This place is lucky I have to put a star because it sucks. We have tried making it work because the taste of the food and price is good. However the service and this location are awful. We have always gone and had a long wait or a half baked staff that didnt give a S***. But this last time took the cake. Inorder to resolve the long wait times at lunch we called in our order for us to eat there. Upon arrival (20 mins later) we were told we would have to eat in the bar area and get our drinks - no problem. We pay & the receipts say Dine In. They said it would be right out (1st). We get seated at a dirty table (no clean ones) and waiter comes over after a few minutes gets it cleaned and gets our drinks a few mins later and says your order will be right out (2nd). We wait 10 minutes more and ask another waitress to look in on our order, she returns and promptly says its not done and it will be right out (3rd). Finally after 30 minutes of waiting - 50 minutes after ordering we get a manager. She comes over and says she'll go look. Apparently she is the only one with eyes because she comes back with a CARRYOUT order and says its been ready for a while - obviously because the food is barely warm. She gives the best half-hearted apology she can offer and mumbles somthing about being sorry and how can she make it up to us next time? My friend says why should we even come back and she just leaves us. What is salt in the wound is that they just dont care. I even emailed them a complaint and no one bothered to write me back or call. These people DONT CARE - from the top of this location to the bottom. Avoid it and go to Pluckers OR Wing Stop - at least they're all consistently good, not consistently abusive to their customers.

I think they have gotten a little bit better at what they do but my order still gets messed up. I usually will hit up the one in Plano because they have always been consistent, but this place I just don't get it sometimes. You still have to wait a while for your food to come out even when you place an online order and show up a couple minutes late. Also the medium here is not the same as the medium order of wings in Plano. I really am trying, especially when I crave their wings but this place always just kills me... ugh

Great place to have a few drinks, eat some wings and enjoy life! Always get the original buffalo hot and they are made to perfection. Beer is always cold and service on top of their game.

I LOVE BWW. It's my favorite spot to hang with friends! CONS- 1) Sometimes there's multiple people standing at the hostess stand and often I walk in only to get glared at before someone decides to finally greet me/us. 2) My friend ran out of her drink and wanted a refill so we asked another waitress (our waiter was busy) and she was a little ways away but as we called out to her, she just stared at us and only said "What?" twice and gave looks as if we were bothering her because we weren't her table. She never came to us to see what we wanted, she simply ignored us... 3) Often the the take out table you hear the employees talking about how bad their table was, how their table is stressing them out, how they made crapy tips, etc. Why can't they talk about that else where? Somewhere where other customers can't hear them perhaps? PROS- 1) The food is amazing. 2) They often discount you if you are nice to them lol. 3) Their drinks are awesome too. 4) Despite all of my bad experiences, I have never had my waiter, waitress be rude or unhelpful. OVERALL: Definitely be back!

Met a friend here for a World Series game recently. Not one of my favorite Buffalo Wild Wing locations. Parking can be challenging at peak hours or during gametime. The friend I was meeting had to park across the street near the gas station, which isn't the safest spot at night. Inside, it is a little more compact than I like, and I've been to my share of sports bars. It surprises me to put this in a review for a sports bar, but this particular location is louder than most places, so much so that it was hard for our server to hear us and vice versa. Typical Buffalo Wild Wing fare, so you won't be surprised or disappointed by that... So far, my favorite BWW location is the one in Frisco at Preston & Gaylord Parkway (near 121/SRT & DNT)...

It's Saturday night. UFC game night and night time manager was rude beyond belief food service was lacking.... Finally got my meal and it was under cooked. I would not recommend going or spending any time here.....

Huge tv screens everywhere...all around you at every angle. If you want to come and watch any game playing at any time, definitely come check out this place. They have a decent bar and also booths if you want to enjoy a meal. Their wings are mediocre at best (the lemon pepper ones were bland, my date said the caribbean jerk ones were legit) but the sampler platter was pretty good. They have nachos, mozzarella sticks and things like that. Also other options like fish tacos and salads for a lighter fare. My Angry Orchard cider was great and it only comes in a tall glass which was perfect and just enough. I'd definitely return to watch the game.

very good place for chilling. awesome finger foods. beer selection. happy hour items and lots of tv screens. No one can come close to this place when it comes to sport event. It's so weird that I don't like eating buffalo wings and drinking beers, but it got me addicted so badly, when I have no places to try, I come here. I guess it's because of the lively atmosphere that I enjoy. Food is great, drinks are cold, screens are everywhere. What More Can I Ask For?

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location was a very big disappointment. The service was horrible, the waitress brought us our appetizer and we didn't see her again until we were finished with our meals which were served by someone else and I asked for another drink and didn't receive it. The pulled pork sand which had hardly any meat in it, the wings were dry and burnt and my salad had old/frozen cucumbers on it with dry burnt chicken as well. Whoever is running this place needs to do a better job.

They have the best servers in the area. Ray and Tony are my favs because they are super attentive, fun, and always have great recommendations! When you walk in there are a group of servers waiting to take care of you. The food is always delicious-salt and vinegar fries? Yes, please! There's so many choices in the menu I mix it up every time-but my choices are always yummy. It's priced just right and seating is great on the patio. Something about the elevation allows the breeze to flow just perfectly. Just have some drinks, eat perfectly prepared wings, and kick back with your friends or enjoy some time to yourself!

I love this place but the last 2 times I've been, I have ordered food and when I arrive to pick it up its not ready. I don't understand the point of selecting a time and it being 20 minutes late. It appears that they did not even start my order until I showed up. Also I asked for extra sauce and the wings were half covered.

Ok what are you looking for. This is a sports bar food is Bar Food. Great place to meet your friends and have a few drinks plenty of TV's but unless it's a Dallas Team you will watch but not hear. They have good happy hour specials. Bartenders and servers are pretty good. Hope this helps!!

I wonder why everyone seems to have complaints about service but I came here last week for dinner and our server was great! He took our order immediately, came out with the drinks then not too long after, we got our food. He then asked if we wanted celery/ranch with our meal and that came out very quickly as well. The wings were nice and fresh. They were crispy and saucy. This is one of the best BWW I been to around Dallas. Our server would often check on us if we needed anything or to refill our drinks. The place was fairly busy as well. Maybe we just got lucky but it was great!

This stores one problem is the staff. It's inconsistent at best. I only sit at the bar / cocktail area, and I've never had 'great' service. Today's visit was nice, as my server was a bit more attentive then usual, the food was a bit old (you can tell by if the sauce shines (wet) or not. The fries were crispy but not salted. All in all, it's far from the best buffalo in Dallas, but it isn't the worst by any means. Just don't expect 5 start service.

This past Tuesday I arrived just before my mobile order was due to be ready. I could not park close the only 2 to go spots were taken. I parked in the neighboring lot. I can understand why it would be busy the Tuesday 60 cents wing special. I ordered 24 wings only got 2 choices of sauce via the mobile app. I also waited an additional 10 min past my pick up time. The biggest problem was I ordered mango haberno. It was mild at best and hardly any sauce on the 12 wings second flavor garlic Parmesan also no real flavor and also hardly any sauce. The other two locations I have gone to Addison and on Lemmon Ave great service and great flavor wings. Huge let down. I admit I like a bargain and mostly go to BWW on Tuesday. Yet I will now drive further to go to the other locations better food

I needed my Chicken wing fix. My favorite are the boneless wings, medium. Our waitress was so sweet :) she was new and was shadowed by this little Napoleon. I wasn't too fond of him though... She was really great however. The food was normal Wild Wing food. It was pretty decent actually :) drinks were medium poured not too strong but not weak. It took us quite a while to get the check and pay however...

We brought a group of 12-15 and asked them to make a table for us. Rude black dude server told us that next time we need to call ahead in a really rude way. Even though there were like no people in the restaurant. Bad service. The other servers were way better. But getting greeted that way walking into the door ruined the experience pretty much.

I'm not sure why my experiences here are so different from others' but I've been here several times and never had an issue with the service. I have never been during a big game or anything, so maybe that's it. I come because I love the wing variety and this BWW is comparable to any other location in food quality. The service has always been friendly, attentive, and prompt. We went tonight and Bryana was wonderfully accommodating, and even gave me a sweet tea to go when we left. Don't let the reviews scare you away.

Seriously! Don't waste your $! Should've checked yelp before we went because the reviews are to the most part, spot on! Even the waitress we had is already referenced on here for her awful service. First off, I called before we went there to make sure the game we wanted to watch was going to be on. When we got there it was packed so seating options were limited. We sat down only to find the 1 TV with the chiefs vs Titans game wasn't viewable from our seat. Our only option besides leaving was sit outside and they'd turn the game on out on the patio. Which they did but not long after that more people came and several were told their game would be turned on too even though people were clearly watching those TVs. Some never got theirs on while others, like us, only had ours turned on to be turned to another station. The rest of the time the tv we were watching was hard to see. Now the food... First off why doesn't the menu list how many wings come in their orders? That's sketch. Anyways, our waitress took a while to show up. Someone else even got us water while we waited. Once she did show up she Then hovered and asked several times if we were ready when we clearly weren't. Then disappears with my boyfriends beer order only to return maybe 10 or so minutes later with a warm beer and says the bar was running behind. She then takes our order, the small hot wings and game day sampler. The food didn't take horribly long but when it was brought out, it was like it had been sitting under the heat lamp a while. The sampler and wings came separately by other waiters... The sampler came missing 1 "slammer" and they were so overcooked and dry. There weren't any corn dogs at all even tho the menu clearly says it's included. My wings were like Luke warm and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Not fresh at all. At that point we were pretty bummed because we couldn't really see the game, the service thus far sucked and we were spending about $30 on crappy food. I also asked for more ranch and that didn't come until maybe 15 minutes later only after my boyfriend asked about it bc at that point I didn't care and just wanted the check. When she came back she said it was the kitchens fault because they have to put it in like any other order? We asked for a box and the check and at that point she was plenty eager for us to pay and get on our way. When we got home, my boyfriend got sick. All around bad service and food. I'm sure this place is only open because it's at a good location and doesn't have to rely on customer loyalty to return. Thanks for ruining our Sunday! We didn't even hang out to watch the rest of the game! Next time we are going to Pluckers. Been there before and even tho the closest one is twice as far and more expensive, the service was great, they made sure we were sat near the TV playing the game we wanted and the food was 10x better.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite wing spots. Initially, parking is always overcrowded and you will hunt for a spot to park. In most cases, my order is accurate. Dine is great, but takeout always has one or two items missing. Last night, my ranch was missing. Instead of supplying it, I was asked if I really wanted it. Considering that you have to select Ranch when you order online, I would expect it to be there. The wait to check out is always long. This location could benefit from more people at the front counter. Everyone is always friend and the food is good. I go between the Juicy Steak Burger and Spicy Garlic wings, potato wedges or buffalo chips with cajun seasoning. The food is always cooked to perfection. Dine in if you can. The service is better this way.

This is now the 2nd time of poor service here and will be our last visit. Sat in the bar section and things started out ok. Ordered a beer. My wife came to join me an hour later and we didn't have a food menu so tried to hunt down the server but couldn't find him. Stopped another employee to ask for a food menu and he gets one and throws it on our table and walks away. Extremely rude. We finally got to order from our server and food came out on time but there was no ranch dressing or thai curry as requested by my wife on the side. However, that was a simple fix. After we finished our meals, we put our plates on the end of the table to be picked up and it took 15min for it to get removed. The kicker? Within those 15min, the server did come to our table to see our beers were empty and asked if we wanted more but had no desire to remove our plates. Complained to the manager and got my wife's meal taken off. We do not plan on coming here anymore. This is the 2nd bad experience out of 4 times, there are better wing fixes out there with better service. PS- There was an extremely inebriated girl next to us and a guy was trying to take her home. My wife ended up taking her home since she could not even talk or let alone walk. B-Dubs should know how much a person has had and when it's time to cut someone off.

The food was good. The services was just off.... Our waitress, "cookie", was not very attentive..... The kitchen staff did most of her work. The only think I would not recommend is the cherry limeade. I had the sampler and my husband had the wrap, they were both good.

It might have been happy hour but not too happy for me. They didn't have my preferred beer, my back up, my back up to the back up or my 4th choice. I settled for my 5th preference. On top of that the wings took forever and my lemon pepper wings came out plain so I had to send them back. Thankfully I was in great company so the evening was not a total bomb. Plus I got to watch a ton of sports including highlights of the Giants win over the Braves.

As yelp states, its "A-ok" and that's it. I mean really what more is there to say? Buffalo Wild Wings has been around for quite a while now and while I occasionally like to go there to hang out with friends and grab a brew to enjoy whatever sports game is on; that is all you get here. The service isn't impeccable and to tell you the truth the wings are a tad bit overrated. The variety is great and I love the deals they have during the week. For ages now people have complained about smoking being allowed now inside the restaurant but it does not bother me. For those of you who have sensitive lungs you may want to steer clear. Moving on from there, if noise is something you do not like at a place to dine then I do not recommend ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings. They are loud and proud and you will find your fair share of the more rambunctious crowd here. If you want wings, beer, and a sports game, this is your place.

I love wings, and I was starving as I happened to drive by this place, so I figured I'd give it a shot. The parking lot is always packed, so I figured it must be good. Inside is a big, loud, smoky sports bar. So - that's what you get when you walk in. Not a place I'd recommend for a date, but probably a good place for some beers and watch the game or fight with your friends. I had neither so I sat at the bar and got a beer. I also ordered some wings - I got 10 of them and they have a lot of different flavors / sauces for them - you can pick two for an order of ten. I got the Cajun one and the Garlic one. And some fries. So, as I sit at the bar, the TV in front of me was showing the UFC fights, which is all right by me - I don't care for sports, but at least I understand fighting/boxing: knock down the other guy. I also remember when UFC began - Ken Shamrock and the Gracies - wow. So it was kinda nostalgic seeing how they do it now. (ie: way more boring). But whatever - they have a lot of TVs showing sports so you'll find something to watch. People were smoking at the bar - which is a turn off when you're eating but - me I don't mind. I remember when everyone smoked inside anyways and I chose to sit at the bar so it's not like I didn't know it. Oh there was this couple near me on a date- I couldn't believe it. Seriously she had on a great black dress and everything. Classy guy - "Hey let's go to 'Buffalo Wild Wings', baby! Because you deserve it!". I'm getting off track. I got my food pretty quickly - I only finished one level of Candy Crush before if came out - that should give you and idea of the length of time, right? The wings were - OK. I've had better. They weren't crisp enough and neither the Cajun sauce or the Garlic one knocked my socks off. The wings were a decent size though. Back in Boston - we don't have this steroid-infused chicken you guys have here in Texas. But these should have been fried longer. They didn't have that nice crisp outside to them. Service was OK at first, then died. The bartender checked on me near the begninning but I literally had to wave my hands in the air to get his attention so I could get the check. He was busy but I was waiting for a really long time. So I won't go back - there are other sports-bars in the area (Boston's, Champp's), and there are other wing places (love WingStop!!!). I mean, if you're a WING place and your wings aren't phenomenial - forget it.

Hanuy K.
I mean sure it's better than Wing Stop.. Food is great no doubt but the some of the food that I order comes in rather cold. That really stinks, waiting forever for the COLD FOOD. I think it's all tied to their service. They could just serve whatever comes out first not waiting on everything so that you can make it in one trip. And the waitstaff here.. You gotta be lucky to get the right person or else you're gonna have a bad experience here. They are either really good or really bad, trying to hurry you to order, finish, and get out. Quite rude. This places deserves more than three stars, but the service blows.

We came in for lunch today sat in the bar area for 10 minutes. No one came to our table so we walked out. We have always had horrible service at this location.

I'm really not a big enough fan of wings to be willing to pay as much as Buffalo Wild Wings charges. Well, there's a caveat to that. If you can make the lunch special there are some great deals available that will provide you with wings + fries + dipping sauce for a reasonable price. If you don't grab a special , you're stuck with overpriced wings, overpriced fries and people charging almost $3 for a soda. Although I absolutely love their spicy garlic wing sauce, and their medium is a good solid wing, I just don't like spending $8 per person for tiny bites of mid-grade chicken. Hubby likes their teriyaki and sweet BBQ, but even he says they aren't "shout from the rooftops" great. Service is okay, it does get crowded at lunch due to it's location but if you can't make it in for the lunch specials (11am-2pm), go somewhere else.

I love this place.. The service can improve but the wings are great! I recommend the boneless Parmesan garlic

I am disappointed that this Buffalo Wild Wings allows smoking. It smells like ass in this place and they offer a kids' menu. What crazy parent would take their kid to a place that allows smoking? Are we back in 1982 Denny's that restaurants continue to allow smoking? The only reason this Buffalo Wild Wings gets two stars is because the beer IS cold and cheap during happy hour. Get rid of the smoking and I will consider frequenting your establishment on a regular basis - especially since you're only five minutes from my house.

Never once have they gotten my to-go order correct. We'd love to dine in, but the place smells awful due to smoking.

Stopped in for wings today and they had the 60 cent boneless offer. Their sauces are good; however, they never seem to cover the boneless in enough sauce. They have at times sold me wings that still had feathers on them so I would never rate this location higher than a 3 Star. Lunch service is always slow, so if you're limited to an hour I would think twice about this place as a lunch choice.
(3)
Heather L.
Perusing some of the other reviews.... happily, I never got the bad service treatment. However, based on the burgers and fries only - I give this place a whoppin four stars. The burger was juicy and had good spice - I ordered it with with a sprinkle of desert heat rub. Very yummy! The fries were well cooked, crispy on the outside, potatoey on the inside. It was a good experience... especially for the BCS championship game crowd. Maybe next time, I'll test a wing or two.

Great food ... bad service ... slow service and snobby workers. But love the location and the fact that it's really clean.

We were seated and waited for about 15 minutes before someone came to our table and guess what? The waiter wasn't even suppose to be our waiter. Oh well, the other waiter lost their tip. This is your usual BWW. Always packed! I love the naked tenders here with their seasonings. I always tend to lean towards the Desert heat season as it has a nice kick to it. Fun place to hang out and catch up with some friends. They also view UFC fights here which is always a PLUS for the hubby ;-)

Just called in a Take-Out order. It took twice as long as they said it would (two ladies came in and ordered just as I arrived to pick up my food and they got their orders at the same time I did) and my order was wrong. Didn't notice til I got back to the office. DNR.

I went here today for lunch & to watch the Rangers playoff game. I met some friends that had a table and ordered food about 10 to 15 minutes before I arrived. I ordered my food around 12:40 this afternoon along with a glass of water and a beer. I finally got my bar about 15 minutes after I placed my order separate from the rest of my table. I had to go find the waitress and ask her to please bring me my water & beer before my food would arrive. I was originally told the food order would take around 15 minutes. The food finally arrived about 1 hour later. I know for a fact that this is a location that has a pretty decent sized lunch crowd normally. It really seems like management dropped the ball badly not having enough people to either make the food or bring it out much faster. I didn't want to seem like The A$$hole that has to ask what's the deal but my coworkers were going to have to get back to work pretty darn soon. I think the thing that pisses me off the most is that not once did you see a manager walk around and say anything to any customers. I think our waitress tried to save face after about 50 minutes when I asked if she was going to check on our food or just tell us she didn't know what was taking so long. I'm thinking she only gave us that because she was hoping to salvage some tips from the table. The best part was about 2:10 after most of the table was already gone here comes my bud light. I told the waitress thanks but that drink was only an hour and a half late. Wow I can't believe the awful service I had today. I guess I totally didn't lose it because I actually got off of work early today. Thanks alot bin laden

This is the worst service you will ever get !!!!!! I love the food and have basically subjected myself to the customer abuse because it is so close to where I work and the chicken wings are so good. I usually go on Tuesdays at lunch when the bone in wings are $ .60, so I understand this is a busy time. This is no excuses for two or three of the staff to stand around doing nothing but talking while one person rings up the to go orders and runs to the back to get them. Most recently I called in my order and they never even started it. When I got there they were just like "oh sorry, we will start it now" NO THANKS!!! They can keep the wings , even if they do taste the best. It's a good time for me to go on a diet.

Katrina L.
Service was ok but I was pretty disappointed that smoking was allowed inside the restaurant. The entire bar area was filled with smoke. I tend to just pick up my order and leave. The chicken queso burrito is excellent and I love the boneless wings with wild sauce! I would not recommend the fried pickles. The chicken nachos were good.

Leecy B.
I definitely agree with the other reviews regarding the service I've received here. My boyfriend and I visit this location frequently because it is close to our home and they show just about any sports game imaginable. However, the service is horrible. every. time. Literally have to wait 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. They always have ONE bartender to make drinks for the ENTIRE restaurant. This is something that I seriously just don't understand.
(2)
Ronnie Y.
I went during lunch hour so it was busy. I suggest you call in ahead. The wings were cooked just right. Waitress was helpful. Even though this place was busy as heck it was still clean, which is what impressed me. It was a pain to find a parking spot in the parking lot.
(4)
Katelyn W.
I agree with what others are saying--the service leaves much to be desired. Various times our waitress or waiter ignored our empty beers/sodas, acted like we were a bother when asking for some more ranch, and were just plain rude. The wings are meh. Sometimes they are really good, others horrible. Their boneless wings are just thrown in sauce, so the flavor does not get down into the meat. Sometimes they are soaked in sauce, and other times there's barely any. I'd prefer mine somewhere in the middle. I've ordered to go and they have messed up the order many times. Even when the boxes were labelled correctly, the food inside was wrong! I prefer Plucker's.
(3)
Denise J.
Do NOT get the ribs. Did not taste like any kind of meat I've ever had. DISGUSTING. I almost barfed right then and there, no exaggerations. It was like mixed meat wrapped around bones. With that being said, a wing place should be judge by what they claim to do best. I still think Wing Stop has the best wings when it comes to chains, but this one is not so bad. So much variety but I always like my wings crispy which never really happens here. Their sauces are good though, so can't complain. Service is a hit or miss. One time we had a server that just sat around with other customers and chit-chatting. I asked for ranch which didn't come until the 6th time she passed by. The drink refills were hopeless. I wouldn't go back here for a while. I can still taste the nasty ribs in my mouth and that was months ago.

I mean, its a sports bar... you come for the beer. The wings are okay, nothing special but the thing that bothers me most is that there is still smoking on one side of the restaurant. SUPER unappetizing.

I'm not sure why this BW3 gets bad reviews. The food is good and probably better than most locations. The food here isn't hooters breaded wings, if that's your style this is not the place for you. I highly recommend the chipotle dry rub on traditional wings but the spicy sauces are good even at a 'mild' level. This location also has decent amount of people who play Buzztime (poker game) and the trivia which makes hanging out with my buddy a good time. The worst part about this BW3 is the parking situation, it sucks, BAD and usually it's difficult to get a parking spot during happy hour.

Horrible service. Mediocre wings for a place that specializes in, wings. Oh and did I mention the service was bad???

My husband and I used to love coming to this Wild Wings. Then one night we went and the rude bartender accused my husband of walking a tab. My husband is a prominent Dr. And never ever has walked a tab. He was so awful to us and just assuming that my husband did this was so unprofessional and embarrassing. We will never go to this restaurant again. And that bartender should be fired!!!

I've been to this location multiple times, and if I can count on anything being constant in this lifetime, it's horrible service at this place. Some experiences include : -Wait staff didn't come by our table after being seated for 15~20 minutes, we ended up just leaving. -Consistently rude wait staff, you'd think you were visiting an ex-gf with the way they act -Promptness does not exist here Unless you have some sort of crack-head like addiction to some particular wing here, then I would say you're better suited going to Wing Stop or Pluckers. For a place with a pretty common and easily accessible type of food, you'd think they'd try to find a way to distinguish themselves in a positive way through service, but they don't. Worst service at a restaurant I have ever experienced. A big TV and playing professional sports on said TV aint gonna cut it anymore. I will never go here again on my own accord.

Horrible service. This is probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. They forgot to bring out part of my order. Then over charged me and took forever to get my check fixed. Wow, very dissatisfied with the service at this location. Bartender just seemed out of it. Won't be coming back. I like the food but don't like it when people are put out doing their job.

BWW is notorious for slow service. I thought I was being smart by ordering online. It was supposed to be ready at 11:20 and when I arrived they acted like they had no clue I had ordered and promised it "in a couple of minutes," 8 minutes later I receiver my food. It was delicious!

Decent wings and if you're there for lunch they have good lunch specials. 8 boneless or 10 bone-in wings with fries for about 7.50 + tax. They have a long list of flavors, some good some weird ( like the Thai curry) Ive tried the asian zing ( good), mango habaneor( very good), hot ( ok), blazing not( good but watch out), garlic something ( good). Service has been very good the last couple of times but I remember it used to take over an hour and a half to get through lunch about a year ago.

Nice service. Good place to watch the games. The wings are ok but it didn't "wow" me. They have quite a few selection of sauces for you to choose from.

Pretty good selection of various hot sauces and not-so-hot sauces for wings and such. Service is usually pretty good, the place seems to get really busy around lunch time during the week.

Came here a few weeks ago. Audio was painfully loud. We left after about 20 minutes. Happy Hour group has made a collective decision not to come back because of this.

Everything about my latest experience here was definitely A-OK and I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could. I was here with a small group for game 3 of the WCF to watch the Mavs trounce OKC. We showed up about 15 mins before the game started and were worried it was a terrible mistake judging by the overflowing parking situation. However, we waited about 15 minutes and were seated right away. Seating soon after became very scarce! BW3 proved to be a great game-watching location for any sporting event. Tons of TVs with a great view from virtually any angle. For a big event such as a Mavs NBA playoff game, a majority of the screens were showing the game. The service was also ideal for this kind of situation - meaning, I'm watching the game so don't bother me until I flag you down. We ordered, food came out relatively quickly considering so many people were there, and we didn't feel rushed at all since the staff knew we were going to be there for the long haul. Wings here are pretty good, but I think I prefer Wing Stop. My favorite flavor was the salt and vinegar! Delicious crispy/tangy wing! This is a great place to watch an entire basketball game without feeling like you need to hurry out or keep ordering food to justify sitting at their table!

worst service i have ever received. extremely unorganized and bad service. will never bring my business again to this location.

So we've visited many BWW in many different locations in the country and we've never experienced this before. This one has by far been the worst. Service is definitely key in any business and this particular BWW lacks that. Just a few things we experienced: (1) Our waitress obviously had a rough day as she was curt with our family; (2) Unsanitary habits - our waitress was popping ice in her mouth from the ice machine then refilling our drinks with the same hand; (3) They dropped our wings on the floor of our table and though they brought new ones out, they just left those wings on the floor. We discussed these issues with the manager and she could care less, which explains why this place functions the way it does. BWW typically has good wings but the horrible service here just made the food not only taste bad, but look bad.

After writing numerous reviews which has mysteriously disappeared, I give Buffalo Wild Wings four stars. I think they have phenomenal service & I still love no matter how many times you go, the sauce doesn't change.

I came here all the time when I lived in the area and it was good. One time I did get boneless wings and proceeded to have the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. I was out of commission for 3 days straight. I never went back after that. And I also do not eat boneless wings from any BWW anymore. It just ruined it for me. That was winter 2010 so it's been a while. I did enjoy coming here but an experience like that just ruins it. I'm still a fan of BWW though.

I have ate here a few times but I go here more to just drink and watch sports. This place is a lot bigger than it looks. There are plenty of TV to watch any game you want. I have met some really cool people here. I did eat the wings a few times and I have had better but I have not tried all the sauces yet. The wing special on Tuesdays is great (40 cents) a little more for boneless. I will be back once baseball season starts up again. That way I can watch the out-of-market games that I normally cant get at home. MZ

Eh. I mean it's yet another Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is decent enough, it's not too great. The sauces are good although I'm definitely getting tired of the quality of the boneless wings going down. Not bad for a lunch or sometime when you want to get your spice on, but I'd as soon look for a local wing joint. But it's the safe pick cause you know what you're getting
(3)

Better than wingstop! BWW has lots of different sauces you can pick, from the sweet til' blazin' hot! What I like about this place is so casual and the hours are great.

Ate here last week, food was good but service was a little slow.

Pretty standard wing fare with a nice variety of flavors. They have deals on wings every Tuesday and Thursday depending on whether you want the bone in or boneless specification. Even when they seem really busy, I rarely wait more than the time it takes someone to clear a table. Service is really hit or miss though. I have had many more bad service visits than good, but they have a decent beer selection for a casual dining place and are dedicated to surrounding you with every game on several TVs. Good enough for a night out to watch the Mavs on the big screen with some friends.

Wings were average but passable. But 40 mins without an offer for another beverage coupled with a snide waitress makes me think we won't be back any time soon. Too bad. Good TV views for sports. Far less than average wait staff.
(1)
John T.
Worst service ever. Management obviously can't do their job because their waitstaff is terrible. Took 15 minutes to be greeted, another 30 minutes for food, and we had to ask to pay? Restaraunt was pretty empty too, so no lunch rush excuses. The worst problem, it has been over 2 years since I have been here. The last time it was so bad the manager comp'd our meals (10 top) and gave us a business card for a free lunch...they still suck.

Food is good, what you expect and no different from any other BWW location. The service here though - that's something else. Slowest service I have ever had, anywhere. I've been there for lunch at 11 when there's almost no one else in the place, ordered just wings, and had to take my order to go as it took more than an HOUR to get the food to the table. Definitely not recommended if you're on a strict schedule.

Beers were cold and wings were fantastic. The TVs were so loud the server couldn't hear us. The floors were sticky. It was quite warm in here. It feels like the fryer oil is in the air system. I made a comment it was warm and they didn't offer to do anything about it. The server wasn't very knowledgable about the menu. Ordered flappers only and came out drums only. Then the bartender is making a new drink and then puts it in samplers and him and two servers are drinking it..

My personal experience of this BWW. Rating: I would use a playground to describe this place. Food: Ordered wings and spinach artichoke dip, like I always do at every BWW. Food took a while to come out and it was okay, since it was a busy night. However, the chips for the dip was burnt. I told the server and she brought me another plate of burnt chips for the dip. Service: When I walked in the hostess seems to be annoyed to see me and my boyfriend. Kept my smile on my face after seated the waitress greeted and put in our orders. She was pretty pleasant towards us, what made me had an extremely bad experience was the fact that there were other servers monkeying around. Then it happened... Two servers played around and threw sweeten tea all over my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend got hit on the arm and all over his clothes. It then got on our food and on my face. The server came over and said "yo man is my fault." is that an apology? Then he goes and blame the other guy and took him a good 4 mins before he realized that he needed to apologize and he only apologise to my boyfriend and not me when I was sitting right there. The server didn't see me because he was too busy laughing at the situation. NEVER will I go back to this place again. Worst experience ever.

This is my second time to any Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a fish sandwich with coleslaw. Received fish sandwich with fries. The friendly server fixed immediately. I was not impressed with the sandwich. Standard and bland. Coleslaw was the same. It was all okay, nothing that stood out as particularly good or bad. The server and hostesses were great. I was there to meet about 12 people and was the first to arrive. As more people arrived the server added tables to our seating pic in the bar area and again he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable on the menu and drink choices. I prefer heavier beers and like to try new ones, I tried a seasonal flavor by Sam Adams and it was a good choice. The server knows his beers. I just wish the food was...not bland.

Well, apparently Freddy may no longer be with BWW anymore, and the service over the past two visits has -really- shown. Went in today around 11:15am, and was one of two parties initially seated in the bar dining area.... Fast forward to 30 minutes later, and still no food, however, everyone else in a now 2/3rd's full dining room is either eating or done with their meal. BWW- you are about to lose a consistent 2x a week diner at this location.
(2)
Traci L.
This is by far the best BWW in the Metroplex. Servers are always attentive. Even with large parties. Managers are always talking to everyone. Food comes out hot and fast. Most of the other BWWs around here do not even compare to this location.
(5)
Sheetal S.
The food was ok. Wings are not consistent here. And last time I went they gave us dry flaky white looking carrots with the wings and charged us for it. Not happy.

This is my second attempt to go here at lunch! Both times made me extremely late getting back to work! The waitress was not friendly and did not refill or drinks! It took 50 mins to get our order of wings!! Not good! Boneless wings were so hard I couldn't hardly eat them! Can't go back and I do not recommend this place! The was no manager in sight only young ppl standing around hugging and talking!! Get your act together B-dubs I'm majorly disappointed! Oh yea I probably would have excused the time of the place were pack however this wasn't the case!!! Boooooooooooo

I love BW3...their lunch specials are a great deal as well. Their current Wednesday special is worth allocating your hump day lunch for Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is always good, the prices are fair and the location is pretty reasonable for a quick lunch. My only issue: the server. We've had Cookie more than once and every time we have her there's a LONGER than usual wait on something. She takes our order then disappears, then we get our food from another server, then we ask for checks and pay out and wait for another extended period of time for our receipts. I will NEVER stop going there, I will just make sure to sit in a different area with a different server.

This is just on this location because I cannot say I love the taste of BWW but my friends like to come here for games We had a big table and a huge order and the waitstaff was very friendly. This was during a big Cowboys game so it was jam packed. Restrooms are clean. No complaints For this location

Yes yes and yes! I enjoyed my sampler it was good and hot. I was seated at the bar and the bartender was cool. I can appreciate honesty and the opinion of the workers. He didn't steer me wrong with the sampler and Asian traditional wings. Sweet and spicy is the taste I was going for and he delivered The wings were fresh and wet ! Even at midnight the quality and customer service was still good.

Amazing service and a smile from Maurice was just what I needed after a long day....Forgot my glasses and couldn't read the menu -- don't laugh, 45 and can't see without them -- it will happen to you too. Lol. He was SUPER helpful and read it to me. Who does that??!!!! GENUINE TX HOSPITALITY!' First time at a BWW...

Have a blast every time we go to BWW! We go during the day for lunch and for dinners. The service is awesome (Freddy during the day and Maurice at dinner in the bar area are awesome in particular)! Plus they have Golden Tee, cold drinks, and wings! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The sign on their door says "we ban guns". It's completely different if 51% of their sales is in liquor and they are required by Texas law to prevent unlicensed people to carry. However this corporation is making a public statement and so I'm going to make a public statement and vote with my money not to spend at this restaurant.

Incredibly pissed. First no one greeted us when we arrived. Then they served my toddler milk that was over 7 days expired. Thank god it was in the carton still so that I saw the date. The place was freezing and the waitress was apathetic about everything. To top it all off, no changing stations in the bathroom for kiddos in diapers. When I asked I was told of it wasn't in there then they didn't have one. Seriously thinking of calling corporate. There was a "captain" Alvin that seemed to be running around trying to put out fires. They need more employees trying that hard- sad that he will probably burn out soon.

Extremely slow service Waited for 25 minutes for chicken wings, they came to my table completely cold

One star for being open and getting the order correct. Took 20 min for the worst cheeseburgers sliders I've ever had. McDonald's would have been a big step up. Cheap low quality frozen burger patties. Not likely to return. Waitress dropped this order and never returned.

I really am trying, especially when I crave their wings but this place always just kills me... ugh
(2)Julie O.
Great place to have a few drinks, eat some wings and enjoy life! Always get the original buffalo hot and they are made to perfection. Beer is always cold and service on top of their game.
(5)Jennafer C.
(4)Chris B.
(2)Anthony G.
It's Saturday night. UFC game night and night time manager was rude beyond belief food service was lacking.... Finally got my meal and it was under cooked. I would not recommend going or spending any time here.....
(1)Chelsea R.
(3)Anthony L.
very good place for chilling. awesome finger foods. beer selection. happy hour items and lots of tv screens.
(4)Maria R.
(1)Darcel M.
(5)Jose V.
I love this place but the last 2 times I've been, I have ordered food and when I arrive to pick it up its not ready. I don't understand the point of selecting a time and it being 20 minutes late. It appears that they did not even start my order until I showed up. Also I asked for extra sauce and the wings were half covered.
(2)Chirag G.
Very disappointed , manager was MF . He don't know how to talk to guest . Plzzz don't go to irving bw3 . It's suck ... Very horrible employes as well manager . I don't no who hired that black manager there . ...
(1)Jae P.
Host staff was great, but our waitress, Gina, acted like we inconvenienced her with every request. We had very rare check ins from her.
(2)Don A.
(4)Angel P.
(4)Josh H.
(3)Keith H.
(2)Raven M.
(4)David S.
(1)Jme K L.
(4)Katie M.
(1)James A.
(4)Saurabh C.
(1)Chris P.
I love the wing variety and this BWW is comparable to any other location in food quality. The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt.
(4)Elissa E.
The food was good. The services was just off.... Our waitress, "cookie", was not very attentive..... The kitchen staff did most of her work. The only think I would not recommend is the cherry limeade. I had the sampler and my husband had the wrap, they were both good.
(3)Steve M.
(2)Shaun D.

(3)Hanuy K.
(3)Elizabeth O.
We came in for lunch today sat in the bar area for 10 minutes. No one came to our table so we walked out. We have always had horrible service at this location.
(1)Jennifer W.
(3)Ray A.
I love this place.. The service can improve but the wings are great! I recommend the boneless Parmesan garlic
(4)Michelle R.
(2)Cierra K.
Never once have they gotten my to-go order correct. We'd love to dine in, but the place smells awful due to smoking.
(1)Dorian F.
(3)Heather L.
(4)Jennifer Y.
Great food ... bad service ... slow service and snobby workers. But love the location and the fact that it's really clean.
(3)Reena D.
(3)Jacob S.
Just called in a Take-Out order. It took twice as long as they said it would (two ladies came in and ordered just as I arrived to pick up my food and they got their orders at the same time I did) and my order was wrong. Didn't notice til I got back to the office. DNR.
(1)Anthony V.
(1)Lauren D.
(1)Katrina L.
(3)Leecy B.
(2)Ronnie Y.
I went during lunch hour so it was busy. I suggest you call in ahead. The wings were cooked just right. Waitress was helpful. Even though this place was busy as heck it was still clean, which is what impressed me. It was a pain to find a parking spot in the parking lot.
(4)Katelyn W.
(3)Denise J.
(2)Megan A.
I mean, its a sports bar... you come for the beer. The wings are okay, nothing special but the thing that bothers me most is that there is still smoking on one side of the restaurant. SUPER unappetizing.
(1)Mike G.
(4)Mike H.
Horrible service. Mediocre wings for a place that specializes in, wings. Oh and did I mention the service was bad???
(1)Jennifer A.
(1)Pack M.
(1)Jason P.
(2)Armando C.
BWW is notorious for slow service. I thought I was being smart by ordering online. It was supposed to be ready at 11:20 and when I arrived they acted like they had no clue I had ordered and promised it "in a couple of minutes," 8 minutes later I receiver my food. It was delicious!
(2)Muks R.
(3)Kaycie L.
Nice service. Good place to watch the games. The wings are ok but it didn't "wow" me. They have quite a few selection of sauces for you to choose from.
(2)Magnus L.
Pretty good selection of various hot sauces and not-so-hot sauces for wings and such. Service is usually pretty good, the place seems to get really busy around lunch time during the week.
(3)Mary H.
Came here a few weeks ago. Audio was painfully loud. We left after about 20 minutes. Happy Hour group has made a collective decision not to come back because of this.
(1)Mary S.
(3)Sam A.
worst service i have ever received. extremely unorganized and bad service. will never bring my business again to this location.
(1)Janet C.
(1)Jamie H.
After writing numerous reviews which has mysteriously disappeared, I give Buffalo Wild Wings four stars. I think they have phenomenal service & I still love no matter how many times you go, the sauce doesn't change.
(4)Donnie D.
(3)Mike Z.
MZ
(3)Chris J.
(3)Bonnie M.
Better than wingstop! BWW has lots of different sauces you can pick, from the sweet til' blazin' hot! What I like about this place is so casual and the hours are great.
(5)Ted K.
Ate here last week, food was good but service was a little slow.
(3)William B.
(3)Jo M.
Wings were average but passable. But 40 mins without an offer for another beverage coupled with a snide waitress makes me think we won't be back any time soon. Too bad. Good TV views for sports. Far less than average wait staff.
(1)John T.
(1)Dr. P.
(2)Angie G.
(3)Janel L.
(2)Arie O.
(2)Javi D.
(2)Traci L.
This is by far the best BWW in the Metroplex. Servers are always attentive. Even with large parties. Managers are always talking to everyone. Food comes out hot and fast. Most of the other BWWs around here do not even compare to this location.
(5)Sheetal S.
The food was ok. Wings are not consistent here. And last time I went they gave us dry flaky white looking carrots with the wings and charged us for it. Not happy.
(2)Toni H.
(1)Kim B.
(4)Neha M.
This is just on this location because I cannot say I love the taste of BWW but my friends like to come here for games We had a big table and a huge order and the waitstaff was very friendly. This was during a big Cowboys game so it was jam packed. Restrooms are clean. No complaints For this location
(5)FeNomenal T.
(4)Heidi B.
(5)Garrett K.
(5)Julie G.
The sign on their door says "we ban guns". It's completely different if 51% of their sales is in liquor and they are required by Texas law to prevent unlicensed people to carry. However this corporation is making a public statement and so I'm going to make a public statement and vote with my money not to spend at this restaurant.
(1)Katie T.
(2)Brian F.
Extremely slow service Waited for 25 minutes for chicken wings, they came to my table completely cold
(1)John A.
One star for being open and getting the order correct. Took 20 min for the worst cheeseburgers sliders I've ever had. McDonald's would have been a big step up. Cheap low quality frozen burger patties. Not likely to return. Waitress dropped this order and never returned.
(1)
