The new location is much better because of the extra parking. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I tried a new salad today, the chicken chop, and it is now my favorite. I always get the Thai Curry Lobster soup, and as always it didn't disappoint. They changed their crackers from the little soup crackers to plain Zesta. Not bad but the other little soup crackers are much better.

I'm not the easiest person to satisfy. But I've been here 10 times and every experience has been positive. I guess they do sort of rush you but don't we want fast service? And the food is great!

Consistently good. Fresh, clean and hip atmosphere. I frequent here for lunch and except for how busy it can get have nothing bad to say. Salads are fresh and have a good balance of flavors. They will let you customize them as well which makes it a very appealing option. Soups are unique and flavorful, I recommend sampling the weekly special in the fall and winter. I just had the butternut squash today and it was amazing. Some of them are overly salty. Sandwich options are very good and fresh tasting. 5 Stars

Really disappointed in the menu changes to their salads specifically. I had been here in months, and returned for lunch today to be fairly dissatisfied with my food. My enchilada chili soup is always amazing, and I hope to God they don't get rid of it because I'll stop going there. However, my salad was not really that great. I used to get the Yucatan Chipotle Chicken salad that has now been replaced with some other chipotle chicken with lots of random things now included. You don't get much chicken, and the price isn't that great of value. Zupas used to be a lot more value. The other thing that bothers me is they don't keep your food in order as you walk down a line. Some how the salad two people behind you ends up in front of your order and the employees are constantly having to ask what you ordered. Which I find rather annoying to continually have to say what I got to every employee. And when I say no to dessert, please don't ask me again.
I haven't had the bad service experiences of others, but the food is great. Everything is fresh and there are tons of options. I have been here 3 times in the past week and can't wait for my next visit. The strawberry chicken harvest salad is the best!

Terrible service. Half of the top of my sandwich was missing (the bread). I semi-joked and pointed it out to the girl serving me saying "looks like someone already took a bite". She said "it probably just tore off" and left it that way.

I actually think the food is decent and should really get three stars. This gets docked because I absolutely can't stand ordering my food here. You can still be talking to the person taking salad and sandwich orders and the next person down the line is literally interrupting you wanting to know what soups you want. You then have to hurry back to the person that actually puts the toppings on the salad because the first person never tells them what you didn't want. Often the person making the salad is the third person you have talked to and much like the game telephone they didn't get the right message from the first and second person. You tell them once, then you tell them again. I'm all about promptness, but relax and don't be rude. You proceed down the line and then have to re-order by telling the next person what you ordered so they can put it on the tray. Then often you have to order a third time by telling the cashier what was yours once again. It makes me not want to come here. Not as much yelling at you as Cafe Rio, but close.

Very good food. But can't say much for the service. Felt like I was being rushed. But I guess that's just people's attitude these days. Lobster soup was amazing though. I really think they should open one in St George already.

Good sandwich combinations. Turkey Bacon avacado and the honey ham club. They're fresh and toasted. It was our first time there and so the menu is a new fresh approach. The desert was Yummy too. And the fun bonus, is a choc. Dipped strawberry with every sandwich. That was a fun surprise.

Delicious soups and salads! Honestly, I was totally satisfied with my lunch - but then when I saw what other commenters had to say (re: lack of salad toppings), I had to agree. I love that they offer so many unique flavor combinations - I got the pina colada chicken salad, for example. However, I noticed while I was eating that the salad only had a couple macadamia nuts (something I was looking forward to from the menu description). I didn't think much of it at the time, but after seeing other commenters mention the stinginess of toppings, I had to agree. The flavors were great though! I also loved my tomato basil soup - so rich and creamy! I got mine without the pasta and was in heaven with every bite. Probably my favorite part about the place was the fact that our meals came with a chocolate dipped strawberry. Perfect sweet treat to compliment our lunches. I don't know that I'd recommend them as a dinner place, but it was the perfect place to lunch!

Zupas has no accommodations for parties of 6 or more. Our company tried to order over the phone for a to-go order for 9 people, and management acted like we had 25 people ordering. We ended up sending an individual to the location to order for 9 people there and they said it would take 45 minutes to make an order for 9 people. Poor execution on the part of management.

First of all let me start by saying I have yet to go to any Zupas location that the ordering process is a smooth one, ordering good is such a rushed process, you would think that there is a never ending sea of people even if you are the only one there. The way they rush you through is enough to create a panic attack. As for this location particularly it is an even bigger frustration. While they started strong once I got closer to the desserts it became a a disaster. I was asked what I ordered and next was asked if I would like a dessert I in fact did after telling the gentleman expediting what I wanted he began talking over me to other employees, normally not a big deal some times things have to be taken care of sadly this happened three times! Once I got to the point where I pay for my good I had to, for a fourth time now ask for dessert, the cashier stared at me like I asked for all the money in the drawer. The young man that originally started with dessert asked again what kind. If you're counting this is now number five! Again I answered only to be cut off so that he could inform two other co-workers that he needed people bagging strawberries!!!. WTF? Stop asking me what I want if you are then going to continue doing everything but give me what I have asked for. Finally upon the sixth time being asked a new person whom I can only assume is the manager asked the cashier what was taking so long? I answered before the cashier had the opportunity to make me look stupid, that I have ordered dessert six times and have yet to actually get it! She apologized and immediately sent original guy to fetch it that took him an additional ten minutes to do because while he was standing in front of the dessert counter felt as though it was above him and had one of the strawberry cronies to grab it and give it to the cashier!!! Where did they receive customer service training?!?!? Oh that's right no longer the food industry is customer service emphasized! On goes this trend of pumping out volume is higher priority than simple customer service! I will not go back to this location and am reaching the point where I may boycott this chain completely until they find some kind of structure from ordering to customer service!

Every time I go to zupas I get anxiety at the way they shake off the spoonful of ingredients they put on my salad, I end up with half a spoonful. Frustrating! And today I got soup to go and he only filled it 3/4 full so I asked him to fill it a little more and the guy fought w me he said I can only put one ladel in...I said, well it looks like you left some of my soup in the ladel then...so he dumped it back in the pot and slowly poured a ladel of soup back into my cup which ended up being less than the first some how. Pissed off customer not going back.

The customer service at this location is horrid. Bratty teenage girls who stand there judging you and rushing you to order when there is no one else in line. They always get my order wrong and my panini is hardly ever even warm. The salad looks like it has been sitting out for a week and the prices are way too high for what you actually receive.

I like food at Zupas, but what is up with the ordering process? As my friend Travis B pointed out you tell them at least 5 or 6 times what your order is and they still mess things up. Here is my latest example. Last night I ordered 3 kids meals and a Try 2 . I told them at least 3 times what I had ordered and then I get to the register. The party in front of me clearly told her what they had ordered and she forgot to add in one of the soups, of which they had to ring up seperate. I get up and tell her that I have 3 kids meals and one Try 2. She rings me up and takes my credit card. The person next to her putting the food on the try slides two trays towards me. The gal working the register looks at this person and says "You didn't tell me they had 2 trays!" I'm like what the heck I just told you I had 3 kids meals and one Try 2...This isn't that hard. She told me she didn't charge me for the 3rd kids meal and then had to ring it up separate and charge my card a second time. This happened not only to me but the party in front of me. If anyone at Zupas is reading this you have to fix this as it is annoying. A couple of suggestions, 1) When I'm standing in front of the salad section to order a salad or sandwich, don't have the person also ask if I'm having soup. I know that I need to be standing in front of the soup to order it. If they are going to ask if I want soup have them complete my order. I don't want to tell the soup person that I'm having soup. 2) When I'm standing in front of the desert case and your people are just randomly putting the food up there it makes me edgy because part of my food is mixed with an order that isn't mine. (Last night we had two Cobb Salads side by side - mine was with Romaine and theirs was with Ice Berg - I had to be very clear which one was mine and I shouldn't have to worry about it.) and 3) When you put the food on my tray, please make sure the person working the register listens to both me and the person putting it on the try to make sure everything is rung up. If not, that isn't my fault and you should comp me for your mistake. Cafe Rio & Paradise seem to pull this off with little to no issues and they have as much going on as you do. A little fine tuning would sure allow for me to concentrate on my food and not the issue that I just told your people 6 times what I wanted and they still seem to mess something up.

I was a little disappointed with the service walking down the line...until I got to the cashier at the time Eric. This review would have been 2.5 stars on service if it weren't for him. He was so attentive and friendly. He should get promoted in my opinion. The food was good. The ultimate grilled cheese paninni was delicious. Although mushrooms would make it perfect! Love that they have kale for the salads now! Seriously though, I can't get past how unfriendly the rest of the staff were. I'll have to come back and update my review if the service improves.

I had great service here. The staff was all very friendly, attentive and very polite. It was busy as always but that's just a testament to how good the food is. I've tried the majority of the sandwiches and soups on the menu and loved every one. I've only tried a couple of the salads but I did enjoy those as well. The food always has been made with fresh ingredients - which is one of the main reasons I am willing to spend a little more here than other places. The quality of the food is obvious. I'd say on average you'll pay around $10 a person. This place can be very busy during peak meal hours. With how busy it can get if you want to dine in during normal lunch or dinner hours it could be difficult. I like to order for my wife while she goes searching for a table.
