I visited here with a business associate one Friday for lunch. It's a loud, rowdy kind of place, even on a weekday at 11am. Our server was heavily tattooed and pierced and maybe suffering from some kind of heavy metal contamination because he struggled remembering what to write down on his notepad in real time as we explained what we wanted. But he was polite and friendly and kept the ice water coming when it was required. My colleague ordered hot wings and I ordered fish tacos. We also got the stuffed jalapeno poppers, which were excellent. The sauce they bring with it really converted them from that typical, frozen side dish you can get in any supermarket to something interesting. My fish tacos were great-larger than I would have dreamed. My friend devoured his wings. The environment isn't exactly what I would choose for place to frequent while sober, but I found my experience to be consistent with what was promised.

Saturday May 2nd, Tony and I stopped for late lunch after taking a drive through the country. We love to just go out and drive..and stop for lunch. We love Buffalo Wild Wings, it is our favorite place to eat. This location is rather large. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very nice and friendly but she had several tables so she was doing her best, Not her fault we had to wait.. I ordered the Rib plate with french fries and cole slaw with the Blue Moon BBQ sauce on the ribs...with a soda on the side. Tony went with our usual, Hot Wings 10 traditional with blue cheese and ranch dressing for the dipping sauce..The food was good. The services was a little slow but manageable and the price was so good. I enjoy the BWW Restaurant...it is our favorite for Wings anytime...

Food is good but service is horrible. I paid with a 50 dollar bill and my waitress didn't bring me any change back. When I asked for my change she just ignored me and carried on her duties.

Anyone who reads my reviews knows I rate based on a known expectation (i.e. McDonalds burger versus O'Charleys versus Ruth's Chris) of the type of restaurant. I rate based on the food quality and the service expected. Holy sh*t I just had the worst experience ever at a mid-level restaurant! It took between 5-10 min to be asked for drink orders and another 5-10 minutes to receive the drinks we ordered. After another 10 minutes we had to flag down our waitress to let her know we were in a hurry and needed to place our order. She offered an incredulous excuse and we placed our order. We received the appetizer (soft pretzels) timely and hot. Unfortunately, the entrees were wrong, all wrong...and late. It would've been ok if we weren't already needing to be in and out...in 90 minutes. Now, we had 15 minutes before we had to leave...and worse yet, another incredulous and indignant excuse from our waitress. So...my 13 yr old and I wound up with one soft pretzel each and no other food. We are at his two hour, baseball practice. My stomach is incessantly growling...I can't imagine what he's feeling. Two more notes of interest... The waitress had only one other table to my knowledge AND wanted me to pay for everything...food that wasn't eaten. To the credit of the GM on duty, he spoke with my partner as we left. I don't know if anything got resolved...I can't wait to get food elsewhere, as I won't be visiting this location again.

Food is very mediocre. Service is horrid. Atmosphere is sports central with t.v.'s galore. The surprising thing is the prices, really high. It's like they think the food is really good, it's not!! I paid $7. for a draft Stella, don't know how they stay in business with those exorbitant prices. We do have a great new sports bar named "Jonathan's" next to the new movie theater. It's much better and has good happy hour deals. Also, it too has more televisions than a Best Buy !!

Only ate here once and for a place to feature wings as their signature dish, the ones I had were average. Boneless chunks of greasy chicken with mediocre sauce. Not impressed but would probably try again.

I have YET to be disappoint at this location. We went for dinner and drinks last night and not only had a blast but our waiter was amazing and the girl that brings the sauces for taste testing was SUPER helpful. It is nice to have a place to eat where you know you will not be disappointed. The waiter even went out of his way to get my Fuzzy Navel made the way I like it!

I have been to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings at least 7-9 times. It is one of the few sports bar type places in the Spring Hill area. Most of the time my visits there are pretty good. However sometimes the service has been a bit hit or miss. The wings are pretty good, as well as other dishes they serve. The buffalo chicken wrap is really good too. However for some things the price is a bit too high for what they are. BWW has a great atmosphere if you are a sports fan and playing trivia while you eat can be cool at times too. However being that it has the whole sports bar setup it can get loud. I will probably go back in the future until another good sports bar opens up in Spring Hill. However because of the sketchy service and overpriced items, I am going to have to give it 3 stars. PROS -Tasty wings -Great sports atmosphere -TVs everywhere -Trivia -The Blazin Hot Wing Challenge CONS -Sketchy service -Can get loud -Some things are too pricey

I can get cold beer pretty much anywhere and I can make better wings. Been there twice because I thought I had missed something the first time. There won't be a third time.

I go to this location due to it's close and the service is always good and food hot and order correct but I don't know if it's just me but every time I order Honey BBQ wings it's like the sauce has been diluted. Like their trying to save money back in the kitchen or something. I see the pictures of the wings and mine are never like this and when I go to the Cool Springs location the wings have SAUCE! Just wondering if anyone else has had same experience.

Food not the greatest but to watch games and have a beer is not bad. Servers seem to not want to be there when working.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Food, atmosphere, and service were all good. Not my favorite Wild Wings, but had a good meal with no complaints.

I generally like BWW, but this one is not great. Their servers are just awful, I've never waited so long for my food at ANY other BWW (at first I chalked it up to it being new & working out the kinks... but come on), it's really not clean... and I've never seen it clean, it's VERY loud and I think that comes from it's just wide open design, and the food... is not good. I don't know why this particular BWW is so bad, but it really is. They seriously need to evaluate the management at this location... I'd say it's going downhill... but it's never been uphill. Come on BWW- Spring Hill... get it together!

Great service every time Ive been - outside of Maybe the first couple months they were open. Only place in Spring Hill to really hang and have drinks and watch football. Their chili cheese queso and Asian zing wings are sooo good!

I'm a fan of the sports bar atmosphere! Spring Hill lacks a wide variety of bars to hang and have a few drinks, so naturally I was excited when I saw Buffalo Wild Wings was opening in the crossings! That being said, my first visit was not so great. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who took our drink order & came back to take our food order with drinks in hand. Great so far! We ordered & were left for 30-40 minutes to wait for our food on a Saturday afternoon at about 2pm and the restaurant was less than 1/4 full. We were treated to the table next to us being comp'd their meal due to poor service. The manager apologized to them & sent them on their way. Our food finally came, but my good was not at all what I ordered. I was so hungry by then I decided not to send it back & just ate what I was brought. Our second visit was just OK. The food wasn't so appetizing & for being an empty restaurant, the food came SO slow. I don't think I'll give them a 3rd chance unless management & the cook changes to someone different....the staff needs some help!

I've been to this location twice and this is the last time. Service is the worst. Food was cold. I've been to other bw3's that are actually managed like a restraunt this is not one! Stay clear

I ordered 6 bone-in wings and it was $5.99, so that's a dollar a piece for each tiny wing! Charged me extra for celery, carrots and blue cheese. The food was just average and paid a premium price.

If you like good atmosphere, they have it. If you like good service, it is a crap shoot, althogh they have gotten better since they opened. If you like good food, try one of the dry rubs or the new sauces (new in Feb 11) The food is no worse than any other BWW, but the place is fun to watch a UFC fight or big game.
