I love KFC's original recipe chicken, so I want to give a glowing review... but I cannot. For a restaurant which never seems to be overloaded with customers, the service here is rather slow. Worse, the dining room always seems to be dirty. On the plus side, at least the staff is very friendly and courteous.

I got chicken strips. They were overcooked and small. You do not get any deals here. This is so unfair. These people do not care about quality of product or service. They charge premium prices for bad products. You never know how your food will look going thru the drive thru. Restaurants would never get away with this because you get to see what your food is like before you pay. The owners don't care what customers feel and they probably do not read any reviews. I love KFC, but this KFC has forced me to stop going. Having spent several of my teenage years working for KFC including cooking I have a pretty good idea what the chicken "Should" be like. And this KFC simply doesn't deliver. Service: Service here has always been friendly, though not always quick. I don't usually mind waiting for food if it's fresh and good, but waiting for it and then not having it be good is something I'm simply not willing to continually subject myself to. Food: The food is really the sore point of this store. I sent in an email to the organization some time ago explaining the problems in detail including what I suspected to be the cause of the problems. They appear to have promptly ignored this email as I was never contacted, and after waiting a month or so before going back they still had not made any adjustments to try and resolve the problems. The chicken is not being breaded and cooked properly. This ultimately results in the Original chicken having an almost crispy texture to it, while the Extra Crispy (and chicken strips) is too soggy. This includes anything they are actually having to prepare and cook on location. This could either be a problem with their cook or with their equipment. Either way they don't appear to care enough to address the problems, so I would suggest looking somewhere else for food.

First of all the food fucking sucks and it always will, second of all go to damn Popeyes they have better chicken and the batter is so much better, and last but not least why is you chicken so fucking dry it's not even humane to have it that dry I basically have to dip it in water and the chicken still soaks it up like the colonels asshole.

I actually used to work for this KFC a long time ago when I was in high school and it used to be really good. The store manager was great and everything always seemed to run smoothly. Unfortunately that is no longer the case, the staff always look like they are high school dropouts that have giant gages in their ears, never tuck in their shirts, and look pretty unprofessional. I know it is just a fast food restaurant but there is still a bar that needs to be reached as far as professionalism is concerned. The food usually comes out good, however the service is absolutely horrendous, I have never been given a receipt for my meal and literally every single time I have gone there they have managed to mess up my order. I generally have a pretty small order but no joke every time I have gone there I have had to hand the bag back to the guy taking my order because something was either missing or completely wrong. Another time we decided to come in for lunch and my coworkers waited almost 30 minutes for a burger and fries because every employee felt "it was someone else's job" so nothing ever got done. Not to mention that since they were so swamped their cook WHICH WAS WEARING THE COOKS APRON COVERED IN CHICKEN GUTS came up and started making burgers bare handed without washing or anything. Be very weary in coming to this place as they have given me plenty of reasons to never patron KFC ever again....

Actually turned out to be pretty good good. It looked pretty trashy and smelled dirty. Almost turned around. The food was good and service was good. I noticed that there was a guy taking pics and looked like he was giving them a bid to remodel. It definitely needs it.

Alaway check your order before you leave this KFC....I live in Saratoga Springs Ut. i stopped at KFC on 439 E. State street to order a bucket of crispy chicken. A bucket of chicken contains 8 pieces of chicken which is a full chicken and should consist of 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drumsticks and 2 breast which would have fed my family just fine. To my surprise i get home which is quiet a ways away from KFC American Fork only to see they gave me 4 wings, 2 legs and 2 thighs, i dont know about you all but if it was wings i wanted i would have ordered wings! The chicken was quiet old and it was in- complete, looks like they just rushed me off giving me a sorry ass incomplete bucket. I would have happily waited if they were out! It was wrong of them to send me off with scraps! I called the store and Jackie the lead manager for the shift apologized, she could not explain to me how that happened promised me a gift certificate, which i never received! Looks like they have a couple of clowns working there!!! Check your order before you leave this place! they get one star for the Rootbear float.

This KFC feals like a truck stop in some dust bown town were the service is as good as the flat tire that sprung you there. The food was okay, the service bad and the cleanliness very poor. I would avoind this one folks.
