One of the best places for brunch locally. I'm still surprised that there are not lines out the door on weekends.

What a lucky find for us on the way out of SLC!! We wanted a good breakfast place and yelp helped us out!! It had good reviews and so we decided to stop by. We lucked out!! Everything we ordered was delicious and just melted in your mouth. Not too over poweringly sweet or dense/chewy like other bakeries, but sang just the perfect note! So try it and enjoy!

i was a bit in a bind as i needed a cake for my dad's birthday party. i usually order from gourmandise, but they are closed on sundays. i was unable to pick it up on saturday as my flight didn't get in until late. so sunday morning i was going through yelp looking for other options. my family likes the european style baked goods since it's not as sweet. i found this place and called ahead to see if they had cakes available. not only did they have two cakes, one was even gluten free! i dashed over and picked out the silk which is: Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Gelee. i asked for a message to be written and they said they had to check to see if that could be done. not the most professional response, but okay i waited. they came back and said it would be about 10 minutes so i went ahead and took a seat to wait. they did charge me $1 for the written message (per my receipt) and i wrote that as a tip, but i was later sent a message by the owner saying it was a mistake to charge for the message. the message was beautifully written and i happily took the cake to my parents. i was very excited to try it and i was not disappointed. this cake was not sweet, but it was really rich. which i guess makes sense since it's a flourless chocolate cake. the raspberry gelee was a great flavor and we served it with vanilla ice cream to balance out the richness. my dad, who does not eat sweets, actually came back for seconds and thirds. clearly he approved. is it better than gourmandise? i'd say no, but it is a lot closer to me and they're open on sundays.

This is the one special breakfast place and bake shop that we love to go to. Delicious, very well prepared European-style breakfast and delectable French pastries in one place. Quality at par or even better than cafés in 5-star hotels or fancy restaurants. Favorites are The Cuban sandwich, Croque Madame, Salmon Eggs Benedict and some open-faced steak sandwich on their own sourdough bread. Although we haven't tried everything yet! Favorite pastries are the créme fraiche silky cheesecake, Kouign Amman, Chocolate Danish, and Tiramisu. Service is very friendly and fast. Prices are to be expected, they're not the cheapest, but it's worth it! Highly recommended!

This restaurant has a very sterile feel to it, which isn't bad since it's a restaurant. It has a large selection of pastries (which I'll have to go back and try). I tried the Brioche French Toast with mascarpone and spiced berries - it was amazing! I would definitely order it again, it was cooked well with great flavor and fresh fruit. I only gave four stars since I've only been there once. I went with a few other ladies and their babies and there were NO high chairs - kind of a pain if you have 5 kids there! The service wasn't great, really slow and there were only a few other people when we went. Hopefully next time, the overall experience will be better and I can update my review.

The danishes are to die for and its so nice to have some menu offerings that are beyond the same standard options you see everywhere. I love the ambience too.

DRAPER UTAH: Bake 360 is a little specialty bakery that serves up beautiful and delicious desserts. Very delicious, a little spendy, and fancy. Almond Limon (Lemon Cake) (5 stars): this is a rocking little lemon cake. Delicious, rich, moist, and dense, it packs a lot of lemon flavor without being overwhelming or bitter. Brownie (4 stars): This is a high-intensity brownie, large, dense, rich, and frosted with smooth frosting. Basically one of the richest brownies you will encounter. No surprises. Chocolate Ganache Orange Infused Caramel Pistachio Tart (4.5 stars): This thing is pretty amazing. Super gooey (read: runny) caramel infused with orange boxed in by ganache chocolate on top. Garnished with pistachio crumbles. Yum!

Food: EXCELLENT. From the pastries to the meals, everything is very well prepared. They make the best sandwich I've ever had (roasted pork belly). Breakfast: try the mushroom frittata. Fluffy! Service: excellent. They do whatever it takes to make you happy. Espresso: good. Coffee: good. Value: good. Prices may seem high but you're paying for quality ingredients. Junk food is cheap for a reason. Atmosphere: casual sophisticated. Clean interior design style = relaxing. Bummer: no bicycle parking! Yet one employee said that many of their customers come on bikes. The whole shopping center is new but doesn't have bike parking. Come on Draper, you can do better! In this business's defense: they allow cyclists to bring their bikes indoors, which is super accommodating. But my bike has side bags on it so it's inconvenient to take through a door plus I don't want the possibility of it falling on someone. I have to chance it outside and just lock a wheel (nothing to lock it to).

Great breakfast ... !!! This is my first time coming to "Bake 360" as I've been seeing a very wonderful review from our yelpers friends. And yes, this bakery is really "homy & personal" and serving both tasty and delicious items... So, I came to Bake-360 with my wife and our six year old boy, after volunteering for planting the "easter eggs" ... the bakery is not big, but really homy and the design is really personable. There is no table or chairs inside, so this is really meant for "to-go". Outside it said that they are taking off on April 15th, in order to allow their employee to do some hiking (hmm... pretty cool place, I thought). The owner is serving us the coffee, that is a truly good coffee (not a cheap type of coffee with perfect roast). I was truly impressed. The design of the counter is simple and nice, it separated into two sides/counters. The pastry are all nicely designed and presented in the counters. The left side is "cool temperature" storage. So, I pick both the traditional croissant and the croissant with proscuitto... OMG, both of them are REALLY delicious, in fact, the 3 of us are "fighting" over the croissant with the proscuitto, as it is simply delicious. Both of the pastry puff are just perfect. I was recommended the "Kuouign Aman"... while it is rather pricey (around $6), it is delicious & tasty with caramel taste. Overall, it was a perfect morning breakfast...

Best bakery in SLC, if not the world. I've travelled all over Europe and the US, and eaten a lot of pastries in my life, and this is the best I've ever had. The Kouign Amann, which is fairly common in SLC compared to anywhere else I've been, is amazing here. The best of the best. Other pastries I've tried here are amazing as well. Great coffee too.

Just when I thought it couldn't be any better, dear sweet Roy expanded and added lunch. From scratch savory soups, Norwegian Smørrebrød, delectable sandwiches and breakfast and brunch to-die-for. Apple German Pancake? Croque madame? Crepes filled with your choice of hazelnut crème, lemon crème or crème fraîche and raspberry preserves? A reinvented Cuban of sorts - roasted pork belly, prosciutto, gruyere, pickled onion, and Dijon mustard? And newer still is the upcoming Chef's Table - a monthly dinner service with a guest chef. It has to be reserved and pre-paid and the menu is six-course collection of many of my favorite things. Also, since my last review I must add that the apricot croissant is probably my new favorite - perfectly ripe apricot on Roy's amazing croissant dough and just a touch of sugar. Sigh. So good. So often, restaurant owners become complacent. The menu goes stale. Service and quality deteriorate. Rarer is the shop that NEVER takes it customers for granted, that upholds the highest standards of quality, that successfully expands upon its initial model, and mostly, that so very clearly packs their food with pure LOVE. Bake 360 is that rare, consistent, quality experience that is as dependable as the rise of the sun. If you haven't gone yet, you're missing out... like really, really missing out. I don't have sufficient superlatives to describe my love for this place. There is no better way to spend your calories.
(5)Gina F.
Love, love, love this place! The brunch was amazing and the desserts are fantastic! We ordered for a party and Jennifer was wonderful to work with. We will definitely keep coming back.
(5)Melissa E.
This place is my favorite go-to for breakfast/lunch. Amazing plates and impeccable pastries. I tell everyone who comes near draper for food to hit this place up. A MUST VISIT!!!!!!! Here are the things I've tried (and loved): Salted caramel eclairs (best damn eclair ever) Dark chocolate orange-infused caramel tart (rich, great for sharing) Sweet potato creme fraiche with cranberry sauce (holiday party in my mouth) Morning bun (messy, but amazing) Rustic tomato soup (perfect amount of acidity, nice roasted flavor) Croque Monsieur The food is amazing and the space is nice and open. You get a similar food experience to Eva's downtown, but you don't feel like a sardine getting seated. There's a little lounge in the back for coffee meet ups. Great space for bringing lots of friends or if you have small children (mine get crazy in small spaces).
(5)Emily H.
Absolutely adore Bake 360. In fact, I adore it so much I don't go there very often because we like to buy every single croissant and French pastry they make. Not so good for the waistline. Our favorites are the prosciutto & Gruyere croissant, the Kouign-Amann and basically everything else. I'm dying to try their brunch--the menu looks divine!
(5)Nina D.
I am so happy to have a Scandinavian bakery so close. The food is amazing. It is a must try.
(5)Greg S.
I had the Brie sandwich with bacon and red peppers and a delicious harvest soup. It was all excellent!!
(4)Chris M.
We love Bake 360! Whether it was a Silk Cake to bring to a dinner party, or just a couple of pain au chocolat on a Saturday morning, Bake 360 excels. Having spent a lot of time in Paris, I can attest that Bake 360's pastries are consistent with the quality that we experienced in Europe. How great that we have this right here in the Sandy/Draper bubble!
(5)Jared K.
I recommend the raspberry almond danish. It is perhaps the perfect danish. I've tried the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and the croquet Madame. It's definitely s gourmet breakfast.
(4)Ryan W.
Everything here is just right. The pastries are not too sweet, not too expensive, not too small or big, etc. the chocolate croissants are great after being warmed up and the lemon tarts have a mallow topping which is a nice change from some boring whipped cream. The staff is nice every time. The location is nothing special but you can't eat the ambience so who cares about that, it's a bakery!
(5)Jean W.
After one visit to Bake 360 I would now trade my Elvis collectible dolls, the contents of my secret lockbox (doh!), and what's left of my dignity for just one more visit to Bake 360... Bake 360 is bona fide competition for the more famous downtown specialty bakeries (a la Les Mads, Tulie, Gourmandise, etc.). They say you eat with your eyes first, and Bake 360 delivers on every beauty point. Each item is almost too exquisite to eat. Almost... They provided samples of many of their currently-available items out on the counter; many freshly baked. They had a nice selection; but once word really gets out, they'll undoubtedly need to augment the stock. The lovely girl at the counter was very helpful, and happily described each item we asked about. There were no samples of a certain item Hubby expressed a specific interest in, so the baker (Brian?) brought out a shockingly generous serving for us both complete with a plate, fork and napkin. It's obvious they get it here; they're proud of their food, and want to show it off. What better way to make a sale? It worked. We left with an aerodynamically sexy box filled with the following treats, listed in the order in which they knocked my socks off: - PASSIONFRUIT KOUING AMAN (capitalization=virtual genuflection) I'm pretty sure I lost five of my six senses for 20 minutes while eating this. Everything they say is true. Just get it. Friday and Saturday only. - Vanilla Creme Patissiere, Coffee & Caramel with Black Hawaiian Sea Salt Eclair It's just as stunningly delicious as it sounds. This was a profoundly close second, and the only one I should eat at least once a month, as prescribed by my Hormonist. - Napoleon Some of the best I've had, and I'm partial to Napoleon. I've tried a lot of it. Most fall far short of perfection. This was the closest I've had this side of the MIssissippi. - Almond Layered Bar/Tart This item has a beautiful name that I don't remember. But it was very good, and Hubby's favorite. Highly reminiscent of authentic NY Italian pastries. - Pistachio Cannoli Tasty chocolate dipped shell, but ricotta filling fell a bit short for me. It was our tasting group's consensus that the pistachio is too subdued a flavor to legitimately contribute to Cannoli. It wasn't bad, but could benefit from something else to pump up the flavor volume. - Kirsch Cherry Creme Danish Another shortfall for me, other than the occasional pop of super-powered flavor from the cherries soaked in Kirsch. The creme used was rich and tasty for the first few bites. Overall, this was generally just sweet with little to cut through it. Hubby and others of our tasting group felt differently about it, and stated it was absolutely fantastic. Here's what I can't wait to get back there and try: - Prosciutto and Gruyere Croissant - Gruyere, Caramelized Onion, Sundried Tomato, & Basil Quiche (in pastry crust) - Pain Au Chocolate - Cannelle There was a minor little pinch at the end when we relinquished $50 and change to take our treasures home. But we did drive away with quite a selection of what turned out to be some of the best baked indulgences in the state...possibly the Intermountain West.
(5)Chris M.
The new layout and menu is awesome. Great pastries. I always felt it was a little overpriced as a bakery, but think the new concept works well and have never gotten anything I didn't like. Good job guys!
(5)Kris B.
Great brunch! We had the crepes and the huevos rancheros and they were fantastic. Will be back!
(5)Erin B.
Hands down the best croissant I've had! I've only been once but I will definitely be back. The owner was very helpful and gave me some tips on baking my own pastries. Such a refreshing change from all the franchise bakeries around here. .... Tried the almond croissant, the marzipan is so delicious! Also got a Kouign-amann at the suggestion of the chef and I was not disapointed.
(5)Mary N.
We popped in for a post-lunch treat today and will absolutely be back! My husband ordered the raspberry tart, and I ordered the chocolate silk to eat in restaurant, and both were extremely delicious. We also bought a couple pastries to save for as later as we possibly can - a kouign amann (kind of like monkey bread made out of croissants) and a raspberry almond danish. The bakery is extremely clean and bright, and they also have a wonderful sounding lunch menu. I can't wait to try more!
(5)Michelle K.
Once again, best eating experience in South end of valley! So glad Bake 360 fills the Void of great food in the area. Nice staff too!
(5)Travis J.
After visiting Bake 360 a few times, I felt slightly obligated to quell some of the hype on it. The quality is 8/10, the service has been 7/10, and the ambiance of the place is right around 6/10. Compared to Tulie bakery downtown, Bake 360 isn't so special.
(3)Carolynn J.
Amazing pastries!! Everything I have tried from there is excellent!!! Especially the chocolate flourless torte!! Simply Devine and gluten free!!!! Love it!! And sooo worth it!
(5)S M.
First visit-Closed on Mondays! Second visit this morning. Much bigger inside than expected. Lots of tables. Very stark or Scandanavian. Nice customer service, no one but me there. Friendly ladies working. Coffee is ok, almond Danish is excellent. Slightly more $ than Starbucks but better Danish. Will return to sample more.
(4)Vita M.
Clean and Comfy!! My son and I enjoyed our breakfast from a cozy sofa. The tables look great as well but the couch looked more fitting for a sunny afternoon and my pregnancy pains!! lol The service here is AWESOME!! TMy son wants to be a chef and the baker totally came out to answer his questions and gave him great advice!! Highly recommend the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict!! Fave pastries: Creme Fraiche Cheesecake and Salted Caramel Eclair:)
(5)Tracie S.
The best bakery I have tried in a long time...and I try a lot of bakeries. I have driven by this place several times it is near my office and Friday I needed a carb fix so I stopped in. The baker Brian was the only person in the bakery and he couldn't have been more helpful. He took the time to explain everything and tell me how they prepare their croissants (it takes 3 days!). I purchased several things to take home and sample with my husband...among them was the grueyer and prosciutto croissant (fantastic), the chocolate croissant, almond bar, and the raspberry tart. The tart was my favorite they line the shell with a dark chocolate and pipe in the cream top with a generous portion of fresh raspberries and drizzle with caramel..it was amazing. Everything that we tried was perfect, nothing was over the top it was just great, consist flavors. Brian was also nice enough to help me out to my car with all of my treats seeing that my hands were full. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I highly recommend this bakery.
(5)Jen C.
Just believe all the other 5 star reviews, every word they say is true, I'm just licking my lips from the to die for kouign aman I just polished off and I'm already plotting my next visit.
(5)Michael H.
I was disappointed. I found the pastries mediocre and the prices too high.
(2)Kevin M.
We tried this place for the first time this morning and we have now officially visited Bakery Heaven. It was snowing out so we were delighted they were open. We are so excited to have a bakery in our neighborhood but especially happy with Bake 360. The take 3 days of care to get just the right flakeyness ( if there is such a work) with their croissants and it is evident the moment you sink your teeth into one. We gad the apricot croissant and the chocolate croissant and we can't wait to return. They are closed on Sunday and Mondays. The staff are very friends and happy to explain what each tastey item displayed in the window. As an added bonus the server was a NY Giants fan so I felt at home. Ever since we moved from NY we have missed having a bakery in the hood and we are like kids in a candy store after our very first visit. I can see why every review of Bake 360 has been perfect. Their baked goods are like heaven on earth. Check this place out. You will be glad you did.
(5)Holly R.
I went to Bake 360 and was very disappointed. I only bought a couple of items. First, was a slice of the strawberry cake and it was tasteless! I also bought a french whipped cream pastry that was also very tasteless. Maybe I'll go back and try the items the other people have mentioned. My first time there though was so disappointing!
(2)Anon y.
Stopped by to get coffee next door and saw the croissants. I was sold after looking at it. It just looked buttery.... I'll be back next time I'm in tow.
(5)Ryan L.
Wow. This is how pastries are supposed to be. I haven't had pain au chocolate / chocolate croissant that good since I was in Paris - and even there it was sometimes not as good as the one I just had from Bake 360. Eclairs are one of my favorites so I try them whenever I can, and this one ranks very high up there. The custard filling is divine. I would've liked the chocolate on top to be a bit thicker and/or less bitter, but I definitely don't regret buying and devouring that thing. Also tried the raspberry mousse-truffle-ganache-ball thing, which was killer good, and the (forgot this name too) uber croissant-on-steroids flaky crispy sweet puff pastry thing, which stands out as unique and very memorable (in a good way). Definitely pricier than the bakery at your neighborhood grocer, but also supremely better. Add this to your list of places you have to try ... you'll probably come back :)
(5)Allen L.
this is an awesome place i give it five stars
(5)Rachel D.
When I walked in, it smelled like Europe, you know, the good parts, not the bathroom and cigarette smells. I had the kouign amann. So yummy, except the bottom part, with the caramelization tasted slightly burnt. Which was weird, because it didn't look burnt. That's why the 4 stars. However, I will definitely return to try the other pastries, which all looked divine. Just be prepared, these aren't cheap pastries, the kouign amann was nearly $6. So, I'd say this is an occasional treat for me, not a daily indulgence!
(4)Addison H.
Unfortunately I was really disappointed in this place. I had high hopes for their macarons and took a risk buying the $8 bag of 6. I couldn't even get past one bite of the macaron. They were nice enough to let me pick another pastry to replace the bag so I did. But I came for the macarons. I don't know if I will ever come back, sadly.
(2)J C D.
wife was feenin' for European pastries so we found bakery 360. We choose five items. And all of them where very scrumptiously so so so so good. We will definitely come back again, and try other of their pastries. If you are feenin' for pastries you have to check this place out.
(4)Michael L.
Get the Kouign amann, it will spoil all other desserts for life.
(4)Lex L.
How have I lived in Draper so long and didn't know about this place. Absolutely amazing pastries and the guys that run it are down-to-earth nice people. I go there constantly now.
(5)Scott T.
My review is not based on the food which is really good but based on availability. They never have their best selling items in stock. I've called on 5 different occasions and gone in twice about the Macaroons and each time I've been told they just sold out. If they are that popular they should make more. It's annoying to try to get something you like and never be able to get get them because they don't make enough. Fix availability issues and review would be a 5.
(2)GM B.
An exhaustive review is unnecessary - Just go! Right now! I've tried most of the items in that majestic glass case and every single one is phenomenal. Eclairs? Delicious. (Especially the caramel one!) Chocolate Rum Balls? So rich and rumy. The puffy, sugary, buttery, croissant-y, thing that is dark and crispy on the outside but melt in your mouth on the inside? You get the point. The only thing that can be improved is the seating....which actually doesn't exist. There isn't a chair or table to be seen. This becomes a problem when the walk from counter to car (or heaven forbid driving all the way home!) is simply to far with a Black Sea Salt Caramel Eclair in tow. In the past, their location has proven a tough spot to make a business. If Draper (and frankly anyone within 20 miles) cannot support such a fantastic place, then we really don't deserve anything better than the chain-everythings that currently dot the valley.
(5)Russell R.
Brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Relaxing with good service. I had the Brioche French Toast and it was delicious. The Croquet Madam was also delicious (I may or may not have borrowed some from the wife). Finished off with a near perfect brownie. Out of ketchup was the only teeny complaint. Place was very clean as well.
(5)Thérèse HC W.
I've tried their sweets couples of times but never actually been to this place. My boyfriend always brought me their desserts after work. I fell in love with them right after my first bite. This was my first visit. The place was clean and simple. It only got a few tables so it's pretty spacious and you don't have to worry about people overhearing your secrets. I was here on a Saturday afternoon, and there's more people dinning in than I expected. They almost had a full house. I've ordered a chocolate croissant, a hazelnut gateau, and a cup of hot chocolate. The croissant and the gateau were great, but not the hot chocolate. It tasted like chocolate syrup mix with some sort of chemical. But besides that, everything was good. The staff were nice, the service was great. Looking forward to try their brunch!
(4)Jordan L.
Imagine going to grandma's for breakfast. That's the feel of the restaurant. The service was great. The croque madame was excellent. The combination of two over easy eggs on a large piece of sourdough topped with a tasty sauce and happy made for a great start to my morning! I would recommend this for sure
(5)Shehnoor G.
Draper, UT: It's nice seeing a good bakery on this end of the valley - the Draper area is generally lacking for a great variety of higher end baked goods. I stopped by for coffee with a friend. We arrived at the end of the day, about an hour before closing time. We were the only ones here: I ordered a Sarah Bernadette and my friend ordered a coffee. The dessert was about $3.00. It was yummy but tiny for the price. The service was great - the woman let us stay about thirty minutes after closing. I'll probably be back to try other desserts but I do think the price is a bit higher than the size of goods you get.
(4)Charly K.
The almond croissant is everything a patisserie should be. This Norwegian gets baked goods right.
(5)Mercurious O.
Amazingly delicious everything and anything here is sure to treat ur taste buds. The kouing amann is my favorite crispy outside delicious center. Staff is friendly and helpful.
(4)Ryan J.
Had brunch, wife had mushroom frittata, I had the Euro breakfast, son had pastry. Every bite was delicious, service was perfect. It's pricey but I've never had better in Utah.
(5)Laurie B.
Inspired by the Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, I knew I had to try this place out, and finally did the other week! Everything I tried was flaky, light, satisfying, and delicious. If you want to sample some high-end baked goods that give you a sample of what it might be like to eat pastries in France, you must try Bake 360! You won't go wrong with anything you order.
(5)Joe S.
Sorry to be the downer here with "*only* a 4 star review. I'm almost at 3 really and would have given it 5 stars but. . . I finally went today after wanting to go for months. I got a chocolate mousse cake which was good and a chocolate croissant which was also good. The reason I did not try more like an almond croissant was that they were overdone bordering on burnt. Yes I know about caramelization. But there is caramelization and then there is overdone. Harmon's has a sign over their artisan bread area explaining that oh no it's not burnt it's caramelized. Well I've had enough of their bread to know when it's beyond caramelized and it's overdone. You can taste the difference. I wish the cooks did too. Anyway a lot of the pastries in the case were like that and I did not find them appetizing. I will go back again and try some other things. The german chocolate cake looked good.
(4)Ryan C.
Oh, the poor tattered remains of my diet. Two additional treats at Bake 360 deserve mention. One is quite seasonal: a cloudberry tart. That Chef Roy Olsen is able to even get cloudberries, much less make a beautiful, chocolate-lined, pastry-cream-filled, beautiful conveyance for such a beautiful berry is impressive enough. He wasn't sure if he'd be able to get them for much longer, so I'd drive right now if you can. The second one is, I have no doubt, here to stay longer: passion fruit cream kouing aman. Let that concept wash over you. for a second. The kouing aman is created hollow, and yet still manages to maintain all of that beautiful, creamy interior that the pastry usually has. Call that magic trick number 1. Then a rich, sweet, tart passion fruit cream is piped into the hollow. The cream on its own is quite delicious. Add it as an accoutrement to the salty, sweet, crispy notes of the pastry and it's perfect. It's also the best kouing aman in the state. We also had a warm cannelle, which is going to be a small treat that I frequent. You know the ones, right? The solution to the "hey, I'm going to get something awesome from the bakery...but one feels like not enough. I need one more thing." kind of problem. After our Saturday visit where we ordered a fairly stupid haul of pastries to sample, my wife asked how much the damage was. When I gave her a figure in the low $20 range, she was gobsmacked. The love and care that goes into each product is evident and while paying a bit more might have been understandable, I really appreciate the effort to keep things reasonable.
(5)Jason B.
One of the finest bakeries around! The macaroons here are amazing. But, like most bakeries you need to get there early for best selection. Excellent assortment of tarts and other unique pastries. I have been to a lot of bakeries around town and this one is a clear stand out. They will soon be opening up a eatery right next to the bakery with openface sandwiches and soups. Can't wait!
(5)Sanam J.
Tried Bake 360 twice now and have not been disappointed! The French Macaroons are wonderful and such a rare find in this area. I really enjoyed the pain au chocolat (chocolate croissant) and apricot croissant. I have not had croissants this good since our visit to France! On my last visit I was delighted to find out they're starting to offer lattes (drip coffee and chai coming soon). The latte was fantastic and the baker did something magical to it with vanilla beans since (vanilla) syrups had not arrived yet. PS he'll be making his own, homemade syrups!! In terms of critiques, just one, I wasn't a huge fan of a savory croissant (prosciutto and Brie) but my husband devoured it. I'll chalk that up to personal preference. Overall, convenient location/hours, good prices, fantastic customer service and delicious treats! As soon as the chai is in, this will be my regular cafe. I encourage everyone to come in and give it a try!

I was on my way to work from Sandy to Provo and didn't take time to have breakfast. I was craving for some pastries, after all I am French and I am supposed to have croissants every morning! Yelp suggested this place and I was really happy to make the little detour to Bake 360. The buttery smell of freshly -baked pastries welcomes you as you enter the shop. friendly pâtissier told me that they were in the process of filling their display window with pastries (lemon curd pies and raspberry tarts looked fantastic) but I opted for a croissant aux amandes and a chocolatine (pain au chocolat). I like my viennoiseries to be light and those on display looked a little overbaked to me. They tasted however delicious: the almond filling in the croissant was perfectly caramelized to my taste. The chocolatine couldn't be more buttery: a delight. Now I need to go back to get more serious stuff, particularly a couple of kouign amanns to remind us of our holidays en Bretagne...

Yeah, I shamelessly spent $37 on pastries so I could try one (bite) of each. A few didn't make it into by box...which I was bummed about because I really wanted to try the Salted Caramel eclair and the Cannelle. Everything I tasted was fantastic. The croissant was extra buttery and delicious. I was there the first day and my only complaint was selection wasn't too huge, but that could change in the future. I'll definitely be back. Update: I'm increasing my review to five stars as a result of follow up visits with excellent, super friendly service every time, and the addition French macarons to the menu which are shear perfection!

Definitely yummy. We got there just before closing and ended up getting some free pastries that they were trying to get rid of. (We did purchase some as well)

I'm giving it 4 stars for now, just because we only sampled 2 of the desserts. So many more to choose from, and probably the 2nd time around I'll upgrade to a 5. :) Both desserts were tasty but very rich, so definitely can't finish it by yourself. We had the Amon Gateau (very beautiful in presentation and delicious!) and the Tiramisu. I've never been a big fan of tiramisu, but this one was decent.

I can't say enough good about this place! I thought I'd been transported to Europe or at least San Francisco! The Kouing Aman is the best I've ever tasted. Better than Les Madelines in downtown SLC. I bought 3 bags of macaron and he gave me all the background on them which was fascinating. I visited with the pastry chef/owner for quite a while and his knowledge and execution of high end french pastry was impressive. He said they serve Croque madames and monsieurs in the AM as well. (I got there after lunch & he said they only had a few items left) Well, what I saw was stunning in presentation and exquisite texture & taste. My new favorite bakery! These are special occasion pastries. Looking forward to the expansion happening this month and the serving of high tea coming soon!

Great place for coffee, brunch, or dessert! We had the soup and salad with a cannoli to round out the meal.
