This cafe in Moab was aesthetically pleasing from the outside, looking in. Very Moab. Very Eclectic. So desert. I ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon and cheese, because it felt right. Why did it feel right? Because I was about to hike the majestic delicate arch in a million degree hell heat, and I needed some carbs. I deserved a mass amount of carbs. The cutie at the counter was very helpful, and attentive. She seemed to have her footing. My sandwich was delicious, my friend got a giant breakfast burrito which she devoured. The hot sauce options were abundant. The patio was adorable. I would eat more carbs here.
A MUST in Moab! The cutest little restaurant with of outdoor seating. They serve breakfast all day which is a win for me. Ordered: Breakfast burrito- solid breakfast burrito with delicious rice, beans, cheese and egg. Got it with THE MOST AMAZING green chili sauce. Was offered to get it smothered with it, and if I had known I would've gotten it smothered with some on the side. They should sell this green chili it's insane! Creeped on the table next to me to a lady eating the Indonesian Satay which looked amaaaazing A must when in Moab.

The name of this place definitely hits the nail on the head. An eclectic little cafe right off main street, with some seriously delicious food. I had to try the cinnamon roll, it was way worth it. The only down-side is that there just wasn't enough seating. We were puppy-guarding a table and then got packed in like sardines.

3.5 stars! We came here to have some brunch. The place is indeed eclectic, as it says in their name. The garden in the front is actually quite beautiful and there's a large fountain with water and steam wafting out. There's also an interesting moving turning metal flower sculpture that's kind of mesmerizing. There are prayer flags out on the outside patio area. You order inside at the counter. Breakfast is served all day (but I think they close at 230). I opted for the breakfast plate with eggs made to order, toast, potatoes, and a salmon patty. My friend ordered their breakfast burrito. They gave us a plastic apple (as opposed to a number) and that's how the server would know how to find us. We sat outside - it was a beautiful day and we could enjoy the garden. We sat at the covered bar overlooking the garden and Main Street. My eggs over medium were cooked perfectly. The potatoes were seasoned and pretty tasty. The wheat bread toast, which I'm not sure what it was but seemed homemade and had nuts in it which gave it a great texture. The salmon patty wasn't amazing but gave the plate balance with some additional protein. It wasn't fishy or anything, but perhaps a tad bland. I added hot sauce to it and that made it a lot better. My friend did not like her burrito. It wasn't like a typical breakfast burrito. It was in a wheat tortilla and had brown rice and pinto beans. There was egg in it too. And came with a side of salsa. But it wasn't a very good burrito. It was a very healthy burrito, but that's not what she wanted. Overall I liked my food and I enjoyed the quirky ambiance of this little cafe.

Great food, great atmosphere, and superb service. I accidentally ruined my own chai and they replaced it for free. I couldn't believe how fast they got that food out.

Don't believe "breakfast all day". Our food came out cold even though the place wasn't busy.

Phenomenal. From their cinnamon rolls to their pork chop breakfasts. Caroline's Cubano is a must. Like the name reveals, eclectic decor in a cozy inside/outside atmosphere. Pet friendly and neighborhood proud.

Welp...yelp? Y'all done good. This place rocks. Stopped by here on our way back to ABQ and was I pleasantly surprised. We'd been up all night pulling an all-nighter driving home and decided to grab lunch since we'd timed it driving back through Moab. We ordered the gyro and the veggie wrap. Amazing. Now, I know they didn't make they're own mixed lamb/beef spit for my gyro however, that said, they made me and my belly very very happy happy happy. :). That veggie wrap was also very tasty and huge...just to note. On the sides...I elected o go with the potatoe salad and a fruit cup. Jesus Mary-Jane, that potatoe salad was sick-good! Seriously. I'd be happy eatin a bowl of that S*%T all by itself. She uses red potatoes, light mayo with a sweet twist (I believe it's sweet pickle relish), dill and its seasoned perfectly. Memorable is the best way to put it. The fruit cup was also good...fruit was fresh and cold. Cold is good! Between this place and that paradox pizza place, oh yeah, and the MTB...I'm comin back.

It started raining in the morning while we were at our campsite so we decided to head into town for breakfast and were happy we decided on this place. Quirky little place where you order inside and seats are first come first serve. I got the huevos rancheros which was pretty good. The green chili was tasty. The best thing I had was the mexican chocolate mocha. My gf surprised me with it after I asked for "an iced coffee or whatever" and I'm glad she did. It was delicious. Great start to the day before heading out to Arches.

Definitely a good amount of food for the money but nothing impressive. Maybe we were too adventurous with our options. I had the house taters and it was a lot of food but not a lot of flavor. The pancakes were good. The service was great and the location was cute, but not something I'd highly recommend.

Best selection of veggie centric food. The avocado wrap is a two fisted affair. The side salad is chock full of the great things: sprouts and seeds and peppers. My go to place in Moab.

Pretty garden setting, very pleasant to sit and people watch. Street as well as lot parking. Service was friendly and fairly quick. We seemed to have chosen the wrong foods: the cherry pie was bland, the bagel on the egg sandwich was homemade, but it was really heavy and needed to be toasted before the cheese goes on, and the quiche was just okay. In contrast, the skillet breakfast at the table next to us looked great, so try that. Lots of other places to try, so probably won't be back.
Had gravy, biscuits, eggs, and coffee. All were great. Gravy was clearly fresh-made, not too thick or too thin, and well-seasoned. Biscuits were from scratch, soft, tasty, and flavorful. Eggs were perfectly-cooked over-easy and were perfectly seasoned. Actually, more than I could eat. Coffee was good. Eclectic place with six small tables inside, a counter and tables on the porch, and more tables in the patio. Great value.

Fun place with a lovely courtyard. The portions are huge. The huevos rancheros are pretty tasty

Definitely the happening place in town, great spot to fuel up for hiking and cycling. My husband and I both had the huevos rancheros and they were delicious. Portions were very generous, green chile sauce and potatoes, on the money. We sat outside and had a lovely view of flowers and red rock. They've also got a bunch of things for sale, used books, local crafts, and pepper jellies. Fun place to come, we'll be back for some of the other intriguing items on the menu.

Great place for breakfast Try pancakes with bananas & ask to add two eggs sunny side up medium well ! Enjoy!

Somehow a giant cold wrap packed with turkey and lettuce was exactly what I wanted after a 100 degree hike in the Firey Furnace. It was enormous and as good as a wrap gets. Sometimes a whole wheat tortilla tastes like cardboard, but this one was very good. Also, almond milk iced chai- literally heaven through a straw. My brother got a breakfast burrito that was about the size of his head, packed with extra sausage and covered in green chili. We ate a lot and then went and took naps. Don't miss this place!

Ok food for the price. $9.5 for a breakfast sandwich and $10 for 3 pancakes seems high to me. Auto shop right next door so very noisy and smelly. Shaded outdoor seating is nice.

My wife & I went for a casual bicycle ride around town and had seen this place earlier, but really didn't know what it was about. It looks a bit eclectic and like a coffee house. That's kind of what it is. The weather was perfect and they have a great outside sitting area with some eclectic yard art to look at. We will definitely make a point of visiting again.

Cannot say enough good things about this cute, funky, cafe. The garden out front is beautiful, porch dining, patio w trellace and fish pond are relaxing and fun for kids. The breakfasts and lunches are made from fresh ingredients and are creative and delicious. Portions are larger than they need to be given the price. And to add to it, inside the house/restaurant there is art and jewelry from local artisans.

Iver M.
The sort of small town cafe where they recycle and serve up free-range eggs. The staff were all smiling and the place radiated the type of positive energy that I expect and appreciate at this type of joint. However, going for the "simple whole" ingredients doesn't have to meal simple taste. A lot of dishes I could have whipped up on the tailgate of my truck with a camp-stove and a quick trip to the local co-op. My suggestion: keep the kitchen stocked with the same awesome quality products, but up your creative culinary game. The chili verde that I so kindly got a free side of was so good, why not smother my friends flavorless burrito in it?

A definite must while in Moab. This was one of the first places we noticed upon arriving to Moab. We stopped by for brunch because it was recommended by a local. I loved the energy and the vibrancy of all the plants and flowers. I could sit here all day. The coffee was perfect and I love that they provide a counter with sugar, creamer, cinnamon, and more coffee. They have lots of art and jewelry to enjoy. I had the Huevos rancheros. They were beautifully presented and were delicious. I couldn't finish all of my plate since it's very hearty meal. Orange juice was freshly squeezed. Chocolate chip cheesecake was a sweet treat but may try the strawberry pie next time I'm in Moab. Enjoy the Moab times! A sensory paradise. Service was okay.

You can tell when you are at a good place, because it is full of people. Everytime we passed the place, there were a lot of people there. I was so busy taking photos of how cute and charming the place is, with the beautiful flowers all around, that I forgot to take a picture of our food! Duh!! The food we got was vey good, as was the espresso. We stopped in for an espresso only, and ended up getting a breakfast. I liked that tofu was an option for breakfast. I didn't have it, but next time I go, I will. All I had was a very good bagel. My friend had a very good egg on a bagel. I enjoyed sitting outside and just looking around. The service was very good and the people were nice. It's a laid-back atmosphere. There is free parking around the back and there is free wifi and indoor and outdoor seating. The prices seemed a tad high, but this seems to be a pricey town. There are a lot of things inside, so I think maybe those are local artists' things for sale - but I'm not sure about that. We loved it here and will most definitely go back when we are in Moab! What we had was all good.

We stopped in on a whim. Looking for something to munch on our way to Arches. We arrived to a bustling little diamond in the rough! Fantastic food! Everything was delicious. The Chai and Mocha Lattes were exactly what we craved to start our morning. The quiche de jour (tomato, asparagus, mushroom) was splendid and so fresh. My husband's Denver omelette and spuds was perfectly seasoned and generous in portion. The baked goods looked and smelled wonderful. They make real scones! (As opposed to the "Utah scone" which is navajo bread in sheep's clothing). If we are ever in Moab again, we will be returning! I loved the porch seating and the atmosphere was comfortable if a bit cozy.

I order the huevos rancheros and a huge plate comes out. The girl at the other table orders the same thing. When I ask to wrap it, the nice and enthusiastic hostess / waitress / cashier says, next time you should order a half plate like she did. I look at her like, I wish I knew that was an option. (Hand to the head) doah. Great place for an art and jewelry display.

I LOVE this place!!! Super nice atmosphere, excellent sandwiches and wraps, tasty pies and cookies... and good price. Service was excellent too! I would definitely recommend it.

Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. We first chose a table inside but moved outside due to the annoying flies inside. I had the quesadilla ($6 steal) which was huge, two full tortillas and it came with pretty good salsa. Great options for the whole family, vegan and vegetarian friendly, there were more than happy to make adjustments to the food to meet our needs. Only bad thing was they close at 2, so you can't do a late lunch. They do serve breakfast all day except pancakes.
(4)
Stephen K.
Had lunch there on a Friday. Everyone was so friendly and even gave us dinner suggestions in town. So nice we returned for s huge breakfast Saturday consisting of eggs and salmon patty and pancakes with nuts and bananas. Soo good.

The most amazing combination of great food and fantastic service.. Anna was so warm taking our order, offered suggestions, smiling the whole time. That old town welcome filled with love and honesty. We had the best tofu scramble breakfast ever! The outside seating is artistic.. highly recommend.

A charming cafe on your way in/out of town with an interesting selection of healthy foods and counter service. The outdoor seating is awesome, with a "garden like" patio and water fountain. We were impressed with the friendly service and overall vibe of the place. My party was all satisfied with their choices, 2 burgers (build your own) and the special of the day (a Thai chicken plate) and amazing coconut Thai soup! The bummer was paying $10 for a wrap made of a head of lettuce and 2 slices of lunch meat and nothing else. (The staff did noticed my look of dismay and brought out a plate of tomatoes cheese and onions....that helped a little.) We'll definitely return and try everything else on the menu, soon.

We tried the tuna melt, veggie wrap and BLT avocado wrap. All delicious! What a nice oasis in downtown Moab.

I got to spend a beautiful weekend near Moab with some friends and this was our last meal before venturing into the wilderness. It's a really cute little joint where breakfast is served all day. It's very Gluten Free and vegetarian friendly (perhaps vegan too, I can't remember). There are only a couple of tables inside but the patio outside is pretty wonderful, especially this time of year. Inside, you can also find some pottery, jewelry, and other trinkets that seem to be local. Of course I turned to Yelp to see what I should get. Everything sounded great. It seemed like there were some good reviews on the Huevos Rancheros and I can't turn down delicious Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Friends got the Avocado BLT wrap, quiche, and standard breakfast. I didn't love my dish despite another Yelper proclaiming it to be the best HR they've ever had. It was decent but friend thought it tasted like something out of a can. Breakfast potatoes were killer though. I tasted the quiche and that wasn't bad either. I wish I could give half stars because this would be closer to 3.5 for me. The staff was very friendly and the tattooed server gave us some pointers on where to go to see some beautiful scenery.

Smiled from the second I drove onto the lot. Beautiful garden out front with a cute giant mosaic teapot. Inside felt so welcoming with plenty of tables and complimentary water. The food was pretty good too. I got a hamburger and chips. Loved the choice of bun. There was jewelry and other knick knacks for sale inside. The staff was super friendly and helpful as this was my first visit. If I'm ever in town again I will definitely stop by.

This is a tiny, hipster, kitschy, breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant in Moab. I mean, you can tell with the name of the place. They call themselves Eklecticafe. Eklectic is not even a real word. They're too cool to use the word, "eclectic." Anyway, I liked this place. The people are nice here. The food taste good too. I tried the Huevos Rancheros, Breakfast Burritos, Banana Nut Pancakes, and the Roasted Vegetables with Polenta and Two Eggs. The Huevos Rancheros was not your traditional Huevos Rancheros. Being eclectic, they Americanized it by adding cheese and other junk onto it. I don't know about you, but I like mine traditional. However, I did like the corn chips they put on top of it. The green sauce tasted good. It was a decent dish. The Roasted Vegetables with Polenta and Two Eggs tasted delicious. You get to choose how your want your eggs done. The roasted vegetables had great flavor to them. Also, I loved their polenta. This was a solid, vegetarian dish. Their Breakfast Burrito was huge and delicious. That's what she said. Anyway, it looks like your typical burrito from Chipotle. But it had 2 eggs, brown rice, pinto beans, cheese wrapped in a wheat tortilla smothered in salsa. Sure, it's not authentic, but it was good. The salsa helped give it a kick, and I liked the egg in the burrito. I had it without the cheese though. I wasn't a fan of their Banana Nut Pancake. It tasted bitter. I have no idea what they put in the pancakes because it's their own recipe. I guess I'm not a fan of their secret recipe. I would avoid this if you don't like bitter pancakes. I also tried their coffee. You can get it with milk, soy, or almond milk. I liked that, since I'm lactose intolerant. They seem to be observant about dietary restrictions. They offered to remove the cheese in my burrito since they noticed I ordered almond milk with my latte. I liked their coffee. It tasted good. It wasn't overly acidic and had good flavor. I am not a fan of their small space. We went on April when it was windy and cold. So people were fighting to sit inside. Sitting outside when it is windy and cold sucks. The wind was so strong, it blew away everything. It would be nice if they had some heaters near some tables. We also came when it was raining. That sucked too. I'm sure this place is awesome when the sun is shining, and the weather is warm. But when it isn't, you better find a place to sit inside or go elsewhere. Despite my complaints, this seems like a great place to eat breakfast or lunch in Moab. Their food taste good, the staff seem friendly, and it's an interesting place to go.

We stopped here for breakfast after complaining that all our meals so far in Moab had been average at best. This place was exactly what we were looking for! I ordered the breakfast burrito with green chilies and my husband ordered the huevos rancheros. Both portions were huge and delicious! Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The kids had whole wheat pancakes and bacon- the portions were plentiful considering we ordered the kids size. The best part of the meal was the giant cinnamon roll we shared. Moist, sweet, and so, so yummy! We look forward to having our leftovers for lunch after our hike! The service was fast, attentive, and everyone was warm and kind. Iced tea was delightful and the coffee drinks are unique and tasty. The meal was a bit pricey- but worth it! Don't miss this place- it will be your best meal in Moab!!

What an amazing place! When staying in Moab, we looked at Yelp to find a nice place for breakfast and boy did we find it!! Every other day of our stay in Moab, we started with a breakfast at this place. The staff was just so great and attentive and don't get me started about the food. Decided to go for the Banana Nut Pancakes and I did not make a bad decision with this! The seating on their terrace is nice and cozy. If you are in Moab and need a breakfast, this for sure is one place to put high on your list :)

This place was very good. They have a lot of vegan options! I got the veggie wrap, no lemon-yogurt sauce so it was vegan and yummy! VERY generous portion sizes. They have a great patio so you can eat outside.

Sitting out on the shades porch after an Arches hike really did a body and soul good. The veggie wrap and coconut red pepper soup were so delicious, and most amazing was the blueberry blackberry pie for dessert. :) Hit them up!

Excellent lattes and pretty good bagel breakfast sandwich. However, banana pancakes were scorched and not so good. Two were burnt out of the three on the plate.

Visit this place often, as the atmosphere is always upbeat. I usually order the spinach feta omelette. Don't normally eat the toast since it has nuts in it. The staff is always friendly and have smiles on their faces even when it's so busy that there is a line out the door and people are standing and eating waiting for a table. The ladies at the front counter are good for humorous quick comments and if you're a regular they will remember your name!

Eklecticafe is a Moab staple. 18 years strong, it is one of the few authentic places left in a rapidly gentrifying Moab. Delicious and creative food aside, this place would still win the hearts of locals. The employees are happy and well cared for by the owner/management, which creates an atmosphere that is unparalleled by other cafes in town. Want to substitute something? You got it. Need a refill? No problem. If there is anything- at all- that doesn't satisfy you about your experience here, they will do their best to fix it at no extra cost. No-nonsense ingredients in fresh, house made foods. This place will please the picky eater, the vegan, the gluten free, AND the super hungry bacon fiend. I highly recommend!

A really pitch perfect spot, with local flair and delicious grub. My only complaint is that it closes at 2:30. Eat here if you can and have anything on the menu.

This is a great place to eat breakfast! Hippie atmosphere! I had the bacon and carmelized onion quiche. My hubby had huevos rancheros. Both were awesome! Coffee was great also. We decided to sit outside among the flowers and birds. You will not be disappointed

Cute and homie for being out in the middle of nowhere. Food was on the healthier side for Moab and loved all the coffee choices. Eggs were undercooked (they fixed it) and food was a little cold. (They offered to make it right). Loved its originality:)

Huevos Rancheros really hit the spot after a morning of hiking! The outside patio is nice as well, and the coffee is self-serve, which is good for people like me who don't like to wait for refills. Best breakfast we had in Moab!

Our tour guide told us this was a good place to eat breakfast. Order at a counter and they bring out your food. Basic breakfast food to a tad more exotic. Staff was friendly. It was easy to order and delivered quickly. My husband and Father in law got the breakfast burritos. My mother in law got the eggs, potatoes with bacon. I got the eggs, potatoes with ham. There is some seating inside and outside as well. It was a nice stop and decent food. If back in Moab would stop again.

Incredible BLT Avocado wrap !!! Menu was very diversified and priced very reasonable . We are on the shaded porch and enjoyed a great lunch . This is not a tourist trap ... Locals flock there .

Wow! They make fuel taste so indulgent and good. I got the curry chicken wrap with soup of the day, which was lentil soup with apricot. Amazing. I saw the yummy butter cake dripping with fat blueberries. I was like.. ooh must get. But the butter cake was hard. So I told them, and they gave me the strawberry cheesecake. Hubs got the burger with kettle chips. He said.. good burger. It was his fault though to order chips.. they're literally chips.

As I walked to the Eklecticafe and noticed the frost on the rooftops of Moab, I was hoping that there would be some seats open inside. I was not really looking forward to eating out on the patio on such a chilly morning. It would have been a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast on a morning that didn't have such a bite in the air. When I walked through the door, I looked around and all of the tables in the small cafe were occupied. I walked up to the counter knowing exactly what I wanted to order after reading all of the raving reviews on Yelp. The woman behind the counter walked up to the counter without giving any acknowledgement that I was standing there. She proceeded to do this 3 different times while I was standing there... not even a "Hi" or "I'll will be with you in a few minutes." By her 4th trip up to the counter, she was ready to acknowledge me. Once she did, she was very friendly and nice. Once my order was placed, the service was quick. I asked a woman sitting at one of the larger tables by herself if I could use one of the open spaces. She was more than happy to let me have a spot to sit inside. When I received my burrito, it was cold... strange because it didn't seem like I waited very long for it to arrive after I placed my order. The burrito was pretty good. Not nearly as amazing or gigantic as the reviews on Yelp led me to believe. I was impressed to see that they used organic brown rice as one of the ingredients for the burritos. It definitely could have used some peppers and other vegetables as well as some spice. The Chai was quite good. After my cold morning walk, it was served up piping hot and remained that way throughout my meal. The oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chip cookie had a good texture, consistency, and flavor. As I was finishing up my meal, a man came in from the cold and asked if he could use a place at my table. I was more than happy to share as he stated, "It's cold out there!" I would say that the Eklecticafe is my favorite breakfast place in Moab so far.

First of all, the atmosphere is what won this place 5 stars. What would've made it better is if the restaurant wasn't off the main road but since Moab is small and you don't have many food choices, this was one of the best. The food is good too although nothing over the top. We had the eggs and pork breakfast with toast and potatoes and sat outside by the koi pond. Great place to relax. Many of us had our shoes and socks off outside to dry because of the rain. There is a line but don't be scared off as it moves rather fast.

Got the veggie wrap, an italian soda, and a brownie today. The italian soda and brownie were okay, just like an italian soda and brownie that I would get from anywhere. The wrap was large, but was comprised mostly of bitter lettuce. But the time I got down to the bottom of the wrap, I got to the hummus, tomatoes, and peppers--all huge chunks. I wish someone would have spread out the ingredients. And not used bitter lettuce. The place is really small but pretty cute. The staff was friendly enough. I might return, but would not get the brownie or veggie wrap again.

I got 1 coconut chocolate chip cookie here, and a white chocolate mocha with soy milk 2x. The cookie was soft and you could taste the coconut, and there were plenty of chocolate chips. The WCM is what I always order, everywhere, and it was pretty good here. Not the best I've ever had, but good! On both days, the line was out the door, but once I ordered, my drink came out quick. Even though the place is always packed, they bus tables pretty quick. It's easy to find seating either inside or outside. Polite service and workers high on health so it's a good vibe. The cafe is kind of cluttered but it works. They sell local art and some tiny touristy things. They've got 1 m/f shared bathroom (single) that's really clean, which is important because you'll either be heading out of town, or just arriving from a long road trip. On the strip, this was the only cafe I came across so if you need caffeine, it's a great option.

Cute little place, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area on the porch. We both had the huevos racheros and it was fantastic - great chile verde. The place was really busy when we were there so expect to wait in for a bit to order - but worth the wait.

Eat here. Reasonable prices, great breakfast, excellent service. Be sure to stop here before or after your hike, or just to stop by and have a scone.

The name is VERY fitting to the atmosphere. Lots to look at while you are waiting for your food. I had the huevos rancheros, which is served with spicy green sauce. Not totally traditional like in Santa Fe, NM but very good. During our month long stay in Moab, we will be back. We were the only non-locals this February morning.

Beautiful enjoyable setting for a hearty and healthy breakfast. Fast and friendly service. The staff did a great job managing the line and getting the food out quickly. I had the spinach and feta omelet with homemade toast. Will definitely come back for lunch sometime too!

Best Pancake ever! Not a big fan of pancakes but their buttermilk pancake was the best. Thin and not too soft.

Some of the best pie I have ever eaten. Charming place with big portions. Would have given 5 stars but there was a misstep with our sandwiches. That said, I would be happy to go there again in a heartbeat! Might even consider moving to Moab for that pie...

Sooooo good. Awesome staff. Amazing, well everything; from iced muffins to iced teas, breakfast burritos to bomb lunch. And it's cute! Did I mention free refills on the iced teas.

Very cute establishment that matches it's name! We stopped for a quick lunch after 6 hours of hiking Arches National Park, before returning for several more hours of hiking. Service was very quick, the staff was very pleasant and helpful in making our food selection. We would be happy to return on our next visit, especially to try some of the breakfast options (which are served till close) I gave it a 4 based on other options and restaurants in Moab. It may not match a 4 for what you would expect in a larger city with more options!

Oh my god is this place good! Looking for a quick bite on our way out of Moab, my friends and I decided to stop here and I am so happy we did. The service was super friendly, the seating area was beautiful and charming, and the food was PHENOMENAL. We tried the granola n yogurt and juevos rancheros: the best I've ever had in each category.. I've been to great breakfast/brunch places all over NYC, DC, and Philly, but I honestly think that this is the best I've ever been to.

What a great place! We got brunch here after hiking Arches, and it was soooo delicious! I got a scone and a Cubano (try both), and I also had Huevos Rancheros (I was hungry!). I am pretty picky about Huevos Rancheros after growing up in a town specializing in green chile, but this was great and filling! I took half of it home because the portion was so generous! My friend got eggs, potatoes and toast, and her food also looked great! I'd love to come back for lunch or try one of their amazing-looking quiches! Service was fast and friendly (despite being packed), and the ambiance is eclectic and fun! I will DEFINITELY be back!

Delicious tofu wrap. Took our order 5 minutes before closing.

Delicious Huevos Rancheros! A full plate will power you for the day. Eggs were done perfectly. If you like coffee, the Cubano is frothy, sweet, and authentic. I think I'll grab a cookie for the trail.

Food was delicious !! My favorite was the breakfast burrito smothered with chili verde. The Service Outstanding!! Tried one other place for breakfast while in Moab and it was no where near this Quality.

Not sure what reviewer Mark ate, but we had the Veggie Wrap, spicy corn chowder and Chicken Verde Burrito with Green Salad, and nothing was "bland". Excellent flavors, fresh ingredients ( the tomatoes must be home grown), big portions and quite reasonable prices in a truly eclectic setting. My gf and I will definitely come back next time in Moab!

Great environs, outdoor seating, casual sandwiches and wraps and of course a good shot of caffeinated slurping surprises.

A real hidden gem. Went with friends for lunch. Sat outside surrounded by plants and birds. Staff very friendly. Food was top notch. Curried rice wrap with herbed potato salad.

The name says it all - except how good the food is as well. A quaint little place I may have missed if it wasn't for Yelp. Small but varied menu, the food is excellent and staff is super friendly. I actually went back to this place several times during my stay. They have Vegetarian and Vegan food which I was searching for during my stay. I'll be returning to Moab and the Eklecticafe as well.

One of the few places open during winter. Huevos rancheros were good, if not traditional. Friendly service.

My boyfriend and I spent the night in Moab during a road trip across country. We were happy to see a wide variety of restaurants in Moab besides fast food chains. Based in previous Yelp reviews, we ate lunch here and were happy with the food, service and atmosphere. It's a clean, fun and full of character. They have a nice variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps and coffees. I ordered the Satay plate which was delicious! I normally order Satay whenever I see it on the menu and the satay with curry rice was delicious! The chicken was well cooked and I love peanut sauce. The rice was well seasoned and have nuts and raisins. They also have gluten free and vegetarian options if that is what you are looking for. My boyfriend loves Reuben sandwiches and that is what he ordered and enjoyed it as well. A great place to stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch. There are about 7 tables inside and plenty of outdoor seating for larger groups. Great place to eat at before or after stopping by arches!

The breakfast potatoes were seasoned to perfection. All of the food was well prepared and they have a lot of healthy and flavorful selections. Most of the dining was on a covered porch.

The Huevos Rancheros are a specialty item, but if they have them they're amazing. Also they have great coffee and when we said we were splitting a meal they put it on two plates that were both completely full.

I had the Huevos Rancheros. It's an enormous plate of delicious food that's also gluten free, add to that it's under $10 makes it a bargain in my book. The service is friendly, there is loads of outdoor seating in their garden-like patio (and a few tables inside, too). I can't tolerate gluten and finding a place to eat with decent and tasty options is always a challenge, this place fits the bill in every way. I will definitely return.

Brunch for 6 of us. We loved the friendly casual atmosphere. The hostess let us move tables and chairs around so all of us were together, even though it blocked one of their walkways. The food came out quickly. Our waitress was extremely attentive throughout the meal. The food was wonderful. Portions were huge. The gardens were beautiful and was so relaxing we lingered longer than we had planned. They kept our teas and coffees filled long past what many restaurants do. We never felt rushed or in the way. We will be back whenever we are in Moab.

I wish I could post a pic of this place on here because the few to choose from on this site don't do it justice. It sure lives up to its name. The outside is very playful and inviting. Street parking only from what we could tell. The ladies who work here are fantastic. Super friendly and energetic. My lovely lady had a two eggs any style plate with potatoes, bacon and toast. The potatoes were delicious. I know that because I stole quite a few of them. She seemed quite pleased with the rest of it and the portions seemed ample enough. I got the biscuits and gravy. I think it came with bacon alone.....but I can't recall. The portion was massive. The biscuits were clearly homemade, as was the gravy. Both were better than average, but nothing to write home about. If you're eating there, you get a coffee mug to keep refilling at your own leisure - and they give you a to-go cup to fill when you leave. Great ambience inside. The pastries looked amazing. We didn't have time to stay and try them, but I'd go back on looks alone. We had the pleasure of dining outside on the front porch. It was fantastic. They've got a great garden out front complete with a mosaic/ceramic styled coffee mug the size of a bathtub nestled neatly in the center. It looked like they had dry-ice inside of it or something that made it look like it was steaming hot. Overall, this was a great dining experience. It's definitely worth your time and money to stop in for a breakfast served with smiles.

Super cute and quaint. Lovely woman working the counter. Love the local art displayed and for sale. A great start to the day! If I was going to be in Moab longer than this morning, I'd come back for sure! Thanks for breakfast!

This is my go to breakfast cafe in Moab. Yummy food made with fresh ingredients every day. The patio seating is a huge plus and they are dog friendly. I have loved every meal I have eaten here. Don't be in a hurry, the food is made with care and its a popular spot. Sometimes you get right in to order and other times you will wait in line. It's worth the wait.

What a great neighborhood restaurant. I loved the outdoor seating area- reminded me of dining in a garden. I had the chicken wrap to go for my rock climbing trip. It was delicious! The staff accommodated making the wrap early in the morning. Very nice of them. Fresh ingredients, awesome staff, and cool atmosphere. Overall, a sweet experience.

Just amazing... went twice during the two days I was in Moab. Had the breakfast burrito and the curry/chicken burrito... both blew me away! Would come a third time. Tried the pastries from my girlfriend and they were alright, slightly above average. The coffees were all fantastic! Go check it out!!!

Just adding my 5* to all the others. Perfect lunch place after hiking Arches. Everyone got a different sandwich and they were all great: BLT-avocado wrap was delicious as were the sides. Friendly service. The breakfast items looked great too, so we'll be back.

We were not impressed with the food. While the breakfast burrito was I okay it was not as big as reviews have made it sound. However the banana pancakes were terrible. I don't know if they messed up on the batch or if that was normal for them but it tasted like it had too much baking soda in them. The one positive and the reason why they got three stars and not two was that the staff was very nice.

We had a lovely breakfast here! I had a veg omelet special which was wonderful, big chunks of veg, seasoned potatoes, obviously fresh baked bread. My husband tried the biscuits & gravy which were equally delicious and high quality. Be ready for very limited seating in winter, but staff very nice and did I mention fresh squeezed oj? So good!!

Fantastic breakfast! This is the kind of food that you normally have to wait longer for and pay more. The lady that I assume owns it made our experience even better! They have all kinds of gifts and jewelry as well. Places like this one are why I love road trips. Last but not least the coffee's great too!

Healthy menu, beautiful garden seating but pretty expensive. I'm writing this review while sitting in their outdoor patio. My girlfriend ordered a curry rice wrap with chicken which was hearty and well worth the $11. It tasted very good. The side of fruit she got was fresh and delicious. I ordered the cheeseburger for $9 with a side of chips. The burger tasted awesome but size wise, it was a kids burger that should be on the menu for $6. It came on a standard wheat bun, not fresh baked. The mustard and mayo were in packet form on the side. Our total was $27 for lunch which by Moab standards is a normal price but you can get a lot more food at most restaurants in town. I will come back for breaksfast and revise my review after that.

We bombarded this place just after marching in the Moab PRIDE walk. As about 15 of us descended on the restaurant we clearly overwhelmed the little establishment but they remained strong and true, serving all with a smile. It was a long wait, but we got our food and even some recommendations as we made our orders. As it did take...a really long time...i'm knocking off a star (they knew the queers were in town, gotta be ready for that!). The food was delicious and varied. You could order a hunky piece of sweet potato pie or a light tofu scramble with brown rice and steamed seaweed...or both. Not to mention iced white mocha or steamy chai with soy. And prices seemed fair. Most of the seating is outside and though we couldn't sit together, exactly, we weren't far from each other. And seeing that was took over like the blob who ate everything, it wasn't a problem chatting across the terrace. It was quite lovely in the shade of the leaves above. Inside was great too. High five for awesome ambiance. And excellent service. Just be ready when queers invade.

There were very few pptions for breakfast so Eklecticafe was an easy choice. It is indeed Eclectic, my husband ordered biscuits and gravy and I had to try the huevos rancheros since they are a favorite on yelp. We sat outside on the patio. Flies were horrendous. We probably should've moved inside, but we stuck it out. Both dishes were nicely prepared. Neither we the best ever, but we were satisfied. It was one of the better meals we had in Moab.

This place was a nice change in atmosphere. It was cozy and quite different to other places around. I ordered the Salmon burger, and it was the BEST salmon burger I've ever had. It came with a soup du jour, potato something, and it was one of the worst soups I've ever had haha. But the salmon burger would make me come back to this place anytime I visit Moab in the future.

I had to give this place 4 stars because it really nailed it on the ambiance, food, decor and service. I had the tofu burrito and it was so spot on that I devoured it immediately. They also have a cute system for identifying tables where they give you this little wooden fruit - just a little added something to make the place stand out. With that said, I expected to LOVE this place based on the reviews, but I'd likely find myself heading to Love Muffin Cafe if I had one more breakfast in Moab.

During a recent visit to Moab on a guys week long Mt Bike adventure we took one morning off from riding and visited Eklecticafe. We were all VERY impressed with the selection and quality of all the fresh food. My favorite part was the store baked bread so thick and heavy it could have been a meal all by itself. I highly recommend trying anything this little cafe offers. Enjoy!

The pancakes sucked. My wife got the huevos rancheros and they were really good. So stay away from the pancakes and you'll be fine.

The group I was with wanted to try something local so the near by Denny's and McDonald's breakfast was out of the question. I chose this place based off the pictures & how it was conveniently located right off the main road in downtown Moab. When you enter the cafe you'll find the inside tons of little trinkets for sale. There is some seating inside but I would recommend eating outside since it can get a little cramped with all the traffic of people trying to order. Keep in mind- this place is a cafe! You order off of a chalk board menu hanging above the register. Order, find a seat, and they drop off your food. Besides that its 'serve yourself'. My group and I decided to eat outside to enjoy the weather (if you mind buzzing bees pollinating the flowers in the garden surrounding you then I'd stay indoors). On the side of the register you'll find a glass case with pastries and cookies- get the coconut/oatmeal/choco chip cookie, it was yummy! I ordered the Porkchops and my boyfriend got the breakfast burrito. Both of which were decent. After eating, you pretty much bus your own table by dropping off the dishes into a bucket. Breakfast was better than Denny's but nothing amazing.

Such an interesting spot. We enjoyed some chai on the go and bought a blueberry scone large enough to last us for days. They were very generous in also giving us an extra pour of chai after our first sip. Seemed like it would have also been a worthwhile breakfast stop. The atmosphere was unbeatable compared to other locations on the strip.

I dig this place. The atmosphere has a real homey feel with a down to earth vibe. There is mostly outdoor seating with nice foliage surrounding. The interior is quite small (at least from what I saw) so not sure on a cold rainy day how this place would fare. The food options are good with a variety of breakfast options and lunch options. The ingredients seem to be fresh and there are many veggie / vegan options. I went here twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. For breakfast I ate light cause I wasn't real hungry, going with a small fruit bowl and chai. It was ok. The fruit was average and the chai was done American style which I can't stand. I don't totally blame them cause no one really knows how to make a real chai in America unless of course you go to an Indian restaurant. For lunch I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and it was great. The portions are big and I actually saved half for dinner. It came on a whole wheat tortilla and was stuffed with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, onion and hummus. It also came with a lovely side salad & my choice of dressing. They have several vegan and non-vegan dressing options which are unique such as "the green goddess". My husband ordered the gyro which he was pleased with. At least flavor wise he said it was spot on but the meat was not served as it usually is in a Greek restaurant. Meaning, it was cut flat and almost looked vegan...hard to explain but you'll see what I mean if you order it. The service was great and I can't say enough about the lady behind the counter. She was so friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed when I went back after lunch and asked for a side of hummus to take on the road. They gave me a very substantial portion and didn't even charge me for it!! Two thumbs up in our book....

Perfect casual lunch/brunch spot. Got the egg, bacon, cheese sandwich and curry rice wrap with side salad. My friend and I shared and it hit the spot after days of hiking/camping. The waitstaff/cashier were super friendly and gave us everything we asked for without hesitation. Don't come if you want sit down service - you have to order and find a spot to sit so if really busy it can be tough.

Best food I've had so far on my roadtrip from SoCal to Denver. So much good stuff to choose from - I was hungry and ordered the rancheros full and soup of the day and macadamia cheese cake (and two glasses of fresh OJ) - glad i ate here instead of green river- If I'm ever roadtrippin around again this is def a spot Ill come back to. Now back to the road feeling great . Denver here I come!

Awesome little place that we hit up each time we're in Moab. He gets the huevos, I get the banana nut pancakes, coffees and a scone to split. Love the outdoor dog-friendly patio and laid back vibe.

Visited Eklecticafe twice on during a recent stay in Moab. The food is fresh, wholesome and delicious. The inside space is very close and cozy with an assortment of gifts and trinkets for sale around the walls and within the tabletops. We ordered at the counter and were given a vegetable shaped ornament (instead of a traditional number on a stick) to take back to our table. Our food was delivered quickly, and it was all of the finest ingredients and delicious. Special of the day: Kebab on curried rice - the peanut sauce served with this meal was particularly delicious. Vegetable wrap with hummus - The vegetables were light and crispy, and the flavors of the hummus and the lemon yogurt sauce blended well together. Brownie: dense, fresh, chewy and with a ribbon of raspberry jam baked into the top Chai latte: at lunchtime was super mild and delicately flavored, but in the morning was spicier with definite strong kicks of ginger. If it matters to you how spicy your chai is, then be sure to specify as you order.

Long line out the door that took quite a while before we got food and were seated. Food was okay, but perhaps I missed what everyone loves so much about this place.

Great food and coffee! Gluten free toast! We had breakfast here and were surprised because when we parked in the back the area looked junky but service was great We had read the reviews and chose to eat there tho Moab has many breakfast places. We picked the right one! I asked if I could help myself to coffee refills and I was told don't stop until I had the shakes! Plenty seating outdoors too!

Great place for breakfast. Inviting atmosphere, reasonable prices, good coffee, and huevos rancheros on the menu. What more could you want after a long early morning mountain bike ride? Go, you won't be disappointed.

Really great homemade food. Only complaint...potatoes in the huevos rancheros were hard and not edible (not cooked long enough). Pork chop smothered in mushrooms was fantastic and salad was so fresh.

We've had lunch here twice in the 2 days we've been in Moab. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh, homemade, and sourced locally. There were delicious vegetarian options as well as burgers for the kids. I highly recommend this place if you are in Moab.

Great atmosphere. Sitting outside on the patio. Delicious food. Had the hash potatoes and the biscuits and gravy. My girl is moaning over the huevos rancheros. And the pie and cake looks to die for.

Very good food, not afraid of flavor. Charming people and overall friendly atmosphere. Patio is shady and there are lots of cute little birds flitting about. Patio is right on the main drag, so definitely traffic noise, although the chillax vibe and fountains are a good counterbalance. Curried rice that came with my Satay was the best I've ever had! They let us have our (well-behaved) dog join us on the patio for lunch. Very nice, will definitely be back.

I was in Moab for over a week and had breakfast here almost every day! Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the first moment I walked in. All of my meals were excellent, as was the Pumpkin Cheesecake. I changed my drink order up on them, and they asked what was up. I explained that the Chai wasn't spicy enough for my taste. Stacy made some adjustments and gave me a sampler of 'my special Chai' - it was perfect! The atmosphere is warm and quirky, perfect for Moab! I also enjoyed the outdoor seating. I can't say enough nice things about this place - it was perfect in every way.

HUGE breakfast items! Barely any room to sit - so I would recommend taking items to go. Besides the food, there is great art scattered throughout and other fun things to buy. I came away with silver unicorn earrings :)

excellent food and quaint atmosphere. my wife had the satay dish and I had a ham quiche with a side of salad, mustard vinegar sauce. And I had a soy latte. All was very, very good, including the friendly service.

Highly Recommend for sure! The owner and staff were amazingly friendly and you can sit outside with doggies. She brought pups housemade treats which was very welcome! We had banana nut pancakes and breakfast burrito. Both were awesome, full of flavor and healthy. They have a really cute patio. Very low key, local vibe. Loved it! Some really cute things to buy inside as well. Fun!

Delicious sandwiches and wraps. The staff was very friendly. Quaint little coffee & cafe open only for breakfast and lunch. We ate outside in the shade an had a very pleasant lunch. Looked like more locals ate here than tourists, but since I was a tourist, I could be wrong.

I was in Moab for four days and ate here three times. How is that for an endorsement? We probably would have visited more but they close at 2pm. Beautiful outdoor seating- shaded and comfortable. Added bonus they sell beautiful jewelry- everything you see on the tables and shelves is for sale. You must try the huevos rancheros - they did serve the tortilla on top in stead of a separate plate which made it a little soggy. My friend that has lived in Guatemala gave these her seal of approval. They include a few chips, wonderful verde sauce and beans- which was unique. You must try their chai served in a glass and my friends raved about the quiche.
Awesomely delicious, had them make me scrambled tofu with green chile and cheese before the long drive back to Salt Lake and it was yumful. I never eat breakfast but if I lived in Moab, I'd eat breakfast at Eklecticafe every day.

Love it!! Stopped in for lunch en route to Arches Nat'l. Park with the mom and my four-legged roommate. The place has great curb appeal--colorful and funky, which sort of describes the whole ambiance, really. Inside the restaurant was crowded, almost uncomfortably so, but there was ample seating outdoors under the shaded patio, so it was quite comfortable to sit outdoors even in the June heat. The line to order initially seemed to be pretty slow moving, but we soon realized it was because the cashier was taking the time to answer questions about the menu and accommodate a customer who had specific dietary/allergy restrictions. Huzzah for good customer service! When it was our turn to order we received the same friendly smile and helpful attitude; I'll happily wait in line a little longer if it results in friendly, quality service. The cashier/server also checked with us after we were seated to make sure that our dog (sitting on the dog-friendly patio with us) was comfortable and had a nice bowl of cold water. Again, yay for customer service, even for four-legged patrons! The food was yummy, too. We had avocado BLT wraps (hard to go wrong with bacon anything, really). They were HUGE. I could barely eat half of mine, which was rather a shame as the thick, applewood smoked bacon was something out of a dream. The salad that I ordered for my side item--mixed greens, tomato, red bell pepper, sprouts, sunflower seeds, and house-made green goddess dressing--was the first thing I polished off. And the ginormous cookie my mom ordered for dessert (oatmeal, chocolate chip, walnut, and coconut) left her talking about wanting another one for the rest of the afternoon. And when we walked to our car in the back parking lot afterward, we spotted the little garden behind the restaurant--some of the vegetables were grown on site! The prices were perhaps higher than what one might expect for a breakfast & sandwich type shop, but given the quality of the service, ingredients, and final product I'd say it's definitely worth it. Eklecticafe is a Moab gem and I'm only sorry I won't be able to sample more offerings in the immediate future... so I'll settle for leaving a glowing Yelp review. ;-)

Hit this spot up for a pre-hike breakfast on a weekday as it was one of the few spots open that Yelp spoke highly of. Walking in, I realized it was a place I went for breakfast the last time I was in Moab (five years ago). Weird. I got the bagel sandwich with bacon which was big, fresh, and tasty. The orange juice I got with it was good as well, and I'm picky about my orange juice (because I'm weird like that). My fiance enjoyed his breakfast burrito, but had to add Cholula (a few days in New Mexico will do that to a guy). Prices seemed fair, the service was friendly, and they have a nice patio for all of your outdoor dining needs. What else can I say?

From the friendly faces and counter help to the absolutely delicious (and plentiful!) meals, this place is my official favorite for breakfast when visiting Moab. in reading some of the other reviews, it seems common that the decor is one of the more frequent concerns, but i think it's kinda FUN on the inside! heck, there was a lunch box in there that reminded me of my elementary school days! and some of the stuff (maybe all of it, i only saw prices on a few things) is for sale! i'm glad i got out of there with only paying for breakfast, there were lots of cool things in there i was tempted to buy. but back to the food - if you like cinnamon rolls, they have some up at the counter and next to Frontier Restaurant in Albuquerque (who bake theirs fresh daily) these are the best ever...deeeeelicious!!! see you soon, Eklecticafe!!!

My friends and I stopped here on the way to Arches NP a couple of weeks ago. We actually stopped because of Yelp reviews and I thought it would be appropriate to reiterate what an awesome place this is. Outside of the food being awesome, especially for a place that's open in the off-season in a tourist-heavy town, this place is worth visiting for the amazing staff and ambience. My friend is strictly gluten-free and the woman who took our order (who I imagine is the owner) knew exactly what was safe for her to eat and made great recommendations. She was friendly and knowledgable and seemed to love what she was doing. She had a great vibe that we all commented on immediately and it just made everything that much better. Also, the interior is covered in jewelry, pottery, paintings and photographs by local artists that are all for sale. It's a real treat for the eye. My one warning to people is that if it's cold out and you have a big group, don't stop here. The interior is small and quaint and a big group over-running it would ruin the whole thing. Although there is a lot of outdoor space so if it's warm out, then go for it.

Great little atmosphere for a relaxing breakfast in a garden. Food was fine, nothing outrageous. I got Huevos Rancheros and it was a lot of food but not something I would get again. Free refills on iced coffee was a plus. Good service, clean, funky.

The shade trees make it a perfect morning diner. The food (breakfast burrito, quiche and cinnamon roll - and everything else the others had) were delicious and cooked perfectly. The cinnamon roll was deeply cinnamon and a hit with all of us. Cinco deMayo was even celebrated by the staff who wore sombreros and were as friendly as the day is long, every time we visited.

This place is awesome! I went there twice while I was in Moab this fall, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Had a tofu/potato scramble type thing (Totaters!) for brunch, and it was great. A rice, vegetable, curry dish, and it was great too. Cool vibe at the restaurant, super-friendly staff and nice outdoor seating area. Also, easy to eat at for vegans and vegetarians!

Beautiful garden, lots of shade, friendly service. A wide variety of food, fresh and delicious. Highly recommended as very different than the more suburban-feeling places elsewhere in Moab. Do yourself a favour and have breakfast or lunch here.

This gem was dog friendly, featured affordable options, a very sweet staff, and most importantly, DEE-Licious food!!! I couldn't get over how amazing my curry wrap with chicken was-- it was huge and served with a generous portion of their SOD which was hot and sour and filled with fresh vegetables!! This place really does healthy food right. Not to be missed!

We came here for breakfast on the last day of our stay in Moab, and if we had discovered it earlier we would have been there everyday, maybe for two meals per day. Super cute and cozy decor with delicious self-serve coffee. My house-made granola with yogurt was the best I've ever had, and my companion's breakfast burrito was delicious and enormous. The employees were very welcoming and like others have commented made us feel like family!

I make a point to stop here at least once every time I'm in Moab. Never disappoints. Portions are tasty and robust, perfect sustenance for a day of hiking. The burrito is delicious, as is the plate of eggs potatoes and toast. Their scones are to die for...I always get one for the trail. Service is quick and friendly. Coffee refills are free. And I love looking at all the local art and pretty jewelry inside! Fantastic place!

Good food and big plates in a comfortable (pet-friendly) setting. I had the huevos rancheros and split a cinnamon roll with my son. Wife had a spinach/pancetta quiche. Everything was verrrry good. I'd say the only real downside is that it's very busy and the proximity to the highway can make the place a little noisy.

Horrible service, they force u to wait in line and order meanwhile a large table comes in and they get table side service and their food gets ordered before you! Waited 45 minutes between line and waiting for food just to get two subpar breakfast sandwiches and a cup of coffee.

I really enjoyed this place during my stay in Moab. The folks were friendly and they had a pretty killer breakfast burrito.

Found this cafe while traveling through Moab. There is a lot for parking behind the restaurant which is nice because there is limited street parking. The environment is hippie/eclectic and the walls, counters and tables serve as displays for beautiful jewelry and trinkets for sale. I ordered their iced chai latte and a turkey whole wheat wrap with cranberry mayo dressing. AMAZING. It came with a side and I chose the roasted red pepper soup. I completely cleared my plate. My friend got the tuna melt sandwich with the soup as well. He declined me a taste so that should speak for itself. The service was great and the barista helped us choose from the menu knowing we were newcomers. I overheard him talking with other customers and remembering people's names which always makes me smile. I highly recommend this place. If I ever go through Moab again I will definitely stop by.

Criminy! This place is one of very few Moab restaurants open in the winter. We were passing through town and almost every breakfast /coffee joint had pulled in their shingle for the season. However, Eklectica was lit up like a Christmas tree and jam packed with locals hovering around the faux wood stove. We had a pretty pleasant experience chatting up the owner who personally made our coffee drinks and gave us menu guidance. This time around the food came out fast and the customer service was top-notch.

Recommended by our hotel as it was a quick walk down Main St. The hotel described it as a bit crunchy/hippy, but with bacon. Love it! The coffee was great, and breakfast was huge! I had the salmon cake special ($8.95, I think?). It came with a huge and well seasoned and not greasy salmon cake, scrambled eggs, amazingly tasty potatoes and a thick slice of whole grain toast that I am still dreaming about. My friend was happy with his breakfast too - especially the bacon! Nice and thick. The patio was beautiful and sunny. The leaves weren't on the trees yet when we were there, but I can imagine it is a lovely oasis in the summertime. We would have stayed longer sucking down coffee, but the trails beckoned! And with a tasty breakfast in our bellies, we were good for the whole day.

Cozy, great food, friendly people, cherry chocolate cheesecake, what more does one need in this world? Tables in the sun. Free coffee refills. Great place.

After two great visits a few years ago, we decided to go back to Eklecticafe on our way through Moab. Its still great! They only do breakfast and lunch but the food is unique, fresh, and very tasty. Between the two of us, we had the House Potatoes and the Tofu Burrito and we can heartily recommend both. Thanks for another good meal!

Pleasant garden spot with outside tables - but food was a little disappointing after reading such great reviews. Eggs were on dry side; potatoes had some odd red seasoning on them. Not an improvement. Juice was great though and people were pleasant. Coffee decent. I'd go for a scone next time. They looked great.

My family had huevos rancheros, egg, potatoes and bread and egg, potatoes and pork chaps. Their huevos rancheros was good although the top tortilla was rather dry. My son and wife liked the pork chap and complemented that it didn't taste like pork. Their bread was very tasty as well. I wish they were closer to my hometown in CA. Service was friendly in general. They had outdoor seating as well as indoors. We got there around 11 in the morning and found 30 minute early to get lunch items but too late to get banana nut pancakes :-)

Cool place. Great breakfast. Small. Gift shop with cool postcards and jewelry. Huevos with green chile. Side of bacon. One of my favorite breakfasts anywhere. Staff is great, friendly, FUNNY, and kind. Owner is sweet and lovely. I really like this place. My first "find" in town and returned often. Do it. Done.

This a one of the best coffee house / breakfast places I have been to. My boyfriend and I recently visited Moab and we went there every day. The first day we had lunch. The gyros were fabulous as was the homemade beet soup. We went back the next day for iced Cubano coffee's - delish! And, we got a couple to go the next day before we left town. It's a great place to hang out and work (free wireless) or just people watch and soak up the sun. The patio has a great mixture of sun and shade. The staff was very friendly. Everything about our experience there was five star.

review is for service and iced tea. iced tea was cheap and divine - green tea with jasmine and something else fruity. darn refreshing on a hot moab day. we got there 40 min before closing time and stayed an hour after it. the ladies let us hang out and wifi away while they cleaned about and put up the "closed" shingle. super sweet folks. they had vegan options and i would def eat here.

Had an awesome breakfast burrito one day and the next day I had huevos rancheros with green chili sauce. Both were amazing. The staff is top notch and over the weekend they worked for their dollar. The place was packed. I've been here a number of years ago and it's still one of my favorite places.

I love the Eclecticafe for the great food, reasonable prices, huge portions, great and friendly staff, and awesome vibe. The atmosphere is funky and cool, without being pretentious, and I always feel right at home. The food is wonderful and the menu is diverse. Some of my favorites are the reuben, eggs and salmon, and the huevos rancheros (the portion is huge). The baked goods are outstanding, and some of the best toast I have ever had. The coffee drinks are great, and the Cubano is simply awesome. I love this place so much that I have become a regular when I am in Moab, and I don't eat at many other places in town. It would be a mistake not to give this place a try on your next trip to Moab.

My dad and I were the first customers in here for breakfast recently, fueling up for the long, beautiful drive from Moab to the Bryce/Zion area. My whole wheat banana nut pancakes were oustanding, chock full of bananas and walnut pieces and served with the real deal Holyfield maple syrup (the waitress explained that the syrup is why their pancakes are a little more expensive than most; fine by me). Scrambled eggs and bacon were very good too. I tasted some of my dad's house potatoes and immediately regretted not ordering some myself. The decor was really interesting (and almost all for sale, made by local artists) and the service was friendly and attentive. I'd imagine things can get pretty hectic in the small space when it's more crowded, but we had a nice relaxing meal, chatted with the waitress and some fellow customers, then hit the road for a long, beautiful day of driving and didn't really get hungry again until dinner time. This was a top three meal of our two-week trip around the Four Corners area, and a place I'll definitely stop again if I'm ever back in the area.

Unique cafe with close sitting. The place can get crowded but the staffr is really nice and you help yourself to coffee refills. The specials menu changed daily while we were in town. We went here almost every other day.

Been to a lot of places in Moab and this is my favorite. Try it.
Huevos rancheros has too much cheese, too much (mediocre) sauce, and it is on soft rather than crisp tortillas. Coffee is decent. You have to be a dwarf to use the bathroom without intermediate gymnastics--kind of like the head on an airplane. Friendly staff and swift arrival of the mediocre food.

Tried this place for Sunday brunch based on all of the reviews. Possibly the most overrated in Moab. Nothing special about the food and the Maverick has better coffee. Those who ordered wheat pancakes or breakfast potatoes left them on their plates. My husband asked for white toast and was practically scolded for the suggestion. We paid $26 for two, way too pricey for the quality of the food.

It's a small cafe inside with a big personality! They sell jewellery and other things like fridge magnets but nice ones. The service is excellent, food pretty good! Great portions. They will make stuff for you to bring to your hike as well. Will come here again!

I really like this place. They have great breakfast and lunch options. It is a great place to go for veggie or health foods. They also make some killer drinks. I love sitting on the patio during the summer and the service is always top notch. Everyone is so friendly. This place has something for everyones pallet.

Cute, friendly, warm atmosphere. Excellent coffee. Great place for breakie or lunch. Great jewelry too. The entire staff all the way from the cooks to the owner Julie provide excellent service. Love this place! Highly recommended!

Menu and atmosphere appears inviting. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy either. Waited 25 minutes for service, and never got waited on. It wasn't even very busy! Someone came by once and asked if we had been helped, but we got up and left when our patience wore thin. Never even got a glass of water!!

Just got back from a 3-day Moab trip and this place was just awesome. We were there twice. Once for lunch and once for breakfast The crew is very welcoming and genial. Service is a tad slow but they let you know that it is slow :-) They have a cute little store as well that you can spend time looking around The lunch was awesome. It is a must-visit for people on vegetarian/vegan diets. Our lunch was delicious Breakfast was a disappointment. The bagel and quiche were both "rough" to eat. The coffee lacked the kick and the ice cold cream which instantly cooled my coffee was a disappointment. But, I'd definitely go back there next time I am in the area

Holy deliciousness! What a great breakfast spot! The patio is relaxing, the people are friendly, and the food is superb! The Huevos Rancheros are amazing!!! The portion was huge so you could easily split between two. The salmon special was good too, nicely spiced and well cooked. Loved our breakfast here! Dog friendly as well!

After our camping stove failed us, we made the trek down from Arches for our morning coffee and and to pick up a replacement stove part. Eklecticafe was the first coffee shop we passed on 191 so we pulled off and grabbed some coffee and a few pastries. The coffee was strong and hit the spot and their cinnamon roll was perfectly decadent. Before going into Eklecticafe I was a crying, pouting mess (my husband had suggested we just do without coffee and hot food for a few days...the horror!), but by the time we left I was feeling much more stable. Sugar and good coffee will do that for me.

Stumbled into this eclectic cafe by the road. Got the turkey wrap and the Philly cheese steak with a salad (green goddess dressing). Their sauces and dressings are pretty amazing. Decent price, fresh food, and a nice outdoor seating environment.

We chose this cafe based on yelp reviews. The food may be wonderful, however, we were treated horribly by the owner! The place itself is adorable and very unique but I come from a small town where customer service can make or break a business. We arrived at 2:00pm. They had just put up the closed sign. I walked up and looked at the hours, which showed they didn't close until 2:30. I pointed that out to the kid and he responded with two its 2:30 we are closed. Well, my cell phone said 2:00. I had to show it to him. Then he said hold on and went and asked if they could serve us and from outside we heard an older woman yell, "fine! Tell them to hurry up and order!". We walked in and the cook was joking with us and I laughed and said well the sign does say 2:30. It was a light hearted comment plus, it's their very own business hours. Immediately, without looking at us, the owner yells very loudly, "we have been here since 5:00 am for god sakes. If you want your food hurry up and order." I told her we would be going somewhere else and I did not appreciate being yelled at. It was absolutely horrible! Too bad, I'll never go there again because of that experience. Here we were paying customers showing up during business hours and the owner was yelling at us. No thank you! We ended up eating at WAKE AND BAKE and it was awesome!

Food was fast and wait staff was attentive to food allergies. But food was non-descript. Even though this place had a high rating I was not impressed! Maybe it's because it's the winter season, but I will not be coming back to this business.

Real maple syrup, delicious Cuban coffee, shady patio with koi pond (the water keeps it feeling cool and also makes your forget about maint street traffic) - this is a little gem in Moab. Went here three times in two days and will be back! The service and diners are mellow and cool, as Moab should be. None of the attitude I found at Jailhouse cafe. Things to know: Order at the counter, and they'll bring your food to you. They use REAL maple syrup! This always seems rarer than it should be, so I appreciate it. You can order half orders of some items Portions are very generous They are dog friendly (assuming your pooch is leashed and well behaved) Open only for breakfast and lunch, so closes early afternoon. Highly recommend the curried rice wrap (with tofu), the banana nut pancakes, the huevos, and the gyro. Definitely a great little cafe with delicious food and drink and a nice relaxing ambience where you really feel you can linger.

The biggest enemy of road trip eating is monotony. The food at eklecticafe was a welcome reprieve from the staples of fried diner food. I really enjoyed the sea weed, tofu, and brown rice dish. The veggie burger though was below average. Eklecticafe has excellent coffee, and great little antiques for purchase.

The decor was funky and free, but sadly it is the best part of this place. Three girls behind the counter carried on with idle gossip and chit chat, taking cell phone calls, and even twirling their hair between customer interruptions. When I corrected the girl who mistakenly wrote down my order, she ever so slowly crossed it out while deeply exhaling - something I would not expect from anyone over 14. The quiches were outstanding, but the thai coconut chicken soup had no chicken, no coconut, no spice, and no flavor though it was scalding hot. It was inedible and removed by my server with not even a question about it. The menu is limited. Nothing good enough to warrant enduring such disrespect. Surely, the owner must have been out of town the day I was there. What a pity.

Good scones. Vg blueberry muffin. And cinnamon rolls that were better than those at Frontier Restaurant in Albuquerque. Next time, we want to go for the breakfast wraps, which looked very good. Great atmosphere.

Yelp had this place listed as a vegan restaurant so I was slightly disappointed/confused when I saw a beef burger on the menu. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, however, I do like and enjoy vegan/vegetarian cuisine so I was bummed when I didn't see what I had expected. Of the listed menu items, the salmon burger appealed to my senses so I ordered that with a side of their house salad with their soy ginger vineagarette. The salmon burger did not disappoint - moist and delicious! The salad was excellent - fresh greens and a tasty, light vinaigrette. This place is awesome! Great food, friendly service and relaxing ambiance. The calm, relaxing ambiance in the outside/patio seating provided a nice lunch stop after a morning hike through the Fiery Furnace! I would definitely stop by again in my next visit to Moab.

I'd give this 4.5 if I could. Great garden atmosphere, best bacon I've ever had and yummy eggs with homemade hearty and nutty wheat toast. Best breakfast I've had on my month long southwest trip! Cubano coffee was excellent.

Cute place, tasty breakfasts and coffee. I'm picky about breakfast, and this place was great - fresh, not greasy, and as healthy (or not) as you want to take it. Outdoor seating in the little garden was perfection (July)... probably not for everyone, but I LOVED that the sparrows would land on your table for crumbs when you held still.

We liked it so much we returned a coupls days later!!! Couldn't get enough of their great breakfasts! It's a cozy little place with a nice wood stove in the corner. The tables also serve as display cases for local artists. The food is outstanding and very creative. Be sure to try or take some scones, too! Baked locally by a scotsman so they are the real deal.

Really cute, relaxing, boho indoor/outdoor cafe with tons of greenery and patio lights. I had the half order of huevos rancheros with green chile, and it was very hearty and satisfying. You can't beat it for five bucks. My husband liked his BLT wrap as well. The coffee was also very good.

So far, this is our favorite place to eat in Moab. It's casual & friendly. A variety of art adorns the walls and tables. Everything we've had here has been great: the corn chowder special, the veggie wrap, the breakfast burrito, the curry wrap, and their somewhat-healthier take on the reuben. I'm a big fan of the coconut cookies too, though Michelle is lukewarm on them. Finally, they understand the meaning of "gluten-free" which is handy when dining with a celiac sufferer.

In an old house with a great shaded porch among the trees. The creaky floors and help yourself coffee is great. Not many places around like this. Its the only breakfast place I go in Moab.

Wonderful little hidden gem on the edge of Moab! They are located on the busy road of main street, but they do have a beautiful garden setting making the outdoor seating a great place to get out of the sun & enjoy a meal. By the way, if you are not fairly hungry I suggest getting the half portions.

ok i really liked eklecticafe, and i say it's a-ok (3 star) because we were there on a rainy day and probably on a nice day when you can sit outside it is much better (4 stars). the tiny place was packed, had to wait for a table, mix up with the order, iced coffee was pretty small. over $20 for two sandwiches and drinks seemed steep. quiche was supposed to come with soup but we had to pay for it on its own even though the people after us got the soup with quiche deal for less money? the food was good though, and they had better than average choices for vegetarians and vegans and the staff was very friendly and the food came out pretty quick.

Great little cafe, nice atmosphere, friendly welcoming and fun staff. Stopped for breakfast with 4 other folks and had a marvelous meal. The huevos rancheros were amazing, the chili verde is among the best I have had. Everyone in our group loved the place, we will be back next time through Moab.

Pretty cool cafe with good vibe. Stopped to get take out lunch. Was good. Lots of interesting artistic stuff for sale without it feeling like a merchandising experience. Burger and gaspacho was good. Pita bread was hard.

Excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere and tasty breakfasts in healthy portions make this my favorite place in Moab for breakfast. There isn't much indoor seating so if it's the weekend and the weather isn't pleasant you might want to look elsewhere.

stopped here for lunch after a morning in arches national park. the place was packed! we ordered our lunch and snagged a table in the corner. i got the quiche and soup combo. a chipotle corn chowder which was tasty and the artichoke sundried tomato quiche. i thought the food was yummy and the prices were reasonable. the place was fun and i would definitely eat here again. the breakfasts looked delicious but our hotel had breakfast included. maybe next time!

I loved the art on the walls. Reminds me of all the great local coffeehouses I've been to all over the country. I had the egg and cheese bagel sandwich with their breakfast potatoes. I wish I was around for lunch to try their soup du jour (tomato artichoke)!!!

Anyone who's spent some time in Moab knows it's slim pickins when mealtime arrives. Not that there aren't ample places, but that, like many tourist towns, it's what's the lesser evil. That's why you'll usually find me in the shade of some arch (the kind found in the national park, not at McDonald's) with my peanut butter and jelly sandwich. But when you just need to have someone serve you, or you have no food, you'd do worse than going to Eklecticafe. The big pluses are the few friendly folks who work there and the outdoor seating (though flies can occasionally be annoying in summer). The food is pretty good for what it is, which is right down the middle. You won't rave about it in that postcard home, but nor will you be sorry you went. In Moab the scenery makes everything go down a little easier. Also, it's locally-owned, so nice to spread your money in the community. And the owners seem to make a real effort, and that counts for a lot with me.

My wife loved the decor. The food is great and the portions are large. Very friendly and helpful service. Great fuel for an assault on Arches.

Oh my God, I finally found a business that hasn't been reviewed yet, that I have been to (while on vacation). This place is really charming in a funky sort of way (boho). It's a small cottage with homey baked goods and jewelry for sale. Dining there is like dining at a friend's house. You can sit inside or sit outside on the patio and enjoy the amazing Moab views. Great menu for vegans and vegetarian types - wakame, tofu, and all that. I am a pancake expert and the wheat germ ones were nice and fluffy. Good coffee to wash it all down with.

Big let down, after reading the reviews. The space, especially out front, with the blooming wild flowers is lovely (although the roar of the semis going by on the road detracts). The food was expensive and not particularly good or memorable. Liked Love Muffin much more.

definitely the best breakfast i had in moab, though it wouldn't have taken much considering i ate the other morning at the pancake haus. eklecticafe is an order-at-the-counter kinda place. you're given a piece of plastic fruit (rather than a receipt or number) and your food is brought to you when ready. the menu has a crunchy, eclectic (imagine that) vibe. i decided to go with the huevos rancheros and my mans, in typical fashion, went with the pancakes. we sat on an adorable outdoor patio; it was well shaded and had plenty of nooks and crannies filled with ample seating. the food was brought out promptly and was delicious. my eggs were cooked a PERFECT over easy and the salsa was chunky and spicy. the pancakes were so buttermilky that they had this awesome sour flavor. half way thru the stack my boy became overwhelmed and signaled that it was time for a plate swap. a little salty/spicy and a little sour/sweet = breakfast nirvana.

My parents and I stopped here for a late lunch on our way through the town. The food was good. They have a good selection of vegetarian options. The place has a definite hippie vibe, and it reminded me of Santa Cruz, California, my college town which I was leaving behind to go to grad school in the Midwest. I think this would be a good place for breakfast and brunch.
(5)
Sarah B.
Ahh this cafe was an especially nice place to eat breakfast. We sat outside on the patio and the weather was beautiful. I fed birds. I don't even remember what I ordered...eggs and toast or something. Either way it was awesome. So the building is a really cute hippy haven with a healthy menu and a cozy outdoorsy atmosphere. If I remember right, instead of signs and buzzers or taking your name they give you plastic fruit. I'm pretty sure I had a banana. The whole place is like that. Creative and full of character. My type of cafe. So definitely stop there on your next trip to Moab!

I expected a place that called itself "Eklecticafe" to be just exacly that and was not one bit disappointed. It's a little overwhelming at first, but then you catch sight of the great-looking baked goods and the menu they offer, and you're right at home. Loved the people who loved the place, and worked in the place; and the food was wholesome, nutritious and delicious. I had Toast, Eggs (up), a Sausage pattie, Potatoes, Orange Juice, and coffee. My husband ordered bacon instead of sausage, and red chile sauce. It was an enormous meal, and the toast was the star. Thick slices of home made brown bread just made our whole day. They have lots of other things to offer - including some burritos that looked fantastic that would stoke the fires on any bike or hike path in Moab. Highly recommended for those with an adventurous spirit!

Eklecticafe serves high quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. The food is organic, seasonal, and overall YUMMY! There are quite a food vegetarian options, great twists on some favorites, and delicious bakery items to take with you. The restaurant also has jewelry and other items up for sale from local craftspeople. The restaurant is small, but has both indoor and outdoor (patio) seating. We sat inside because it was 100+ degrees outside, but there were still a lot of people outside because of the shade on the patio. Overall, great food, laid back atmosphere, and free Internet (very nice on a cross-country trip).

Just had a great lunch at 2pm after a fun hike on Double O. I had the curry wrap with tofu and my companions had the BLT and avocado wrap with cucumber soup. Service seemed a little slow as we were quite hungry. The soup/sandwich combo left those wanting a little more. The food was all top notch. Just don't be in a hurry.

I think the people who said the wait staff was bad were just having a bad day, we found everyone to be cheerful and friendly. The place is really fun and very dog friendly and the food is really good. We used to own Mexican restaurants and my husband said his Huevos Rancheros were the best he'd ever had. I love that they do half orders on lots of things because the portions are huge. Come on give it a try!

My husband and I stopped in here one morning for breakfast before hitting Arches National Park. We arrived to see a front porch patio with one table and 3 guys sitting at it. It was a windy spring day, so no big deal to sit inside. Be warned that this place is a little tight and cozy. Luckily one table for two had just opened but was yet to be cleared. They cleared it for us and we sat at the tiny table, careful of where we put our feet since the aisle is so narrow. We looked the menu over, I ordered the egg & bacon bagel sandwich with OJ, which tasted fresh-squeezed, yum. This turned out to be the cheapest breakfast on the menu (around $6 total). My husband had the spinach feta quiche and potatoes (nearly $9). The prices were a tad steep we thought, but then all the stuff is allegedly homemade. They have a very diverse and inventive menu so that's refreshing, especially when desert towns tend to have menus where everything is from frozen.

We stopped in yesterday for a Sunday Breakfast before heading down the Colorado Rapids. The Kids had the Whole Wheat Pancakes, which were "REALLY GOOD!!" The pancakes are the owner's secret recipe - nice and fluffy, better than any whole wheat pancakes we ever had. My wife had the Wakame - a bowl of Brown Rice, Seaweed, and Tofu, with Indian Spices. This is the breakfast specialty, and my wife loved it. I'm the potatoes and eggs guy in the family, so I had the House Taters - very good. Great Coffee, good prices.

We had a great breakfast outside here this week. The salmon with breakfast was a nice touch, great bread, and good potatoes. Got tofu burritos to go, for lunch which were also very good. This place is a nice change from the 3 egg omelet places in the center of town. Service was good as well. Go here for good nutritious food and a incredibly eclectic atmosphere

A great find in Moab. They have a beautiful outdoor patio with flowers and a fountain, so you can go even if you're a little grubby from hiking. I'd normally steer clear of places that do a variety of ethnic dishes (as well as the usual salads and sandwiches) but these were very nicely done. The Indonesian chicken skewers were great. And they had good plain black iced tea, which is a plus in my book. Avoid the breakfast bagels, though--the bagel was more like ciabatta. It you don't mind eggs on ciabatta, you'll like it. It's order at the counter, sit where you want, which makes it fast and efficient.

Great place - had a delicious, home made breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff friendly and welcoming. Loved it!

Maybe Horace would be advised to put his review of the Wake and Bake Cafe where it belongs. Helloooo, Horace - this is the review page for Eclecticafe - a homey, hippy little food joint at the north end of Moab. They don't serve pizza. They serve a monster-good breakfast, full of flavor and good vibes. Decent prices for the amount of food and seating in the great outdoors. We'll return to Eclecticafe as soon as we get down to Moab again.

a little oasis in the middle of the desert and a wonderful place to have breakfast!

We tried to eat at this place for 3 days. The sign says serving breakfast and lunch, however at 1pm we pulled up and they were closed. I'm not sure what is going on with the businesses in Moab, however where I come from you have to be open to stay in business. We would have loved to eaten here but the hours are terrible and never gave us the chance.

Great service, hot women (inside joke with hostess) and hot cinnamon buns. Great vibes... Definitely recommend the BLT wrap and Gyro.

This place was great! I got the pork chops with eggs, potatoes, and toast and it was delicious! And very reasonably priced too! I also got an white chocolate raspberry iced mocha that was scrumptious and refreshing. A big group of us went, but there was enough patio seating to accommodate all of us. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal and the menu was very varied too! I would definitely go back!

This ended up being our #1 go-to spot when a friend and I were visiting Moab this past April. Food- excellent (try the huevos rancheros and the baked goods) Service- with a smile Decor- unique in the best way I don't really have a bad thing to say about this place !

I wanted to order EVERYTHING! I was not disappointed by the Huevos Rancheros. They were happy to sub brown rice for the potatoes. Next time I want to try the sea vegetable dish. Can't wait to go back.

I had a breakfast burrito here which one of the best that I have ever tried. The orange juice was fresh and good.

I liked the atmosphere and the fact that I could order from the counter without waiting to be seated and order from a server. I came here for breakfast. - ordered a large cinnamon roll which was OK and some coffee (I prefer Starbucks to the brand served here). The patio was beautiful. I liked the fountain, Buddhist statues and prayer flags. They made it a memorably "Eklectic" place to dine. There was a problem with annoying flies - not sure if it was due to the weather on that particular day or the attraction of leftover food from previous diners.

I have now been to Eklecticafe at least four times. Their scones and oatmeal chocolate coconut cookies are quite good, as well as their salmon specials and huevos rancheros. Extra star for the eclectic decor and (mostly) reasonably priced jewelry and trinkets. Best to time your visit during off hours or bring a distraction, as the wait to order can be lengthy. The staff passes out free coffee when the line becomes unwieldy. Decent wifi to boot.

this was a most wonderful lunch experience - eclectic is a perfect description - friendly and prompt service - stupendous Italian sausage soup - sandwiches and pie very good

Solid vegan eats in a town dominated by steakhouse fare. A must stop if you're in Moab.

I highly recommend this cafe! It is obviously locally owned, the food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, and everyone is incredibly kind. It is also vegetarian friendly, which I had trouble finding elsewhere. This is a Must for anyone staying in Moab!

Great breakfast with healthy ingredients. The breakfast burrito is really tasty. Whole wheat burrito, brown rice, egg, pinto beans and cheese. The salsa makes it a perfect topping. Love the eclectic vibe.

Situated in a grove of flowers providing shade to a patio of plentiful outdoor seating, eklecticafe offers casual breakfast and lunch to laid back locals and vivacious visitors. Sit back, enjoy a coffee, a map, a book, the news while sitting outside; or sit inside at one of the tables with contents of coral, turquoise, and silver beads. The way the cafe sets itself apart from others' in Moab is that it's literally located a small walk from most of the chain cafes and local shops. It's not far, though. On a Saturday morning from 8 to noon, peruse the Moab Farmers' Market at Swanny park to inspire dinner, ooh and ahh at homemade arts, crafts, and other goods, then work up a great appetite. Eklecticafe isn't far from this event and it's a good place to satisfy that hunger in a casual environment. Order up at the register from a list of hearty breakfasts: tofu burrito, tater tots or to-taters (tofu), huevos rancheros in green chili sauce, scones, muffins, yogurt, etc. Order a coffee and refresh it on your own. Your orders will be brought to your table, which is identified with plastic produce (love).

The women that work here are friendly + fun. They were definitely enjoying themselves when I was there. The food was fresh + tasty but the environment is what makes this place.

A nice simple breakfast place. Ordered at the counter. Staff was friendly and efficient. Huevos rancheros (the special of the day) came out quickly and was cooked perfectly (eggs, beans & potatoes) Green Chili was tasty, although not terribly spicy. While they have an large outdoor seating,it was a bit too chilly to sit there during our early morning visit. Inside is small & cozy, which we liked. But note: there was no room for parties larger than 3-4. That said, we would come back again.
(4)
M L.
Food was good but overpriced (examples: tofu burrito was $10.50; does not come with anything; pancakes are $3 each). The inside has just 10 tables and is horribly cluttered, gets crowded and loud easily.

a real gem of a place. Great food, good service and wonderful place to hang out and drink coffee. Portions were large and the price reasonable. Vegetarian friendly.

People are great. Quiche was ok, egg heavy light on other ingredients. Also had salmon rice seaweed bowl that Kimberly said was very good. I'll try the huevos rancheros next time given reviews. Name of restaurant refers to the ambiance, visually fun. Had I chosen a different meal I may have given it 4 stars

Awesome curry rice tofu wrap. They were kind enough to pack it nicely for us for a hike. Potato salad was great as well.

If you are ever in Moab, ya gotta try this place for breakfast! In the winter, seating is limited and you might end up playing musical chairs with the laid-back crowd. In summer you'll find pleasant outdoor seating. Breakfast portions are HUGE so bring your appetite.

After a horrible hotel stay with my husband and two kids, we found this wonderful and charming cafe for breakfast. The latte was killer and the huevos rancheros were super tasty! A very nice place stop for great food, great coffee and friendly service. Also, as a nice side bonus, there is plenty of beautiful jewelry to look at too.

I am a big big fan. Holy awesome. I ate here three times in the week I was in Moab. They have really good gluten free bread! I haven't had a sandwich in so long and I was in heaven with the BBQ pulled pork. The breakfast special I had twice! The staff was super friendly. There is an amazing little patio out back with a koi pond and shade, which is crucial in the desert. They recycle, which made my uber happy. And to top it off they sell local art and jewelry. Adorable and delicious. I'll be back if I'm ever in Moab.

eclectic... and as comfy as your favorite (littlebit crazy) aunt's house. they have everything for every kind of vore. meat and potatoes smothered in delicious cheese on the same menu with the best vegan breakfast scramble i've ever had... while shopping for earrings? yes. awesome. super friendly and super knowledgeable makes for a fabulous dining experience that i wish was closer to my home, *sigh*.

Stopped here on my way through Moab. These are probably the nicest people I've ever met at any coffee shop...they even topped off my coffee and water and let me hang out on the patio after they had closed. The atmosphere inside is cozy and cute, and they have a nice jewelry display. Delicious coffee and pastries (though they have other healthy food too). I would be a regular here if I lived in Utah.

Good Service. Friendly Staff, and a unique restaurant with slightly bland food... We ate here twice. The Staff: Everyone here is very nice, personable and friendly. The restaurant: You order your food at the counter, and someone brings it to you. They have a pitcher of water for you to help yourself to, if that is all you want to drink. Most of the eating areas are outdoors, surrounded by unique flowering plants, with a slate floor. The Food: Well it looks colorful, and well prepared, but everything I had was slightly bland. I did not like the was the roasted potatoes tasted with my breakfast. Would I go here again? Sure, it is a nice restaurant, and while the food is not outstandingly delicious, it is the nicest, most unique restaurant we came across while we camped in Moab.

Gorgeous garden setting, great coffee, fantastic bagel-eggwiches, great cinnamon roll, friendly, efficient staff. What more could one ask for? Granted, all we had were incredible bagel-eggwiches, but they were 5 star, plump with egg, overly-gooey cheese and perfectly-cooked thick-sliced crispy bacon overhanging the chewy, fresh bagel. Delightful.

Super friendly!!!! BIG, tasty meals. Great coffee! Had the huevos rancheros. She suggested I get a half order.... I should have listened. Really liked our experience in this quirky little place. A little pricey, but worth it. 2 breakfasts with 2 "designer" coffees... $26.

This is a charming place at the north edge of Moab as you travel up Main street/191, which is a little oasis in this high desert town. It's got a nice varied (and interesting) organic menu, menuism.com/links/show/b… , that caters to customers who want really good food at reasonable prices and with friendly service. We had stopped in for a mid day break and immediately determined that this place had better coffee than the vaunted Jailhouse cafe (for less) and had better breakfasts (again for less) and served some breakfast items all day long. They also had a terrific couple of specials that we took advantage of (see pics). The setting was a splashing Koi pond and shaded, inviting outdoor area, that was relaxing in every way. We ordered at the counter and they gave us a plastic fruit to set on the table to indicate where our order was to be served. The Wild Salmon Burger was large, thick, hand-made and delicious, served with a choice of Salad, chips or soup--we opted for the curried zucchini soup. The Cobb Salad was served with a vinaigrette that paired perfectly with the hand chopped chicken bacon and blue/goat cheese. That too had the soup of the day and we were delighted with the rich, chunky curry-spiced zucchini soup. In every way, this place is exactly the kind of place I love to hang out--especially if I'm on vacation. It is not fussy, or formal or touristy AND it is reasonably priced and serves excellent food; a tough combination to find.

Great options for Gluten-free. I had the Ruben on GF bread (Udis) and it was so tasty. The service was warm, friendly and GF-appreciative. And the restaurant is located in the cutest little old house with lots of character (and knick knacks to buy). I'd definitely eat here again when passing through town. Much better food options that other cafes in town that claim to be GF, but aren't (including Love Muffin).

Great ambience, great selection on the menu as well! Thank you Yelpers for all the reviews.. Finally good food after eating multiple meals at the Denny's next doors to the Super 8.

Stopped here for lunch after a long drive from Park City. It was close to closing time and they were pretty busy so we had to wait a while for our lunch to be delivered but the staff was very apologetic and gave my husband coffee on the house - nice touch. I love that they had a lot of gluten free options and everyone was very friendly. The food was very good, not great but just what I expected. Worth a visit.

A Hippie café but it's a GOOD Hippie café. They have great reviews so we decided to stop by. I was feeling brave so I ordered "Tofu Wakame". I never had something like that even in Japan and I will not comment how it tasted. The other food looked delicious and the servers were very friendly.
(3)Christina M.
(5)Rachel R.
(4)Sylvia K.
(4)Natalie H.
Great food, great atmosphere, and superb service. I accidentally ruined my own chai and they replaced it for free. I couldn't believe how fast they got that food out.
(5)Chris S.
Don't believe "breakfast all day". Our food came out cold even though the place wasn't busy.
(2)John S.

(5)Kam D.
(4)Sangita S.
Definitely a good amount of food for the money but nothing impressive. Maybe we were too adventurous with our options. I had the house taters and it was a lot of food but not a lot of flavor. The pancakes were good. The service was great and the location was cute, but not something I'd highly recommend.
(3)Richard B.
Best selection of veggie centric food. The avocado wrap is a two fisted affair. The side salad is chock full of the great things: sprouts and seeds and peppers. My go to place in Moab.
(5)Nory B.
(3)Daniel M.
You never know what you'll find in small towns. This place was one of those! In a really good way. Driving down the main drag on Moab we passed it and immediately flipped a U-turn. Parking was immediately accessible and were pleasantly greeted with an eclectic sign showing we had arrived. This place is reminiscent of eating establishments in Taos. Upon entering the place we had a good vibe. Lots of smiling customers and a very friendly woman taking orders. The interior is really small and has but about 5 tables. Really closely akin to each other. We sat outside under a covered portico that had 7 tables. Room for 30 or so. My fiancé ordered the salmon burger with a HUGE side salad of julienned veggies and mixed greens. A ginger soy dressing finished it off. I had the gyro with a potato salad. The potato salad was dressed with a very light mayo with dill and celery. Simple but very tasty. The gyro was filling and very good. Service was fast and friendly. Refills on tea were handled with no fuss. The review on the salmon was equally good. Great little breakfast/lunch place. We'll definitely be back when we pass through here again. Hmmm. We're here for a couple more days. Breakfast!
(5)Gary D.
(5)Adrea G.
Fun place with a lovely courtyard. The portions are huge. The huevos rancheros are pretty tasty
(3)Tatyana B.
(5)Louis G.
Great place for breakfast Try pancakes with bananas & ask to add two eggs sunny side up medium well ! Enjoy!
(5)Elle M.
(5)Jennifer J.
Ok food for the price. $9.5 for a breakfast sandwich and $10 for 3 pancakes seems high to me. Auto shop right next door so very noisy and smelly. Shaded outdoor seating is nice.
(2)Rebekah R.
Really glad we found this place! Awesome setting and super friendly staff. Great food!
(5)Scott N.
(4)Renee B.
(5)Iver M.
(3)Sara E.
(4)Lance P.
Nice little place with a very welcoming atmosphere. I thought the food was decent but not excellent.
(3)Julie R.
(4)Alissa R.
(5)Eric S.
(3)Ana A.
I LOVE this place!!! Super nice atmosphere, excellent sandwiches and wraps, tasty pies and cookies... and good price. Service was excellent too! I would definitely recommend it.
(5)Kathryn S.
(4)Stephen K.
Had lunch there on a Friday. Everyone was so friendly and even gave us dinner suggestions in town. So nice we returned for s huge breakfast Saturday consisting of eggs and salmon patty and pancakes with nuts and bananas. Soo good.
(5)Gina L.
Breakfast all day but no pancakes after 11am?!? Overall nice place for a quick bite to eat but little disappointed I didn't get to try their banana nut pancakes.
(3)David M.
Great Vegan options. Try the Huevos Rancheros. A little pricey but big portion size. Will keep you going all day.
(5)Yugan S.
The most amazing combination of great food and fantastic service.. Anna was so warm taking our order, offered suggestions, smiling the whole time. That old town welcome filled with love and honesty. We had the best tofu scramble breakfast ever! The outside seating is artistic.. highly recommend.
(5)Elisabeth D.
(5)Elizabeth P.
We tried the tuna melt, veggie wrap and BLT avocado wrap. All delicious! What a nice oasis in downtown Moab.
(5)Vi T.
(3)Carol M.
(5)Jang C.

Went for breakfast and lunch! Caroline's Cubano latte is amazing, cute little gifts as well.
(5)Brooke H.

(5)Kristin S.
This place was very good. They have a lot of vegan options! I got the veggie wrap, no lemon-yogurt sauce so it was vegan and yummy! VERY generous portion sizes. They have a great patio so you can eat outside.
(5)Kat H.
Sitting out on the shades porch after an Arches hike really did a body and soul good. The veggie wrap and coconut red pepper soup were so delicious, and most amazing was the blueberry blackberry pie for dessert. :) Hit them up!
(5)Nicole W.
High quality, healthy breakfast, excellent service, clean and enjoyable atmosphere.
(5)Veronica G.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Love the whole feel of the place. The decor is super cute. Food is delicious and fresh and the peach scone.....omg so good!!!!
(5)Ronald R.
Excellent lattes and pretty good bagel breakfast sandwich. However, banana pancakes were scorched and not so good. Two were burnt out of the three on the plate.
(2)Tara J.
(5)David R.
the people that run this place are awesome

(5)Jennifer W.
Tuna melt was one of the best ever. Really nice outdoor seating area (like a garden).
(4)Lynda M.
Great SW breakfasts and lunches. Prefect outdoor patio and porch to enjoy Moab on a sunny day.. One of our fave spots!!!
(4)Jon D.
Excellent huevos and overall cool place. A little cramped inside but once you taste the food you understand why.
(4)Kelly R.
A really pitch perfect spot, with local flair and delicious grub. My only complaint is that it closes at 2:30. Eat here if you can and have anything on the menu.
(5)Beth J.
This is a great place to eat breakfast! Hippie atmosphere! I had the bacon and carmelized onion quiche. My hubby had huevos rancheros. Both were awesome! Coffee was great also. We decided to sit outside among the flowers and birds. You will not be disappointed
(5)Naomi P.
Cute and homie for being out in the middle of nowhere. Food was on the healthier side for Moab and loved all the coffee choices. Eggs were undercooked (they fixed it) and food was a little cold. (They offered to make it right). Loved its originality:)
(3)Angela K.
Huevos Rancheros really hit the spot after a morning of hiking! The outside patio is nice as well, and the coffee is self-serve, which is good for people like me who don't like to wait for refills. Best breakfast we had in Moab!
(3)Jennifer E.
(4)Dave R.
Incredible BLT Avocado wrap !!! Menu was very diversified and priced very reasonable . We are on the shaded porch and enjoyed a great lunch . This is not a tourist trap ... Locals flock there .
(5)astrid s.

(3)Vanesscia C.
Very very good food. I ordered the huevos rancheros and was not disappointed. It was very tasty. My daughter ate the cinnamon roll and she loves it!! I would definitely come again.
(4)Joy W.
(5)Ling W.
(3)Cathy B.
(4)Cindy S.
Cute little place, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area on the porch. We both had the huevos racheros and it was fantastic - great chile verde. The place was really busy when we were there so expect to wait in for a bit to order - but worth the wait.
(4)Marty J.
Eat here. Reasonable prices, great breakfast, excellent service. Be sure to stop here before or after your hike, or just to stop by and have a scone.
(4)Harold H.
(5)Ashley K.
Beautiful enjoyable setting for a hearty and healthy breakfast. Fast and friendly service. The staff did a great job managing the line and getting the food out quickly. I had the spinach and feta omelet with homemade toast. Will definitely come back for lunch sometime too!
(5)Gokul G.
Best Pancake ever! Not a big fan of pancakes but their buttermilk pancake was the best. Thin and not too soft.
(5)Dayala L.
Some of the best pie I have ever eaten. Charming place with big portions. Would have given 5 stars but there was a misstep with our sandwiches. That said, I would be happy to go there again in a heartbeat! Might even consider moving to Moab for that pie...
(4)Joey S.
Sooooo good. Awesome staff. Amazing, well everything; from iced muffins to iced teas, breakfast burritos to bomb lunch. And it's cute! Did I mention free refills on the iced teas.
(5)John L.
(4)Danny G.
(5)Liz R.
(5)Yuvraj N.
Delicious tofu wrap. Took our order 5 minutes before closing.
(5)Gena B.
Delicious Huevos Rancheros! A full plate will power you for the day. Eggs were done perfectly. If you like coffee, the Cubano is frothy, sweet, and authentic. I think I'll grab a cookie for the trail.
(5)Miriam L.
Food was delicious !! My favorite was the breakfast burrito smothered with chili verde. The Service Outstanding!! Tried one other place for breakfast while in Moab and it was no where near this Quality.
(5)Daniel M.
(4)Mr B.
Great environs, outdoor seating, casual sandwiches and wraps and of course a good shot of caffeinated slurping surprises.
(4)Elaine D.
A real hidden gem. Went with friends for lunch. Sat outside surrounded by plants and birds. Staff very friendly. Food was top notch. Curried rice wrap with herbed potato salad.
(5)Don N.
(5)Diana C.
One of the few places open during winter. Huevos rancheros were good, if not traditional. Friendly service.
(4)Tina L.
(5)Shari W.
The breakfast potatoes were seasoned to perfection. All of the food was well prepared and they have a lot of healthy and flavorful selections. Most of the dining was on a covered porch.
(5)Jace M.
The Huevos Rancheros are a specialty item, but if they have them they're amazing. Also they have great coffee and when we said we were splitting a meal they put it on two plates that were both completely full.
(5)Emily W.
(5)M H.
(5)Ian O.
(4)Megan J.
Wonderful place for a bite to eat, great food and relaxing patio after a incredible hike. Recommend the breakfast burrito and the coffee.
(4)Katie B.
Super cute and quaint. Lovely woman working the counter. Love the local art displayed and for sale. A great start to the day! If I was going to be in Moab longer than this morning, I'd come back for sure! Thanks for breakfast!
(5)Mary H.
(5)S Y.
(4)Conrad S.
(5)H F.
Just adding my 5* to all the others. Perfect lunch place after hiking Arches. Everyone got a different sandwich and they were all great: BLT-avocado wrap was delicious as were the sides. Friendly service. The breakfast items looked great too, so we'll be back.
(5)Quentin D.
(3)Bekki S.
So good!!
(5)Ann B.
Homemade, fresh, delicious AND open year round. They also feature locally made jewelry.
(5)Megan M.
Came in for lunch, delicious food! I had the gyro and DH had the smoked turkey wrap. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff. Chips were good too. Plenty of outdoor seating.
(5)Keenan T.
Great food, excellent service! They gave us to go cups so we could load up on coffee before they closed. Cute and cool location. The huevos rancheros were super good :)
(5)Cyndi V.
Fantastic breakfast! This is the kind of food that you normally have to wait longer for and pay more. The lady that I assume owns it made our experience even better! They have all kinds of gifts and jewelry as well. Places like this one are why I love road trips. Last but not least the coffee's great too!
(5)Scott W.
(3)R Clark G.
(4)Kellee K.
(4)Patricia P.
(4)Isabelle M.
(4)Jason A.
Enjoy!
(4)Matt S.
The pancakes sucked. My wife got the huevos rancheros and they were really good. So stay away from the pancakes and you'll be fine.
(3)Sarah D.
(3)Alyson F.
(4)Will F.
Fast, healthy, delicious with awesome baked goods as well. Definitely coming back soon. Huevos rancheros were big and yummy.
(5)Lisa F.
(4)Nicole P.
Yum! A great breakfast of eggs and pork chops and a breakfast burrito. Super friendly staff and great funky desert atmosphere. Always scouting out places with organic quality food sources
(5)Tal T.
Adorable breakfast spot in Moab. The coffee was great, breakfast bagel was delicious as was the yogurt and granola. Loved it!
(4)Lizzie R.
(5)Abby G.
Such a cute cafe! We stopped in for a small breakfast but the group next to us got huevos and let's just say we're coming back tomorrow. Very friendly staff and cool jewelry inside too!

(5)Gingere L.
super friendly staff. delicious vegan breakfast. feel like dinning in a local art gallery with the beautiful jewelry on display for sale. Free fast wifi & free coffee refill... a desert haven indeed.

(3)Alice R.
(5)Steven W.
Very, very nice cafe. I'd love to come here every morning for the delicious coffee and the great selection of foods.
(5)Lisa B.
We went for breakfast. Good food, good variety and well prepared. Service is friendly and efficient. If I lived in Moab I would eat here often. Funky and fun decor too. We had six folks and everyone was happy.
(5)Forest R.
Great place for breakfast. Inviting atmosphere, reasonable prices, good coffee, and huevos rancheros on the menu. What more could you want after a long early morning mountain bike ride? Go, you won't be disappointed.
(4)Christie B.
Really great homemade food. Only complaint...potatoes in the huevos rancheros were hard and not edible (not cooked long enough). Pork chop smothered in mushrooms was fantastic and salad was so fresh.
(4)Jon W.
We've had lunch here twice in the 2 days we've been in Moab. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh, homemade, and sourced locally. There were delicious vegetarian options as well as burgers for the kids. I highly recommend this place if you are in Moab.
(5)Jenny W.
A little crowded, but food and service were great. Kids had cheeseburgers, we had veggie options. The tofu wrap was awesome!
(4)Clayton L.
Great atmosphere. Sitting outside on the patio. Delicious food. Had the hash potatoes and the biscuits and gravy. My girl is moaning over the huevos rancheros. And the pie and cake looks to die for.
(5)Tim W.
(5)Heather L.
(5)Philip S.
A very cool little shop. I wish I had found it sooner in my stay. Good coffee and baked goods. And lots of nice gift items.
(4)Kelsey M.
HUGE breakfast items! Barely any room to sit - so I would recommend taking items to go. Besides the food, there is great art scattered throughout and other fun things to buy. I came away with silver unicorn earrings :)
(5)Stephen L.
excellent food and quaint atmosphere. my wife had the satay dish and I had a ham quiche with a side of salad, mustard vinegar sauce. And I had a soy latte. All was very, very good, including the friendly service.
(5)Ashley H.
Fun!
(4)Sandra H.
Delicious sandwiches and wraps. The staff was very friendly. Quaint little coffee & cafe open only for breakfast and lunch. We ate outside in the shade an had a very pleasant lunch. Looked like more locals ate here than tourists, but since I was a tourist, I could be wrong.
(5)Elisabeth P.
(5)Marcel E.
I just had a standard meal of hash browns and toast which was with nuts as ingredient!. I liked the ambiente, the cool laidback atmoshpere. You feel its a small (family?)café and that makes it quite unique! Go there!
(4)M S.
Awesomely delicious, had them make me scrambled tofu with green chile and cheese before the long drive back to Salt Lake and it was yumful. I never eat breakfast but if I lived in Moab, I'd eat breakfast at Eklecticafe every day.
(5)Jennifer F.
Eklecticafe is a Moab gem and I'm only sorry I won't be able to sample more offerings in the immediate future... so I'll settle for leaving a glowing Yelp review. ;-)
(5)Monica T.
(4)Greg M.
Fun little shop with great food. The Tofu Satay was great! Spicy and peanuty, saucy goodness.
(5)Carl P.
(5)Erin H.
(5)K F.
Great little atmosphere for a relaxing breakfast in a garden. Food was fine, nothing outrageous. I got Huevos Rancheros and it was a lot of food but not something I would get again. Free refills on iced coffee was a plus. Good service, clean, funky.
(4)M W.
(5)M S.
Great breakfast and homey atmosphere, definitely my new place in Moab.
(5)Sarah F.
I love this quaint, beautiful, nestled little nook in a botanical garden... oh and the food! you can tell they cook with love here. One of my Moab favorites.
(5)Roger P.
(5)adam b.
Beautiful garden, lots of shade, friendly service. A wide variety of food, fresh and delicious. Highly recommended as very different than the more suburban-feeling places elsewhere in Moab. Do yourself a favour and have breakfast or lunch here.
(5)Jessica K.
(5)Rob W.
Staff is friendly and it's just a fun and special place. And the food, and baked goods are awesome. If you are in Moab and looking for breakfast or lunch this is the spot.
(4)Laura S.
(5)Katie R.
(5)Jon M.
(4)Deborah K.
Horrible service, they force u to wait in line and order meanwhile a large table comes in and they get table side service and their food gets ordered before you! Waited 45 minutes between line and waiting for food just to get two subpar breakfast sandwiches and a cup of coffee.
(1)Sarah P.
Small breakfast joint with great food and lots of local art to look at. I loved the potatoes and the toast
(4)Rob S.
The best latte I have ever had.
(5)Chris H.
I really enjoyed this place during my stay in Moab. The folks were friendly and they had a pretty killer breakfast burrito.
(5)Yone H.
(5)Krista D.
Coffee was hot and strong. Their scones were AMAZING!!
(5)Ernie E.
(5)Dorothy M.
(4)Christopher R.
Cozy, great food, friendly people, cherry chocolate cheesecake, what more does one need in this world? Tables in the sun. Free coffee refills. Great place.
(5)Andrew S.
(5)Linda G.
(3)Francis N.
(4)Doug D.
Do it. Done.
(4)Susan M.
(5)Sophia T.
review is for service and iced tea. iced tea was cheap and divine - green tea with jasmine and something else fruity. darn refreshing on a hot moab day. we got there 40 min before closing time and stayed an hour after it. the ladies let us hang out and wifi away while they cleaned about and put up the "closed" shingle. super sweet folks. they had vegan options and i would def eat here.
(5)TJ A.
Had an awesome breakfast burrito one day and the next day I had huevos rancheros with green chili sauce. Both were amazing. The staff is top notch and over the weekend they worked for their dollar. The place was packed. I've been here a number of years ago and it's still one of my favorite places.
(4)Frankie B.
(5)Andrew S.
(5)Jay C.
Unique cafe with close sitting. The place can get crowded but the staffr is really nice and you help yourself to coffee refills. The specials menu changed daily while we were in town. We went here almost every other day.
(4)Phil C.
Been to a lot of places in Moab and this is my favorite. Try it.
(5)K G.
Loved it!!!! Best place in Moab!!!!!
(5)Katya R.
This place has a nice atmosphere and the outdoor seating by the little coy fish pond is comfortable, even though it is right next to a road. A nice place to come to have a morning coffee in the shadows of the canyons. (If you are just looking for good breakfast food and not necessarily the outdoor seating, I would recommend going to Wake and Bake down the street). Salmon cake is very good. Tofu breakfast burrito was pretty dry, but better when eaten with salsa. At the same time, I am not usually a breakfast burrito fan, so this should not be taken as a very serious review if you like breakfast burritos. What I liked most of my meal here were the thick pieces of baked bread with walnuts with butter (yum). Bread was delicious, would have loved to have it with preserves, but the only jam they had were little packages filled with high fructose corn syrup, which I refuse to eat. Being in Moab, I am sure that this café can at least get some fresh honey from nearby to spice up the toast or their menu in general. Friendly staff and you can refill you coffee cup as many times as you want, free of charge.
(3)Mmmm H.
(2)Kathy A.
(1)Spooky E.
It's a small cafe inside with a big personality! They sell jewellery and other things like fridge magnets but nice ones. The service is excellent, food pretty good! Great portions. They will make stuff for you to bring to your hike as well. Will come here again!
(4)Leah L.
I really like this place. They have great breakfast and lunch options. It is a great place to go for veggie or health foods. They also make some killer drinks. I love sitting on the patio during the summer and the service is always top notch. Everyone is so friendly. This place has something for everyones pallet.
(4)Sara R.
Cute, friendly, warm atmosphere. Excellent coffee. Great place for breakie or lunch. Great jewelry too. The entire staff all the way from the cooks to the owner Julie provide excellent service. Love this place! Highly recommended!
(5)Celeste M.
(1)Karthik J.
(4)Meredith H.
(5)Katie S.
(4)Shawn T.
Stumbled into this eclectic cafe by the road. Got the turkey wrap and the Philly cheese steak with a salad (green goddess dressing). Their sauces and dressings are pretty amazing. Decent price, fresh food, and a nice outdoor seating environment.
(4)Rich J.
Good food. Pretty outdoor setting. Very casual, hip atmosphere. Huge portions- consider splitting the Quesidilla or the Burrito. Service is fast and friendly. Self serve unlimited coffee refills.
(4)Megan K.
(1)Andy A.
Took forever to order and get our food. Menu options were limited. Had the banana nut pancakes, which were large, and decent. Not as good as Love Muffin Cafe.
(3)Wendy N.
Yum! My favorite local breakfast and lunch spot! The huevo rancheros are the best, and will feed three people!
(5)Molly A.
Splurge and get a cinnamon role!
(4)Jonathan W.
Food was fast and wait staff was attentive to food allergies. But food was non-descript. Even though this place had a high rating I was not impressed! Maybe it's because it's the winter season, but I will not be coming back to this business.
(2)Warrigal W.
(5)Knuka D.
(3)Sam C.
(1)Nancy M.
Great find, many vegan/veggie options for breakfast.
(5)Keith R.
Good scones. Vg blueberry muffin. And cinnamon rolls that were better than those at Frontier Restaurant in Albuquerque. Next time, we want to go for the breakfast wraps, which looked very good. Great atmosphere.
(3)Brooks P.
Friendly, funky and fine. A lovely porch and a healthy, tasty breakfast. Great way to start a day before heading off to the Arches.
(4)Michelle B.

(4)Helena H.
(5)Al F.
(5)Chrissy H.
Great little spot for breakfast in Moab! Cool vibe, beautiful patio setting. Food was very good (huevos rancheros and banana nut pancakes), coffee was great. I'd recommend it!
(4)J. L.
(4)Joe E.
(5)brenbot s.
Great place for a vegan breakfast & coffee. Staff was really nice. Neat little place. Lots of jewelry, art & antiques for sell too.
(5)Amy H.
Every time i go to Moab, this is the only place i go for breakfast and coffee. It is delicious and they have great vegan options which is rare to find. I will be back next time! Love you guys!
(5)John D.
In an old house with a great shaded porch among the trees. The creaky floors and help yourself coffee is great. Not many places around like this. Its the only breakfast place I go in Moab.
(5)Jen M.
Got the rancheros huevos which was perfect to split between two people. A great breakfast to fuel up for a busy day of hiking and climbing. Great ambiance and friendly environment. A definite gem for Moab.
(4)christina h.
Yummy healthy veggie friendly food- home made bread- lovely patio
(5)Jon F.
Wonderful little hidden gem on the edge of Moab! They are located on the busy road of main street, but they do have a beautiful garden setting making the outdoor seating a great place to get out of the sun & enjoy a meal. By the way, if you are not fairly hungry I suggest getting the half portions.
(4)Ronald S.
ok i really liked eklecticafe, and i say it's a-ok (3 star) because we were there on a rainy day and probably on a nice day when you can sit outside it is much better (4 stars). the tiny place was packed, had to wait for a table, mix up with the order, iced coffee was pretty small. over $20 for two sandwiches and drinks seemed steep. quiche was supposed to come with soup but we had to pay for it on its own even though the people after us got the soup with quiche deal for less money? the food was good though, and they had better than average choices for vegetarians and vegans and the staff was very friendly and the food came out pretty quick.
(3)Gary M.
(5)Jamie M.
Pretty cool cafe with good vibe. Stopped to get take out lunch. Was good. Lots of interesting artistic stuff for sale without it feeling like a merchandising experience. Burger and gaspacho was good. Pita bread was hard.
(4)Garret N.
Excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere and tasty breakfasts in healthy portions make this my favorite place in Moab for breakfast. There isn't much indoor seating so if it's the weekend and the weather isn't pleasant you might want to look elsewhere.
(4)breanne k.
stopped here for lunch after a morning in arches national park. the place was packed! we ordered our lunch and snagged a table in the corner. i got the quiche and soup combo. a chipotle corn chowder which was tasty and the artichoke sundried tomato quiche. i thought the food was yummy and the prices were reasonable. the place was fun and i would definitely eat here again. the breakfasts looked delicious but our hotel had breakfast included. maybe next time!
(4)Zack P.

(3)Tony C.
My wife loved the decor. The food is great and the portions are large. Very friendly and helpful service. Great fuel for an assault on Arches.
(5)Lolia S.
(5)christian C.
Big let down, after reading the reviews. The space, especially out front, with the blooming wild flowers is lovely (although the roar of the semis going by on the road detracts). The food was expensive and not particularly good or memorable. Liked Love Muffin much more.
(1)rachel p.
definitely the best breakfast i had in moab, though it wouldn't have taken much considering i ate the other morning at the pancake haus. eklecticafe is an order-at-the-counter kinda place. you're given a piece of plastic fruit (rather than a receipt or number) and your food is brought to you when ready. the menu has a crunchy, eclectic (imagine that) vibe. i decided to go with the huevos rancheros and my mans, in typical fashion, went with the pancakes. we sat on an adorable outdoor patio; it was well shaded and had plenty of nooks and crannies filled with ample seating. the food was brought out promptly and was delicious. my eggs were cooked a PERFECT over easy and the salsa was chunky and spicy. the pancakes were so buttermilky that they had this awesome sour flavor. half way thru the stack my boy became overwhelmed and signaled that it was time for a plate swap. a little salty/spicy and a little sour/sweet = breakfast nirvana.
(4)Sergey M.
(5)Sarah B.
(5)Lyn O.
(4)Sean B.
Solid place to stop for breakfast. Great option for vegetarians.
(3)Heather F.
(4)Armstrong S.
(4)Gemma S.
(4)Hannah H.
funky and unique vibe. indoor and garden seating. lots of healthy food options. made with love. soups are fantastic. love the tuna melt.
(4)Erin M.
Hooray for Hippie Breakfast and for good people. I love this place and look forward to it on every visit. The coffee is strong and hot, the Wakame Wake Up delicious, the service is nice and friendly. Thanks!
(5)Eileen R.
We came here for breakfast after our bike rides in Moab. It is a funky little place with pleasant staff and free wireless internet. They have a great breakfast burrito and their quiches are yummy too. Definitely worth a stop.
(5)B C.

(5)Steve C.
(5)Alex A.
The caprese salad was excellent (locally grown tomatoes and basil too!).
(5)H D.
Good food, if not a bit overpriced-- like most tourist destinations. While the portions seemed somewhat small, the lunch was tasty and reasonably fresh. Recommended for something different than fast food hamburgers and french fries.
(3)savannah t.
i love this restaurant! i ate three breakfasts in a row there. i am a total food snob so i was afraid to try anything else for fear of disappointment! i had their pancakes and heuvos rancheros. yum! staff is sweet and helpful. nice garden patio too.
(5)Christy A.
(4)Ayala Z.
Great place - had a delicious, home made breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff friendly and welcoming. Loved it!
(5)Alisan P.
(5)C D.
a little oasis in the middle of the desert and a wonderful place to have breakfast!
(4)Amber P.
(1)Alex M.
Great service, hot women (inside joke with hostess) and hot cinnamon buns. Great vibes... Definitely recommend the BLT wrap and Gyro.
(5)Blake Y.
(5)BykeRyde R.
This ended up being our #1 go-to spot when a friend and I were visiting Moab this past April. Food- excellent (try the huevos rancheros and the baked goods) Service- with a smile Decor- unique in the best way I don't really have a bad thing to say about this place !
(5)Alison G.
I wanted to order EVERYTHING! I was not disappointed by the Huevos Rancheros. They were happy to sub brown rice for the potatoes. Next time I want to try the sea vegetable dish. Can't wait to go back.
(5)Manish R.
I had a breakfast burrito here which one of the best that I have ever tried. The orange juice was fresh and good.
(5)Ed H.
(3)Michelle P.
(4)Dick C.
this was a most wonderful lunch experience - eclectic is a perfect description - friendly and prompt service - stupendous Italian sausage soup - sandwiches and pie very good
(5)Francesco P.
Solid vegan eats in a town dominated by steakhouse fare. A must stop if you're in Moab.
(5)Jesse K.
I highly recommend this cafe! It is obviously locally owned, the food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, and everyone is incredibly kind. It is also vegetarian friendly, which I had trouble finding elsewhere. This is a Must for anyone staying in Moab!
(5)Randy B.
Great breakfast with healthy ingredients. The breakfast burrito is really tasty. Whole wheat burrito, brown rice, egg, pinto beans and cheese. The salsa makes it a perfect topping. Love the eclectic vibe.
(4)Shaina P.
(4)Laicy F.
The women that work here are friendly + fun. They were definitely enjoying themselves when I was there. The food was fresh + tasty but the environment is what makes this place.
(4)Kitty O.
Great atmosphere!! A definite must while in Moab!!!
(5)Tony S.
(4)M L.
Food was good but overpriced (examples: tofu burrito was $10.50; does not come with anything; pancakes are $3 each). The inside has just 10 tables and is horribly cluttered, gets crowded and loud easily.
(3)Michael W.
a real gem of a place. Great food, good service and wonderful place to hang out and drink coffee. Portions were large and the price reasonable. Vegetarian friendly.
(4)Ted R.
(3)Richa A.
Awesome curry rice tofu wrap. They were kind enough to pack it nicely for us for a hike. Potato salad was great as well.
(5)Sam W.
If you are ever in Moab, ya gotta try this place for breakfast! In the winter, seating is limited and you might end up playing musical chairs with the laid-back crowd. In summer you'll find pleasant outdoor seating. Breakfast portions are HUGE so bring your appetite.
(5)Hillary K.
(5)Mike H.
The best breakfast the wife and have had in a long time. Cozy, personable and great food. A must.
(5)Rebecca W.
(5)Laura L.
eclectic... and as comfy as your favorite (littlebit crazy) aunt's house. they have everything for every kind of vore. meat and potatoes smothered in delicious cheese on the same menu with the best vegan breakfast scramble i've ever had... while shopping for earrings? yes. awesome. super friendly and super knowledgeable makes for a fabulous dining experience that i wish was closer to my home, *sigh*.
(5)Elizabeth F.
(5)Mark F.
(3)T L.
Delightful.
(5)Carrie S.
(5)Glenn H.
(5)GF R.
(4)Priyal M.
Great ambience, great selection on the menu as well! Thank you Yelpers for all the reviews.. Finally good food after eating multiple meals at the Denny's next doors to the Super 8.
(4)Susan B.
(4)John W.
Good food, friendly service, and best of all? Great coffee! (And my wife says, "Fast WiFi!".)
(5)Etha C.
Ate breakfast here today. The staff was very friendly. The huevos rancheros was excellent.
