    Good service. Tight drive through if in anything bigger than a Prius not great hours all young kids so good energy

    This location is always hit or miss and I have been going for 2 years. Sometimes my drink is great and sometimes not good at all. I feel the barista should be better about customer service I was inside last week and the barisata never even looked up once to acknowledged I was there. I feel like I am always taking a gamble when I get drinks there and nobody ever seems happy to be working there.

    OUTRAGED! I came through the store drive through today and was helped by a hefty blonde gal in the window with a pony tail her name tag I believe says "Kenna"I have come there many times befor and every time I have had to deal with her she has been short and quite frankly rude every time i have come in or through the drive through, her snotty comments have gotten me quite flustered one being "I dont need to where my veteran cap because people can tell I was in a war by my age" that was very offensive! I will NOT becoming back to this location, I have been a loyal customer to this location for a very long time and multiple times a day I have waited to rant so long because I like this location and love most of the staff it is sad that because of how rude, inconsiderate and non communitive 1 employee is that I have to find a new shop that makes me feel as welcome as this shop used to befor I had to deal with that gal, now I have to get my coffee twice a day else where today my drink was great 5 stars for guy or gal making them all you guys where busy today and made an outstanding drink my condolences to you and the company for the customers and military veteran clientele you will lose because of one inconsiderate individual.

    I sure would like some drink with that ice. The ratio of ice in the drink was too much. The manager was the one who prepared the drink so the staff probably get trained that way.

    They can't follow directions. My mom asked for no whip and received it. Also, I ordered a grande iced Carmel mochiatto with all but a tiny tiny bit of espresso. Thanks for the $5 glass of milk! Our barista didn't smile until she was tipped. I won't be back, not even to get my money back. Fortunately I'm not even from the area. Worst starbucks experience.

    This place is amazing! The drinks are always perfect and the staff is extremely friendly! My friend orders the white chocolate mocca and I get hot chocolate and we are never disappointed!

    The drink was fine. The place was fairly unclean and had a bit of a pest problem. In my two hours there I killed 9 flies. The staff were more interested in chatting with friends and each other than helping customers. If I hadn't needed a place to work- I wouldn't have stayed. Next time I'll hit up the IHOP across the parking lot. They have WiFi and Ill bet are not full of bugs.

    I went through the drive though an didn't have enough money to buy my coffee an they let me go get some cash an come back! I went inside an the staff I think the kids name was Nate, but he was so happy an glad that I had come in an made me feel super welcome to come in which is a new feeling there so I'm happy to hear they are hiring happy people! I got the white chocolate mocha an it was as good as ever :)

    I mean who doesn't like Starbucks? I stopped in here this afternoon for a little pick me up! Well ok a lot of pick me up, I ordered my usual a Vente hot mocha, non fat, extra shot of espresso, an extra pump of chocolate and medium heat! A lot of places kind of grown when you have a lengthy special order. But not the crew working here! They just take it in stride and smile and ask if want anything else! They are always very nice and professional in here. This location is always clean and tudy, no newspapers strewn all around or anything like that. I always enjoy coming to this location when ever I'm out here, keep it up guys! Your doing a great job and as usual my coffee was perfect!

    I was heading to Salt Lake City for a professional development. I needed a cup of coffee. This place is newer and has a drive thru. Also, this place has super friendly service and fast service.

    Disappointed almost every time I go to this location. I go to the downtown location almost every week day and have a great experience. On the weekends, I have tried this location several times and often regret it. Orders have been made improperly several times. Employees yelling their personal conversations at each other to the point of total disruption is a regular occurance. The other day, I called to see if they had a sandwich in stock, and whoever answered wouldn't even look.

    I probably never would have stopped in here if I didn't go to Lagoon so much. But after being in the sun all day and then getting into a hot car, the kids and I inevitably crave cold drinks for the drive home by the time we hit Centerville. This one's in a newer development, has a drive-thru, and the staff is always way nice.

    Starbucks, you're alright. I don't get coffee from you often since it's usually too sweet for my liking. It was the same situation this time and it makes me wonder if your beans are soaked in sugar water before blending. They must be... Also, if you are going to prepare food for your customers, it would be nice to fully heat it. I got my tomato-feta wrap and the tortilla was hot but the contents were not. I was already halfway home so I didn't bother to tell you in person but you're better than this Starbucks. You can do better.
