loved the sandwiches and smoothies. Well worth it! Hubby had an Acai Amazon and I had the Mango Mint, both were delicious. The sandwich fillings were plentiful and fresh. I recommend getting a half sandwich the full sandwich was HUGE!

This place is delicious! Ingredients are fresh and flavoring is perfect. If you're looking for an opportunity to get away from greasy American food this is the spot.

We love aubergine! My husband says its the only salad he can get without worried about being hungry afterwards. They are super clean, super healthy salads and dressings. The juices are a pretty decent price (for being juices) and the acai bowls are pretty good too. The gf cheese bread is yummy. Definitely worth a try if you want to feel good!

I'm happy there's another healthy alternative to all the junk food places to eat. I got the Mediterranean sandwich , sweet potato bites and strawberry lemonade. Very good. Like something I would make at home , but didn't have to. And they have nice clean bathrooms. -George Castanza

We have quite a few of these in the Sf Area and it was so nice to find something as tasty here in Utah. We got the baked falafel, baked sweet potatoes, and homemade lemonade. It was all delicious, clean presentation. and Delicious. Others with us got the salads and thought it was filling. I feel that you can't really go wrong with anything here. That tahini sauce was spot on and I love the reclaimed wood. Nice to see Orem stepping up their food game. Delicious food places like this makes visiting Utah much easier. :))

    (5)
  • Holly S.

Used to be good, now not so. They were way rude when I came in close to closing time. The other time I went, they said they had the GF cheese bites then in 2 seconds, said they "were spoiled"and revised to serve me. Not going again. Plus $9 for a sandwich or "acai bowl" that's all the kids craze nowadays. Hmm. No.

This place is incredible. Phenomenal sandwiches and salads, fresh choices all the way around. I'm just disappointed I can't eat here more often!

  • Mikey M.

Healthy eating made easy and delicious. Sweet potato bites are a must. Lemonade was uniquely flavorful and refreshing. Their slogan "eat better, feel different" is for real. My meal here left me energetic and productive instead of pining for a nap.

  • Aaron S.

I eat here almost every day after the gym. Great tasting, healthy food. I know the staff quite well now and they are always friendly and inviting. There is good, better and best items on the menu, but you really can't go wrong with an acai bowl. I get a Brazilian acai bowl and the chicken pesto panini every day... Sometimes I'll switch it up with a salad and a different bowl. The sandwiches are also good, but not my favorite. The menu is higher priced, but I don't mind it as I will pay anything for value. This restaurant is definitely quality food so don't go if you want to pay cheap prices for cheap food. Overall probably my favorite lunch spot of all time.

  • Jon S.

Good not great. Hence the 3 stars--though I'd say it's really somewhere between a 3 and 3.5. Ordered a chicken pita and stuffed that thing with the goods (hummus, garbanzos, tomato/cucumber salad, kalamata olives, red cabbage, more calamata olives, jalapeno sauce) and feasted on it. The pita bread was a bit dry, so the sauce was a savior. I had a few bites of the Asian chopped salad my girlfriend got and it was decent at best. The little cheese bread was legit tho. I'd give it another go, for sure, and try an acai bowl next time. The owner was raving about them.

Even though I'm a omnivore for life I do like to have days or weeks without meat on occasion. On these occasions Aubergine and Co. is a great place to visit. I really enjoy their falafel and their baba ghanoush. The juice bar is the most impressive part for me. I got to enjoy some fresh carrot juice with my meal which is such a rare pleasure at a restaurant.

  • Michael S.

Healthy, tasty options. Had no idea this place was here until my girlfriend stumbled across it and it will definitely become one of my go-to cafes. Just wish I there was one closer to where I work!

    (5)
  • Russell O.

Love it. Food tastes great and it's healthy. But for some reason it feels very heavy after. Every time I've gone I feel bloated, but that might just be me. It's a little pricy for what I get and for that reason I give it four stars. Either I get even better ingredients or it gets a little cheaper. Some dishes have very standard ingredients/tastes for the price I pay.

    (4)
  • Kyung B.

delish & fresh. I got a chicken Mediterranean salad and an Energy smoothie for $17! I'm in town for 2 days and I'll probably have at least 2 more meals here!!

    (5)
  • Haylee A.

I love the cheese bread here, probably the best bread I've ever had, no joke. Also the dairy-free ranch is really good (made with cashews.) The sweet potato fries, mint lemonade, zucchini salad, It's all delicious and soo fresh. Excellent service and great ambience. I wish they delivered!

  • Brock B.

I don't understand what all the negativity is about. As an individual who prides himself on the restaurants I frequent I would definitely give this place 4 stars. Great atmosphere, a variety of healthy options to choose from and most importantly a LOCAL BUSINESS. I support local small business and believe in what they are doing here. The flavor profiles are great as well. Take the time to come and enjoy a great meal.

  • Kevin V.

This place was amazing! The açaí bowls were the closest in have ever had in the US to the real thing from Brazil, and the same goes for their cheesebread. The owners, who are from Brazil themselves, are very personable and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Their Brazil menu is just a small part of their full one, which contains many other healthy American dishes. I would highly recommend this as a place to take a date, get a healthy meal, or get a small taste of a couple Brazilian snacks.

I had the pleasure of going in prior to the lunch rush it was nice to get to meet the owner and his wife, def a good sign of a great local eatery. I don't much look at pricing because when I go out to a "healthy and raw" food establishment I expect to spend more not only because of the type of food it is but also the art of making them delicious. You can tell it was thought out and well executed. It tastes fresh and it looks good also. As it picked up I saw the owners walk around and share their passion of what they created with their patrons ... Truly a great atmosphere. For what it is I give them 5 stars. Go for the chicken sand which the way the chef likes it and pick a soup .. And if adventurous get the avocado key lime dessert.

  • Eric R.

Based on the food alone I would give this place a 4, but there were a couple of things that rubbed me the wrong way. They are stretching pretty far on a couple of their healthy claims. Their menu says "antibiotic free" chicken. Of course it's antibiotic free! All chicken purchased in the United States is by law antibiotic free, so putting that on your menu as an added health feature is kind of misleading. Even the chicken at KFC is "antibiotic free". They substitute agave syrup in place of sugar for their lemonades and desserts. Agave sounds like a healthy substitute, but in reality is equally as unhealthy as refined sugar. So their sugar-free lemonade is definitely not a healthy drink. All of this combined with their high prices turns them into a 2-star establishment.

  • Bri A.

This place is a great place for people who need options! Next week, they are even bringing on gluten free pita bread! To have vegan, vegatarian and gluten free options is so convenient! Not to mention the place has amazing fresh ingredients and even goes the extra mile to chop and mix in with dressing for you! This is great so all the salad toppings are mixed it, not just sitting on the top. Bravo! My only complaint is that the 'extra' salad toppings are pretty pricey at $1 per topping. Also the ordering process is pretty complicated your first time. Just be prepared and explain to them that you have never been there before.

  • Liz M.

Great Mediterranean food at a reasonable price. Check out the wood plank wall inside the place.

  • R I.

I had the falafel sandwich with baba ghanoush. It tasted fresh. I really liked the quinoa and lentils added to it. It gave it a nice texture. The sandwich was surprisingly filling since it doesn't look very big. The falafel sandwich is worth the price. The Brazilian Açai bowl left a little to be desired in taste. I love Açai but this bowl did not have the nice strong Açai taste I personally prefer. With all of that said, the consistency of the Açai and the fresh toppings were great (about the best I've had in the US) Suggestion To The Owners: Crunchier granola goes great with the Açai bowl.

We dropped in on the way through town while we got a tire repaired and were thrilled to see all of the gluten-free, dairy-free options. I had the broccoli cauliflower soup and cheese bread and savored every yummy spoonful, dipping the bread. My daughter had a gluten free cookie which she devoured in seconds without sharing. I could eat every meal here for the rest of my life and be happy (and healthy)!! I only wish they would open one in Phoenix!

  • Karen K.

I was a little bummed out to find that they don't use organic produce. Their proteins are all organic so I was expecting the same with the fruits and veggies. With the chemicals that are sprayed and absorbed with GMO produce, I try to avoid it. I also figured with their prices that it was all organic as well. I really liked this place, I'm giving it a 3 star review because I can appreciate the effort but wish they would source from local organic farmers.

Visiting from Idaho and needed some clean options. Perfectly awesome place to find fresh clean and so delish food! Will be stopping here every time I'm in town. I was allowed to "create" my own green smoothie bit because their own options were so perfect already I only had to change just a few things from their selection. The only confusing thing was who to order from. There are different stations but I then didn't know who to pay. But the workers were kind.

  • Jason L.

Very disappointing for several reasons. 1) Price - We paid over $40 for two pita sandwiches and two smoothies, not to mention the $1 extra fee we had to pay for a tablespoon of feta cheese. $1! What a joke, especially when there are no other options for cheese toppings. Pay $12 for the pita, and another $1 just to sprinkle cheese on it. 2) A bit misleading - I know, I know. Everyone is going to post about being gaga for this place because it is "healthy and natural." The menu board proudly says "antibiotic-free chicken." Well, hate to break it for you, but EVERYWHERE has antibiotic-free chicken. It is illegal for any restaurant to sell chicken that isn't free of antibiotics -- the only difference is that Aubergine charges you much more for its antibiotic-free chicken. 3) Service time - After paying and sitting down with our pitas, it took 30 MINUTES for the staff to make our two smoothies -- 30 MINUTES! If it had been really busy, that would have been one thing, but there were no other smoothie orders ahead of us when we paid for ours. Unacceptable. This is a restaurant that is working hard the "fresh and natural" sales pitch. Many hipsters and follows of the "healthy/natural trend" will flock to Aubergine and gab about how amazing it is for that reason alone, but upon taking a closer look, some of the "naturalness" is a bit misleading, and the price and service time are a joke compared to other healthy, natural, and hormone-free options in the area. (I would HIGHLY recommend Cubby's.) Lower the price and speed up the service, and Aubergine would make 3 stars, but without those things, I can't go higher than a 2.

So glad to have Aubergine right here in Orem! For months I had been looking for açaí bowls but nothing compared to the same ones one finds in Brazil. Aubergine delivers REAL açaí bowls, a fresh and energizing treat for hot summer days. Had lunch with my girlfriends there to celebrate my golden birthday and it was a success--even got a free brownie with candle on the house! Great modern environment, even for large groups and family friendly. Everything is made fresh, even their pita bread. If you are looking for a hip and modern restaurant that delivers quality, REAL and fresh sandwiches, soups and salads (not to mention their limeades and açaí bowls): this is the place.

My new favorite place to get lunch. I love eating a good salad and too many places load up worthless iceburg lettuce with ranch dressing to make a "healthy" salad. Try the Wild Salmon Salad and discover what an awesome salad is!

  • Angela D.

This town is definitely in need of a healthy eating place like this. The broccoli soup was good and it was great to be able to choose exactly what my salad is made of. Next time I'm definitely trying one of the Mediterranean salads though, it looked so good with the hummus! The service was slow, but understandably so with the line of customers and every salad being prepared to order behind the counter. I'm sure it'll pick up once the employees get faster with the salad chopper.

  • Rachael H.

Loved the atmosphere and the food was really good. Had read a few reviews and thought we would give it a try. Really glad we ignored the poor reviews! I ordered the wild salmon salad 48 oz. ($11.50) and was a bit confused how to eat it all when they put it in the bowl until they placed it all on a chopping board and cut it up, tossed it around with the dressing and put it back in the bowl so every bite had a perfect bite. The pita bread was whole wheat and a perfect proportion size. We will definitely be back. Great relaxing music and a communal feeling.

I was reluctant to try this place but was talked into going. I'm glad I did. I did the Mediterranean Sandwhich with chicken and added some hummus and other stuff. I also bought the Thai Acai Bowl. That was amazingly done. I ate a ton of food and I feel like a million bucks. I love healthy food that tastes awesome. The service was excellent. They took their time showing me what I may like and walked me through it. I also liked the look of the place. I like the location with it being right next to Sprouts. I will be telling my friends and family about this place for sure.

This was exactly what I craved. A light sandwhich with fresh flavor and a cold fruity healthy smoothie. I didn't like how thick the pita was, but I thoroughly enjoyed everything else.

Great place. Very healthy and lots of great options to mix up your meals. We need more restaurants like this one.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's so healthy, delicious, and the service is great! The owners are really friendly and passionate. I love the sandwiches! Homemade pita bread with healthy ingredients inside- can't get any better! Also, if you're looking for a healthy dessert, they have amazing options! I recommend their hot cocoa.

We got falafel and chicken pitas and loved them. Healthy, tasty...we'll be coming back.

First of all, the owners and employees are super nice and helpful. So excited there is acai (that really tastes like what you would find in Brazil) close by! Friendly, fast, great service and quality ingredients. Glad I didn't listen to the few negative reviews because I was completely happy with everything. I'm not a hipster/ health nut (as the negative review suggested would be the only ones raving about this place).... but have nothing but good to say! :)

One word: love! Their chopped salad, make your own, pitta bread, and homemade dressings. So delicious!

From time to time, nothing beats some good veggies and some falafel. This place is perfect for satiating those cravings. There's a lot of garlic in the falafel-a bit too much for me-but when combined with some cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and some feta cheese it balances out. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is good. I'll have to go back for a salad and a smoothie. The one thing they could use in their Mediterranean section is some lamb. That would go great in one of their sandwiches.

When I pay $3 for a croissant, I expect butter & don't expect to have to pay an extra couple of dollars for some apple slices and almond butter when I just want a pat of butter. Really? No butter?? This is Orem, not NYC.

This place is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly, their food is fresh, healthy and delicious. I would eat here every day if I could, but usually eat here once or twice per week. The salads are great, as are the falafal, and the smoothies and acai bowls are to die for. I hope they open other locations throughout Utah and come to Denver where I live!! :)

The pao de quejo is legit! I loved the acai bowls. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. I was so impressed that a meal with only fresh ingredients and little other sauces or other add ons could taste so good.

I was really impressed with the lunch I had this afternoon at Aubergine. My meal was absolutely delicious and made with extremely fresh looking ingredients. I was extra happy to see little basil and mint plants growing at the end of the food prep area, so they could just snip off what was needed right there. It was also a very cozy and clean atmosphere, and the server was friendly and helpful (she recommended a sauce that would go well with the falafel). I had a combo that included a half sandwich, side of baked sweet potatoes, and lemonade. I chose falafel for the sandwich, and it was flavorful and a nice texture. They had a variety of vegetable toppings to choose from, as well as sauces and spreads. I LOVED both the sweet potatoes and the lemonade, which included cucumber and fresh mint. I would highly recommend this restaurant to a friend. They have a lot of vegetarian options, but also chicken and salmon.

Very good service, ambience, and high quality, delicious food!! Love the dream salad, fresh juice, and authentic brazilian acai bowls. A little more money is spent than at panda express or zupas, but the quality far surpasses.

I had the combo with a falafel pita, sweet potato bites, and homemade lemonade. Everything was super fresh and customized to be just how I wanted it. Great atmosphere and beautiful, modern space. Owners were friendly and involved at every step. They even gave us free cheese bread (pao de queijo) at the end of our meal- much better than the Rodizio or Tucano's version. Can't wait to go back and try the chopped salads, acai bowls, and smoothies.

This place is fabulous! You go in, pick anything from the menu, and rest assured that it will be both tasty and healthy. I've been there several times since the opening and I can't get enough of it. There is nothing like Aubergine in the area -- it blows everything out of the water, especially the many other places that claim to offer healthy foods but really don't. Everything is fresh and they have an incredible variety at Aubergine. Highly, highly recommend it!

I recently stopped in to see what they had for breakfast. I ordered the multi grain oatmeal topped with berries and nuts. It was quite tasty. However, the serving was very small. The container was only 8 oz. I know oatmeal is filling but this was just too small to spend $4.26 on. Now I'm hesitant to go back to try lunch.

I think this place has potential. The acai bowl, salads and smoothies are great but nothing spectacular. I truly feel you can make this at home. There were 3 of us in the restaurant and I waited 45 minutes. There were about 5 people working. They need much better customer service to make their prices justifiable. So disappointed.

This is the best new restaurant that the Orem/Provo area has seen in a long time. It is extremely healthy, yet still delicious. I would recommend the chicken Mediterranean pita sandwich with a bowl of Brazilian açaí. The owners are Brazilian, so the açaí as well as Brazilian lime aid is very authentic. He was passionate about his food and his service, and was so nice that he even gave us some free cheese bread (pão de queijo) on our way out the door. Highly recommended!!

This place opened less than two weeks ago. Aaaand we've been here 3 times already. I am a dairy-free, gluten-free health nut so naturally I would check this place out. It's SO good even for those who don't eat healthy. You feel great after, quality ingredients, super nice staff, excellent prices, perfect location next to Sprouts. I will eat here at least once per week. :)

I have been looking for a great healthy place for lunch. The food was fresh however was a little lacking in taste with the dressing for the salad. I had a mirian salad with signature dressing and it was okay. My husband had a salmon salad that was also lacking in flavor. The pita bread was good. Will definitely try again because I like that it was a healthy option with fresh ingredients. Want to try there sandwiches and acai bowl. Nice atmosphere. It was busy at lunch.

We saw this restaurant last week on one of our grocery trips to Sprouts and decided to try it today. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and well decorated. My only complaint is the prices. Here you can get salads, sandwiches, soups and smoothies. The sandwich options are chicken, salmon or vegetarian and the price ranges from 8.99-10.99 depending on which one you get. The smallest smoothie, 16 oz and is about 5.99. We decided to try the salmon sandwich and also got smoothies. We ended up paying almost $40 for two sandwiches and smoothies, which I considered a lot since the portions were small and in all honesty the food was just average. When they're putting your sandwich together, if you want cheese the only option is feta and there's an extra $1 charge. Why would you charge a $1 for a little bit of feta cheese? It was just regular cheese and no where on their menu they mention the cheese is extra nor that it is hormone free nor organic which would maybe just maybe justify them charging $1 for a teaspoon of cheese. After we got our sandwiches it took them 15 minutes to get is our smoothies, by the time we were done eating we still didn't have our smoothies. I love their concept and the service was great however I don't think I will go back unless they lower their prices and speed up their service. I know they haven't been opened for too long but taking 15 minutes to make a smoothie is way too long specially when there's no other people ordering one. I hate to give such a low review specially because I was very excited to find a healthier restaurant in Provo-Orem area, but for the price I was expecting more. If you want a restaurant that uses good quality ingredients ,offers organic veggies and beef and will make you feel good, visit Cubby's; the portions are bigger , the food is delicious and the prices are affordable.

The food is good, albeit overpriced. These days, it sort of seems like a norm though. I especially liked their green smoothies. They definitely seemed worth the price. I am saying "liked" because I am not going back there until they teach their workers some cultural competency and common sense. They have a tendency to treat non-White customers a certain way. For me, I do not appreciate being asked "where are you from?" When I say Orem, this gentleman gives me a suspicious look. He does not like my answer. "No, where are you really from?" -What do you mean? -What is your ancestry? -Why? (At this point, I am getting frustrated. I just want to pay my money, get a smoothie, go to Sprouts to shop). -Well, your name looks ...well I wanted to say it right. The relationship between ancestry and pronunciation of a simple two-syllable name that everyone gets right? The cost of alienating customers who don't "look" like they should be from Utah/Orem? The irony of a place selling "Mediterranean" food and being uncomfortable with somebody who could have a Mediterranean ancestry (I don't)? You decide. My last visit there was on Thursday (09/17/15), around 4 PM. The gentleman in question was medium height, black hair. I didn't see a name tag. I have had enough.

I wish I lived in provo just for this place!! I had an Acai Bowl that was honestly so delicious. It was big, lots of delicious fruit, the granola was great, and I would eat one everyday if I could. I also had a build-your-own salad, which was delicious. There was a large variety of ingredients that were all super fresh and so good. I loved this place. COME HERE you will love it. And it isn't ridiculously expensive either. 100% worth it.
