After two days of camping, I can't imagine having found a nicer place to unwind. Kim and David were very welcoming. The place was quiet and had every amenity we needed. My only regret is not staying here an extra night.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Moab. The Bed & Breakfast is amazing and so relaxing. We stayed in the Cane Room which was beautifully decorated with a private bathroom. The booking includes breakfast which is served at 8am around a lovely big table in the garden and the home cooked food was delicious - best frittata I've ever had! This is a wonderful base to enjoy Moab from.

Hospitality is amazing, quaint out of the way location but close to town is hard to beat, and there is no doubt a lot worse could be done when picking accommodations as Moab is loaded with a lot of not so nice places to stay! The owners are encyclopedias of knowledge about inside hikes for locals and dining establishments that are better than they look or not known at all.

You will feel at home in this little nice house and with the care the hosts provide for you. We spend a night in December in this B&B and although the B&B is a bit pricy, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is a treat! don't miss it. :-)

Pros: This place is located off the main road in Moab, so it is quieter. Very well maintained and great folks running the place. Cons: We stayed in one of the rooms and in a cottage. We had a toddler with us. The first room had a bed that was so high that adults needed a step stool to get onto it (provided). Needless to say, we worried all night about our toddler falling off. The cottage bathroom was waaay too small to manage with a toddler. We felt that they should have warned us upfront knowing that we had a toddler. Would have given this place 4 stars but for the above. Breakfast was great, but very limited options. A bit pricey for what it is, but everything in Moab is overpriced.

If you find yourself in Moab, Utah, perhaps for a little mountain biking or to visit one of my favorite national parks, Arches, let me tell you about a great little bed and breakfast called Cali Cochitta. It's a lovely house on the corner of a tree-lined street (shade is important in Moab) near enough to town to be convenient but just far enough away to be quiet. Arches National Park is 10 minutes away. The rooms are wonderful with a huge bed and all the amenities. The lawn is inviting, with lots of shade, a hot tub, free bicycles, and a porch with rocking chairs. But my favorite feature of Cali Cochitta is the outdoor breakfast space. There is a huge wooden table under a latticed arbor that provides protection from the desert sun, but creates wonderful lighting as the sun pours through the slats. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Google this B&B for some excellent photos of the place. I find many B&B's to be outrageously expensive compared to hotels, but Cali Cochitta was really quite reasonably priced. We were there two nights in June. I wish it could have been more.

Great location. Homey environment. Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating hosts. Delicious cookies. Note that breakfast is served to all guests at the same time - so be prepared to have breakfast at a predetermined time with strangers.

Very nice place, built around a lovely garden. The hosts were great, and everyone loved the communal breakfast.

Welcoming, clean unbelievable service. My husband had diet restrictions and they accommodated him easily. Breakfasts delicious. Location close to everything. Helpful with recommendations for hikes and dining options for dinner.. Made you feel af if you were in a welcoming home. Melissa was unbeliavable.

If I spent more time in Moab, I would try to keep this place my secret. Since I don't, I'll do my part to make sure this place stays around. I drove into Moab in Nov. 2010 without plans or, unfortunately, reservations. I found Cali-Cochitta on Yelp, and my two nights there turned out to be the pleasant surprise of my trip. I have no complaints; everything met or superseded my expectations. It was clean and cozy. David made great recommendations for local eating and hiking in nearby Canyonlands NP. He made me feel at home, giving me free reign of his kitchen (and good beer!). Breakfast was great, and I enjoyed meeting my fellow travelers. My only regret is that I was maximizing my time in the Utah outdoors and didn't get to enjoy the inn. It was worthy of a retreat in itself! Oh yeah, and the price was a bargain for the amenities. I'll be back!

This B & B has mastered the art of the feeling of cozy and intimate, yet luxurious and well appointed at the same time! There is nothing that the owners, Kim and David, haven't thought of; the attention to detail is amazing. If you are looking for a "non hotel experience" in a homey setting, this is the place for you. It is totally worth it for the comfortable bed and the succulent, filling breakfast alone. My room in the main house had a wonderful view of the the flowering mahogany in Spring, just the "pick-me-up" I needed in my escape from my snowbound home in March 2014.

We stayed here 2 nights with the family. Great host. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to center of Moab. Highly recommend.

Two visits after my first review and this place just gets better and better. Kim and David are always welcoming and warm. They make their B&B feel like a home- one you want to keep coming back to for sure! We've stayed in 3 different rooms now and each one was lovely. The beds comfy and the bathrooms not just clean but spotless. David is still cooking just amazing breakfasts that will fuel you up for whatever Moab adventure you have. And then there is the hammock....oh the hammock! Securely hanging from two shade trees this is the perfect place to siesta between the cool morning ride and the late afternoon ride. It's shady, cool and comfy! I love it! I seriously cannot WAIT to go back. It really is becoming a second home.
