DRAPER, UT: Even though DD is a major chain, their donuts are still quite superior to some of the local joints here in town (sorry Daylight Donuts/Glazies). I like the strawberry glaze, the chocolate, and the Boston. Surprisingly the grilled cheese was pretty good (3.5 stars). It pales to some of the gourmet options around (like Kneaders), but it was edible and tasted good. Big thick Texas toast with melted cheddar.

I don't drink coffee, so I couldn't tell you if it lives up to its reputation, but the donuts are extremely overrated! While I'm no pastry connoisseur, I definetely know a good donut when I have one and this place is no bueno! The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and accommodating. They have a bar area and booths, plus free wifi. I saw a few kids in there doing homework while they were eating. My opinion, these donuts aren't worth the calories or guilt. Save your splurge or cheat treat for somewhere else.

Donuts and coffee are their specialty but they also serve decent breakfast sandwiches...and all priced at less than $10.00. There is a reason "America runs on Dunkin".

Had to stop by and get some donuts on opening day in Draper UT. We stopped by at 6 PM and there was a good sized crowd inside for opening day. The line moved quickly and I was very happy to see they actually had a very good selection of donuts. I have been to the DD in downtown SLC and in South Jordan and there selection was very weak. In South Jordan location I had to explain to front counter employee what a dunkin donut original was. That wasn't the case at all in Draper. They not only knew what they were, but they had them fresh at 6 PM on opening day. They have a drive thru at this location which will make getting that delicious cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee easy. They open up at 4:30 am daily which is awesome if your an early bird. Inside they have Wi Fi and some seating. The cashier was Teagan who happen to be very friendly and greeted us with a big smile. Considering it was opening day everything seemed to be going very smoothly so kudos to the staff and management at this location. I am originally from NY and when you wanted the best coffee and a great donut you always went to Dunkin Donuts. We are so happy Dunkin Donuts is finally here in Draper UT.

By far the best customer service I've experienced. They explained what a few products were, gave us a great selection of donuts and held the door for us.

Best one out of them all! The people at this location go the extra mile to give you a good experience when you are there. Highly recommend it!

Love dunkin except for the unsweetened iced coffee. What is wrong with it?? Their staff are awesome at this store.

I love Dunkin Donuts. It reminds me of my childhood. That being said, it was time for me to go back to a DD shop since it's been many years I've been to one. My children and I stopped by at the DD in Draper around noon on a weekday. There is a drive thru but I decided to go inside so I could check out all the donut flavors they have. Be aware the parking lot is kinda messy due to some construction still going on so finding a parking spot could be troublesome. The shop was a bit crowded but not too bad. The cashier was very nice and I was serviced promptly. I picked the flavors with the help of my little kids (Cookie dough, brownie batter, chocolate kreme and rainbow sprinkles) and ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts. I didn't try their coffee this time because I was a bit in a hurry but I'm sure it must be good since everyone else in the store had a cup of coffee in their hands. The main reason I went to DD was to get a bavarian kreme donut since it is my favorite flavor but I couldn't see it from the far register I was ordering from, so I ended up getting other flavors. I should have asked the clerk if they had the bavarian kreme but I mistakenly thought that flavor would be better displayed since it's a popular one. My bad. That's why the 4 star rating. I took one star off for the store not displaying their products appropriately. As I was leaving I looked again at their display and there it was, the bavarian kreme donut displayed on the right bottom shelf. How sad was I! Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back inside and order it so I'll leave it for next time. Would I go back to this location? Absolutely. Good service and fresh yummy donuts in Draper. What else can I ask for?

Totally overhyped and horrible. Stopped by at 10 am, got two different donuts and they were hard and tasted like they sat overnight. I could get better donuts from any local grocer.

What a major failure!!! Let's start from the beginning. I went thru the drive thru. He didn't know what their new commercial regarding the spicy egg omelette was so I attempted to order two of the combo meals anyway. I ordered vanilla chai latte as the drinks. I pulled up to the window and paid in cash. He asked me to pull around and wait? It took about 5 minutes. Now the terror begins. . . First off, no vanilla or chai in the "vanilla chai latte." Second off there was no potatoes in the bag. Lastly the omelette had no bacon or cheese like the picture on their menu and the commercial. I turned around went back. He said "there is no vanilla in your latte?" Ugh. At this point i just asked for a refund. Of course he asks for my receipt. Well if he would have gave me a reciept I would have been able to give it to him. What a joke. After getting my refund I drove to the dunking donuts on 7200 south. What a breeze that was. She knew exactly what the spicy omelette flatbread was. Confirmed I wanted this in a combo with a vanilla chai latte. I didn't have to pull around. It was simple and the order was correct. Thank you! That's all I really wanted, my order correct as I Paid for it. I won't be returning to draper dunkin donuts. Not now, not ever.

After 20 tiresome and lack of anxiety ridden minutes (probably due to the lack of coffee), I received a medium latte that was less than a third full. (If you consider "foam" a form of caffeine, then it was half full) Although, I, myself am very tired and subsequently more slow in the morning, when I can see employees shuffling straws around the bin and ignoring eye contact with me, I know you have hired the wrong morning people. Thus, allowing the customers ahead and behind me to conspire and agree that they will never come back.

Meh. I loved the place when it opened. Service has really suffered since. I just got a dozen munchkins with NO GLAZE on them. Really? I'd rather go to a competitor where I can get the same quality and service each time I go. Dunkin, I'm from New York and was so excited for you to be in Utah, but you're failing at pretty much everything and ruining my dreams.

I have visited this location a few times, and each time the glazed donuts are shriveled up like they were 2 days old. I grew up eating Dunkin Donuts back East, and there is a big difference with the quality and freshness of the donuts. I don't see any visible donut making room like in NJ so I suspect they don't make the donuts in house. This might explain why they are so tired and shriveled. A glazed donut should be puffy, like it's filled with air, and a uniform glazed coating. The glaze seems to soak into the dough at this location causing the donuts to shrivel.

This dunkin is better than some other ones in Utah. Still I don't think the toaster was um hot when I got my bagel. Also not a good selection of bagels. The coolatas are super good!!!! The people here were nice... It's not an east coast dunkin though :)
