Is fast food still consisted fast food if it takes 15 minutes to get my 2 sandwich order from the drive thru? Is there a way slow food option? Haha

They took forever to fill our simple order. Chicken strips were hard and tiny. Fries were cold and chewy. Cheeseburger and strawberry shake were good, but expensive.

I was watching an employee make a breakfast sandwich while I was waiting for my order. I watched the top biscuit slide off and roll onto the floor. I literally watched the employee pick up the biscuit off the floor, put it back on the breakfast sandwich, wrap it up and it was given to a customer. I won't be going back to this location ever and probably not Carl's Jr as well.

I wouldn't trust the staff, nor would I trust the service times posted on their building and their website for this location. It seems the owner and management can't seem to care enough to have their employees show up on time. I won't be going back to this location again.

I don't go to CJ very often, but every time I do, they get something wrong. Either they ring up my order incorrectly or they put the wrong item in the bag. Do I just have the luck of getting their one mistake a month or do they not value accuracy at all?

I've never liked Carl's Jr. But my grandpa's addicted to it and asks me to pick up lunch for him once or twice a week. My kids like the occasiinal kids meal--mostly for the Poptropica toys. And they do have fry sauce.
