I wasn't very impressed by this place. I sat in the bar area since I was by myself. The area itself seemed like an afterthought with just a few tables and right by the entrance so people coming into the restaurant walked by the tables. I ordered pork chops that were tough and overcooked. They came with a lump of tasteless mashed potatoes. The service was really good though and the prices were cheap, but if youre looking for a good steakhouse, you should go somewhere else.

Spent the evening dining at Corbin's in Layton, Utah. Was recommended by a friend so thought we would try it. The decor is beautiful. I love the open kitchen, wooden chairs, and the water wall. Corbin's set the ambiance, for sure! The service was OK- not great, just ok. We felt a bit rushed. In fact, our waitress wanted us to order dessert and we weren't even half way through dinner. For the price of our dinner, I expected more than a 30 minute time slot. As for the food, we ordered a NY Strip and Filet Mignon. The Filet was nice, cooked well and I was very happy with the sauce trio. However, the NY Strip was terribly overcooked. We asked for medium yet it was gray and had the texture of jerky. The wood grilled asparagus and sweet potato are good though. Not sure we would go back given the overall experience.

The special is always the way to go. The steak is pretty good. Mash potatoes are awesome. Expensive but good.

Took my wife here for dinner, it smells really good when you walk in but that was the last of the enjoyment for me. I ordered a steak, what I got was a hunk of meat that was oddly shaped charred black on the out side and nasty rare in the middle. Who cooks like that? Oh well we won't be back.

Food was good. Service was not dependable. I really didn't know who our server was.

This is the place we go to celebrate. The service is always friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is romantic (especially in the tall booths). They really know how to grill steaks. We also love their salmon and pasta. Finish that off with the awesome bread pudding and you have about as good a first class restaurant as you'll get in Layton. (Sure the prices are high. But we paid only $3 less per entree at Marie Calendars down the street for lower quality food and poor service).

The only good thing was the atmosphere. Fried Brie appetizer's roasted garlic was under cooked. Waitress took it back and it returned burned. Both of my children's steaks were burnt and a poor cut of beef. My wife's steak was a poor excuse for a New York strip and overcooked as well. I ordered BBQ chicken and ribs. The chicken had no flavor was over cooked. The ribs were average at best. I also ordered the grilled asparagus, which was woody and undercooked. The complimentary bread and butter was good. The house and Caesar salads were decent. I don't think I will ever go back.

Okay...Corbin's SHOULD be good...great location, pretty good ambience...no competition in the immediate area. But...good food...not really. Quality is not commensurate with price. Owner should travel to other restaurants in SLC and other states to get a feel for improving his food. Sorry...that 2006 award is no longer warranted. Was there tonight in spite of my husband's objections. He was right. Soup was too salty to eat...menu same as it was two years ago which was my last time there. Really hope management wakes up.

We made a reservation for our 10 year anniversary just this past December 2012. Our young lady server had a name tag on of 'Mike' and we asked her about it and she said her name is really Brit and that she had forgot her name tag that night. We paid for our meal with Am Express and left her a cash tip, a nice tip as her service was great. When I received my CC statement, the amount was for $20 more than my receipt. I called and spoke with the assistant manager and he said it must be the tip. I said no, we left cash, we always tip in cash and I have a receipt. He said he couldn't refund me, but he would have the manager call me. The manager never called me. I called American Express and I said, we definitely ate there, but I am disputing the amount as we did leave her a cash tip, a decent tip at that. Silly how her extra tip equalled out to almost half of our meal cost! Thank you American Express, they gave me back the $20 overcharge. Although it is only $20, it is the fact of the matter, I feel like she stole from us. If I didn't review my statements with receipts, I never would have caught it. We will never eat at Corbin's again. And it is too bad as there food is decent. If you do eat there, watch your credit card charge against your receipt.

Corbins is the place you want to take a GOOD client in Layton, (or Farmington, or Ogden) nothing else comes close, it is elegant looking, classy, while warm and relaxed, the food is excellent, I mean Zagat's only rates Corbin's in Utah, the rest they skipped. Big groups or intimate for two, it's my fav.

2008 LAYTON'S TASTE OF THE TOWN ==== Corbin's got started a touch late to the festival, and made a showing similar to previous festivals: they ran out a little early and demoed the same appetizer they've done before: spinach artichoke dip with a crispy crostini dipper. They actually make this well-known appetizer very handily at Corbin's, but it's not a particularly unique nor "braggarific" item to tantalize future visitors. The booth crew, once up to speed and headed by the GM, were friendly and organized. But the presentation seemed strategically off. Corbin's is known to make a great steak -- even if not the most revered in the area for it -- as well as other Italian-inspired seafood or pasta entrees. It's mostly their price that seems to become the reason locals I talk to hesitate to recommend Corbin's. Either 1) it's really good, and worth the price, but too pricey for regular visits, or 2) quite good but too pricey. Corbin's seems to have been adapting to the price conscious in the area by advertising it as a lunch destination or trying to emphasize lower-tiered entrees. We found no coupon nor advertising along these lines. Instead we saw a sign for a special 6-course 4-wine-tasting event at $60/person. This sounds like a great value, and an interesting way to position the restaurant, but seems a strategic mismatch for the festival given that they weren't tantalizing palates with samples that would make an impression that Corbin's is a worthy, upper-level restaurant.

Nice atmosphere and thats about it! Over priced, lousy food and service. Not worth your time or money! Steaks are a complete rip off for the prices they charge. You are rushed the entire meal. We were in and out of there in 40 min. And that was appitizers, our ONE cocktail and our meals. Certainly not the dining experience we were expecting! Very disappointing!!!

I like the fact that they are a bit more date night material. Walking into an atmosphere that screams "your not at lone star". There is water feature walls, barrels at the bbq station, with infused wood chips to add flavors to the meats, and low light to give more of the high end feel. Yeah it cost a bit more but doesn't she deserve that every now and then? The food is excellent. We've been there a number of times and always try different foods. Never have we had a bad experience with food quality. HOWEVER if you order the artichoke dip give it five before digging into it. I am a slow learner and have returned to burn the roof of my mouth on 3 separate occasions.

Corbin's is upscale for the Layton area. Under new management it is set to regain past glories. The menu is new and our meals were superbly presented and well prepared. Everything was made "in house" including the pasta. A real treat when most locales just "boil in the bag"! The whole staff was attentive and obviously like the new management approach. The new GM, Heather, Chef Neza and our server, Joe, made for a great dining experience. We'll be back...often! Thanks!

To begin... We were somewhat concerned that this place was nearly empty during what should have been a very busy time on a Friday night. We now know why. I expected much better cuisine for the price we paid. Granted we like places such as TWIGS or PARK STONE in Station Park but they were booked. So we tried something new. We should have gone elsewhere. Maybe even tried Sizzler or burger king.. i guess. I will say the menu was a little deceiving since it described food very well. Kudos to the marketing team. Mostly and the best part was only the service which was fantastic. Our server Melissa was very accommodating. She was just a very good server. I can say she should go to a better restaurant and she will make a better living. The cook needs to be replaced. quickly before this place goes under.

Corbins has good food with prices that seem high when weighed against the complete dining experience. For six of us the bill (before gratuity) came to $168. That includes 3 soft drinks, two appetizers and six adult meals. I'll save you the math and tell you that's roughly $28 per person. No alcohol was ordered and no dessert. The waitstaff was more that polite, attentive and very respectful. That along with the decor is what made the experience feel upscale. If meal presentation and quality were improved, I believe the cost might be more justified. We wanted to finally try this local neighbor to Roosters, but with the exception of a special occasion where ambiance matters most, I suspect we will rarely find ourselves on the Corbins side of the building. A 20% across the board price cut could make this a place to visit a few times a month and make me excited to explore the rest of the menu.

I'm SO disappointed! Corbin's has always been a "treat" for us, but not tonight. We were going to eat at Rooster's, but the wait seemed long. Corbin's is typically no-wait, but pricey. We decided to go for it in the interest of a hungry family. We should have realized there might be a reason for no waiting there. Normally, I love the steak at Corbin's. Not tonight! My NY steak was tough, fatty, and gristly. Not the usual melt-in-your-mouth delight. I actually had to ask for another knife, thinking I didn't get an actual steak knife. Turns out my steak was so bad it couldn't be cut. And the bottom layer of my baked potato had the same problem - too tough to cut. Another weird thing was the bread plate was WET under the bread. Perhaps just got pulled out of the dishwasher? Dropped and rinsed off? It was yummy bread, but a wet and reedy plate kind of ruined it. My family fortunately enjoyed their meals. The salmon and chips, manhattan burger, and ribeye were all OK. The baked potato soup was really delicious. Service was very slow and she kept forgetting things, but she did say she was new. She was very sweet and helpful, just disappeared for long periods of time. All in all I'm sad that it was such a disappointment. I don't know if we'll go back considering the price should = a perfect meal. Drop your prices or improve your food!

Less than a week after I received a very clever reply from the GM of Corbin's, in regard to my first review, I hurried to the restaurant to dine. The changes that supposedly occurred there had me excited! I had high hopes of experiencing a first-class meal. In fact, I was so optimistic; that I recruited another couple to come have dinner with my husband and me. The ambiance has remained very cool. Our server was attentive. Although, slightly annoying. Our primary waiter was training a new girl, & by the end of our meal one of the other members of our party asked her if there was any way we could deal singularly with her, because we'd had enough of the other guys' theatrics! The food? I started the meal off with a house salad. The boiled eggs in it were frozen. The presentation of the entrees left a lot to be desired. Ring, ring... The 1990's called and said they wanted their wilted lettuce leaf garnishes back! Yes. There were leafy garnishes on several plates. I ordered the pork medallions. They weren't visually pleasing. They looked dry. So, it was no surprise when I ate one, & it was dry. The mashed potatoes on my plate tasted suspiciously like the reconstituted kind. The other lady in our party ordered the filet. It was a strange brick-red color? Props to my friend for attempting to eat it. She didn't finish it, & also deemed it very dry. My husband was pleased to see carbonara on the dinner menu. He ordered it, and ate it. But commented that it wasn't that great. He said, the last time he had it, there was more of a "smoky" flavor, to it; & that was what had made it so good. The dish the other gentleman in our party ordered was the filet tips. He was the only one in our party that didn't complain about his meal. But he did say that the dish wasn't on par with their price point. I think that particular statement sums up the entire experience: Food not worth the cost. Corbin's has the ambience down to an art! They need to figure out how to do the same thing with their menu items. As long as comparable places like: Faustina, & Bambara are open, I'll make the trek in to SLC for a nice dinner out; and I'll skip Corbin's.

Corbin's Grill is a great looking restaurant, modern and inviting inside with an awesome waterfall wall, but the food failed to impress. I have wanted to try Corbin's Grille for sometime and finally had an opportunity last week. I was in the mood for a hamburger and ordered their BBQ western burger, or something like that, with parmesan cheese garlic fries. The burger was pretty good, but it seemed a little overcooked and dry. The garlic fries were delicious. I also had a small side salad, which was nothing special. Service was pretty good and the restaurant has good ambiance. I really liked the HUGE waterfall wall inside. Lunch for four was $120 with tip, which was pretty expensive and not really worth it. I don't think I would go back.

Went here thinking I'd get a good steak but when I heard they had halibut for the special I had to go with that. Unfortunately it turned out to be probably the worst fish I've ever eaten. I love halibut, doesn't matter how it's prepared so imagine my disappointment went not only was it not good but it was so bad I couldn't make myself finish it. My dining partner had a sirloin steak which he said was good. The service was prompt and friendly. The only other complaint I have is the drink prices, they charged me $7 for a mixed drink that came in a glass only slightly larger than a Dixie cup. Chef Jimbo, I mentioned it to the young man who took my plate, but not the server.

When my husband and I lived it Layton, we literally went AT LEAST every other week. Now we've moved to West Jordan and still drive 50 minutes each way as much as we possibly can in order to go to Corbin's Grille. For a long time I was obsessed with the Chicken Carbonara. Then I found a new love in the Chicken Asparagus Risotto. However, both of those pale in comparison to the Blackened Chicken Tortellini. Also, you are just crazy if you don't finish with the Molten Lava Cake. Oh my god...now I'm drooling. One last note, I recently talked 9 of my co-workers into driving up to try Corbin's Grille. Everyone was completely happy and impressed with the staff, ambiance, and food. P.S. Their cooking classes are really fun.

It happened again...over and over. Although the food is good (bone in ribeye), it can be great. Most times I think about corbins, my foot turns to the right towards Roosters for the beer. Corbins can be perfect if it had the same beer variety as Roosters

I had one of the evenings specials. The meat was tough and hard to chew. The price was also more than most of the other entres on the menu but was not given the price by the server. I also had the creme brule for dessert. Just average taste and seemed a bit over priced.

I just want you to know how upset I am about my so called anniversary dinner I shared with my husband tonight. Jasmin or Kim or who ever she wants to be called pretended to serve us while talking with her friend using curse words and completely ignoring her other tables. That was just one reason we won't be returning to your establishment. I ordered a featured drink called a wine cooler. Did you know your bartender, server or manager doesn't know how to prepare it? That's right I enjoyed water with my meal. We weren't served bread. We ordered a molten lava cake at the beginning of our meal. And you guessed it, the server forgot. Now let's get to the most disturbing part of my dining room experience. I order a medium rare rib eye, bake potato and salad. My steak was well done. When asked if I wanted another she told me it would take more than 20 minutes. So I said no. Since I had already eaten my potato while waiting for her to check on us. She graciously charged me for the bake potato but not the steak. My husband order prime rib medium, bake potato, and salad. He got cow leather that even the steak knife had a hard time cutting. Oh and the manager never even came to the table to apologize. Again..... I appreciate the service and quality of food you offered to us tonight. I'll be sure to tell all my friend!

Enjoyed me a nice bone in ribeye medium, beautifully decorated and a nice water wall inside. Good service, loaded baked potato and lava cake my friend had the chicken something yummy and I Enjoyed watching the steaks being cooked while waiting. Nice glass of wine and very relaxed atmosphere.

I brought a couple of foreign visitors here on a business trip recently and it was a good experience. Steak is one of the things that the US is famous for, and so that's what we all had when we came here. I have to say that our server Brynn was excellent throughout. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We came in sort of on the late side, so the place was emptier than it probably would've been, but the service certainly did not lack. Although my steak was a bit overcooked, the others looked to be done to order (we all ordered NY steaks med-rare). Granted, it isn't Shula's or anything, but all the sides and beers were bountiful and this place sure represented great value for the money spent. I would go back here anytime, especially if it is for a late dinner.

Pretty good food. Service was okay. They were out of prime rib at 630 pm on a sat. And the bread came late. Said they had run out and we're baking more. The breas pudding was good. The decor nice. Overall we would return.

I love this place when I want a good steak and red wine! I usually order a tenderloin rare, and have never been disappointed the four times I've been there. Service is professional and polite, but not overboard. I don't like a waiter to constantly check on the table every two minutes. They seem to keep an eye on the table from a distance, and are observant when water and wine glasses get low. It's a bit pricey, but sometimes it's worth it.

Easily the best place we have eaten on Layton since moving here in July 2012. Four of us shared the mushroom and seafood cocktail appetizers, which were very good. Our four meals included the Pork Shnitzel, Chicken Pacatta, Ribs and Prime Rib. My pork was amazing and everything else at the table was very good. We sat by the water wall, which provided nice ambience

Extremely Average.... maybe not even average... My first trip to Corbin's and I really wanted it to be good, but from the start it just didn't work. The host/manager was abrupt and didn't feel like he had control of the restaurant. He made it half way to our table before he passed us off to another employee. I'm not sure if they were a hostess or a busser, but she was awkward while seating us and awkward when she come by to clean up dishes and to drop off to-go containers. The main server was a little off as well. I'm not sure if he was new, or just wasn't a seasoned server. We asked for cocktails and wanted to know what kind of vodka they had... all he knew was Grey Goose... so we asked to see a drink menu. We then asked for recommendations and what the specials were for the day & he had to read them off his menu. I don't have an issue with this, but for the sake of your customers you should just add these to the menu as an outcert (my opinion) The food was average at best... and as far as I'm concerned was over priced for what you get. The Sea Food Risotto was okay. Shrimp was cook well, but had almost no Lobster or Crab. It was not creamy, but more greasy than anything. The Fillet was cooked well enough, but it lacked any real flavor (thank goodness for salt & pepper). The mashed potatoes were thick and not rich and creamy at all. The soup (potato) and the house salad were extremely average.... Oh well.... I hoped it would be good, but it just didn't work from the minute I walked in. Ambiance - 3 star Service - 1.5 star Food - 1.5 star Overall - 2 starts... I won't be making another trip...

I don't usually order comfort foods, but had to try their Pepper jack filet tips in mashed potatoes. This was delicious, but an easy win. I'll definitely try something more complicated next time. I had a taste of my friend's special they were featuring that was "melt in your mouth" good, but I could not believe how awful the side of veggies were. I am interested to come back for dinner and even try their desserts.

My server was very attentive, and even somewhat entertaining. I didn't hold the very rubbery, overcooked calamari against him. I did ask him to return the salad as much of the lettuce "was past it's prime" to put it kindly. The second salad was much better. A little attention could have avoided that. My meal was redeemed by the top sirloin Au poivre I enjoyed. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare, and was nicely tender. The Au poivre was nicely done with a generous portion of pepper corns. If I visit the area again I might come back...can't say for certain.

Very nice upscale atmosphere and a good variety of options on the menu but that is where the experience goes down hill. We went there expecting a high quality meal on the upscale side. I ordered the special, a Thai chicken dish, I got a dry tasteless meal, the wife's dish was no better. Luckily we ordered the wing appetizer they were the best things we were served. Service was very poor, not attentive and not caring about the two different pieces of silverware that were caked with crusty food. She was unapologetic even after the second time she brought us a nasty utensil. I would skip Corbin's and go across the hall to Rooster's which has better food, service, variety and prices.

Corbin's had some solid upscale options, and pretty good seafood. It's a bit overpriced, but with convention centers and business hotels all over, not too surprising. We had a quiet, excellent meal, with no real complaints. Fine for a nicer meal on the road.

Very friendly service! I will probably come back here because the staff was so accommodating. The host, waitress, and bus boy's were great! The prime rib was dry and lacked flavor, but the sweet potato and wedge salad were very tasty. Very clean atmosphere.

My husband and I both loved Corbins when we went for our anniversary last year. Our appetizer was generous and delicious (fondue) and our dinners were generous in portion and incredibly well prepared. The decor is beautiful, classy, and the tables are private and nice for a date/quiet dinner.

If your a fan of overpriced ny strip steak full of grizzle then this is the place for you. The service was decent (though the waitress had to ask another waiter for a wine recommendation. She may have been new so that's not a major knock. Just did not get a 3 star meal for. 3 star pricing.
Was here on business and was pleased to find this place close to our hotel. I had the top sirloin oscar style and it was cooked to perfection. The filet mignon my colleage had was mouth watering. I had the baked sweet potato with maple butter and was probably the best I ever had. Best thing about the restaurant is the ambiance. Nice decor and tastefully done. Had a very relax feeling. Intimate and lively at the same time. I'm from Los Angeles and done a lot of traveling all over the world, so I've had my share of good places to eat. Not the best I've ever been, but definitely up there on my list of 'must try' places in Utah.

It seems as though not making a reservation gets better service. We had reservations and weren't given much attention for the first 45 minutes. Walk-ins were given water and piping hot bread with butter as soon as they walked in. Not to mention were taken care of by not just one but several servers. I don't want to say that the servers were being judgmental about how casual we dressed or how young we looked...but it shouldn't matter what you look like to be able to drop some cash. Saying they were being racist would have taken it too far. And it's not as if the servers were busy...there were only 5 parties. Our first round of drinks took over 15 minutes. Maybe it was our 12-year-old looks, which our server clearly stated. After our appetizer, we wondered when our server was going to return to take our order. Actually we didn't know who our server was since after the 1st one left, another came to introduce herself as our server. She made it a point to say: "I'll be taking care of you tonight, so whatever you need, let me know" and then literally gave us zero attention thereafter. Whenever she walked by, she kept her eyes fixated on the couple in the booths seemingly avoiding our direction. When our original server came back to take our order, she blamed the kitchen staff for their slowness. Seriously? The chefs aren't the ones who are supposed to be seeing how we are doing, or if we need bread, or what we want to eat, etc. The food was good and it was pretty clean, so I'd give taste and cleanliness a 4. Prices were reasonable. Service is only a 1.5 since we weren't really cared about until AFTER my friend had an allergic reaction to something. Then it was "Oh, can I do anything else for you?" "Why, yes, do you by any chance have an EpiPen®?" -__-

Second time this year we tried Corbins. Food is ok, nothing great. Half the dishes arrived cold. Service is always snail slow with servers seeming to show to take the order, deliver it then one more time to drop the check off. When I spoke with manager re all of this she seemed mildly concerned, but not really caring. Can't recommend this place to eat, nice decor though.

Have given them a chance close to a dozen times and it the service just isn't there. There was one girl who was once there (Reno) who was excellent and took care of her tables, but other then that we've had a hand full of servers and they are all not well trained to wait tables (which isn't rocket science) food is okay, but not worth waiting hours for. We gave them a fair chance and now we are done. Also, very slow night for them at 7:00 on a Friday night. Only three tables full. Obviously others have figured out its not worth going there. Never a wait, never full, but still slow service with average food.

The good points of Corbin's is the wait staff was very great with my extended family and my nephew that has many allergies. Other than the great effort by the waitress the food was not that great. Started out with an appetizer of calamari which was like most places and just OK. For dinner I had a rib eye steak that was cooked medium rare how I like it, but the seasoning that they cook it with put a somewhat bitter taste in my mouth. The rest of my family was not impressed with the food as well. As I had great hopes for the steak as to their site says it was ranked best one year. I have had much better tasting steak and have no plans at going back to Corbin's.

Great place! Love the prime rib & mushroom risotto was amazing. The food is worth prices. Beautiful restaurant and we got great service, brought out 3 and 6 year old and they had a kids steak dinner that fed both of them for around 7 bucks. We will definitely go back.

Our server, Eric was the best thing about Corbin's. He was wayyyy better than our food!. Don't get me wrong, we didn't leave much on the plate, but it was just average. And we wanted it to ROCK! The calamari was good, but the ribeye was just average, along with the prime rib. Could be better seasoned for sure! Maybe next time will be better.... If there is a next time, because it was also fairly over priced.

I ate early (5:30pm) and ordered a salad and steak - oscar style The food was really good. The steak as just right and the oscar style put it over the top. Salad was good - Ceasar salad. Bread was really good. I saw the reviews about being slow. Being that I was one of only a few in there, the order was taken when I was ready. Did the other service portions take long, maybe, but I also brought a newspaper to read. So that did not bother me. If I am back through this way, I will return.

(4)Curtis P.
Took my wife here for dinner, it smells really good when you walk in but that was the last of the enjoyment for me. I ordered a steak, what I got was a hunk of meat that was oddly shaped charred black on the out side and nasty rare in the middle. Who cooks like that? Oh well we won't be back.
(2)Brandy T.
Food was good. Service was not dependable. I really didn't know who our server was.
(4)Erik M.
(5)Mark K.

If you do eat there, watch your credit card charge against your receipt.

great steak au poivre (filet) cooked to prefection, as good as anything I've had in Chicago. Service was excellant

(1)larry c.
we love corbins for lunch or dinner the best selections and the nicest place to dine in the area fabulous tasting fish..steaks..sandwiches..salads and great deserts all at reasonable prices great service and friendly people too
(5)Dale R.

Thanks!
(5)Jimmie O.

(3)Andrea G.

(2)Sam S.
(3)Jeff E.
(1)Nathan S.
You can do better for the price. Its a nice place, good atmosphere, but the food isn't spectacular.
(4)Emma C.
(5)Si Tiny E.
It happened again...over and over. Although the food is good (bone in ribeye), it can be great. Most times I think about corbins, my foot turns to the right towards Roosters for the beer. Corbins can be perfect if it had the same beer variety as Roosters
(3)Dave S.
I had one of the evenings specials. The meat was tough and hard to chew. The price was also more than most of the other entres on the menu but was not given the price by the server. I also had the creme brule for dessert. Just average taste and seemed a bit over priced.
(3)Brandy T.
(1)Dawn J.

(4)Sandy B.
Pretty good food. Service was okay. They were out of prime rib at 630 pm on a sat. And the bread came late. Said they had run out and we're baking more. The breas pudding was good. The decor nice. Overall we would return.
(4)Nicole B.
Went here for a date night. Food was great. Spinach artichoke dip was exceptional. Steaks cooked over open flame were delicious. Service was good and food was fast even for a busy New Year's Eve. Definitely will come here again.
(5)Heidi A.
Steaks are good and cooked to order. Get the mushrooms... Comes out sizzling. I liked it. Sad to see it have bad reviews!?
(5)Leslie O.
(4)Tim C.

(2)Michelle T.
(4)Brian P.
(2)Rob C.
Ribs overcooked.. Chicken Overcooked.. Squash Overcooked.. Not a great wine list.. Very poor.
(2)Troy C.
(2)Walter B.
Terrible food! Ambiance is all you're paying high prices for.
(1)Joe C.
Corbin's had some solid upscale options, and pretty good seafood. It's a bit overpriced, but with convention centers and business hotels all over, not too surprising. We had a quiet, excellent meal, with no real complaints. Fine for a nicer meal on the road.
(3)Brian D.
Very friendly service! I will probably come back here because the staff was so accommodating. The host, waitress, and bus boy's were great! The prime rib was dry and lacked flavor, but the sweet potato and wedge salad were very tasty. Very clean atmosphere.
(3)Kristin G.
My husband and I both loved Corbins when we went for our anniversary last year. Our appetizer was generous and delicious (fondue) and our dinners were generous in portion and incredibly well prepared. The decor is beautiful, classy, and the tables are private and nice for a date/quiet dinner.
(5)JB B.
If your a fan of overpriced ny strip steak full of grizzle then this is the place for you. The service was decent (though the waitress had to ask another waiter for a wine recommendation. She may have been new so that's not a major knock. Just did not get a 3 star meal for. 3 star pricing.
(2)David B.
Was here on business a few days ago, came for dinner with 4 other colleagues, the total bill was under $200, which, for a restaurant that has food this good, is an exceptional value. For my meal I ordered one of the evening specials which consisted of a house salad, sourdough bread for the table, ribeye steak, Cajun jumbo shrimp, California sweet potato with maple butter, and a side of sautéed mushrooms. This whole meal was fantastic, every single bite, every single item! The service was exceptional! I will go back in a heartbeat. I am an instant fan!!!! Keep it up corbins! Now only if there was one in theis Angeles area. D.N. Burk
(5)Corazon D.
(4)Chris K.
Frequently visit Corbin's...best steak place in town!
(4)Clementiine C.
Then it was "Oh, can I do anything else for you?" "Why, yes, do you by any chance have an EpiPen®?" -__-
(2)M D.
(2)D M.
Decor is pretty nice but food is not that good and service is poor. Tried twice now but not going back.
(2)Michelle B.
(1)Andrew H.
(2)Scott S.
Great place! Love the prime rib & mushroom risotto was amazing. The food is worth prices. Beautiful restaurant and we got great service, brought out 3 and 6 year old and they had a kids steak dinner that fed both of them for around 7 bucks. We will definitely go back.
(5)Niki W.
(2)Randy S.
