Just was over charged for my order. I had to prove to the cashier he was over charging me by using your app. But if that was all that happened, I wouldn't be writing this. I then got home to find I had been given chicken that appears to be 4 days old. Brown hard and unchewable. This Food should have never been served. I am questioning what management would be so careless in allowing inedible food to be distributed to the public. I'm debating the need to call the health department Was he upset by my price correction and gave me yesterdays garbage instead of edible food.

Always a pain to order at drive thru and you wait for over 20 mins for a simple order. The worst Taco Bell I've been through. Seems like they need more staff if its taking this long or they need to be trained better.

This location is terrible. The workers are impolite and rude. While I was ordering the lady just walked away without saying anything. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 bean and rice burritos. I saw one lady eating Peanut M&Ms while working in the kitchen. In one of the burritos they forgot the beans and they barely put rice in either of them. It was basically tortilla and hot sauce. The workers here are impotent and lazy. I will NEVER go to this location again!

Great experience! I've been to this location a few times and it's been a good experience every time. I went today and ordered 2 meals and the guy at the window was really nice and seemed happy to be there! He joked with me while giving me my drinks then I waited a few minutes and when he gave me my food he told me sorry about the wait and I didn't even think it was a long wait! All in all, it was a better experience than I've had at most of the other locations. Even if I did wait a couple minutes longer!

Horrible. DO NOT go to this location. -Drama between employee and ex-boyfriend going on while I was trying to order. -3 items in order were either wrong or not given, did not notice until I got home. (I had my nieces in the car who were already whining about being tired.) -Cleanliness was okay. It should be well stocked and cleaned up, but the drink and condiment areas were a mess. -Not one employee was smiling. I know this may be dumb to some, but choose a different job if you're unhappy with the one you have. There are thousands of people that have NO job and would like nothing more than to have SOMETHING that puts some change in their pockets. -Food taste..bleh. If my husband didn't want to try their new burrito, we would have went elsewhere.

WORST TACO BELL EVER! And I thought the one off Redwood Road was bad, boy was I wrong. The first time I came to this location, they forgot half my order with me not finding out until I was at home. 2nd time, same thing and I caught it and was also waiting for over 20 minutes. I screamed in rage at the employee and noticed the employees seemed very shady and high on something and thought it was funny. I didn't even want to eat my food when they gave me a slightly larger bag of food. I then found out when I got home I was till missing a chicken quesadilla. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

ZERO STARS. Our family just went through the drive-through, & we let them know that we needed just a minute to decide on our order... it took us less than 30 seconds, but nobody ever came back to the microphone. So we pulled up to the main window, but nobody ever came to take our order, so after a few minutes we decided to leave. The place was nearly vacant. Looking at the previous reviews, we guess everyone got the memo, except for us... We won't be going back to this location, there are plenty of Taco Bell's out there... Saturday March 7th 2015 635pm. If I were the franchise owners, I'd be upset at these employees, the neglect was quite deliberate.

I went through the drive up and they completely blew my order. I called a very nice manager and she said she would replace it. I went down the next day and after I sparred a little bit with the gatekeeper I got a sort of replacement. Two regular and not supreme fiery tacos. Free. Close enough.

Literally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in! The staff is absolutely horrible! I swear you have to be a meth addict to work there. They always have personal things going on. The last time I was in there, just getting some food to go, an employee that wasn't on the clock came in to get her check and had a barefoot, hardly dressed child with her. The kid ran around the store and into the back kitchen area while the employee chit chatted with the girl working the counter holding up the line. They are ALWAYS understaffed which causes a HUGE wait time. I have been here quite a few times because it's close and convenient but I always have ended up waiting an absurd amount of time, whether I go thru the drive thru or go in the store. The dining area is DISGUSTING! I don't think they ever clean it. Horrible, horrible Taco Bell. I would rather drive to a further location to have better service and better made food.

I was just this evening picking up fishing supplies for Memorial Day and stopped at this Taco Bell for some quick dinner. I ordered a chipotle chicken burrito and 7-Layer burrito for myself, and a cheese roll up for my daughter. Never, ever again will I eat food from this Taco Bell. I may not be able to eat at any other location either. The 7-layer burrito had a foul, acidic taste to it, it literally tasted like there was vomit inside. I have been feeling ill since, I really hope that I will not pass the night ill, or worse. Now, I enjoy fine dining, but I also haven't ever been accused of being too picky for just about anything else when price or schedule necessitate. This was by far the worse food I have ever tasted from a restaurant/fast food in my life. I'm looking into it, there had to have been something wrong, but for now... Beware.

I am usually fond of a night out at my local tacobell. I was very disappointed to say the least. With the lack of respect from the cashier to the almost hour long wait. I would rather take my chances at del taco. As I entered the establishment my attention was brought to a couple who seemed to be loitering and taking up table space. I was scared for my life as the boyfriend of the loitering couple looked at me with a crazy eye. You know that look someone gives you when they might wanna harm you. Ya.... it was like that. So as I was ordering my food the cashier was consistently making loud comments to her friend at the window. While we were waiting for about 25 minutes they were making loud banging noises and laughing. After 45 min and getting my 2 burritos hoping that I have left the hell of the service and wanting to enjoy my blissful burritos.... Again I was sourly disappointed with a flat burrito with almost noting in it. I warn anyone who wishes to come here... don't .... Unless you want to have your worst tacobell adventure in the history of your life. I pray for the burrito gods to destroy this tacobell and its employees.

Longest wait I've ever experienced at a fast food joint, and that's saying a lot! Tonight, I was in line for fifteen minutes, behind three cars at about a quarter to eight. With all this extra time, you'd think the order would be perfect, right? Nope. Order had errors, and no napkins were included in the bag. SO not coming back to this location. Ever.
