Great service and great food. I occasionally drink their Coolatas, but my friend I go with absolutely loves them. They got a little saucy in the summertime, but I guess thats to be expected when they're making them so often. The lady manager here is really nice, but more times than not, she seems to be the only one not on automatic pilot. BUT, they have always been nice and friendly. Everytime I go to this part of town, I ALWAYS stop here.

This place is terrible. Always so slow and out of everything. I don't know why Dunkin Donuts is out west. They really are only good in the North East. Don't waste your time going here - go to Starbucks down the road for coffee and Smiths for a better donut.

I was excited for a coffee drive thru so close to my epicenter of daily activity. I have been at least 4 times and 4 times have been absolutely horrified at the DISGUSTING lattes I have received. Every single time the syrup has been left out, leaving me with a bitter, bitter brew. Just awful. I brew Dunkin Donuts coffee at home so I know how good their brand is capable of being. My last visit they only filled the cup 2/3 full. I paid 4 bucks for that?!? Please, please, PLEASE stop letting the religiously inclined make the drinks! You are slowly destroying your business with your lackluster lattes (made clear by everyone else's reviews)

I went in, was the only person in there, placed an order which was made wrong and, I am quite sure, was made wrong on purpose. The person read back my order, put the wrong thing in my drink, then handed it to me saying the correct order. When I complained to the company (online) I was told I would get a response. A week passed before I was sent an obvious form response email which didn't even address the issue, I responded saying I was not satisfied. Then a few more days later I got a call back from someone who again tried to push the "It was probably an accident" response. Short version is there are too many coffee shops around for me to bother going back here when that is the quality of staff they hire, go to Einstein Bagels or Corner Bakery Cafe.

How can a donut shop always be out of glazed donuts or donut holes most common flavor .. Also tends to be stale products Have heard Slc store is way better service and quality

Tried this place when it was new for a few months but they could never get our order right. The coffee was always made wrong and the donuts never tasted fresh. I no longer go there we gave them about a dozen tries and now we are done!

Worst drive thru service in America. The managers are lost in space. The salt lake city location is 10x better. 9 months later.... this place is still a damn joke! Always out of the essentials

One star is generous. The slowest service ever and the donuts tasted like frozen donuts that had been thawed. They were cold and hard. The employees are not well trained seemed to be very confused. The new DD is only 5 minutes from my house, but I'll continue to drive 20 minutes to Banbury Cross to get my donut fix.

Showed up at 9 on a Sunday morning, went inside, no wait. Selected 7 different donuts to take home, no coffee. Service was quick and friendly, although note to the store design: it doesn't make any sense for the donut racks to be behind the cashier where you can't see them, unless you train cashiers to move out of the way. We all (three of us) agreed the donuts were yummy. Not Banbury Cross yummy, but we live in North Salt Lake now, so they will certainly suffice.

It's a coffee shop in the most mormon city in Utah so Lines are significantly shorter than the 400 so location due to the lack of coffee drinkers, so I'll gladly make this one my number 1 location. Coffee is pretty much free and I will gladly accept that. Donuts are hit or miss so I hope you're good at gambling if you get a stale one or not. Parking lot sucks, but that's nobodies fault but Mr. Bojangles that tap dancin fool.

Now not to jump on the coffee-holics band wagon about one of the largest coffee chains but I think I bought my tickets. I loved that the location about 5 mins from my home is never super busy and I can plan on being able to get in and out quickly. When I had first went it was the second day of their grand opening, and so due to this, I was very forgiving about the cashier not seeming very familiar with everything. I was even more forgiving when I gave her 50 dollar bill and it came to 11 bucks and it took her 5 minutes and a manger to get the change correct due to her inputting error. But when I got my espresso and donuts, all...was....grand. The donuts were amazing and I loved that they offer more variety then the norm, I mean come on, how many times can one person maple bar themselves and still be happy?? I'm particularly fond of the coconut donut. Overall great experience and I'm sure by now all is running smoothly.

I grew up in New York were Dunkin Donuts are very popular. I was excited to see them come to Utah. I took my wife there and ordered a Carmel latte, toasted bagel with butter, breakfast sandwich and water. I didn't think this was a complicated order. After a few minutes the bagel and breakfast sandwich were ready for pick up. The bagel was prepared with cream cheese not butter. After several more minutes the employees realized the nobody made my latte. The bagel was fixed and consumed prior to the latte being fixed. I sat down with my wife and started drinking the latte. They neglected to put the Carmel in the latte and no water for my wife. A second return trip to the pick up area where I mentioned they forgot the Carmel flavor. I know this is not a perfect world, but geez, 3 out 4 things wrong?

I have had gas station donuts that taste better. Poor selection and way too expensive. Don't waste your money here.
