Can't say much about the food because we never were able to place an order. We must have turned invisible after being shown to our table, because we sat there for half an hour without a single employee coming to our table. After such a long wait, my dad actually went and confronted a group of servers; but five minutes after speaking to them, we still hadn't been visited by our server. At that point we left the restaurant in frustration, without even getting the chance to order drinks.

Its an ok BWW. It is getting better. When it first open service was bad, it took a long time to get food and it was too loud. Waiter had a hard time keeping our glasses full. Its kinda important when people are eating Hot wings. It does seem to be better than when it first opened.

The staff sucks butt. Be prepared to have your clothes go out of style waiting to be served and even to have your order taken. The food is actually really good, but only if you're strong of stomach. Went with my friend and she projectile vomited in their bathroom. Don't let that stop you from going though.

Great place to socialize and watch the big game...or games. Plenty of big screens with many different sports airing. However, the service can be slow at times. I've had to ask for silverware a handful of times. Still, it's a great place to have a drink and grub up.

Its a B Dubs...but in Utah. OK wings, expensive beer, lots of TVs. One tip: if someone at the bar asks to watch a game, change the TVs at eye level to that game. Don't change the giant TVs 6 feet above eye level. I'm going to have a sore neck the rest of the week. It was kinda funny when the guy next to me found out he had to order food with his beer.

Wouldn't recommend this place. We waited in line for an hour and another hour for the food. Waiter never refilled our drinks, even after asking. The chicken strips were really good, but not worth the wait.

Need better tv management. In the middle of a basketball game and the channel changes to motor cross. If I wanted to watch a bunch of jackasses ride bikes I would head up to Idaho.

This place is just fine. It's Buffalo Wild Wings, so I think everybody pretty much knows what they're in for here. It's loud, it's busy, and that's the way it's meant to be. It's meant for sports, wings, and beer (if that's your thing). If you go in expecting that, you won't be disappointed.

Yes, I love wings and I love people--both of which are something you can get at Buffalo Wind Wings. There are always tons of people at this location; however, the wait is never long and I feel the waiter/waitress gets to my table quickly every time I go. We had Mason was our waiter tonight, and he did a fabulous job. One thing that makes a waiter great is the ability to keep glasses filled, it may seem like a small task, but honestly, it is awesome to always have a cool beverage right at your fingertips instead of trying to rinse the spicy wing sauce off with ice and the back of your hand. Again, there are loads of people there. I would not recommend it as a date restaurant, simply because it is very loud and it's hard to have a nice conversation. On top of that, ALL of the televisions are on, which easily distracts the people you are with. But I guess if you don't feel like entertaining that date, go for it. On the flip side, it's a great restaurant to attend if you want an evening out with the girls you've known for so long they can understand what you're saying by the way you twitch your eye. TIPS & TRICKS: * Thursday is $0.60 wings. They are incredible and even more tasty when they are that cheap. I usually choose to get Honey BBQ because I'm pretty sure that sauce has been made with the tears of angels. And of course the carrots and celery to top it all off. * Try the cheesecake bites for dessert, those are a nice way to end your night. Seriously though, purchase some right now. * The best spot to sit is right in the middle of the room, on a table. The booths always seem to have air conditioning that shoot you with an arctic wind, and if you sit too close to the door, you really feel that arctic wind blasting in from outside. So try to request a table far away from the table and booths.

To start it only gets 3 stars from one great server, Regina! !! My order was wrong twice, not her fault of course fries were under cooked and I got a under cooked chicken. And to my surprise she immediately ran back got it fixed gave amazing service all night. With a huge smile and packed restaurant she was amazing if she leaves you will be down to one star.

Doesn't feel like a restaurant - more like the product of too many corporate marketing meetings. Service is fine. Seizure-inducing numbers of TV's. Food is boring and wings are usually over-cooked. This place would be ideal if you have to share a meal with people you don't really like. There are plenty of TV's to stare at, the music makes conversation impossible, and the food will make sure they will never want to go out with you again.

Did you notice a table of teenagers leave yesterday? On a not busy Tuesday night around 7pm? 1 of them was my oldest daughter. She was in Logan for a 3 day FFA event at USU. After waiting patiently to be seated the kids decided what to eat. Then they sat there & waited. And waited & waited & waited. The waitress never got them water. Never took their drink order. The waitress never even approached their table. The waitress never even acknowledged their presence. My daughter contacted me (her mom, a professional chef, 3 hours away) & asked how long they should sit there before leaving. It had already been 20 minutes since they were seated. I told her they could leave immediately but they gave you an additional 5 minutes. Still nothing. As they got up the waitress didn't event say anything. She smiled & acted happy. They told the hostess as they left that they were going somewhere else. There was no response. Don't expect the business of me, my family or anyone from the FFA events that are held locally to ever frequent your location again. You allowed 3 well behaved teens to walk out with a considerable amount of money they could have spent. They were treated like second class citizens, most likely because they weren't of the age to drink. Shame on you!

Had a good time here, no wait, nice service, friendly employees ... And 20 TV's! Only place I can go and watch every sporting event at the same time! Love it! Plus wing night is great! If you have not been to BWs' you should try it!

If you don't mind blasting music and ten thousand huge flatscreen TVs blaring every sports channel straight into your face while you eat then you might enjoy it. The food is amazing! My fav is the garlic ranch seasoning on my wings. Pita chips with spinach dips is very good too! Service is decent.
