I drive an hour to eat at this Casa Ole. The food is always excellent. Service is a little hit and miss at times. I've eaten here for years and the food is always the same- excellent and substitutions are handled as requested. No complaints whatsoever. 8-31-15 Back for dinner tonight- everything was great. Made even better by the awesome service we had from Amber. She did a fantastic job! Great personality and top notch service!!

The staff is really friendly the margarita are very strong but you can get the food in you're grocers freeze. Nasty tv dinners, but if you drink enough you won't care.

First off I would like to say, I am not a complainer. So when I rush to leave a complaint you know it's bad. When we first walked in, the hostess appeared to be wrapped up in a conversation with her boyfriend so the manager had to seat us. He went to sit us in a booth that looked like the cleaning crew sat their dirty dish bucket in the seat because there was a big square nasty ring of water in the seat. We had to ask for that to be cleaned. Instead we asked to change tables and they had to be cleaned first. My husband went to the restroom to wash his hands and he said it was disgusting! After we sat down our waitress came and brought us some chips and salsa. She took our drink order and my husband ordered an appetizer. Shortly after getting drinks, she took our food order. I ordered soup, which I never got and my husband's appetizer came out at the same time as the food. My dad asked for some chopped onions, which he waited on and waited on until his food was cold (and still never got). Our waitress walked by us several times and never looked our way. Our drinks were empty and we still needed the onions. My mom finally flagged her down and told her we needed the chopped onions, two Dr. Peppers and a Coke. (She never really stopped. Just slowed down a little) Several minutes later (way too long) she sat a coke down in front of my husband and walked off. No onions and no Dr. Peppers. At this point, we were furious. We were getting up to go to the register and the manager walked by so my mom told him what happened and asked him to take my dads food off because it ended up getting cold since he never got his onions. He took the receipt, fixed it and handed it back. No apology, nothing. Once again, I'm not a complainer and I understand mistakes happen but this went way beyond that. Will NEVER go back to this restaurant!

Food was pretty good. Wait staff was great. Bathroom a mess. Need a little more attention to details. My dad eats here all the time, but where else to eat pretty good Mexican food in a small east Texas town.

Been here many many times but the last time I went I had a hair in my food! Totally disgusting they tried to make it right but damn really?
