Good food crappy attitude at the drive thru. Went there again hoping for better service this time around. Nope, that is too much to ask from a business that is in the richest county in TN. It just really sucks that it's the only DQ near us. Please DQ get better.

Yelp won't let me give zero stars, so they get 1 star by grace of yelp. . . I have been here several times since they opened this year at different times of the day & night, Hoping they would get their act together... No such luck. I have never been here when a table was clean, except for the time my wife asked for a cleaning towel & she cleaned every table in the side seating area. The food & ice cream takes over 5 minutes to get once ordered... How long does it take to pour a chocolate sundae? & if you get food.. 10+ minutes. Love me some DQ but I won't be back here again.

Order a large strawberry Sunday with half hot fudge on it . Apparently I was speaking in tongues as I tried to describe that I want a whole strawberry Sunday but half of it with hot fudge . She completely copped a attitude and then in a nasty voice said you know you are going to pay extra for that ??? Acted like I was trying to still the hot fudge lol I said yes I know so got my delicious strawberry Sunday with my half with hot fudge fabulous just fab so bad staff great dq taste !

Hopefully it was just a bad night, but we'll be going next door to Baskin-Robbins next time. We ordered two soft serve cones and two sundaes. How long do you think that should take, maybe five minutes? It took over 20 minutes! The drive through seemed like it may have been moving, but if you walk into this location and see other customers standing in the lobby holding order numbers, either run or I hope you brought a book.

DQ is a rare fast food restaurant offering both ice cream and different types of burgers, chicken and hot sandwiches. I've never had a bad experience and the only issue you could have here is getting tired of eating the food. I've gotten multiple drive thru orders and not once has my order been messed up. The service is excellent and I can't think of one thing about DQ that takes away from the experience. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing

I am a huge Dairy Queen fan and I was super excited when I heard that one was opening right down the road from my house. Since it has opened, my Wife and I have gone here at least six or seven times. Every time the staff was super nice and our order was correct. We will be going back many many more times! PROS -Awesome ice cream and other desserts -Amazing ice cream cakes -Tasty fast food -Friendly staff -Cheap prices CONS -None

Went here for lunch had to wait over 30 minutes for food. They gave our lunch to the wrong table. We were going to get ice cream too but decide to go next door to Baskin Robins
