They say there's a first time for everything. So...we tried this. And yes it's super loud inside, but if ya have a screaming toddler (like I do)...well then this is the place. They can scream and cry as loud as they want to - no one will be bugged. Not sure which sauce you want with your wings? (boneless also available)...just tell your waitress which sauces you want to try. They will bring you out a sample of as MANY sauces as you choose with french fries to sample. I ordered my wings boneless with Mango Habanero and Wild Sauce - both are HOT. The wings didn't taste "made to order" - they probably cook them all up in a big ass batch and then dip them in whatever sauce the customer orders. They tasted mass produced, but I liked them alright. They have a great kids menu, a full bar, and we also ordered the Jalapeno Pepper Bites to share (which are delicious by the way). Our kids enjoyed their corn dog bites, dipping sauces, and fries. They also enjoyed some cinnamon roll bite thingees that came with a caramel dipping sauce. Our waitress asked "leading" questions (which bugged me)...for example, instead of asking us "How is your food?" She would say... "Isn't this the BEST food you've ever tasted?, I just love the stuff we serve!!" She was also slow on getting us drink refills...but all in all, we liked her. Oh, and if you are someone who is terrible at conversation on a first date, or someone who likes to dine alone. Everyone at the restaurant can participate in Trivia or Texas Hold 'Em games. You get a little electronical doo dah at your table to play along, and the games are on televisions all around the restaurant. It's a perfect way to spend time alone, or if you aren't in the mood for conversing. I'd go back.

I have been to my fair share of BWWs and before you go for the first time please be aware of that BDubs is for : a) chicken wings b) drinking c) watching sports I love chicken wings and sports. Drinking I will do socially. Anyhow, I recently moved to Utah from California and I didn't think I would find one. I am very glad that I did. This one in particular has an attentive staff and great wings (again if you don't like wings everything else is pretty average unless you explore the appetizers). The only thing that needs work is the bartending but certainly not a deal breaker for me.

This place is the most unorganized, poorly run, establishment I have ever been to. Let us take a look at my experiences. Experience 1: I call ahead I place an order. I arrive to pick up my order. The response I receive when I get there to get my order. "Were sorry, we have not started your order yet, it looks like it will be 45 minutes." I say a few choice phrases and leave. Experience 2: This time I get my order, the wrong order. The response I get. "The Salt & Vinegar are one of our customers favorites." My response: "I didn't order these." Them: "Well it should only be about 30 min to get this fixed." Experience 3: I place an online order and receive an email response as confirmation. I arrive and guess what I am told. "Were sorry our system does not reflect your order, it will be about 45 minutes. This place has horrible customer service, is unorganized, and if you are lucky enough to get your order you will be disappointed. The food is average at best, but at least it is better than the customer service.

I'm gonna start this review with a few points. 1. I LOVE bdubs! Freakin love it! Everything about it; the sports, the wing specials, the beer of the month! It's all fantastic! 2. I never go out of my way I write these types of reviews. Ever. 3. I'm not from Utah I've just moved here and this bdubs was supposed to be a creature comfort from home. Ok with that said I just got home from this bdubs off of Fort Union and the food was up to par, BUT THE SERVICE! Holy cow! I have been in the service industry. I have done everything you can do in the service industry: hostess, waitress, bartender, manager... The only thing I haven't done is actually make the food. The SERVICE was abysmal. A couple friends and I went in tonight (table for 3) and it was busy but tables were open. We were given a buzzer to alert us when our table was ready. We went to the bar to grab a beer while we waited. Nothing bad. Then 45 minutes later after watching people walk in after us get seated we ask the hostess stand and its 5 waiters standing there how long our wait is still, you know since tables are open at that point. We still have a 15 minute wait after asking. After that 15 minutes we see a bar table open, we ask the manager if it's a first come first serve table ( being in the bar area it's totally plausible) totally up for grabs so we sit down. 30 minutes of making eye contact and waving to 7 DIFFERENT SERVERS and stopping 2 to ask for someone to serve us we finally were given mercy by the dear bartender. He apologized profusely for nobody helping us, was quick about getting us our food, super helpful, and was covering the whole bar plus a few bar tables. I have only good things to say about the bartender! He's good people. So let's recap: from walking in the door to actually having someone come over and say " hey guys can I get you anything?" Took 1 hour 30 minutes... After being openly ignored by employees and managers WITH OPEN tables safe to say this bdubs blows if you're looking to get a table before the sports game you want to watch is over.

I ordered the tailgate special which includes jalapeno poppers w/bacon, chips and artichoke dip, two mini pretzels (not so mini), and 4 wings with sauce of your choice w/a side of ranch or bleu cheese. I chose the chipotle bbq dry rub wings. They were nice and crispy with decent flavor. Great staff. Loved the big screens all over the place.

We are so excited to have BWW in Salt Lake! I moved here from Las Vegas where we were regular visitors to the locations there. We ate lunch here today and based on our experience, we will continue the tradition! Great food, nice service, and a fun atmosphere. The boneless wings are just delicious. The only complaint we had was regarding the microphone announcements about birthdays and some eating challenge; it was too loud and disrupted us a few times because we couldn't not listen due o the volume? Otherwise it was a fabulous lunch, and we'll be back!

Mediocre. Just like any other bww, although it seems to have incredibly ridiculously slow service. They were also out of seasonal beer and out of their lab sauce, pretty disappointing.

Decided to give the corporate wing joint in town a try. I have been seeing their ads for a few years on tv after all and they are just now getting to town, so why not. The beer was cold, the glass and bar were clean, and all the games you could want were on tv. On the other hand, The bartender had kind of a "meh" attitude that didnt really get anyone to far very fast. Also I have had ketchup hotter than their hottest "blazin" sauce. You could kind of tell the sauces were pumped out of a jug and lacked that fresh, saucy, kick. It may be personal preference but I feel wings should be at least somewhat crispy, don't expect that here. A better alternative for some really well made wings if you ask me would be the Trolley Wing Co. inside Trolley Square. They have all the same games, inexpensive beer, and a way more personable staff. Not to mention the wings are flaming hot, and most sauces hand made with love. It's not as close but definitely worth the trip. I kind of like to support the little guys too. Until next time, I can't wait to shit these chewy wings out.

They got a 3 JUST because I like their wings...other than that come here if you like to wait 17 minutes before you're even given a menu. It took a waitress to noticed my girlfriend with a timer to initiate waiting on our table of 2. Luckily we already knew what we wanted (we came prepared), Unfortunately she still made us wait to take our actual order. OH well.

We went in a couple days ago for my birthday and had a good time. Our server Amanda was very nice, so for the service I'd give 5 stars but I'd give the food a mere 3 stars. One good thing too is that BWW wasn't crowded so it wasn't noisy. We ordered the combination wing plate (1/2 regular, 1/2 boneless wings) and a chicken sandwich. My husband ate the sandwich and told me it was very spicy (and he can tolerate heat better than I can). I loved the regular wings with the honey bbq sauce, they were delicious but the boneless wings with the honey mustard sauce were so yucky I couldn't finish them. Even the dinosaur chicken nuggets you get your kids at the grocery store in the frozen aisle tastes softer and better. Would I go back to this place? Yes, I would, but next time I will stick with the regular wings.

I HATE this place. My sister and I went there for our hour lunch and hated the service. The waitress left us sitting for half an hour without taking our order. She finally came when I complained. She took our order then half hour went by and our food was still not finished and we did not hear back from her so we left to get back to work on time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a cool, new location. Service was good. The outside TVs where we sat were having some problems that they fixed fairly quickly. The food was good and beer service was fast.

I went to BWW today for lunch. The experience was so-so. The server was friendly, but very inattentive. I believe he only checked on us twice, and my cup was empty most of the meal. This was unfortunate as my mouth was on fire from the wing sauce. That being said, my boneless wings were quite good. They let you sample the sauces before you order, so you can get a sauce you like. This is good, because the sauce I would have ordered (Thai Curry) I did not like at all, but ended up liking the spicy garlic, which I would have never just ordered. The Caribbean Jerk was also quite good. There was a hint of nutmeg as Shelby, the customer relations person, so eloquently pointed out and noted that the sauce reminded her of christmas, which is a quite lovely description of that sauce. The atmosphere was good, but loud. I can imagine it is quite fun to go with a group of friends and watch a football game. I will totally go back, and I will hope for a different server next time.

OK, after visiting tonight I have changed my review from five stars to three stars because they may be too busy for their own good. I ordered a burger with swiss and cheddar cheese but it came out with only swiss, I ordered cheese fries with EXTRA cheese and I think they confused extra with less because the fries had very little cheese, I had to spread ketchup & mustard on my burger because they did not give us any silverware, and while I don't mind loud music, I have been to heavy metal concerts that were not as loud. Turn the music down just a notch and pay attention to getting the orders correct.

Average at best. The service isn't great. The wings even worse. This last week I was on my way home when I decided to catch the end of an NBA playoff game (Heat vs Pacers). Well I got 12 wings spicy asian, and spicy garlic. They came out and were barely coated with the sauces, and on the cold side. The following night my friends decided to go to The Puck. Well we had wings again, and they were light years better than BWW's. I'll stick with the smaller places rather than over hyped, over priced super franchises.

90 minutes wait. Why would I wait 90 minutes to get into a place along the same lines as Fridays or Applebees? If you want to argue that point go ahead, but you're wrong. This is a louder, "sporty-er" version of Ruby Tuesdays or Wingers. I would never personally come here to watch a game honestly. I don't want to sit in a restaurant where I'm boxed into a booth around families with young children around while drinking mass amounts of alcohol and yelling profanities at the TV screen. I didn't stay, I left and went to the Bohemian instead. If you haven't been there it's 5 minutes down the road and there was no wait. I have eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings and I stick to my guns, the food was identical to Applebees. So in short, just go to Applebees until the locals stop flocking to this place. It's just not worth any type of wait whatsoever and why it's so packed all the time is beyond me.

Probably more of a 3.5, but the truth is that I can't deny that I had fun and enjoyed the food. Is it gourmet? No. Is it the best food you've ever had? No. Is it an original idea? No. But it's not meant to be any of those things. It is a sports grill, and they met all my expectations keeping that in mind. If I want to watch a game, I would definitely go back.

I've been here several times-- it's a pretty basic wing place. Nothing special when compared to the others out there, but still a nice time with family or friends. Service is usually decent-- often times appetizers will arrive after the entrees, it might take a moment to get a refill on your drink, and I still haven't figured out what the point of the "Coordinator" is. But besides that it is a decent place to lose your hearing with obnoxiously loud music, and confirm whether or not you have ADHD with all of the TVs. This past visit, though, service was exceptionally bad. The server was a chain smoker, the food was cold, and late-- we were told that the kitchen sent our food to the wrong location so our server had to take our order again. This after several assurances our food was coming up right away.... So take it for what it's worth-- you want a great dining experience, look elsewhere. You want some mediocre wings in some clever sauces this place might be worth a shot.

They said it would be a 35-40 minute wait, which was fine with us because it's a newer place so we expected that they would be busy. Our wait ended up being 60 minutes, which kinda sucked. As we walked to our table, I noticed a lot of empty tables that hadn't been bussed yet. If the tables were cleaned up quicker, maybe there wouldn't be so much of a wait. But I also understand because the place was crazy busy. I couldn't believe how loud it was. My husband and I had to yell to hear each other. That's fine if you're expecting it, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you're dining with people whom you'd like to have much conversation with. Since it was our first time at a BWW, the server let us sample some of their sauces. It was nice to get an idea of their offerings, but the server's bracelet/keycard thing tied around her wrist kept falling in to the sauces she was serving us. I was kind of grossed out by that. The staff was very nice and our food was served quickly after we ordered. There are tons of big TVs throughout the place so it would be fun to go there and watch the game. The food was good. I could see myself going back with friends to watch football games, but I wouldn't go there with, for example, family that I haven't seen for a while because there is no way to carry on a conversation.

I was in Utah this past Winter on a bro trip, hitting up 4 local mountains for some shredding. We stopped into BWW on the way back from a day at Solitude, beat, hungry and sunburnt. Everyone else in our group had been to one of the BWW's back home, so I was the only one that hadn't tried it before. It was good stuff and definitely rivals other local wing joints like Wingdome, Wingzone, WingStop, etc... Great selection of flavors, but I learned to respect the fact that they do get really damn spicy towards the bottom. I can handle my fair share of heat, so be warned!

If you are looking for: a place that is totally loud, almost so much that you can not carry on a conversation, AND A.D.D. Enabling with about 50 Tv's all tuned to sports of some sort, AND tiny, not very tender wings, AND marginal service, AND very average food, THEN this may be the place for you. I went with such high hopes because I love wings, but I was totally underwhelmed...my wife liked the flat bread but says she will not go back. If you like wings and are in the Salt Lake area, stick with Squatters, Red Rocks, or even Wingers for that matter... But if you are looking for an evening of loud chaos and you drink enough to not care about the food or service, then give it a try...

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings almost every Tuesday for their 60 cent wing deal. My boyfriend is a sports fan, and we both really like wings. We never wait for a table, because you have the option of finding your own seating in the bar area, which is a much better choice if you don't have kids with you. You're closer to drinks, and you're in a more "adult" setting. The noise level is really loud, but what were you expecting in a sports bar atmosphere? Half the restaurant is a bar, and the other half is family seating. Perfect for all ages. There are some games and simulated gambling options, as well as sitting back and watching a good game. Not just one good game either, but multiple good games. They have over 40 televisions playing several different games, and if you feel like you want to watch something else, tell your waiter. They are really accommodating and have great service. It's a fun place for a group, or even by yourself. Either way, anytime you crave wings, beer, and sports go the Buffalo Wild Wings. It's always a good time.

Loved this place. The parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and their buffalo are my favorite. The pita chips with the spinage dip is also extraordinary. This has become one of my favorite spots.

Ordered take out a few times. Wings are just average. Fries are very bland. Went in to eat and it was a 2 hour wait, so we went elsewhere. Not a fan of the wide open seating arrangment. I'd like just a tad bit of privacy, not a lot, just some.

My husband and I usually avoid big chain places like this, but new locations kept popping up all over the place and we are always looking for a good place to get wings...so we gave it a try. I figure you can't really go wrong with wings, right? You fry 'em and put some sauces on. I could not have been more wrong. The wings were just...weird! We got the traditional wing sauce and it was super thick and goopy and they put way too much of it on them. We were actually wiping it off with our napkins. The flavor was also off. It didn't taste like any buffalo sauce I've had. The chicken was dry too. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I can't use the excuse that they were busy because...it was 11:30 in the morning. I could see the appeal of this place for a guys' night. It's loud, there are a million tv's playing a myriad of sports, and there are tons of choices of hamburgers and wings. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing (which would be sad, considering we ordered the buffalo wings at a place called "Buffalo Wild Wings") or maybe they were having a bad day, but we will probably stick with Wing Coop or just make wings at home.

So so SO (!!!!!) loud. Ok, I get that this is a sports bar. I also get that they're fairly new, but seriously, I think I may have busted an eardrum at this place! We stopped in at the middle of the week. It was really really busy, which we took as a good sign. I don't know if it was just because it was fairly busy, but the TVs were blaring. I'm talking, had to scream at my husband who was 18 inches away. This would be a fun place for a group to watch a game, but for my husband and me, it was a bit much. I had the bonless buffalo wings in 2 different sauces. Both sauces were tasty, but one set came out ice cold. My husband's chicken sandwich was fine. But can I add to the number of comments who mentioned how inordinately long it took for our food to come out? We're talking all of half time, plus midway through the third quarter of the jazz game. Our server was great. When it took a while for our food to come out, she brought us some game controllers to play the quiz game on one of the TV's. I won. That's how long it took. The drinks were very reasonably priced. We'd consider going back when we're feeling more boisterous. Or when I get my hearing back.

Possibly the best wings on earth but I havent tried all the wings on earth so im not sure. I ordered the 15 piece bone in wings Spicy Garlic & Honey BBQ they where both amazing but I do think they need to expand their flavor profile by first adding a Honey Spicy Garlic to tone down the heat just a bit. What I normally do is get takeout and go home with a bunch of only Spicy Garlic and then I add a bit of Honey to them all and shake them all around after I put them in the microwave to thin the honey and it take some of the heat away which makes it really nice to eat when im not burning alive. Other than that this place is down right amazing.

Saying that I love hot wings would be an understatement. Tonight a friend and I went for wing Tuesday. I ordered traditional Medium and Hot. I was not impressed. They were overcooked, dry and most of my wings didn't have sauce on them. It took a while for our food to come out and it really wasn't all that busy. The server was very friendly which was the best part of the meal. This was my first time at this location and I'm hoping it was just a bad night.

Had the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it was overwhelmed by the sauce. On top of that it took 35 minutes for our order to come out due to issues with the fries.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings! I grew up with them in Michigan & then when I moved to Houston got to enjoy their wings there too. One of the hardest things about moving to Salt lake was no B-Dubs - lucky for me they have them now! and they are glorious!

(This is my first review - this horrible night has encouraged me to finally start sharing my experiences - hopefully only the good ones though. But tonight, calls for an exception) THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT US FROM WALKING OUT WITHOUT PAYING WAS THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING ARRESTED. *This review is not for B-dubs in general - but for this awful, amateur, RIDICULOUS Midvale location. Owner of this location - feel free to contact me anytime. I'd LOVE to chat with you. I wish I could have just uploaded a 3 hour long video of tonight. Instead, I'll attempt to put this all into words. Tonight was supposed to be a birthday dinner. It began with a 1 hour wait to sit down (understandable, forgivable, and non preventable. It was busy, it was boneless Thursday, and we wanted b-dubs. We were more than willing to wait). BUT after we were seated, a server was never assigned to out table of 7 (3 couples, a single man, and a baby, so 8 I guess). So 15 minutes later, waitress #1 said she'll take care of our drink orders and then go find our assigned server. Waitress #1 then disappeared or went to take an hour long dump or something. After waiting for 45 MINUTES, I stood up and asked a random employee is she could find out who our mystery server was. After she explained the predicament to another waitress, they looked around frantically at the 20 waiters/waitresses bopping around. Finally, they convinced waitress #2 to come to our rescue. We placed out order of wings. 30 mins later, our food was brought out. Me and my wife's order was the only correct order. The other 2 couples and single man's were wrong and had to be remade. Meanwhile, as waitress #2 was taking care of us, waitress #1 returned and turned into a psychopath and was glaring at our table and at waitress #2 from across the room, but remained in plain sight. And when I say glaring - I mean she looked like Satan. Sorry waitress #1, you lost your chance Houdini. TWIST: While the orders were being remade, waitress #2 spilled water on me. That sucked. It was very cold. Once the other couples had their boneless wings brought out (my wife and I stuck with traditional), the couples asked for silverware and ended up waiting another 10 mins. 10 MINUTES!!? WHAT THE HELL? WERE THE FORKS IN A SAFE YOU HAD TO CRACK OPEN?? Then, knowing we were going to have to wait another century, we had the nerve to ask for some sides of ranch, as well as the carrots and celery that are supposed to come with the wings. They said "okay," but never brought them out. We informed a employee in a pink shirt (I'm guessing it was the floor manager) how disappointed we were. He was nice. I'm sorry about your crappy waitresses sir. Anyway, "pink shirt floor manager" talked with "head honcho manager girl" and she decided to discount our check. Nice right? Well - everyone's receipt ended up being wrong upon delivery. The funniest part about this was: single man, who bought the least amount of food, was now paying the most. They fixed it, gave us a discount - but sadly, I STILL felt jipped. I cringe at the fact that I payed for this experience. Worst of all, head honcho manager girl (who discounted out check) wouldn't come out to face us to apologize. WTF? Pull it together guys. We will not be coming back to this location. We would rather risk our lives and go to the West Valley location instead.

The atmosphere is really great. My boyfriend chooses BWW over Wingnutz, but I think the food is better at Wingnutz. They do have more variety at BWW though, but if you're going for flavorful wing sauces, go to Wingnutz.

Service was slow. Food was slow. Had to ask other servers for refills each time. Order came out wrong, though they did correct it and comped. Traditional buffalo dry wings are far too salty.

Being from out of town we didn't know the laws of Utah. Thankfully we had a pale spiky haired social degenerate of a waiter that was able to articulate the ins and outs of drinks and food in Utah. Since we had just eaten dinner previously we ordered chips and salsa as our "food" item. Apparently we were having a bit too much fun joking about the absurdity or Utahs liquor laws and our waiter didn't feel comfortable returning to the table. Instead he sent his manager to refuse us service and politely ask us to leave. 4 dead sober 30+ year old well dressed professionals. Wow. Worst service I've ever had. Literally ever... In 35 years I've never been denied service at a restaurant; and I eat at hundreds around the country. Thanks wild wings for being the first...

Apparently they don't pay much attention to their Yelp reviews. We've been waiting TWICE the quoted amount of time to get a table. I'm sure the service is equally as slow.

Food was sub par. Did not care for the sauces. The standard buffalo wing (mediums) were on par with what you get at Applebees way to vinegary for our taste. They had the music at 70 to 80 decibels so I had to almost yell the entire time I was in there in order for my wife to be able to hear me across the table. It was funny when we walked out of the restaurant the look of relief we gave each other and then the comment of peace at last. The poor lighting along with the very small font on the menu made it almost impossible to read. Do yourself a favor mix some Franks red hot with butter, fry wings at home and you will have a much better experience and it wont cost $1 per wing half.

funn place to watch the game..... cheap wings, friendly staff and a truly buzzing environment makes for a good time for the whole family.

Crazy-stupid LOUD!!! I couldn't even hear our waiter half the time. Food was OK. Most of the wings sauces were WAY hot! Even the "medium" ones. Service was actually pretty good...but I'm not planning on going back. What's the point of going out to dinner with someone if you can't have a conversation across the table without yelling at each other? Ridiculous!

I honestly don't know what all they hype is. I had one bite of wings and gave them away. Not only was the 'mild' sauce not mild, it was gross like it came out of a cheap bottle you get from Walmart. I also got potato wedges with cheese and they had hardly any cheese and were mushy. I left feeling sick by the little amount I ate and still hungry.

Service was no good, food was no good, Very loud.. After waiting 35 min for our food, it came out and looked and tasted as if it had been sitting under heat lamps for 25 min. I ordered a simple chicken wrap, but what I got was a fired breading wrap. The lettuce was soggy, there was very little chicken inside, but it did have lots of unappetizing deep fried breading chunks. We asked for various dipping sauces, more water and forks, but by the time our waitress brought the sauces, forks and water to our table 25 min had gone by and, we had already finished our food. Save your money people.

Very, very slow. Who would have thought it takes a wing place 45 minutes to make wings. Low-average quality for a wild wings. Service was similarly poor and slow. This could just be growing pains but I doubt it.

I came to this location Thursday July 31, 2015 around 8:00pm. This was my first time to Buffalo Wild Wings in this location. We were greeted very warmly with no wait time. I think 4-6 servers must have said hello to us on the way in so I felt very welcome. Our server was ok. He was a little slow considering there weren't many people there but besides that he was pleasant enough. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap with mild sauce. Considering I don't really like spicy food, this option seemed very spicy to me but I still liked it. The cheese fries were very tasty. My cherry limeade was very sweet but good. My boyfriend got the honey bbq wings in the small size (which wasn't very small probably around 10 wings). I thought the wings were ok, not out of the ordinary but not bad either. He loved his berry milkshake. I would consider it a good and unique milkshake. We thought about getting dessert but since our waiter was on the slower side we decided against it. I will be coming back here in the future.

If you order to go, make sure to check everything before you leave. My bad for trusting them to get a simple order right. I asked for no cheese. They put cheese. The lettuce was brown. They gave me the wrong kind of dressing. They told me they put plastic forks in the bottom of the bag. There were no forks. I will not be back.

I've eaten at this establishment 7 or 8 times, since it opened. On my most recent visit, I ordered a salad and a Miller Lite, since I had just finished working out and I didn't want to blow it by gorging myself with deep-fried foods and high-point beer. The salad was 2 stars and the Miller Lite was 1 star. But guess what... you don't rate a wing place on their salads! And you don't rate the beer based on your idiotic order! I rate a wing joint on their wings! And their other fried foods figure in to the calculation as well. The wings here are some of the best in town. You want real, honest-to-goodness Buffalo wings? You can get them here. And they're GOOD! You want some teriyaki, or garlic herb lime, or mango abomination? You can get that too. And it's GOOD! Okay, I made up that last part. They're NOT GOOD. Wings should be HOT or else they shouldn't be in your mouth. The service here is always good and the people are fast, friendly and helpful. Is "B-Dubs" fine dining? No. Is it haute cuisine? Definitely not. Is it quiet, candle-lit and romantic? Ummm... nope. It's a million TV's with wall-to-wall sports. It's loud, sometimes annoying, music. It's good wings with a million different sauces. It's fried pickles and french fries and an excellent beer selection. They even have TV's on their gigantic patio. For everything it's trying to be, BWW is great! For everything you think it should be... go someplace else.

Who doesn't love beer and wings?! I usually come here to watch games or fights. They are always playing the big games/fights so if you want to catch one you better get here early. This place fills up quick and people won't be leaving for hours. I love wings so you can imagine that I love a mixture of a dry rub and sauce. Their desert heat dry rub is great and ever sauce I have tastes so far has been great too. It's nice that for a large wings, you get a choice of four sauces so you can try a lot of them. Their drink selection is pretty decent. Love draft beer and their mojitos are tastey!

Horrible experience in this location. Several issues with our order and the waiter would not offer to correct it. Just had a deal with it attitude. There was an older gentleman that obviously worked there. He appeared to be a manager, but was too busy standing up against the wall to check on us. The place was a mess, several tables not bussed. After filling out an online review the manager left me a voicemail on a Friday.. Basically said " oh, sorry I missed you I will call you back on Monday" he never did follow up. It would have been useless for me to call. If your going to Buffalo Wild Wings do yourself a favor and search for another location.

If I could give it less I would. Too loud, too many televisions, and too many lousy waiting staff. We waited, it seemed like the whole time we were there. Our drinks never refilled, and the food was horrible. The girls working there were flirting with guys more than their jobs. Two times at this place was too many times.

Solid 2 stars... I've experienced better... Service and food. I've ate here twice now and haven't been impressed by the food at all. The restaurant and facility is 4 stars. They have TV's everywhere and its pretty awesome Today, my waitress straight up said "It's Fu**ing Good" when I asked about the "New Yorker"... a Pastrami sandwich with a Pretzel bun. Not professional at all. My review on the Sandwich... 1 Star... The Pretzel bun itself eerily resembled something my dog coiled up in the backyard (insert poop emoji here). The Pastrami was dry and it barely had any of the mustard on it, in which I had to ask for an extra side of it so I could avoid choking it down. The Pretzel bun itself was good I suppose. It was a pretzel after all. The sandwich however was small! Like the size of a Wendy's JBC! With a small fry on the side and for $10! Unless it is for a sporting event in which I plan on drinking lots of beer and then fill my stomach up with mediocre food, I'll try and avoid this place in the future.

This BWW's is just like all the others. It's loud with TV's everywhere playing all sorts of sporting events. I like sitting in the bar area where it's open seating, because there's always tables available and no wait. Their beer options on tap are always changing, but it would be nice if they offered an updated list. I settled on a yard sale and after the waitress checked my ID, she gave off this vibe that she didn't think it was me in my picture and asked if I could leave my ID out for the manager to come and take a look. I've never had that happen to me here before, but I have at Applebee's. She stated that it was their new policy to have them double check only Female ID's and my boyfriend was all set after one quick glance at his. I was pretty offended by this act of discrimination. The wings we had were similar in flavor to ones I've had at other locations. I liked the spicy garlic and hot bbq the best, but wild was a tad too spicy and soggy, and the desert heat was bland. Some of the chicken wings though, were lukewarm and borderline cold in the inside. The fries we ordered with salt and vinegar seasoning barely had any seasoning on them and tasted old, as if they had been sitting out for a while. Besides my ID issue, service was fine for the most part. I also like their 65cent per wing deal on Tuesdays, but will I return on other nights? Probably not.

Absolutely terrible. We order 5 med baskets and an app. 50 minutes later our food came. Boneless wings had so much coating it was impossible to chew. Bone in wings had pin bones left in. Carrots looked like they had been left out for a week, dry and white. After we got out check we requested our waiter remove the app we never got. He had NO clue we never got it. He was NOT new and only had 4 tables. We won't ever eat here again.

I have never been to this good of a location The greeters were polite and efficient. I appreciated the good attitude held by the staff and the quick service that we received. The wings came out hot, juicy and had great flavor. Our wedges were also supreme! I will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you!

If you're going to watch "the big game", this is a great place to go... but make certain you call and ask IF they are going to show your "big game" on any of the TVs. Often they will vote, but I've seen what I would consider a HUGE game preempted by a meaningless Jazz game or something similar. Still, there are so many TVs that one of the TVs will probably be showing your game. Still, you'd like to see YOUR game on one of the 4 HUGE screens. Wings are good. Definitely the traditional vs. boneless (but that's just me). They have a great variety, and if you buy the largest plate, you can get 4 different sauces (dry and wet). I also really like their Limeaide with different flavors. Their cheesecurds are okay, but their fried pickles are supposed to be good. During NFL season, we have a group of Green Bay Packer fans (I'm an owner ;-D ) show up and cheer. They are always very accommodating, and it's fun to go back to a place where they recognize you (it might be the cheesehead). PS: da Bears still suck.

I've had no issues at other locations but they've often mistaken things when I've ordered to go and dined in. The servers usually haven't paid too much attention and don't really go out of their way to wow you. Lemon Pepper dry rub on the wings is aways great! Always what I order unless they have a new special sauce. I would recommend looking at other chains if there's one as close by.

FRIED PICKLES PEOPLE I have tried the fried pickles at everyplace that serves them (that I find), and while most of them are good, the pickles at BWW are amazing. It may be in part due to the great sauce they serve with them. If you can't tell, I am a fan :) Along with my pickles and the AMAZING NACHOS, I don't think I even need to order wings. But I do... I just figure that I will have left overs (and putting your boneless wings in tinfoil in the toaster oven brings them back to life as if just served fresh). I tried the Mango Habanero for the first time on this last visit. WOW I just wasn't expecting that heat. Most places talk about how hot their sauces are, but BWW proves it. The waiter was kind enough to suggest I eat my Garlic Parmesan wings first, because I may not taste them after these hot wings.. He was right. Always enjoy myself here!

This was my first time here and oh my goodness, the goodness! It was amazing! We started off with the fried pickles and I have never had a better fried pickle in my life! I hope they keep this one on the menu, because I could eat those everyday! I then had a medium order of boneless wings with medium sauce. The guy who delivered it said the sauce it so fresh and might be spicier because where the peppers they use come from are having their summer right now so they are fresh and spicy! He was right, and it was delicious! I also got the potato wedges, and though I was thinking they would be bigger, they were amazing!

I'm not against chain restaurants. I'm against chain restaurants that suck. And BWW sucks big time. But they keep popping up across the valley like bastard children desperate for attention and acceptance. I suppose being a mongrel hybrid of Applebee's and Chili's, one shouldn't expect anything resembling quality cuisine. But my couple of visits with misguided coworkers with plebeian palates have been thoroughly regrettable. Empty, wasted calories. I suppose the wings are serviceable, but most of their specialty sauces are chemical concoctions that taste like they were made in a laboratory. The sandwiches, burgers, and sides are so formulaic and mass-produced that they have lost all soul, and all substance. Even the fries blow. I really can't do this anymore.

Tuesday night wing specials and Thursday night boneless wing specials make BWW a great place to catch a game or just catch up with some friends. Of the four batches of wings we ordered, one came out internally cold compared to the others. If not for that, I'd have rated BWW higher.

Wings were pretty good. I love Buffalo Wild Wings for the most part. I frequent the one in Lehi quite a bit. This one though the visit was just alright. The server wasn't very attentive to us and couldn't remember who had ordered what when the food finally came out. We ordered wings and it took 40 minutes to get them out. Most of the time it's around 20 so I'm not sure what was going on. It wasn't a crazy busy night but maybe just an off server.

This place is very loud and somewhat annoying on the sounds of the TV's and music. I am not much for going to a place to not be able to have a conversation. This place has deep fried wings vs Wing Nutz baked wings. Both are good in my opinion. I always go with traditional and try to stay away from the boneless. What I love about this place are the fried pickles in the southwestern dressing and the cheese curds which are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle with the same dressing as the fried pickles. The sauces I love here are the Caribbean jerk and the Parmesan garlic. Love the flavors. Service is hit or miss here, and I don't enjoy it when they mess up on my orders. They are prompt though I can give them that.

I have to say I am very disappointed at just about everything here. First of all forget getting plates. They bring out card board containers to eat on but charge fancy restaurant prices. We ordered Nachos and it was terrible. You can taste the cheese is out of a can. They have better nachos at Taco Bell. I got charged $7 for a domestic draft beer; really?. $11 for 10 crappy wings with no meat on them. A hamburger well done but still stunk like raw meat. Overall I will Say this; they have the worst food for the money. I don't see the big deal about this place. If you want a TV, stay at home and watch your own. Eat card board at home and it will be a more pleasant dining experience. This place sucks bad. It's overpriced and the food and service are just lousy. Will never return.

ZERO stars if it would let me. I've been to this location 2 times just because it's close and convenient. I like the wings not in love with the food and the servers and hostess just plain SUCK. Honestly today is the last time I go in. Our server SAMANTHA today seemed nice and professional to start with. Water and lemonade on time but that's about it. Our appetizers took about 20-30 minutes. She hadn't even taken out order yet. She was running around like a mad woman I guess trying to keep up with her tables? I've been a server before and it wasn't much tables to handle. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But Everybody who came in after us got service and their food and drinks while we've been waiting for how long now for her to take the order. Our empty glasses were at the end of the table and she couldn't even refill our waters. Even the manager and other workers kept walking past REALIZING we needed service and didn't pay any mind! Really? We're pretty patient people. But it was ridiculous and I have a 5 month old who isn't trying to sit at a restaurant all day. So finally SAMANTHA came to our table taking our order bit completely rushing us. I asked if she could ask the kitchen to rush it and she sarcastically said "well it's not my kitchen so probably not" and just laughed and walked away. We didn't even get to enjoy it. Or finish it because by the time it came out my baby was too fussy to actually be able to enjoy it and we had to go so we had to box it up. I'm one to never complain about bad service but today was awful!! Maybe I'll try another location but this one has just ruined it for us.

We went to watch the Packers/Seahawks football game. We were seated in about 10 min. Not bad. We ordered lots of wings (garlic Parmesan, Korean BBQ, honey BBQ and Thai curry) fries pickles and cheese fries. The food took longer than we would have liked. The manager served us and the cheese fries looked like they'd been sitting in the back all day. We got a hot order and it was good. All in all, good food. Full drinks. Nice server. The end.

Don't go! I took my wife to lunch there and the music was so loud it hurts my ears it was totally disgusting experience because we couldn't even have a conversation the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. Given the fact it was so loud I can't even remember the food.

Came here with my boyfriend for some wings and a beer. Food was delicious. Music was RIDICULOUS. They couldn't decide whether to play reggae or scream-o. The volume was also at 12 on a 1-10 scale. Metallica is currently blaring. Fix it Buffalo Wild Wings! Totally unpleasant dining experience. I can't hear myself think.

Absolutely appalled!! We ordered wings and an appetizer and we were there an ENTIRE football game! Why is the bartender a waiter?! Everytime we asked for something, he'd have to go take care of the bar. It took 45 minutes just to get the check! We even handed the check back to a manager and we still had to wait an additional fifteen minutes just to get change! Not to mention a waiter spilled bones on the floor and no one ever cleaned them up. I will never return!

Way too loud! I don't like yelling across my table to my friends. I'm not a fan of soggy wings either. The service here has been slow both times I've been there which is entertaining because the waiters are all by the soda fountain on their phones. Takes forever to get a servers attention and we waited 35 min to order. It was a Saturday between lunch and dinner and they weren't that busy. Parkings a mess, it's so loud, soggy wings, meh pricing.... No thanks!

Ordered take out from this place because so many reviews were against the service but food sounded ok. However, when called to order on phone even person who took my order could not help make a recommendation for good medium spicy level wings. She recommended the sweet BBQ and when I clarified that I wanted something more spicy she just said it's really up to you "we have lots of choices". Hence my need for a little help deciding in the first place. I asked what was most popular and she said she didn't know. So, already I was frustrated. I took a risk on Asian Zing wings. Food wasn't ready when I got there to pick it up. Had to wait ten minutes past what they said on phone. My husband liked the wings ok but not worth the price. I got a BBQ salad and it was soggy and not something I would ever get again. Basically, there are much much better BBQ places like Joe Morley's in Midvale if that is what you want because the food comes nowhere close to making up for bad service even with takeout in this place.

The boneless wings here are delicious. i loved that they would bring out the different sauces so i could try them before ordering. The only downside is the service was slow... not sure if they are understaffed or are just busy the few times i've gone. But my cousin turned me on to this and now if i EVER want wings this is the place i go.

One of our favorite places to eat. A wide variety of wings at a good price. We love the spicy garlic and chipotle BBQ the most, but all the sauces and rubs are good. You can even mix sauces, so the options are endless! My only complaint is that they never seem to have the limited time lab sauces. I'd like to try something totally different occasionally.

Don't go to this BWW location! Every time I go to this BWW they get something wrong, and then lie to try and cover it up. The sandy BWW is way better. The best location is in Logan, but that's a little too far of a drive.

In my quest for the perfect wings, I tried Buffalo Wild Wing again. Not super crisp but ok. The flavors were OK too. The honey mustard flavor was good though. The service from Stu was phenomenal! Best service!

They have some of the best onion rings I have come across in recent years, these are a must try for onion ring fans. Also the boneless wings are very good as well, expecially on thursdays!

The food was decent but the atmosphere sucked. Way too loud. The food took an annoyingly long time to arrive too. The icing on the cake was when our waiter openly mocked a member of our party that was timid and slow in answering--perhaps he thought he was being funny, but the waiter was actually quite a tool.

Well you pay for what you get. Atmosphere is really nice especially if there's a game you want to watch. Plenty of TV'S to watch and the food is not horrible. Always have to go on Tuesday make sure you get the best deal on those wings. Have a great time.

We have tried out this place twice, and have tried many of their sauces - even when they are recommended, and they just weren't anything we would ever have again. The people we went with all ordered wings and no one chose the same sauce, but no one was 'thrilled.' I love fries - and this place is A-ok. My friend suggested I try the salt and vinegar fries, which I will try if I go again. The saving grace of this place was cheap beer. If someone ends up reading my posts, I reference the booze is every post. It is very important! I also did try a ranch chicken sandwich the last time I went, and the waitress looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered it grilled with no bun... just saving the carbs for my beer lady loo! The noise was average, but we didn't go when a big game was on, but I really wouldn't mind it because I do likes sports - mostly don't like the obnoxious fans. Anyways, I will go if the decision is made without me, but I won't be mentioning this as an option.

The wings are ok and if I need to give you a review so you know what they serve here then I don't know if we can be friends. Don't forget to the dry seasoned fries.

Craving wings ordered up a couple batches with different sauces to go. The boneless wings were horrible similar but to frozen Tyson chicken but worse. Do not try the Caribbean jerk sauce it just plain bad, not really BBQ not really spicey just an all around bad sauce. Fries were on par with mcdonalds. Waste of money would not return. Better wings are available from local pizza joints.

Lousy food lousy service !!

(4)Kate F.
Mediocre. Just like any other bww, although it seems to have incredibly ridiculously slow service. They were also out of seasonal beer and out of their lab sauce, pretty disappointing.
(2)Jeff K.
(1)Peter C.
OH well.
(3)Prissy S.
(4)Thelma J.
(1)Duncan M.
This is a cool, new location. Service was good. The outside TVs where we sat were having some problems that they fixed fairly quickly. The food was good and beer service was fast.
(3)Margaret L.
(3)Kish M.

(3)B S.

(4)Charlie Z.
Loved this place. The parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and their buffalo are my favorite. The pita chips with the spinage dip is also extraordinary. This has become one of my favorite spots.
(5)Ty D.
Ordered take out a few times. Wings are just average. Fries are very bland. Went in to eat and it was a 2 hour wait, so we went elsewhere. Not a fan of the wide open seating arrangment. I'd like just a tad bit of privacy, not a lot, just some.
(2)Elizabeth B.
(2)Elaine H.
(1)Tom C.
(5)Amber L.
(2)Kevin Q.
Had the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it was overwhelmed by the sauce. On top of that it took 35 minutes for our order to come out due to issues with the fries.
(2)Cori L.

(1)Lisa L.
The atmosphere is really great. My boyfriend chooses BWW over Wingnutz, but I think the food is better at Wingnutz. They do have more variety at BWW though, but if you're going for flavorful wing sauces, go to Wingnutz.
(3)Chuck B.
Service was slow. Food was slow. Had to ask other servers for refills each time. Order came out wrong, though they did correct it and comped. Traditional buffalo dry wings are far too salty.
(2)Jon M.
(1)Eric M.
Apparently they don't pay much attention to their Yelp reviews. We've been waiting TWICE the quoted amount of time to get a table. I'm sure the service is equally as slow.
(1)Sten W.
Tons of TVs, good wings, hot sweet waitresses. What more do you need?
(5)Craig N.
(1)Pj C.
funn place to watch the game..... cheap wings, friendly staff and a truly buzzing environment makes for a good time for the whole family.
(5)Richard W.
Ridiculous!
(1)Laurie T.
(1)M K.
(1)C H.
Very, very slow. Who would have thought it takes a wing place 45 minutes to make wings. Low-average quality for a wild wings. Service was similarly poor and slow. This could just be growing pains but I doubt it.
(2)Alethea G.
(3)Tracy G.
(1)Charles S.
(4)Tammy N.
(4)Sheridan R.
(1)Ryan C.
If I could give it less I would. Too loud, too many televisions, and too many lousy waiting staff. We waited, it seemed like the whole time we were there. Our drinks never refilled, and the food was horrible. The girls working there were flirting with guys more than their jobs. Two times at this place was too many times.
(1)Daniel R.
(2)Monica V.
(2)Kim H.
(1)Laura C.
I have never been to this good of a location The greeters were polite and efficient. I appreciated the good attitude held by the staff and the quick service that we received. The wings came out hot, juicy and had great flavor. Our wedges were also supreme! I will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you!
(5)CyranoWriter K.
(4)Austin B.
(2)T.J. S.
(5)Tina S.
(5)MC Free W.
(1)James H.
Tuesday night wing specials and Thursday night boneless wing specials make BWW a great place to catch a game or just catch up with some friends. Of the four batches of wings we ordered, one came out internally cold compared to the others. If not for that, I'd have rated BWW higher.
(3)Spencer B.
(3)John C.
(3)John H.
(1)Jeremy T.
Pretty awesome choice of wings they have i love to wash it all down with a cold beer sometimes service can be pretty slow but definitely worth the wait!!

My go to place for wings, beer, and sports. Try azian zing mixed with jammin' jalapeño also the dry rubs are great!

I'm really into spicy sauce so I went for Classic and spicy habanero wings. Delicious! Totally coming back on game nights
