Always enjoy stopping in here on Sunday mornings. Fresh bagels and very good coffee.

Good but not great. Experience really depends on the current personnel. I like the spinach mushroom and egg on a six cheese bagel for breakfast and the tasty turkey on Asiago for lunch.

My wife was craving for some bagels and since Einstein was so close we decided to get a take out. We ordered the baker's dozen and 4 shmears. The bagels were decent. Some were fresh and hot other were a bit stale. The garlic one was full of flavor and went well with the smoked salmon. Love their selection of shmear.

Ehhh I feel like these guys are overrated. They are pretty solid when you are in need of your carb fix except the service is always a bit slow. They are also a tad pricey. I usually stick with their bagels toasted with plain cream cheese. Anything else and usually it's not exactly right or as good as I thought it would be.

I love there bagels and smear but the service is lacking! They had about 6 people working behind the counter and the tables were not clean and the garbage was overflowing! This wasn't even a busy time 11:15 am. I would hate to see what it looks like when it's busy.

I came in with my family for a late lunch. What a disaster! The food was good but there is not one intelligent person working here. They didn't know the answers to questions we had about the menu. They forgot multiple things in our order, and they acted irritated when we asked for the things they had forgotten. I love the food and will continue to eat here but I will not be back to this location.

Barring any other places in town to get a great bagel, Einstein is the de facto stop for anyone looking to scoop up a dozen. If you've had them, you know what you're getting. If you haven't, they're definitely better than grocery store bagles I've had. The morning bagels are fine and acceptable, but for the love of all things sandwiched I've not had good experiences with anything else. Stick to the morning routine and you'll be okay. Bagel. Spread. Chomp. Do it all again the next day.

This Einstein Bros Bagels location is located just off Union Park Avenue and close to Fort Union Blvd. The parking lot is pretty small and there are some tight corners, so be careful when visiting this location. Located next door is a Starbucks coffee so if you don't like the drink offerings at Einstein you can easily grab something from Starbucks without having to make an additional stop. Inside the Einstein Bros Bagels is a little smaller than some of the other location I've visited and it's usually pretty crowded with many of the tables occupied and a line of people waiting to be served. But even with a long time I was in and out of here quickly yesterday when I picked up two dozen bagels for the office. Over the years Einstein has grown considerably from a mere bagel shop. Their menu is pretty diverse with a wide selection of not only many bagel flavors but sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items, muffins, cookies, and many types of drinks. If you're not a big fan of bagels and have avoided Einstein because of that, give them another look -- I suspect you'll discover something you'll really enjoy.

I love to get the cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry spread! The staff here is so nice and the bagels are delicious!

Only the bagels and shmear are good. Swung by for breakfast on my way to work got one of the new spinach bacon paninis. What a mess. Wish I had taken a picture to show everyone. Mcdonalds can microwave eggs and limp bacon for $3, but Einsteins charged me $7 for the same garbage. I'd go back for bagels, but no more meals for me.

Dear Einstein Bagels at Ft. Union: For the past 15 months, I have had a standing order for 2 buckets of bagels to be picked up every Friday at 8:30 am. Generally, you have this order correct and waiting for me about once every 7-8 times I visit. Every other time you forget, the person who checks those has the day off, etc. So I wait. As a considerate person, if I won't be picking up my bagels one Friday, I call and let you know or better yet tell you in person the week before. Last week you completely forgot my order. This week I'm fed this amazing story of: we had them all prepared and waiting for you. They were right there (points to the counter where they are when they actually do have them ready for me). Two people begin to scurry about. The line in the store is now 10 deep waiting to be served. Someone comes to the realization that perhaps the delivery girl has my bagels. Phone calls are made. No response. The manager tells me that she'll be here in 2 minutes with my bagels. I pay (as I do every week). I ask if the cream cheese is already in the boxes. They don't know so we set aside the cream cheeses just in case. After 10 minutes, Mr. Manager comes over with my order sheet. "Ahh, we don't have enough bagels to fill your order right now." (No idea where the delivery girl is or what happened to that part of the story.) We'll deliver them to you. I say: "I work downtown." He says: "that's okay, we'll deliver them." I write down the address and give specific instructions because it's hard to navigate the parking structure and building. They refund my money. After 20 minutes, I leave with no bagels. One hour later, bagels are delivered to my work. They are hard and stale and with the wrong cream cheese. So, apparently, we got the mystery bagels that have now been driving around in a car for nearly 2 hours and with some random cream cheese selection to boot. My question, Einstein Bagels, is this: don't you sell bagels? Isn't that your commodity? Why don't you ever have any bagels and why won't you sell them to me week after week?

Stopped here at the tail end of a road trip to California. We got here 30 minutes or so after they opened and they were still making bagels. So I knew they were fresh. The woman behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. I ordered the spinach mushroom breakfast bagel sandwich. It was great and the bagel tasted very fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
