Lunch here at two pm. Nuggets were not hot but not cold. So I would not say fresh like their motto says. Haven't gotten my order wrong so that is good. I really don't care if food comes slow as long as it's hot. The one on Campbell is doing great.

All I really have to say about this place - in so many words- is bleh. Don't get me wrong. I'm fond of the Wendy's menu (and prices) in general. But this specific location is pretty appalling. The only thing this Wendy's has going for it is it's usually pretty good about handling the drive-thru time wise. I never have to spend much time in line waiting to order or receive my food. The good things stop there, however. In my experience this place is notorious for getting your order wrong and telling you it's fine. And I'm not talking ketchup instead of mustard on your burger. I'm talking order a Caesar Salad and get a potato smothered in onions with croutons. Yeah, that really happened to me. By the way, a potato with onions is one of the worst smells I've ever experienced. I don't recommend it. In the last five times I have been to this location the staff got my order wrong every single time - horribly wrong. If it's not a random onion-potato it's the wrong salad with no croutons or dressing or a potato with no dressing whatsoever. On my most recent visit, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mustard and was given a regular burger with mayonnaise. When I pointed it out, the manager actually told me there was nothing wrong with my order. I had to physically pull it apart to show her the mayonnaise AND the receipt that said mustard before she would take it back. A replacement took five minutes (which is like 70 years in drive-thru time) and the burger they brought me still wasn't right. Those disappointments aside, the food is never warm and sloppily put together. My last cup of chili was so tepid sour cream wouldn't even dissolve in it. What really makes it disappointing is I've had the same menu items from another location and they were remarkably good. All in all, I'll probably never go to this location again. That pretty much says it all for me.

This has to be the worst Wendy's in the state of Texas. To try to get a receipt our of their cold dead hands via the Drive Thru requires a SWAT team. Additionally the food quality has gone down hill over the years. On 12/23 my wife had an Asiago Chicken Sandwich from there and suffered food poisoning. Not cool at all.

I love Wendy's. In fact, I think they make one of the best burgers around. That said, this location blows. Food is cold and staff is unfriendly. This really disheartened me considering I was psyched to have a Wendy's in the area. But I'd advise against going here late at night or middle of the day.
