This is the best fried chicken in Utah. We have been coming here since we where kids. Get the white chicken lunch or dinner the best.

Good Chicken - Good Steaks - Nothing above average - but its Morgan Utah after all - not Manhattan. Nice place to stop if you are driving thru and hungry.

Yeah this place isn't the classiest place but who cares? Its a small town restaurant and you can tell by the handmade items. The French fries are made in house and the fried chicken can't be beat. No don't come in if you are in a hurry but if you have a few minutes for them to batter and fry your chicken it is well worth it.

If I'm eating at the Spring Chicken Inn it means somebody died. That's a good thing, because eating here more often than on the occasional visit to the Morgan Cemetery would shorten one's own life considerably. Larry fries chicken. That's what Larry does. He does it well, and that's what you should eat. You should also eat basket after basket of warm rolls. If it's Friday, you will eat mashed potatoes, but only if it's Friday. You will likely go ahead and eat the tragic iceberg side salad, as well. It comes adorned with discs o' beet (let's just call them disco beets from now on). Disco beets do not taste like beets; they taste like diner side salads from last century. And you will eat dessert. Most likely pie a la mode. You will be attended to by servers from the small town of Morgan, UT. Behave accordingly. If you complain about the dated and ramshackle nature of Larry's, then you are the kind of person who will die alone and no one will gather afterwards to eat fried chicken in your memory.

Ate at the Spring Chicken Inn for lunch yesterday. Had the 2 piece chicken dinner with baked potato. Probably wouldn't get it again. If I go back, I'll get the salad with dried cranberries etc. My colleague had the salad and when it arrived, I knew she made the better choice. The people at Larrys Spring Chicken Inn couldn't be nicer or more attentive. Baked potato was cooked perfect. Ordered and finished off some pie to fill in the cracks. Morgan is a beautiful town and should be visited.

My family visits Morgan once a year and we always go here for some good ol luncheon. For 14 years they've never let us down with they're delicious chicken, burgers, and service. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible food. Expensive for subpar chicken the local supermarket churns out that's much better. You'll need a mouth of steel if you want to chew through the chicken. Fries were bland. But if you want a wilted brown salad that looks like it's at least 2 years old, hit this place up. The men's bathroom was a mess and looked like nobody has cleaned them in months. Seriously the Health Department needs to shut this place down. I have a strong feeling I'm going to spend the rest of the night on the toilet.

The lobby smells like grandmas house.... But the chicken is killer. We tried the wings this afternoon and they were good, but I've had better. Let's address the smell in the lobby and get back to that five start rating.

My wife and I went here for the first time on a Saturday in October and we liked that there was no wait and plenty of seats; not because of the food quality, but because it's a small town. We got wings for an appetizer and they were really good. My wife got the fried chicken platter and it was very fresh and home made. I got the country fried steak and it was great. The raspberry honey was awesome. The rolls were so fresh and warm. We got the bread pudding cake for dessert and it hit the spot. We were able to get an appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 entrees, and a dessert for $45 including a tip. We will be back.

Great "homemade" food at a reasonable price, considering. Freshly cooked, not warmed and waiting. Known for the fried chicken, which is great, and they have fresh cut fries. Nothing fancy with the establishment and nothing wrong with supporting "local".

Not sure why the server does not give you a heads up that it will be 20 minutes for. chicken. However, the chicken was good but extremely dry and there was little or no spices. Not even the exotic salt and pepper. It is handmade chicken.

This chicken is is really good. Worth driving from Orem for?...probably not, but since the "restaurant that shall not be named" went out of business in Lehi several years ago KFC just doesn't do it so I keep my eye out for anything to replace it. If anybody knows of great fried/broasted chicken message me. The chicken is deep fried in a pan so you get a really good crunch to the skin and batter. The sides were good nothing to complain about. One thing to note, if you order a breast you get the wing. If you order the thigh you get the drumstick. Two for the price of one! If I'm up that way or am really craving chicken I'd go back for sure. Just wish the "restaurant that shall not be named" would come back!!!

Larry's food take forever, it's usually only so-so, and is overpriced. It looks like the owner would rather run a craft boutique than a restaurant. The booths are filthy and broken and have big cracks in the seats. The ONLY good thing about it, is that it is open, because Morgan only has a few places to eat. If they had more choices, Larry's would be out of business. It is in desperate need of Robert Irvine and the Restaurant Impossible crew!!!

Below average. Flavorless greasy chicken. Brown lettuce salad. Baked potato and roll were best part of meal. Friendly waitress and hostess. Our bill was over. $50 including tip. Not worth it. This place really could use a visit from Restaurant Impossible. Restaurant was a bit sloppy and very outdated. A makeover and help with menu would be a good thing. Needless to say, this was our first and last time.
