I love the CHAZ (chicken- artichoke-zucchini) the pizza is good, but this location is hit or miss. Sometimes their food is stellar, other times, it is is like the place is run by 15 year olds.

Breadtwists are great. Everything else...go to Brick Oven. Poor services...often left hanging when I call to order takeout, always young/distracted staff that are not well trained when dining in, very noisy at lunch with mommy's, babies, and screaming kids. Tonight I tried to order with a coupon from their breadtwist dot com website. No restrictions on the coupon but they applied several when I tried to order. No thanks. I went to Brick Oven. You should to.

This location of the Pizza Factory is located in an old house just off of State Street. I've never been particularly impressed with their food, unless we're talking about their breadsticks which are worth a visit (and an extra star rating). This last visit was probably my second in 5 years (and prompted by a gift certificate). The atmosphere feels very "family-run" with very casual seating and mostly young students for servers and hosts. I think it's mostly out of tradition that draws most people here rather than the food, as the cost to quality seems disproportional to what I've enjoyed at other local pizza places. If you don't mind being asked to "save" your salad fork for your meal, you might like it. If you go for the breadsticks, you'll be happy you did.

Awful service! Party of three, ordered one mini pizza and two salad bars. Waited 40 minutes for pizza with empty water cups. Asked for soup, which came with salad bar, waited another 15 minutes and the soup came out with a nasty film on top from sitting under the heat lamp. When we talked to the waitress about it she ripped our bill folders out of our hands and then went and made fraudulent changes on our cards. Bread sticks tasty. Service the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

Awful service, mediocre pizza, and delicious breadsticks. What more could you ask for? I can think of 10 other pizza places I'd rather eat at. Thanks but no thanks.

Awful food and mediocre service. Disappointed. We should've turned around and walked out when we walked in and the hostess was reading a book and didn't stop reading just because we came in. Must've been a good book. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The place wasn't busy at all. There were only three other tables being served by other servers. Our server needed a personality makeover. She was helpful suggesting a gluten free pizza for one person in our group. The breadsticks were delicious and hot but that was the best and only good thing about our meal. Our main dishes took so long to come out. None of our food was hot, in fact most was not even warm. The kids didn't like the kids pizzas or the pasta or the alfredo sauce. We could tell that our food had been sitting for awhile under the warmer. For this place being so slow, we would expect to get hot food and good service, neither of which we received. The waitress added the 18% gratuity because we had a group of 8. We will not go back. There are just way too many other pizza places in the valley that have better food and service. I would suggest either Howie's or our all time favorite Heaps Brick Oven in Provo. For take-out or delivery we like Papa Johns.

Overrated, over priced! The pizza and everything else is flavorless. There are so many better places to go for good pizza and pasta. The only good thing is the salad bar and dessert cookie with icecream.

I'm from St George, where there are 3 pizza factories, and they do make a helluva good pie, and a great salad bar. I was hoping this would be a little taste of home. The pizza was as good as st george, but to be honest the place was dirty, and the salad bar didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while, or filled. I'll give it another chance, because my wife and I do like their pizza, but I really gotta wonder if that place could pass a health inspection. Geh, on second thought maybe I won't give it another try. If you're going to manage a restaurant, holy smokes.... keep it clean.

They have a large pep with 4 breadsticks and 4 drinks for $25. Pretty good deal. The salad bar is also reasonable. Staff is usually very nice.

Just like Los Hermanos across the street except instead of mediocre Mexican food, it's mediocre Italian food with one exception: the BBQ chicken pizza is really good. Like Los Hermanos, it's run by a bunch of young students and service is often not so good. I still go here once in a while, but it's not my favorite.

My family and I love the Pizza Factory. Whether it is in St George in SLC or in Lindon, though to be honest I would rate the St George PF the highest. The food is great, the breadsticks are even better and their lemonades are awesome. These locations are family oriented that serve good pizza (definitely better than any take-out or delivery place by far). This location could use some TLC though. It seems to be running down a bit everytime we go and salad bar is very standard. If you want a good experience get a specialty pizza, a lemonade flavor and their breaksticks. Overall we love it and will continue to go there.

What big difference two years makes. Place is packed as usual. Our Bow Tie pasta salad was full of yellow dead lettuce. The Hawaiian pizza was made on a pre-bought crust that really looks and tastes like a giant Saltine cracker. Rubber cheese etc. The Diet Coke was flat and tasted odd. How the quality has fallen here. Dominoes is better pizza. The bread sticks were great, just like before. We got there early on Saturday night around 6pm. Don't know if this is a regular happening or the regular cook took the night off.

Their BBQ chicken pizza is a must try. And you will always enjoy the hot bread twists. If I'm not feeling like pizza, then I'll get a pasta with their Creamy Pesto sauce, delicious. The Pizza Factory is a good priced restaurant for the quality and quantity you will receive. This place has been one of my favorites for years and years.

I think this place is alright little bit overrated by the people here in utah. However like I like its decent for the deep dish pizzas.

Good night! I've expected better, given that the Pizza Factory in Provo isn't bad at all. But seriously? I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my roommate for lunch and we both ordered pasta with alfredo sauce. She ordered hers topped with sauteed mushrooms, and mine was topped with chicken. That was crap. Her mushrooms looked like they came straight from a can, and my chicken just looked nasty. It was pretty much like eating a Fazzoli's, a fast food Italian place that isn't too satisfying. I will say that the breadsticks are pretty good, but it didn't feel like enough to compensate for the crappiness of everything else. The salad bar sort of reminded me of the salad bar we had in elementary school, complete with the spit shield. The containers for salad items were small and it was difficult to see what was even in them. Not too impressive. The best thing about our visit to Pizza Factory was our cute little waiter. Fresh from high school, he was super attentive and helpful. But I think I'll stick with the other Pizza Factory from now on. It's not too much for a girl to ask for fresh pasta, good chicken and alfredo sauce where the cream and oil are not already separating, right? PS - the way that the restaurant is sectioned off is a little strange, and if you are one of the unlucky ones (which we were) to get stuck in the little enclave of the restaurant where they also decide to stick all of the large families with tiny kids, just roll your eyes and accept the fact that you're at a family restaurant in Utah - it must come with the territory.

Go here with my grandma all the time. Nothing special. Just kind of meh. I usually get the BBQ chicken pizza which isn't bad.

Wow...I will never return to this place again. The pizza gave me heartburn, it was I tiny pizza that cost nearly $20! Amazingly over priced. At least our server tried to make things right, but she cannot control the kitchen or the management. My wife's pizza had the crust of a leather belt. I will say that the strawberry lemonade was good. My daughter's fettuccine lacked taste and she didn't eat more that 30% of it. All for the amazing cost of $60. Unbelievable really. You have been warned.

The pizza here doesn't taste that great and mine was burnt after waiting 30 minutes for a small personal sized pizza. The breadsticks that are curled around a bamboo stick were not the "greatest thing" as my co-worker raved about but the one I had was all right. Service was slow, unattentive and for a place that was half empty for lunch, that's not acceptable. Very plain restaurant with nothing spent on the aesthetic or decor. Gives one the impression that they are all about pushing families in and out the door and not creating a full experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Parking: 4 Ambiance: 2

Pizza is ok. But $16.91 a piece for a small pizza is highway robbery...never going back. I used to come here quite often but this time that's just way OVER CHARGING people... For me and my brother it cost $45 for two small pizzas and drinks...geez

The Chicken, Bacon Ranch pizza is the best around. Salad Bar is also good. Overall, things are a bit overpriced. BUT, be prepared to wait! Nothing drives me crazier than OPEN TABLES and 30 minute waits. If they could figure out how to speed things up, it would be worth it. No rush to eat here.

I really liked the lunch special that I got -- pizza and salad bar, with a very nice strawberry lemonade. (Including real strawberries!) My co-workers' food looked really good too. I also quite enjoyed the atmosphere of the place -- a converted old house. The bathrooms could use some better maintenance though.

We arrived about an hour before closing. By the time we were seated and our pizza arrived it was closing time, so we asked for a box and left. When we arrived home and bit into the pizza we discovered something hard... Turned out to be a wood chip. A dirty, disgusting wood chip about 1 1/2" x 1/2" on the pizza. Never again.

In my opinion their deep dish pizza is the best pizza in Utah. Their bread twists are also amazing as long as they aren't over cooked.

I used to love this place but I don't know if their food has changed or my tastes have changed, it just wasn't that great. The breadsticks were ok but tasted basically like run of the mill white bread with garlic and butter on it. PIzza was the same. Good but not great.
