Call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT SOMEONE!! So, on the way back from a delivery in Laredo we see the only place besides Dairy Queen open to eat at on a Saturday night, (in Tx you get tired of ol'dairy queen) . We see Pancho GArcia cafe lite up nice and a lot of trucks in the lot. It went as follows: 1) 4 times asking for chips/salsa-finally asked why she wouldn't bring it"becuase all the baskets are dirty", I said how about put a handfull in a napkin and bring it? She says, "or A PLATE!" I said, wow, what an idea! So we got some good chips and, well they didn't call it salsa, they called it red sauce. It was watery ketchup with a few onion flecks in it! Wow horrible. 2) We got chicken and beef fajita tacos on hard dried up flur tortillas with grease flowing out all over plate. just meat! No onions or Cilantro--They didn't have that!!!....at a mexican place!! 3) Big fat hunter guy next to tring to eat healthy ordered a salad that came with a worm/or caterpiller in it (he was grossed out! THEN, Or 250lb waitress in a joking manner says did you bring that in with you?!?! 4) owner of rest was drunk slumped at bar 5) REF to no1...most tables were full of dirty dishes the 250 lb waitress walked by so many times and could have taken to dishwasher(a nice clean cut mex kid with a mohawk) 6) see the pictures I posted,,,,I thought I had to use the restroom....I just held it and went to a gas station one that was much better! 1, sign says, "do not put toilet paper in toilet" ...ok, so I had to see.....an overflowing metal basket with not even a liner next to toilet in mens room with butt wipes stinking up bathroom(next to kitchen of course) I took pics and left! WOW. SEE THE PICS I POSTED! JUST GO TO GOOD OL' DAIRY QUEEN NEXT TIME!

Super compuestos. Didn't skimp on the guac. Chicken unremarkable (rather like prepackaged). Don't forget to specify smoking or non-smoking section. Oh, and if you object to trophy mounts (PETA people don't bother eating here) I would suggest not moving to Texas!

This used to be a really good place to eat. However, since Pacho died everything has gone downhill fast. The food is mediocre to bad, it's dirty, the prices are high, and it takes forever to get your meal. If you're looking for a good place to eat try JJ's Country Store in Cotulla or Rocky's Grill in Devine.

Worst place i have ever eaten. The salsa tasted like tomato paste. I had nats on my plate. Wouldn't suggest anyone eat here.

Unbelievably rude waitresses. If they don't know you, good luck! Staff sits around eating, gossiping, ignoring customers. Food is decent, but not worth the "free side" of attitude!

The worst meal I've had here . absolutely gross!!!! I would not recommend this place, the chicken did not taste like chicken, and the service was horrible. Just stick with dairy queen it's the best that Dilley has to offer unfortunately.

I'm in town visiting my husband who is working in Dilley. We were looking for a place to grab lunch. Outside of the food being lower than subpar the waitress was incredibly rude. She wouldn't talk to us and was very crabby. I almost mentioned this to her because it was so absurd but didn't. Do not support this restaurant, it's poor food and disrespectful staff.
