I came here with a friend on a Tuesday night, around 10pm or so. We saw about three gay couples here when we were here, which goes against the stereotype that gays do not exist in suburbia. But it also says something else: gays go out and stay up late on a weeknight. Restaurant is spacious and clean. Service is fast and friendly.

Its been a long time since we had gone out for brunch and I was craving some pancakes. This place has a good variety of pancakes - strawberry, blueberry, chocolate chip but the one that caught my eye was the Harvest Nut and Grain flavor. I sure go nuts for nuts ..hahaha... The pancake was packed with nuts and not very sweet. The butter pecan syrup complimented the pancake well. The coffee was so good...nothing like a good cup of coffee in the morning along with yummy pancakes. The place is neat and clean. The waiters are very friendly. There is even a guy who entertains kids and makes balloons for them. Weekend brunch time is very well packed but a wait time of 15-20 minutes is not too much. And the service is quite fast. We got our plates within 10 minutes of ordering.

Seated, waited for a server for over 5 min. All of the servers were at the back by the kitchen chatting. She came, we gave her the order. Waited for over 5 min for coffee. We realized we didn't have any silverware. I went to the front to get some, was given one, and told they didn't have anymore?! She told me to ask my server for another one. I did, and she went to the front. We already had our food by then. She didn't ask if we needed anything else, then she didn't return with the silverware. Someone else stopped when they saw us looking around, then finally got another set. Not the best experience.

Terrible service. We waited for an hour for omelets. Eggs. And bacon. And toast. The server forgot to put our order in so we left. She kept giving this excuse that they were super busy so the chef was slow. But.... You're ihop. You're always busy. Won't be back to that location.

Poor service. Poured coffee and never came back. Placed menu down on table, the universal sign that someone is ready to order and waited patiently for service. 10 minutes and a chapter later in my book, still no service. Got up and left.
