Really good customer service, I've come in a handful of times and the food always taste great, give really good customer service and even come around asking everyone how everything is and if they need anything. They even go around and give free courtesy comes. Best arctic circle I've been to and would recommend to anyone.

Really frustrated. I ordered a 1/4# deluxe burger & asked that it NOT have any condiments or "secret sauce" of any kind. I also ordered the 5 PC shrimp & fries with extra fry sauce which I knew I had to pay extra for. My burger when I got home (10 miles) HAD all kinds of stuff slathered all over it...yuck!!! And, since when do I have to pay for my 1st teeny fry sauce??? Ohhhh, my gosh. I'll not waste my time with Artuc Circle. Taking an order apparently is not their thing.

Went to order some food at the drive thru and apparently they had closed two hours early! Some arrogant little high school kid came out as if he wanted to fight me? Seriously? Great customer service! If I had not been with my three year old daughter I would have got out and put his punk ass on the ground. Will never recommend to dine at this establishment! Hope this place fails miserably until mature responsible employees are found.

It's alright I suppose. I was trying to order a chocolate dipped cone at the drive thru and the young lady kept correcting me saying that it's called a brown topper. Sorry but that sounds not too appetizing. And she said it so much, brown topper, that I'm 75% certain this was some kind of inside joke or story that I just didn't get. Oh well. I won't be back for a second brown topper.

I usually don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants but I was extremely impressed by the kind and attentive customer service. I counted 3 times that different individuals passed by just to see how things were. I was even given complimentary ice creams (tiny ice creams for me and my 4 rambunctious kiddos). The restaurant and bathroom were clean, the food was brought to our table and the kids played in the play area while I waited for my food. It honestly felt more like a restaurant experience than a fast food experience. Oh, and the food was great! I got the halibut and it was really good! I recommend it! Great experience! 5 stars!

Slow slow service. I only use the drive through and usually plan on a 15-20 minute wait. They do have play area for kids which is a definite bonus.
