Been here a few times it just OK the service was nice. The food is OK not so great some people say but OK. Better then some I think the price is a bit high for what you get.

I usually dine at the Chick-fil-A in Ft. Union but had errands near this one so I hit the drive-thru about 20 minutes ago. My normal meal there are the chicken strips and waffle fries (and diet coke). Usually Chick-fil-A is on target with these, but the ones I got today were LOADED with grease. So greasy that the grease seeped through the container to the bottom of the bag. YUCK. They were so bad the breading fell off. How is that possible? Oh yea, they're grease-bombs. I ate about two bites and chucked them. The fries were good as usual but after two bites of the grease-strips, I lost my appetite and chucked those too. $6 wasted. I feel like I need a shower. One star for the girl at the drive through window. She was polite, smiled, courteous and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. OK, two stars for her.

Best customer service. Chick-fil-A does a wonderful job teaching there employees the importance of great customer service. I enjoy that they have employees who check with you and offer to get you refill's and take your tray when your done. It's probably number 1 on my list for customer service from a fast food chain. I will be back for sure!

I come here and grab breakfast before work every now and again. I have never experienced a fast food place like this. The normal expectation for fast food is to come in and be served by high school drop outs and people who don't care at all about customer service or being professional. This place is the exception to all of that. Everytime I walk in they are super upbeat and helpful. They all dress extremely professional and the restaurant is always super clean. The employees have a standard that is rarely seen anymore and I really appreciate that. They address you by sir, and once you give your name and order your food they then call you by name and actually bring you your food. As opposed to what I am used to where they just yell out some random number and make you figure out if it's your food or someone else. Hats off to the employees and management here. You guys are amazing.

This relatively new Chick Fil-A location is one of the better ones in the Salt Lake City area. While the food is the same (delicious, salty, bad for me) as others in the chain, the location is convenient as I'm in transit along various routes. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the times I've eaten in the restaurant itself, its always been clean and quiet compared to others. Its a good place to come and read a book or work on homework. Come on over.

It was my first time (EVER), so I was expecting good food and that's what I got! My chicken sandwich and chocolate milkshake were quite delicious.

Love this franchise! They train their employees to be polite and they treat their customers well. Delicious food! Good values. My son worked at two different locations--both great experiences. You know people are happy here. They are a good place for school fundraisers and special events. This drive thru has two lanes, but they are narrow so be careful because it's usually busy.

This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I think this chain is the crowning achievement of the LDS church. If it were open Sunday's it would be 5 stars. At this location you will battle the crowds. It has a play place for kids which means it's usually overrun with ill-tempered undisciplined vermin. And the parking lot is a nightmare! But the food is awesome and the service is great.

This location has become a hit and miss experience. I usually order the chicken tenders. Sometimes they are good, i.e. plump, not too much breading, hot but not overcooked. Several times they have been warm at best. Last evening they were small, over breaded and very well done.

The hours state that they are open at 5:30 AM. Apparently this isn't true on Friday mornings. I drove up to find it locked down and closed. At 6:15AM. Really? That is ok, I didn't need some nasty fast food for breakfast anyway. 2 stars for saving my health.

Drive thru didn't give me ketchup :( I never remember to ask so I'd appreciate at least a packet or two. Delicious deluxe spicy chicken though.

I've been a loyal Chic-fil-A fan since childhood, when I'd go to the mall with my mom to buy school clothes like acid washed jeans and Hypercolor shirts. We'd walk by the food court and get a sample of the savory chicken on a toothpick. I'm glad that CFA has branched out to non-mall free-standing locations over the last decade, and the new Murray location is top notch. I've only been through the drive through here, but the service is consistently friendly and fast. They never give me a hassle if I try to use an expired coupon (which I always do...I stock up on the annual cow calendars for freebie food coupons). I haven't been to the Murray CFA when they are busy, but I'm interested to see how they wrap cars around the parking lot at lunch time. Also, there's easy access north and south on State Street....it's right next to a traffic light.

It's 0830 in the morning and I order a number one biscuit meal. I sit down and they bring me a chicken sandwich meal. Looking confused I tell her I want a biscuit meal it's 0830. She says I oh, really? She gets the new one and and then I ask if I can get the difference back on my card. She says she doesn't think so. Very bad service this morning.

Best part about this place is their advertisements. The food is nothing special and the prices are too high for fast food. I know many people like them but I don't see why. Tried it a couple of times and walked away feeling underwhelmed and like I overpaid on both occasions. I love crispy chicken sandwiches but they just didn't impress at all.

If you know Chick Filet you know it's amazing. I feel like it's a bit over priced but it is very good. Both my wife and I had the chicken tenders. They were great. My wife loves the Buffalo sauce. We also tried the frosted Lemon Aid. It was very good. It tasted like a Lemon Julius from that place in the mall. A young man as approached us and offered to take our trays and get us refills. We both thought that was really nice. I also love the ketchup packets. They come in little tubs where you can dip your amazing waffle fries into them or squeeze the ketchup out on your tray. It keeps your trays from getting super messy and it's much more hygienic than the alternative.

Chic Fil A is the most consistent fast food places to eat of any I've ever been. My experience has been, without fail, food that is fresh and hot with excellent flavor and quality and healthier than other fast food joints, correct order, correct change, fast and friendly service, and clean. Always. I ate at this location today but I've eaten at many across the country and the state. And have you had one if their shakes? They are to die for. Good job Chic Fil A, you got it right. If only they could all be as good as you. :)
