Solid chick-fil-a. Service was super fast. Chicken and fries were piping hot. Very friendly staff, what you'd expect in Utah. Great ambassadors for the brand.

There is a certain fervor and fanaticism that surrounds Chick-fil-a. It's not over-the-top obnoxious, but it borders on that feeling. I only mention it, because I just don't get it. Objectively, I see it thus: there is the food, and then there's everything else. Based on the food, I think it's about average. On par with other fast food, which can range from horrid to passable. The food here is fine. Some of it is terribly disappointing (pretty much any kind of sandwich) and some of it is passable, a la fries. So how do you take markedly middling food and make something out of it? It's the "everything else" category. They get the details right here. Parents love this place, and for good reason. The play area (although unsupervised kids will be the death/injury of your children) makes for great kiddy allure. The corporate directive seems to be to reach out to locals, so they often do outreach with local organizations and communities. And can I get an amen for having a stepstool in the bathroom so moms and dads and big brothers don't have to lift up their kids and awkwardly help them wash their hands? I don't ever make a special trip to come here, and I'd probably choose a few other places ahead of it. But if it's in the 'hood and the closest place to eat, I wouldn't avoid it. Bump it up a notch when the kiddies are in the equation.

Chick-fil-A Sandwich with extra pickles. I'm really surprised at how much I like this simple sandwich. I decided to try some sauce combos, so I asked for ranch and buffalo sauces. OMG. It's kind of a no brainer that it would be delicious with breaded chicken. Add waffle fries, fry sauce, and ranch sauce to boot, "baby, you got a stew going."

Best place for school fundraisers! They involve the students and make meals fun for everyone. Fresh food and nice employees.

We have grown to love this place and the service. There are often a lot of unsupervised kids in the play area so it can get pretty rough in the play area, but there isn't much that the staff can do. Speaking of the staff, they are always great. I've only had great experiences with the service and the food is consistent and it's great. I'm weird and I order kid meals at places like these for portion control, and a fun thing about these kid meals is that you can trade the toy for an ice cream. Who doesn't love ice cream?!

This CFA location is the model of inefficiency and stupidity. Compare it to the location at South Towne and you'll see what I mean. The incompetence at the Fort Union location is unrivaled. Great food but bad service.

Terrible experience asked for one thing didn't get what I asked for (chicken strips not nuggets) and asked for sauces got a bag full of randomized sauces about 30 of them. The sandy location is a lot better with their customer service skills.

If you like a little dose of good old fashioned Jesus preaching with your chicken, then this place is for you! I kid, I kid, but seriously, Chick-Fil-A is pretty tasty. I'm always afraid I will burst into flames when I walk into one since I have the double-whammy of being an Atheist and a gay-marriage supporter, but it's not happened (yet). No matter what your beliefs, we all come here for the chicken! This location is clean, fast and the employees are friendly (as is the norm at most Chick-Fil-A locations). I love the simple chicken sandwich -- a lightly breaded, fried chicken breast on a plain bun with a dab of butter and two pickle slices. Yum! Their waffle fries are so tasty but since I've been low-carbing it for a few years, they are only an occasional treat. Watch out because kids LOVE (and I mean LOVE) this place. They are drawn to it like moths to a flame. Therefore, it can be ear-splittingly LOUD, especially on Saturday afternoons. This place is always closed on Sunday.

Absolutely awful wait time and service this evening. The boys in the drive through window were disrespectful and downright rude. Even though the people at the Sugarhouse location are almost annoyingly cheerful, it's a much better experience than going to Fort Union Chick Fil A. Also not a glove in sight on the food handlers - gross. Avoid avoid avoid.

Best fast food ever. It actually tastes like food as opposed to some of its clown-obsessed counterparts. It's more expensive, but you get what you pay for...

I love Chick-Fil-A, I really do, so when you see my five star rating understand that I am not judging Chick-Fil-A against my favorite steak house or seafood restaurant, no, I am comparing it to other fast food establishments and when compared that way it is easily five star. The food is fresh and tasty, the restaurant is always clean, the service is amazingly fast, and everybody who works there is very nice, no seriously, these are really nice people. The chicken nuggets are great, they are really good. The chicken noodle soup is truly one of best chicken noodle soups I have ever had (calm down, I said ONE of the best, not THE best) and I don't like chicken noodle soup but I like this one, and last but not least is the chicken sandwich, it's just a chicken sandwich but it is a really good chicken sandwich. If you stop by tell them that the "Dr. Pepper Guy" says hello, they will know who you are talking about. Until next time my fellow Yelpers .............................. Despite the tasty chicken that keeps me coming back again and again, I have to admit that Chick-fil-a's high point is customer service. I've never met a CFA employee who treated me like just another diner. Sentences include "please" and "thank you," smiles are on faces, and the service is super fast. The Fort Union location is the closest CFA to my house. I ate there a lot when they first opened, and I was curious if they level of customer service was as pristine as the day they opened with a giant line of fans who wanted to "Eat mor chikin." The outcome of my latest visit? YES! Sauces and refills were plentifully supplied, the fries were cooked perfectly, and my fresh peach shake was made without whipped cream (just as I ordered). They let me take a handful of mints! They even accepted my expired coupons! This CFA is the bomb. I'm glad it's so close to home.

Before a Chick-fil-A opened near my work, I had never eaten there. Really, never. But proximity and convenience have led to the consumption of three Chicken Sandwiches, two Breakfast Chicken Biscuits, one 'Spicy Chicken Cool Wrap', and a few orders of Waffle Potato Fries. After these experiences, I can only conclude that Chick-fil-A sucks. And I'm not even gay.

Chick-fil-a just opened a new location by my work in Fort Union. I visited their new restaurant today for lunch and had a great time. Although Chick-fil-a was PACKED they served out food to us quickly and with a smile I love the chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-a and their chicken strips--their their fresh lemonade is also delicious! Service is always great and the employees are very polite. It was my pleasure to eat here today. :P

Best Chicken Sandwich! Best Service! When I say "thank you or please" They ALWAYS say "My pleasure, or no problem" they also have the best lemonade and they never forget my mint!

Absolutely love their chicken sandwich. You must have the classic chicken sandwich first. It's simply done with chicken and pickle but oh so well done. Additionally, the service is as good as any quality restaurant. They've cultivated a culture that genuinely respects and appreciates their customers. It shows at every location I've been. Outside of not being opened on Sundays (company policy), this is what all fast food chains should strive to be like.

Its Chick Fil-a... Not a whole lot you can say about it that people might not already know. Its chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken salad, chick biscuits, etc etc... I'm sure you get the drift of the menu if you somehow didn't know. I've been here twice already. I'm ashamed to say I could eat here more often than that due to its close proximity to my office. The service has been with a smile although during the opening they seem very hectic and disjointed behind the counter, probably due to how many people are crammed behind it. Its also their new restaurant layout which is horrible and seems to make odd lines in inconvenient places when it gets busy. Theres also alot of dead space that just isn't being used for a place that's so hard to get a table in around noon. They need to stick to the style of dining room and counter thats in the South Jordan location, its more efficient. This is the first Chick Fil-a that I've seen use the table numbers where a runner brings the food to you. Kind of a surprising way of doing it. When over 50 percent of the menu is a fried chicken patty on a bun, I don't know how its taking so long you can't hand it to me at the counter. Thats a gripe though, not really a deal breaker. And don't skimp out, I recommend grabbing a dream cone or whatever they call their ice-cream. Its pretty good ice cream for a buck and change. And they have Tea! Real caffeine filled cane sugar sweetened goodness that was brewed fresh. No bag in a box garbage here... I hope I don't lose any Yelp street cred for reviewing such a commoditized establishment but I'm sure some Chick Fil-a fanatic out there might wonder if his down south chicken sandwich is really being made with love, even in Utah.

Most Chick-fil-As are going to get five stars in my book. The food is delicious, the service spectacular (have you ever heard "my pleasure" spoken so many times? wish I heard it around the house more...) and the play area clean. Even though it was PACKED at lunchtime, the food came out quickly and the orders were correct. The only thing this new location is lacking is an opt-in text club for specials like the South Jordan one does. Oh, and maybe a ginormous basket of their mints.

5 stars for service. Food... It's not a meat mixture... You can actually tell it's chicken because the way it tears apart when you bite it. I appreciate that. I usually get the deluxe chicken sandwich; chicken lettuce tomato an cheese. Love that you have the option to get a wheat bun. Service is absolutely superb. The people working there have the best service. Just for the service I'd come back again. I refuse to go to places with bad service. Thank you for your manners and real chicken!
