I rarely leave reviews but this was some of the best coffee I have ever had! This place is super comfy and the people that work there are awesome! I will be back again soon for sure.

Came here when I was getting my laundry done nearby. I had an hour to kill and boy did that hour go by fast. I had bookmarked this place to visit already so, I was glad that it was super close to my house. When I walked in, there was only one other person sitting there and one person working. I started talking and it seemed very family friendly. Bring your kids, have a family get together, this place really does throw out the we are cool, respectful, family run coffee place. I didn't get any coffee this time but got one of their breakfast sandwiches (English muffin with egg, cheese and ham). It was awesome. By the time I had to leave, the whole place was packed. They had outlets and sofas where you could study or just hang out and meet cool new people. I know I met the right people and will be coming here again very soon.

My sister and I were greeted promptly. The staff were nice and chatted with us while our order was getting filled. The patrons were friendly and my latte tasty. I regret driving past this place for years but plan on going back. They are also open late.

I went to Red Eye Express a few times before it was newly owned. It seems to be more lively now. I do like a good chai tea latte and she made it amazingly! Very nice chill spot I highly recommend .

Great coffee! The atmosphere is nice too. Plenty of space to quietly study in a corner or catch up with friends without imposing on others. The stairway to heaven is my favorite, but I also just discovered the Yerba mate which is really good as well. I was happy to find they had Yerba mate since I had trouble finding it other places. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They had no problem matching my coffee novice friend to a compatible drink. Definitely recommend and plan to return myself. Top notch!

Best coffee to date. Had my first cup and loved it, so I'll be coming back and making this a regular spot to chill and sip. It's under new ownership but it sounds like it just going to move up a level and still serve outstanding coffees.

I love this coffee shop. The owners are always super friendly and always seem so greatful to serve you. I always get an iced vanilla latte, but have gotten other drinks too, and they're all equally as good! Don't listen to the guy who gave this 1 star. He's obviously on crack.

Delicious and inexpensive! The owners are really friendly. This little gem is tucked away in a shopping center. You wouldn't know it was there unless you were looking for it. It's definitely work going a bit out of my way for. They have a drive-thru and a generous amount of seating inside.

Love this place! Super easy location, fantastic, creative stAff. They've got an easy access drive through along with a big area inside where one can sit and read, work on computer or visit with friends.

Every time I'm here, I get greeted by not only the employees, but also the other customers. One the employees Arissa sure knows how to make a mean Euro Frappuccino just sweet enough it to taste, yet getting the EXPLOSION of caffeine to wake me up!

This review is hard to write because I really like the owners; they are always very nice and try their hardest to make people happy. I only rated this 2 stars because I think the ambience is horrible. The couches, chairs and tables are cheep and uncomfortable. The coffee is ok but nothing special. I never see very many people in there but the drive through seems to be steady. If they didn't have a drive through, this place probably would have closed its doors a long time ago.

When Red eye was owned by the past owners it was my absolute favorite and LITERALLY went there 5 times a week!! my boyfriend and I were obsessed. Not only with their INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE Chai Tea but with their service and how just sweet and how friendly the couple was who owned the company. but now ..... I couldn't pay my bf. to even consider going here any more. The five or six boys who now are the owners were very nice at first. . slowly that turned into just getting you in and out(maybe they were just having a bad day) but I kept going because at least they were getting the recipes pretty close to the way they used to taste (I'm really picky, that's why I loved red eye so much).... but whoever hired one of the females made the worst mistake they probably ever could have made for their business by doing so. she is rude, arrogant, and lazy...we ordered soy milk and was told they were out and when the person behind us asked a different girl she walked right into the back and brought it out and when we asked to have ours remade with soy (because reg. makes me sick) she gave major attitude and when she was finished with our horribly made, watery, probably spit in Chai, she stormed out to go smoke a cigarette. HOW PROFESSIONAL! I'm actually tempted to go in simply to find out what her name is!! and while we're on the topic of smoking...there were two occasions in which I had to wait to even order my coffee because the employees were in the front with their friends just smoking away ....knowing they had a customer pass them to get inside.... like WHAT??? HAHAHAH &&let's not forget the GINORMOUS sign that reads "red eye express DRIVE THRU" .... in which is no longer used and costumers just sit at the window being IGNORED until they realize how shitty the business is now. so so so very disappointed. if it is ever resold I would 100% go back to actually try again but until then .... I'll keep as far away from that place as possible....or at least walk out the second I see that same girl working...&the only reason I rated 1star is because there are no negatives. So so so so sad :( I miss good'ole red eye

Tried to stop in here last year, but it was too late in the day, so I missed out. Came back this year and made sure to go during business hours. Glad I did! Got an almond milk chai tea latte for my wife and an almond milk vanilla latte for myself. Both were great! I love that they offer almond milk as an option. Dave was very helpful. We chatted about local Salt Lake things like sailing on the lake, how many local coffee shops there were and where they get their beans. He was very friendly and personable. I will definitely return. I wish they stayed open a bit later, but it is worth going for sure.

I quite enjoyed the coffee at this place. As the other reviews said the people running the coffee shop were super nice and friendly. I'm not sure if I just got lucky with the shots but the guy pulled very nice shots and made a really nice espresso drink. The space is in a really ugly strip mall outside, but they've done a good job of getting a cozy nice space going on the inside. In general I got good service, a great price for a 4 shot latte, excellent shots and well steamed milk. Since I got the coffee to go I didn't spend much time in the shop, but it seemed nice.

Our ONLY destination for good Italian coffee! Owners are very friendly and ready to accommodate all of our needs. We have held some small group meetings here and always been 100% satisfied. If you're in a hurry, call and order your drinks in advance: they'll be ready at the drive-thru window.

Great local coffee shop. When I moved here I tried every coffee shop in a 10 mile radius looking for a really comfortable spot to go enjoy some quiet time and a good cup of coffee, and this is where I landed. The small shopping center it is in is not very attractive and its hard to spot, but the the owners have done a good job of making the shop an oasis. It is a very clean and comfortable spot, run by a very friendly and accommodating couple.

Awesome drinks, great ambiance, super friendly owners, and affordable compared to many coffee houses. They have a drive thru if you're in a hurry, but the inside is spacious and cozy if you're looking for some time to just enjoy your drink. They also do smoothies for the non-caffeine drinkers, and they have breakfast sandwiches along with some bagels/pastries to go with your coffee. I work close to here, and they are my go-to coffee spot. Much better than Starbucks!

Red Eye is some of the best coffee I've ever had. I have yet to have a bad drink there but I love their chai teas. I recommend the filthy chai which has 3 shots of espresso in it. I tried ordering the same thing at Starbucks but it wasn't nearly as good. The quality is so much higher than other coffee shops its hard to go anywhere else. The service is wonderful and the owner also says he will buy you a different drink if you don't like the one you ordered but I have yet to take him up on that. We were going to tie the dog outside when we went to get coffee but he doesnt mind bringing them in which was awesome. I recommend that if you are in the area to go and give it a whirl. Its amazing.

Incredibly friendly! Great place for homework and chilling with friends. I have had amazing coffee and average coffee here. I think a little bit of it depends on who is making it, I have had the best luck when an older gentleman makes my latte versus a really friendly older lady. Either way though it is, again, a great place to relax or do homework. I am lucky they are close to where I live.

So, a friend took us here for a coffee after a bike ride. The owner's are friendly. The whole family was there in the shop; dad, mom, son. They knew our friend by name and this made me think they cared about their customers. The place is nicely decorated and cozy. I'm not so sure the son hanging on the couch watching a big screen is what I would expect in a coffee shop. But maybe their regulars like the television and the cozy, warm and friendly family feel. The pastries they had sitting out were wrapped in plastic. I would suggest a nice glass case. I have a pretty good idea about what an espresso should taste like. It's not normal; I'm no expert, but I know a good shot from a not so good shot. I watched the grind, the tamp, and the shot, and I knew I'd have to be nice. Maybe their regular clientele are content and maybe I'm being hypercritical. The drink was ok but didn't knock my socks off.
