The service usually sucks, but in the dozen or so times I've visited this location, the food was always good. Cook seems to have a hard time getting steaks medium, a few times it was a little rare. (bloody is not medium)

3.2 6 reviews Nathan Gorbett in the last week I personally worked for this company for 8 years. They treated me right for about 4 or 5 of them. The company came under new ownership at that point, and I began to feel unappreciated. I stuck with it for three or so more years, and that was all I could take. The management knew there would be no raise for me so they just stopped evaluating my job performance. You can't tell someone they are doing great , but there is no more money for you. So they just stopped saying anything at all, and joined their robot work force. I left O'Charley's 3 years ago and it was the best move I ever made!!! I am now the executive chef of the busiest restaurant in my home town. A town of 115,000 or so. I am not writing this for me though, I am writing this for my wife, who has been with O'Charley's for close to 15 years. My wife broke her foot in two places in march of this year, and has been out of work for 6 months. My wife has turned in paperwork from her doctor, and a work release form OK ing her to go back to work. Now she is being told she no longer has a job with the company. The company she busted her ass for, for 14 plus years. She could get her job back as a new hire, and lose her vacation pay, three weeks paid, seniority, and all other benefits she's worked so hard for. Shame on you O'Charley's for treating your employees this way. Blue ribbon holdings you get no ribbons, so call yourself whatever makes you feel good. You get one star, and that's cause I can't give you zero. If I don't receive a reply of some sort. I will use all my friends, family, and other resources to try to get your restaurant closed in my town. I'm a bit of a local celebrity so it wouldn't be hard. You need to take a good hard look at yourselves, and start taking care of your people, because that used to be the O' way. Don't know where you went wrong "Blue Ribbon Holdings".

Unfortunately the good local restaurants in town are closed on Sundays so the 2 or 3 chains are jammed. We went here knowing there would be a wait. After a 25 min wait with people jammed in the alcove and waiting outside in the cold, we were escorted to a table in a dining room with 17 totally empty tables and 4 more tables that needed bussing.....why the wait? Seeing that really put a bad taste in out mouths even before the food was ordered. The food - ok but typical. The decor is old and worn - needs an update like others in the chain. More coordination and training of staff needed.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible service, cold food, over cooked baked potato, under cooked steaks, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the table and take our drink order. Servers are rude and the managers don't know how to treat customers. Will never go back.

Never too crowded, never have to wait. Don't like some of the changes they've made recently. Except for Free Pie Wednesday. That's awesome.

Ok. I have been here abt 6 times now. Bad service x2, cold food x2, horrible bartender ONE time that made me stop coming here for 6 mths, and just killed a bug that was crawling across the table....mmm
