Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Four Stars is overly-generous, I admit, but if you're On the Road and passing thru Beaver, Utah, this is a pleasant place to eat. Totally conventional Americanized 'Chinese' with which we're all familiar, but nicely prepared ample plates w/ fresh ingredients to order, not scooped from a hot tray. 'Sweet & Sour' is never a good choice, and 'seafood' in Utah probably isn't either, but veggies are fresh & carnivores will do fine here. Wouldn't bundle family up for Sunday dinner but this is Road Food, folks ~ 6 hours north of Vegas, maybe 9 hrs west of Denver so for those of us on long haul, this unpretentious family business is as good a Chinese place as you'll find visible from Interstate. Unsure about truck parking but Beaver is interstate junction w/ major exits, parking likely not a problem.

Just to give some context: two friends and I were passing through and ordered take out; I used to work at a Chinese restaurant and my friend would eat there almost daily. We ordered Assorted Lo Mein x2 and one Hunan Shrimp. Both the Lo Mein's were pretty awful, and the Hunan Shrimp was relatively ok, but plain. I did like the inclusion of chili sauce in the bag, as well as their accomodation of not adding MSG to our food (egg rolls are premade, and so must include the MSG). These are the absolute ONLY reasons they aren't getting one star. Even for take out, this was pretty bad.

I wish there was could put 0 stars. I'm a truck driver and have tasted several Chinese food spots. This is the worst place I have ever stopped. And to make it worst the prices are crazy. Plain simple I took one bite of each portion and threw it to the trash. Please don't stop here and save your money. I prefer buy a hot dog from the local gas station. Also the waiter didn't anything about the food. Worst place ever.

I drive a truck all over the country and this was the worst. I had lo mein with chicken and crab rangoons. Food had a weird taste. Will never eat here again.

FOOD MADE MY WHOLE FAMILY SICK! The prices are outrageous for the quality of food. The food is disgusting. Tastes like they left the sweet and sour chicken out under a heat lamp all day. No one is ever inside this place eating, I never see customers (which should tell you something). Shut this place down and bulldoze it.. It's BAD.

I hate this place. There isn't very many options in Beaver, but come on, this place can do better. Someone should tell the chef that just because there's a hunk of fried dough floating around in your deep fryer, you shouldn't include it into the sweet and sour chicken.

We ordered hot and sour soup which was cold. I believe it was egg drop soup with a shot of vinegar. It was some kind of corn starch concoction with egg beat into it. That's all. Inedible. Pork chow mein - the vegetables were overcooked - probably from the day or week before, plopped on stale canned dry noodles. Inedible. The pork garlic dish was made to order and relatively good. Too many bamboo shoots, but I did eat it. Came with stale white rice.

Great variety. Many selections. The seafood entrees were delicious. The spice entrees were perfectly seasoned.

We didn't really know what to expect stopping for Chinese food in the middle of nowhere, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had the Hunan chicken and vegetable Lo mein. Would stop again if driving through.
