While I understand the need for chain restaurants, I just cannot believe the level of care taken by Dickey's BBQ in selecting their product. Bad sausage in Texas is inexcusable. Would it hurt to actually season the meats and use real wood? And stop calling the beans "jalapeno", I tasted zero spice. Come on guys, get in the game, for goodness sake this is Texas, show some pride in your Q!
