This funky bar/cafe is somewhere we have walked past forever - and have just never been in. Looking for somewhere different for weekend brunch we went in... and became fans! Being from across the pond, the Scotch Eggs were a must! And, oh boy, they were so good. I had the Brie and cranberry sandwich to follow, which was made from lovely cranberry bread. The spinach salad that came with it was perfect with the lightest of dressing. The owners are brilliant and I can't wait to hear more of James' stories!

My wife and kids stopped by here on a Friday night because my wife had heard they did some kind of magic show or something for the kids. We did not see anything like this. Overall not the best of experience but not the worst either. The good: I liked the look and feel of the restaurant. It was pretty laid back. My kids wanted pizza but they were out do we had to get them a much more expensive dish, ravioli. The good was they loved it but didn't want to spend that much on there dishes. I tried it and the sauce was really good and the cheese raviolis were excellent. I had the garlic burger and the flavor was good but a little overcooked. It was a bit dry for me but the flavor made up for it. My wife was not very hungry so she ordered a salad and the cauliflower and carrot soup. The soup was just ok. The service was excellent and the food came out faster than expected. The bad: We tried to order 2 different things and both items they said they ran out of. The kids pizzas and the scotch eggs. I get upset at a restaurant when they run out of things. They did not offer anything to make up for it either. Would have been nice of them to offer a discount or something. Between the 4 of us we spent 51 bucks, 2 adults and 2 kids. My burger was dryand they ran out of food we wanted so that was my biggest complaints.
Tried the Vegan Thai PANINI. I was not able to eat more than three bites since it was EXTREMELY salty. My Stepdad enjoyed his Philly Cheese Steak however. I liked the location and the old look of the place. They probably should remove some of the blue painters tape that is still on the ceilings around some of the fan bases.

Fantastic find in the historic area of Ogden. I came here based on Yelpers reviews and left feeling the same. I ordered a baked Brie sandwich with a citrus salad side. The bread was fresh cranberry and so Delish! I say GO!

We were the only ones there on a Tuesday evening, a little warm and musty inside. It took roughly 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered. I had the greek pasta salad with chicken. It tasted fabulous! Unfortunately, I paid $2.99 extra to add chicken and received maybe 5-6 small bite sized pieces in a big bowl of noodles and spinach leaves. The waitress was friendly and checked on us from a distance, as no one else was there. Overall, it was good.

If I could I would give them a half stars because they are teetering on the edge of being really great. While working in Ogden we were directed to this place by Yelp. The downtown district of Ogden has a fun historical feel, and 2 bit seems to fit right in. On recommendation of a fellow Yelper, I ordered the garlic burger (no bun) and subbed out my salad for some sweet potato fries. The bf got the ham steak and eggs. The prices were reasonable and I could smell the garlic in my burger wafting from the kitchen. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. The bf's meal was pretty standard, though he was disappointed by what they called "country potatoes" which turned out to be nothing more than big chunks of your standard Idaho spud. He had also asked for them extra crispy, which they weren't, though I imagine it would be difficult to get chunks that size crispy. My bunless burger didn't visually wow me, but the flavors were on point. I did notice that the fairly standard pattie was still a little pink on the inside. I don't know if they have a license to cook their burgers to anything other than done, but I'm hoping that they at least got it up to temp. (if I become violently ill soon we will know what is what). If I don't get sick, then I must applaud them for quality of the beef. It was tender, juicy, and bursting with garlicky goodness. The sweet potato fries were thick cut and a little dense, but not bad. I prefer somewhere in between shoes string and where they fall, but that is purely personal preference. So long as I have a gallon of fry sauce I'm a happy camper. Overall this place has a ton of potential, and the prices are a selling point along with the cool vintage feel of the building. I would be willing to give it another try someday.... So long as I survive the night.

We were not very impressed. Our waiter was very casual about drink hygene; pressed the pitcher onto the rim of every glass and let straws hit everything while giving refills. My salad was pretty good, but it is hard to mess up a salad. My husband's steak was not cooked properly and he was put off by that. He had asked for medium and got very rare. The owner seemed nice, but there were a lot of flies coming in and out of the back door. The back area where we were seated seemed like it was more of a storage area for the magic show than resturant seating. Overall, the food was not good enough to make us want to return to the environment it was being served in.

A nice old fashioned Cafe with friendly service. A good selection of menu items so. I did this review after several visits to make sure it was a fair. I found the tables and some of the dishware to be dirty on each of my visits. Needs a bit of work in this area.

I was excited to try this place out based on the reviews. Our waitress was the sweetest but unfortunately that couldn't make up for the food. I ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich and asked if they could switch the cream cheese for Brie. They could not honor the request. Food was mediocre.. I could have made better at home.

I am moving out of Ogden at the end of the month, and of all the restaurants here, many of which are good, I think Two Bit is the only one I'll actively miss. I particularly love their breakfasts--the salmon Benedict is never less than top-notch. The food in general is always fresh and well-prepared and, though generally not a big fan of themed decor, the bar and other little touches nodding back to 25th street's wilder days come off as charming rather than kitsch. The staff is invariably friendly, especially when I bring my two-year old son.

Funniest experience ever. Delicious food, good price. Hostess told us we'll have to wait. Got seated. Cook kept coming out rolling his eyes at all the people and the server. Warned us how many people were before us. He kept wishing people would stop coming in. We could see him in the back, chef had flare, and everything was made fresh. Hostess was server too, very nice to us and our baby. Everything took forever, but sounded like they were short a few people, and there was an arts festival in the area. Will definitely come back.

I had the eggplant sandwich and sweet potato fries. Wow! Everything was fresh and hot and delicious. The ambience was that of an old fashioned saloon, or parlor. They have ample vegetarian entrees or sandwiches on the menu. I'm trying to eat less meat so I looked up vegetarian restaurants and this was on that list. They didn't disappoint!

This is a super cool restaurant on a super cool street in a super cool part of a town I guess is not so cute other places. I met a guy once who'd been in jail a bit, had lived in Las Vegas, Compton/LA, Seattle, Dallas, Denver and Ogden with his travelling steel worker/boxer father. He was 6'4" and was 325 lbs of all muscle. He said the most dangerous city he'd ever lived in was Ogden. He said he got in 87 fights in 6 monts at school there. He said he had to carry a knife and almost always won but they still went after him constantly. But I digress. This TWO-BIT CAFE has a fun atmosphere and is in an interesting building. Go at lunch at get the CUBAN. It was recommended by a friend I trust and it was OUTstanding. Go on Friday nights to see a magician bend flatware.

This place is the best! Very interesting atmosphere and awesome food. The menu is so nontypical, you can get a variety of tasty food. The turkey cranberry sandwich is the bomb! And my girlfriend loves the eggplant ciabatta. This place never let's me down. Home made goodness!

Heard about Two Bit on X96 radio from hell show. One of the hosts sister is the owner. Decided to go and try them out, did not disappoint. The Cuban sandwich was fantastic, and the homemade chips are so good. The service is a little on the slow side but that's to be expected with homemade food. Went on a Saturday after the breakfast rush. The Spinach Alfredo was also really good. Where else can you go that serves super delicious homemade breakfast all day Saturday and Sunday and also has a full liquor license. Even ordered take-out a couple of weeks later and again, was not disappointed. The food was hot and fresh and ready fairly quickly for pick up. Comfortable atmosphere, definitely a historic Ogden type place. If you want to break away from the same boring type food chains, this is the place for you.

While visiting the railroad museum and historic Main Street, we decided on 2 Bit for breakfast. They were playing some really good music while we walked past and was drawn to that. Plus, they had a steak & eggs special for $7.99; which is what my husband got. He was pleased. I got the chorizo, cactus and cheese scramble with tortillas. It was really good! The service was great, and the server even gave us a little history on the place, which was very interesting. I forgot to take a picture of the coffee cup ... but it's a huge coffee cup, filled with good coffee! Love everything about this place!

Stopped in for Mother's Day brunch. They *really* wanted us to do the buffet and not order of the menu. So we compiled because it looked good and they were really not excited about us ordering off the menu. But then they started I to run our of dishes. I pointed this out, to the chagrin of my fellow dinners. Most of the savory items were eventually refilled, but the dessert table never was. The apple coffee cake was frozen, complete with visible ice crystals. When this was pointed out to the staff, they commented that they only do this brunch once a year. What's the point of doing it if you're not going to do it well? Another problem: Omelettes were part of the buffet; we followed in the instruction placard and brought the cups to our table to give to our server who was then very confused, unaware that this was 1) part of the buffet, 2) asking us how she was going to keep this straight. Our waitress clearly flustered, sent her boss over to our table. The man who claimed to be the owner came over and offered to charge for just omelettes instead of brunch but then came back, commented on what I specifically had consumed and did not follow through. The smart ass comment, "you seemed to like the shrimp well enough" put me off even more, I was there after all to eat and that was one of the few things on the buffet I found to be delicious. His comment about the ONLY thing they were out of was dessert was also angering. If you're going to pay $70+ dollars for 4 for Mother's Day Brunch in Ogden, should it not be the whole package? Not just what's left? Especially if you're "encouraging" your customers to order the buffet? They waived the drink charges, but only half of the drinks had showed up so the $4 discount for a coffee and an orange juice was oh-so-generous on their part. I think what made the maddest was the final comment, after the owner brought his co-owner Peggy (?) over to the table and commented, "some people you can just not make happy". My friends and I return here regularly despite the poor service because their food is usually quite good. Had you acknowledged some of the weaknesses, followed through on offers not requested or in general behaved like a business who wanted me to pay $70 for breakfast again in the future, this post wouldn't exist. It will be hard for me to return after this one.

THE HUMMUS! So delicious. You must get their hummus with feta and olives. It's so good and it's practically a meal in itself. I haven't ordered anything else I've liked there as much, so I'm just going to say it. Get the hummus.

Truly a gem on 25th Street. Stumbled across Two Bit on accident and it has become one of my absolute favorite places around. The food is fantastic, whether you're there for pasta, burgers, Sunday breakfast or the chef's special (which is always delicious), you'll leave satisfied. Just don't be in a hurry and you'll be sure to find something you love.

We ordered heivos ranchero and chorizo scramble - both delicious and great value. Service was very friendly. If you're looking for fancy fare this ain't the place but if you're lookin' for good grub and a reasonable price this is it. The coffee, well, it was more like dark tea, very light and they could improve on that.

After reading the reviews it sounded like this was the place to go for an awesome burger (some say "Amazing" so I put it on the list. We finally made it over there the other day, it was early, about 9:30-10:00 AM so there was a chance I would not be able to get a burger. Asked the waitress who might also have been one of the owners and she said she would be glad to make me whatever I wanted. So I ordered up a Bacon Cheese Burger and the wife got the Crab Eggs Benedict. The burger I must say was not impressive. It certainly did not taste like it was made fresh, it was shaped like a puck and had a odd consistency in the middle making me think it was a preformed frozen patty, not the makings of a awesome burger. I opted to get the kettle chips instead of upgrading to fries or sweet potato fries. The chips were good, nothing special. The wife really enjoyed her Crab Eggs Benedict. According to the menu it was made with Jumbo Lump Crab and that appeared to be the case. The portion was large, so much so the wife could not finish. It came with some fried potatoes, big chunks of potatoes, cooked well with a nice crust and they had a very good garlic flavor. I ended up eating the potatoes and I would say they were the best thing I had at Two Bit Street, so much so I would go back just for them. The service was great with them offering to make us anything on the menu early in the morning and them discussing the historic photos with the wife as we waited for our food.

I'm a nanny to 3 adorable but rambunctious boys (ages 2-4). Took the boys here for lunch one day while we were at the Treehouse Museum. The staff was AMAZING!!! They recommended items for the kids and helped keep them entertained. They even had magician who did tricks with the kids while we waited for our food. I had a pastrami Ruben; the kids chicken fingers, salad and a pizza. The sandwich was delicious and the chicken fingers were quality pieces of chicken breast. Would highly recommend/go again.

We've been here 2 hours and no food yet. Brought our kids for a "quick" meal before a Sunday matinee, now we missed the movie and they're melting down from hunger. Gave 2 stars because the coffee is excellent. Wish I could get a refill.

I really enjoyed my visit. Penny the owner took our order and answered all our questions about the menu, which is varied and eclectic. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. I had Penny's Panini and my wife had the Shrimp Louie. Both were dee-lish. We had none of the troubles some other reviewers have mentioned. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was cooked in a timely fashion. Highly recommended!

I've been here a couple of times, and while the food is quite good (and veggie/vegan-friendly), we probably won't be going back due to the service. We were there at 2pm on a Sunday and the place was packed. There was only one waitress, who was cordial but stressed. It took a half an hour just to get a coffee and a mimosa. The food took an additional 45 minutes. As we looked around the restaurant, all the customers appeared frustrated and impatient. It almost made you feel guilty when you did finally get your food. It seems that the kitchen simply isn't equipped for the number of people they can seat. It became readily apparent that they were preparing dishes for one table at a time. No wonder it took so long! It's really a shame, because the food was pretty good and the prices are reasonable.

Disappointed in this one. We took my 72 year old mom. Very nostalgic for her. She's from Ogden, and remembers when the Pappas Family owned the joint. I had the philly cheese steak, My husband ordered the cuban, and my son the tuna salad. What a wait...going on an hour after we ordered. If you go, and I dont reccommend it...try the scotch egg, it's the silver linig.

Just to start, I'd love to love this place because it's on 25th, has a seemingly tasty menu, locally owned and operated however... I've been here a few times over the past couple years with very mediocre service. First time I was with the fam and waited over an hour for our lunch..and the place was empty, literally we were the ONLY customers in the building! Today I got take out, the Cuban sandwich with sweet potato fries and slaw (not provided with a to-go fork). This was the most poorly put together sandwich I believe I have ever purchased. It had little to no mustard, the ham and pork were slovenly slapped on the bread, I had to take it apart and reassemble before eating, and it looked like they ran out of pickles and used the last sheds in the bottom of the jar! I was going to call and complain but thought this may have a more lasting effect. NOT worth the $$ or time, this will be my last time as a patron here.

The food was good, but the service or should I say the kitchen was slow. I had the same experience as a prior reviewer, where you almost feel guilty when you food finally does come out. Some of our food came out burnt. They apologized and made no more amends after that. I probably wont be going back.

OKAY... first let me say the food was delicious- fabulous actually. We all loved what we ordered.... but we waited 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES for it. Is it good? YES. But the service just cant make up for how long we waited, how long it took simply to get a drink... even a water.

Nice place. Went there for lunch and had great food. Great atmosphere. Much of the interior dates back to at least the 1920s. Cool photos on the walls of Ogden back in the day... We had lunch for two (ordered from the dinner menu), two draft beers (very good beer) and one iced tea. This is January, abnormally warm. After lunch we sat out front and had a couple more beers in the sun. Total bill around $55. They were very attentive, engaging and all around enjoyable. A very pleasurable experience. We plan on visiting there again! It's a great little place where we would definitely take friends.

I stopped off at this place with family after seeing so many good reviews on yelp. We enjoyed lunch, three of us ordered of the lunch menu and one off the breakfast. It took about 30 minutes for us to receive our meal, however the food was hot and overall enjoyable. The bill came to a little over $30 with two beverages on the bill. Biscuits and gravy where OK, I've had better, but I've also had much worse. I prefer a little thicker sauce. There was plenty of sausage that's a bit spicy for some, but a nice taste for myself. Philly Cheese Steak is not your normal sandwich, it is made with the same ingredients however the steak is thicker cuts, very tender and flavorful. I myself prefer a more tradition sandwich, with shaved beef piled high. Brie Sandwich, looked absolutely amazing and I was told the presentation was just as good as the taste. I will go back and try this! Overall this place is worth the visit. Charming, antique looking. It really looks like its been there for years. Go, I'm sure you will like it.

Really good food, especially for vegetarian options. The cheese sandwich on baguette was great. Good soups, too. Service is a little slow and it wasn't the most comfortable restaurant, but nothing was unpleasant. Probably my favorite restaurant in Ogden.

I have passed by this place many times and never thought to stop in. I am not sure why i never did , perhaps i just needed a friend to assure me that it was amazing. Last weekend i was downtown getting photos with Santa at cafe mergo and we were starving after so we went to the closet place which so happens to be two bit street cafe. The inside is incredible and a lot of the original interior is still intact including a beautiful bar and swinging doors to the kitchen. The waitstaff was very attentive and brought my daughter crayons and paper so occupy her while we waited for food. I ordered the veggie Provencal, though next time i simply must get grilled brie, with sweet potato fries. The bread was toasted but still so fluffy and not at all hard and the balsamic was just sweet enough. The sweet potatoes were fabulous of course and creamy on the inside. While we were eating a young magician came over to show us a magic trick and i have to say i was quite impressed. I am not easily amused my magic but i thought his trick was quite clever and i still can not figure out how he did it. I can not wait to go back and try some of their other dishes and i do hope the magician is there again.

Went here for lunch because I've heard they have a good lunch menu. For lunch it seems as though they have 2 on the wait staff and one in the kitchen so the wait might be long if they are busy. They have outside, inside, group and bar seating options which is nice. Don't try to enter from the back which some places on 25th street allow because I saw someone trying it and they were made to look stupid. The choices are great and it's not overly expensive. The sandwich (pastromi panini with cucumbers and tomatoes) tasted fresh and it came with some different side options. A group of old old old ladies came in and were seated and they waitresses couldn't have been nicer. Seemed like they were all the queens of England walking in. Maybe it was one of those red hat clubs or something but I did notice they were treated well. I would go back for sure.

This place is amazing, I have not only had them cater for me several times, but I have actually had parties in they're cool old saloon style resturant. It's a great little place, food is always fresh and delicious. It may take a bit to get your food, so don't go if you are in a real hurry, but it's worth the wait. Every ingredient is fresh and local, and tasty. All your food is cooked to order just as you like it. Never had I ever had a bad meal here. Plus the prices are good and they have a wide selection of menu choices to satisfy everyone.

We have created a system to rate restaurants. There are five different categories and each one can get a maximum of five starts. Food: Fresh and organic. All food is made to order and there is care given to every entree. 4 stars Ambiance: Antique/vintage. This place has only been around for eight years, but it feels as if it's been there for at least a century. The attire and casual and comfy. 4 stars Wait: The homemade food takes a while to be served, but you can be thoroughly entertained by the co-owner/magician. 4 stars Drinks: Utah liquor laws suck. That being said, The bloody mary I had was delicious and cheap. The shot pourers on top of the liquor bottles fascinated and offended me. LOL. But it was a good. 4 stars Service: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners make you want to spend the entire day in the restaurant. 4 stars Overall, we give the place 4 stars. It was an awesome experience, great staff and good food. We would definitely go back again.

If you happen to be in Ogden, you have to stop by this locally owned restaurant. Today I stopped in for dinner with my wife and friends. I have been here for brunch before. Atmosphere: Its diner-like running hall structure reminds one of a local candy shop from the 50's. It's located on historic main, so it feels very comfortable to stop by during the day or anytime at night. Also, there's a magician on site some of the days to perform magic while you eat or you can stop by the antique shop connected next door. Food: All around excellent. From the simple comfort burger to complex pasta entree to homebaked strawberry pie a la mode( from local ice cream makers, Farr). You also have to order the chocolate-sauerkraut. Yes, you heard what I said: a mixture of complex sweet and bitter flavors. Drinks: Order an old fashioned Sarsaparilla or something from the full liquor cabinet. FYI: The owner is vegetarian, so there are plenty of delicious options for the non-meat eaters. For meat-eaters, know that the owner is very conscious about food and takes the time to pick only the best meat available. Price: They have a special everyday of the week, so price should never be an issue. If you dont like the special, no worries there either. You can have a sandwich starting at ~$5 or get a full entree with soup/salad for ~$11.

We love eating here! The chef is excellent and prepares everything fresh. Her husband also does magician tricks while patron's enjoy their dinner. The food wait is a bit long but worth it. I would recommended their two bit bleu chips, they are to die for. My favorite sandwich is the muffaletta. They have the best cold cuts! If you're looking for a warm cooked sandwich, the cranberry Turkey or the cuban are excellent choices. Their garlic burgers are also amazing! And for dessert, occasionally they make chocolate Guinness cake and it is to die for!

I really like this place. It's so disappointing that it's not closer to home, because I'd like to explore so many other menu options, but I guess that just means I'll need to find more excuses to make the trek up to Ogden. Which may be difficult, because, no lie, I've been there three times in the last decade. This last time I went to go see a Sundance screening at Peery's Egyptian Theater. I had some time to kill so I wandered down 25th street to look for some food. I'd heard of Roosters, but it looked too busy, and I've heard mixed things about the food. Jasoh! also stood out. But it also seemed a little busy. Next time, maybe. Two Bit Street Cafe is all the way down by Union Station, and it's worth the extra effort. I sat at the counter and ordered an amber ale. I decided on the tuna steak sandwich. The tuna was very good and came with a delicious (soy?) glaze, and some kind of slaw on top. It was served on a wheat bun, which was a bit dry for my taste, but the tuna was good enough that it didn't make that much of a difference. The above average sweet potato fries were served with a sweet wasabi mayo which would make anything dipped in it that much better. For dessert I was talked into the pineapple habanero sorbet. I don't eat a lot of sorbet, more of an ice cream man, and I would come back for this alone. So good. The habanero provided a healthy kick without overwhelming. One of the employees (or she may have been the owner) mentioned that it's made in-house and that the spice level is pretty hard to predict. This batch was right on. I like the space it's in, too. It's attached to some kind of antique shop, but the main diner has a nice old feel to it. Service was friendly and efficient. My main server was great to chat with. There were so many other items that looked appealing. And apparently they also make a pretty mean breakfast. One way or another I'll be back.

Best burgers in town (funny for a vegetarian owner/chef), also awesome hand cut fries. Many other great sandwiches on menu, haven't tried the other more expensive menu items. Does a very respectable, cheap breakfast too. Would eat there for any meal as long as you're looking for casual. Beer special every Thursday. Not great for groups over 6, not great if you're in a hurry. Owner can be a little standoffish, but I think it is shyness. Love the waitresses though - sweet & spunky.

Wow were we surprised by the quality of the food. You walk in and it looks like any old diner but surprise! Really good, fresh food. We had lunch here on 03/09/2010. We split a tuna steak sandwich and each had a cup of the soup of the day, a tomato broth with pasta, beans, & spinach soup that was really good. The tuna steak was cooked just right and the condiments on the sandwich were intriguing. The sandwich came with sweet-potato fries that were worth a visit all by themselves. I had a side order of coleslaw -- the slaw seemed to fresh-cut (not out of a bag) and the dressing was pretty light and tangy, not the over-mayonnaise'd stuff you get at even white-tablecloth places. The first half of the service wasn't up to the food, but I gather the server was not only new, but new to restaurant work generally. She was pleasant enough, but just not too swift. If I lived in Ogden I'd try to have lunch or dinner here pretty regularly.

The food here is pretty good. It's not outstanding, but it's yummy. They have a variety of vegetarian, and even vegan options, all carefully labelled. We really appreciate that. The service is always decent. It's really the ambiance that sells this place. After relocating to Ogden from a larger city (after living in a series of larger cities) this place is pretty much the epitome of charming. There was one morning we came for breakfast. We sat in our table looking at the old signs, the old fashioned bar, the advertisements for a magician. Out the window was the rest of quaint 25th street, old buildings, old signs, street lights. And then it began to snow. I suddenly felt like I was living in a Thomas Kincaid painting.

Been here 4 or 5 times over the last few years. Service is sometimes slow so only go if you're not in a hurry. Really good food though! Fun atmosphere and a nice mom and pop feel.

My favorite restaurant from back home! Two tips: Ask what the soup of the day is and ASK about the desserts! They are always amazingly good. The menu is huge! And everything is good! I always struggle to decide because I have never gone wrong here. My husband says the steak is the best he has ever eaten and this is a dude who eats steak every time we go out! I'm a vegetarian and there are a ton of choices for me, which is a rarity. Don't go if your in a hurry . . . service is slow, but not enough to dock them a star. The staff makes good company, so consider it an experience. Sometimes there are magic shows at your table and the magician/co-owner is very good. Oh, the breakfast menu seems tiny, but it is sort of "build your own" and that makes it massive. When they say something will be in your omelet, expect a hell of a lot more than you'd get anywhere else. I love my omelets chock full of stuff and they deliver.

Best Breakfast in Ogden, I keep looking for someone to beat them.... But they can't. Their burgers are good, and for the rest of the menu. I will just assume. It's good.......

Great burger! Super yummy. The waitress was a lot of fun too. The kettle chips weren't that good, I'd try the fries next time.

This place was great! We are hard pressed to find excellent vegetarian food in Utah when we travel there, so I was stoked to discover the many options on this menu. I had a mushroom Reuben and it was fabulous. The sassy waitress was great, they were baby friendly and it wasn't crowded at all for dinner on a week night. Next time we're in Ogden we will definitely be back!

We've been here many times! The co-owner performed some cool magic tricks for us, a couple of weekends ago, while our breakfast was being cooked. The service is great and everyone is really nice. The food is delicious! For details: styleinogden.blogspot.co…

Very cute decor. They seemed to be slow. But service still took a while. Food was decent. The kids loved their pancakes (whole grain) no kids menu though. My sandwich came out about 10 mins before the rest of the family got their meals. Everything was good. Until my son found a white hair in his food.

Fantastic find in the historic area of Ogden. I came here based on Yelpers reviews and left feeling the same. I ordered a baked Brie sandwich with a citrus salad side. The bread was fresh cranberry and so Delish! I say GO!

OKAY... first let me say the food was delicious- fabulous actually. We all loved what we ordered.... but we waited 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES for it. Is it good? YES. But the service just cant make up for how long we waited, how long it took simply to get a drink... even a water.

Really good food, especially for vegetarian options. The cheese sandwich on baguette was great. Good soups, too. Service is a little slow and it wasn't the most comfortable restaurant, but nothing was unpleasant. Probably my favorite restaurant in Ogden.

OKAY... first let me say the food was delicious- fabulous actually. We all loved what we ordered.... but we waited 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES for it. Is it good? YES. But the service just cant make up for how long we waited, how long it took simply to get a drink... even a water.

Got a good garlic burger. Best part was that they had Ironport soda.

Housed on Historic 25th Street, the Two Bit Street Café offers a cool atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The inside is similar to a lot of the old bars on 25th street as the wood work in each one of them is untouched from days gone by. It adds a nice flair to the place and lends to a good experience. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, which was tasty and good sized. The fries were outstanding and the waitress very friendly. The menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a wide variety of appetizers. I wanted to try the Scotch Eggs but the waitress told me the kitchen wouldn't make them outside of breakfast. When I pointed out they were listed in the appetizers she merely stated the kitchen staff didn't like to make them. Too bad as they looked great. There is a full bar here and you can get a beer or mixed drink while you dine. Come to relax as it isn't "fast" food but it is good food.

I say GO!
(5)Megan W.

(2)Julie M.
Food fresh off the grill! Latkes, 3 different sauces, freshly cooked thick sliced bacon yummy!
(5)DB D.
A nice old fashioned Cafe with friendly service. A good selection of menu items so. I did this review after several visits to make sure it was a fair. I found the tables and some of the dishware to be dirty on each of my visits. Needs a bit of work in this area.
(3)Hannah C.

(5)Emily C.
(4)Leslie O.
(4)Charles B.
"Classic" tuna sandwich was okay. Kids loved the grilled shrimp and chicken strips. BLT salad met with wife's approval.
(4)Charles P.
(5)Stratton G.
This is the epitome of local dive place. The food is great and the people are great. If you love Ogden, you love two bit.
(5)Jonathan B.
Came for brunch, got smoked salmon egg Benedict. Sauce was great and so were the side of fried potatoes. Good ill have to come back to try other things.
(3)Spencer P.
This place is the best! Very interesting atmosphere and awesome food. The menu is so nontypical, you can get a variety of tasty food. The turkey cranberry sandwich is the bomb! And my girlfriend loves the eggplant ciabatta. This place never let's me down. Home made goodness!
(5)Laura H.
(4)Kim T.
(4)Man-E O.
What a pleasant surprise! Ordered the chorizo dish and WOW better than what I had expected, my cousin got the soyrizo, which is the soy version of the chorizo and it was delicious!! Buenos dias Ogden!!
(4)Renita W.
Wow first time here, my smoked salmon benedict was delish. Service at the bar was great with Sandra. My friend had the lump crap omelet, it was fantastic. Definitely will be back.
(5)Christa W.
great service! thanks Sandra! Walked into a warm room filled with great food aromas. Didn't even look at the prices...the coffee was smooth and didn't need any helpers to make it any better. Highly recommend this place.
(5)Elora S.
Ma and pa type diner, turkey cranberry and the sweet potato fries with wasabi sauce oh my. I'm craving it now!
(5)Julie K.
(1)Kat D.
THE HUMMUS! So delicious. You must get their hummus with feta and olives. It's so good and it's practically a meal in itself. I haven't ordered anything else I've liked there as much, so I'm just going to say it. Get the hummus.
(4)Justin O.
(5)Denni P.
(4)Berta O.
Love two bit cafe. Save room for dessert. Penny makes the best ear grey tea cake ever! Love the turkey cranberry sandwich. For breakfast, great omelets and sour dough toast. Always enjoy visiting with Penny, James, and Diane.

Good food , waited quite awhile for it. Cool old atmosphere. Cool little weekend breakfast place

If you ever find yourself in Ogden, this place is worth a look. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. The turkey cranberry sandwich is where it's at!
(3)Rob M.
Worse breakfast I've ever had. Took 1 hr to serve us, my brother never got his eggs Benedict and the flies were awful. Don't recommend this place!
(1)Damon S.
We've been here 2 hours and no food yet. Brought our kids for a "quick" meal before a Sunday matinee, now we missed the movie and they're melting down from hunger. Gave 2 stars because the coffee is excellent. Wish I could get a refill.
(2)Joe B.
(4)Jenn S.
(2)Anne S.
Such a cute little place. And it's so great. I definitely want to come back. The brie was so good. It's got a very nice mom and pop feel to it, as well. Just enjoyed it, overall.

Came back and it was BETTER than I remembered! (And that NEVER happens!) Someday we will have something beside the Garlic Burger with Pastrami.... Maybe The burgers are so good you can't stop eating it, even if your full! Holy heck they are good!!!

Got a good garlic burger. Best part was that they had Ironport soda.
(3)Kristin G.
OKAY... first let me say the food was delicious- fabulous actually.

Latkes rock!!!

Really good food, especially for vegetarian options. The cheese sandwich on baguette was great. Good soups, too. Service is a little slow and it wasn't the most comfortable restaurant, but nothing was unpleasant. Probably my favorite restaurant in Ogden.

pretty decent food, nice staff (gotta love the magician), unique atmosphere

I love this place! I was so happy they had clams. :-) I can't wait to return!
(5)Alicia R.

We were delighted to find this yummy cafe! They offer alot of vegan choices and organic food. We will be going back again & again!

(5)Jenny K.

Crab cakes a Cuban and a Philly, plus left w some peri peri hot sauce! Pretty Rad, great job guys. See ya again.
(5)Charris F.
This place ROCKS! Great food, cool location, nostalgic decor, friendly folks... and Magic Tricks! What more could you want from a restaurant?!
(5)L G.
Been here 4 or 5 times over the last few years. Service is sometimes slow so only go if you're not in a hurry. Really good food though! Fun atmosphere and a nice mom and pop feel.
(4)Sara L.
(5)Max S.
Best Breakfast in Ogden, I keep looking for someone to beat them.... But they can't. Their burgers are good, and for the rest of the menu. I will just assume. It's good.......
(5)Austin S.
Great burger! Super yummy. The waitress was a lot of fun too. The kettle chips weren't that good, I'd try the fries next time.
(4)Jessie G.
(4)Sam G.

(2)Megan W.
(3)Traci M.
Fantastic find in the historic area of Ogden. I came here based on Yelpers reviews and left feeling the same. I ordered a baked Brie sandwich with a citrus salad side. The bread was fresh cranberry and so Delish! I say GO!
(5)Vikkie N.

(5)Emily C.
(4)Leslie O.
(4)Charles B.
"Classic" tuna sandwich was okay. Kids loved the grilled shrimp and chicken strips. BLT salad met with wife's approval.
(4)Charles P.
(5)Berta O.
Love two bit cafe. Save room for dessert. Penny makes the best ear grey tea cake ever! Love the turkey cranberry sandwich. For breakfast, great omelets and sour dough toast. Always enjoy visiting with Penny, James, and Diane.
(4)Laura H.
(4)Kim T.

OKAY... first let me say the food was delicious- fabulous actually. We all loved what we ordered.... but we waited 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES for it. Is it good? YES. But the service just cant make up for how long we waited, how long it took simply to get a drink... even a water.

Good food , waited quite awhile for it. Cool old atmosphere. Cool little weekend breakfast place

(2)Joe B.
(4)Jenn S.
(2)Anne S.
Such a cute little place. And it's so great. I definitely want to come back. The brie was so good. It's got a very nice mom and pop feel to it, as well. Just enjoyed it, overall.
(4)Niki W.
Came back and it was BETTER than I remembered! (And that NEVER happens!) Someday we will have something beside the Garlic Burger with Pastrami.... Maybe The burgers are so good you can't stop eating it, even if your full! Holy heck they are good!!!

(2)Lauren S.
(1)Penny I.
The food was good, but the service or should I say the kitchen was slow. I had the same experience as a prior reviewer, where you almost feel guilty when you food finally does come out. Some of our food came out burnt. They apologized and made no more amends after that. I probably wont be going back.
(2)Craig J.
Got a good garlic burger. Best part was that they had Ironport soda.
(3)Perry H.

Latkes rock!!!

(4)Ginger S.
I love this place! I was so happy they had clams. :-) I can't wait to return!
(5)Alicia R.

Really good food, especially for vegetarian options. The cheese sandwich on baguette was great. Good soups, too. Service is a little slow and it wasn't the most comfortable restaurant, but nothing was unpleasant. Probably my favorite restaurant in Ogden.

This place ROCKS! Great food, cool location, nostalgic decor, friendly folks... and Magic Tricks! What more could you want from a restaurant?!

(4)Jessie G.
(4)Sam G.

I say GO!
(5)Megan W.

"Classic" tuna sandwich was okay. Kids loved the grilled shrimp and chicken strips. BLT salad met with wife's approval.

This is the epitome of local dive place. The food is great and the people are great. If you love Ogden, you love two bit.

(5)Berta O.
Love two bit cafe. Save room for dessert. Penny makes the best ear grey tea cake ever! Love the turkey cranberry sandwich. For breakfast, great omelets and sour dough toast. Always enjoy visiting with Penny, James, and Diane.
(4)Kristin G.
OKAY... first let me say the food was delicious- fabulous actually. We all loved what we ordered.... but we waited 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES for it. Is it good? YES. But the service just cant make up for how long we waited, how long it took simply to get a drink... even a water.

(5)Denni P.

Good food , waited quite awhile for it. Cool old atmosphere. Cool little weekend breakfast place

(2)Joe B.
(4)Jenn S.
(5)Joni B.

(2)Craig J.
Got a good garlic burger. Best part was that they had Ironport soda.
(3)Perry H.

(4)Utah Chic K.
(5)Liz D.
(5)Jenny K.

Crab cakes a Cuban and a Philly, plus left w some peri peri hot sauce! Pretty Rad, great job guys. See ya again.

This place ROCKS! Great food, cool location, nostalgic decor, friendly folks... and Magic Tricks! What more could you want from a restaurant?!

Been here 4 or 5 times over the last few years. Service is sometimes slow so only go if you're not in a hurry. Really good food though! Fun atmosphere and a nice mom and pop feel.
