On Thursday, November 1st, I was off from work so Tony and I decided to eat lunch. Not sure of where to go, so many choices we opted to stop at one of our favorite chains..."Logan's Steakhouse" but we had never stopped at this location. It was very clean and the staff was very attentive and happy. We were seated immediately and the waitress was there just as quickly. She brought us our usual drink order, Unsweetened tea with lemon/ lime and budweiser. Tony opted for the 22oz draft. It was around 3:30pm so it was a late lunch, early dinner. We opted to get the dinner for two for $19.95..we chose for our entrees the 6oz Angus Steak (both medium rare) Tony ordered the loaded baked potato and salad with ranch dressing. I opted for the Grilled skewer of veggies and Baked Potato with sour cream and butter. Our appetizer choice was the shrooms' with a horsy dipping sauce and the dessert choice was the Big Chewy Hot Fudge Brownie..we decided to have it to go..we couldn't eat all our food, so we had to take the leftovers home. The food was awesome. The portion size for the amount of money was awesome. I highly recommend this if your dining out with just two people. The ticket with Taxes was only $30.03 plus tip..GREAT value for all that food.. I highly recommend this restaurant..Great location and friendly staff.

Sitting at the bar bc didn't want to wait for a table. The "bartender" looks like he's still in high school, I noticed he put his unwashed fingers all over the lemon he skewered and put in my drink. Good thing I already have my flu shot. The "arugula mix" salad is a bunch of iceberg! Can't wait for my entree...Not! Did ask and get more salad greens YAY. Rest of food was actually OK.

Ate dinner here last night and would have written my review then but yelp was down. First I know it is a chain restaurant, but that being said the only good thing about my meal was the price. When is was brought to our table it looked great but it was cold. The taste was good, but if I had been a health inspector I would have sent it back. Chicken is suppose to be served a a certain temp to prevent disease, this was well below that temp. My waitress was fast but not at all accurate. I ordered a diet coke and my dinner partner water. When she came back we had to tell her who got what. The same thing happened with our meals. I blame the big chains for putting to much emphasis on the bottom line and not on training their employees well and making them take pride in their products they serve. Most people will not return food that is cold or over cooked for fear of retaliation from the staff, but this has also lead to the sad state that big food chains are in. I gave 3 star because one bad meal from a restaurant shouldn't be a complete turn off maybe it was a bad night. We will go back and see if they can make a better showing.

If I could give a negative rating I would. It took 5 minutes for our drinks and 20 for rolls and then 40 minutes later we finally got our food and the steak is over cooked and the management just really falls behind here. Go to chili's it's better service and food for your money.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. Service was just ok. I was really dying to try the new burger with the big piece of fried cheese on it. I ordered that and the waitress tells me they just sold out of the fried cheese slices. Really, if you are going to have a NEW PROMOTIONAL item and the MAIN ingredient for it comes frozen why not order the crap out of it so you know you wont run out! Settled for just a plain ole burger whoop d doo! Hubby got a steak which came out luke warm. Cooked right just not not at all. So he says something. They throw it back on the grill and bring it back out. Well now its hot of course but now his medium steak is a well done steak. Way to be lazy on that one, not our fault the food sat in the window so long it was no longer hot, should have made another steak instead of just re-heating the one we returned. This experience just sucked all the way around. :(

I enjoy Logan's for what it is. If you know what you like then you're fine. For me, a steak and baked potato is good about anywhere you get them. I thoroughly enjoy their ribeye, it's always been really tender and buttery. I would recommend also getting the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. It's hot but it also lights your fire if you enjoy spicy food. Lunch time burgers are great too. Roadies, or a fried cheese burger,which is a square of fried American cheese on the sandwich, is also good. I'm not a drinker really but any drinks I have got there have also been great.

Food was just okay. Waiter got my order wrong but I just settled for what I got. Sitting next to kitchen made me uncomfortable, the workers there didn't seem to care that we could overhear their vulgar conversations. I wouldn't recommend bringing children to this restaurant unless you want them to learn a few new words. Next time I'll probably just go to a neighboring restaurant.

Real bummer. I went there at 1pm on a Sunday. The bartender was so busy I almost left because I waited for a while. I think she had every table around the bar. I cashed out and walked across to Chilis. And had a blast! They need 2 people at the bar.

I ordered the Smoky Mountain Sandwich, no pickles. They brought me the Nashville Hot Sandwich with pickles. I told the server and he brought the manager. The manager claimed the Smoky Mountain Sandwich came with hot sauce (in reality it should have regular BBQ). They took it off the bill, but I don't appreciate not eating and then being treated like I don't even know what I ordered. If the manager doesn't know the menu items, what can we expect from the rest of the staff. What a way to ruin an evening. My suggestion: go to Pollo Tropical.

Great bartender (Bri), but they are pushing there new menu. It is no better than other items they have had. Pushed the brisket tacos hard. I tried them, they are tasty, but very little substance for the price. I had to swing by Wendy's on the way back to the hotel. There was more beef on the 99 cent menu than the tacos.

It's hard to mess up a steakhouse concept. They are everywhere, and one is usually just like any other. (Except for Lone Star - love that place!) We waited for about 5 minutes to be seated, which is not too bad since we were there during the dinner rush. The hostess seemed really flustered. Our server was not friendly at all. We had to consistently ask for drink refills, although she kept returning to our table to see if we needed anything. "Ummm...yes...the drinks we asked for the last 4 times you were here." I had the Logan Sirloin. It was cooked the way I had asked for it, which is a big plus. Just too much salt on all of the food. Way over seasoned. Lettuce on the house salad was "toasted" - well past ever being fresh. Prices were decent, but probably won't be back. Customer service is a big issue for them.

I've been here a few times since I moved here at the end of last year... This place is ok, but nothing to get excited about. Their strawberry lemonade is very good :) I usually get the porkies and they are ok... The service here has never been 'knock me down good'. Our waitress today (Easter Sunday) wasn't friendly, but she wasn't rude. She was just there, didn't over exert herself.. I've heard they do have some good drink specials occasionally, but I haven't taken advantage of them.

Looking for a decent steak? Logan's delivers! First, the ambience is of average steak house flair. No heightened expectations here. The bar is large, and has several TV's with local team coverage playing every time I stop in. The bartender, Troy, is accommodating and always keeps in touch in case you need something extra during your stay. You'll also catch some friendly "sass" between the bar staff and wait staff -- always good for a smile. Food quality is good enough to keep me coming back when I'm in the area. The steaks are thick and juicy with a light seasoning that hits the spot. The ribeye steak is always a pleaser, with the signature "Logan" NY strip steak a good alternative in size and price. I make a point of stopping in whenever I'm in town, and haven't been disappointed yet.

We have eaten here a couple of times. One time we went they didn't have any baked potatoes ready. They served our steaks and said the potatoes would be right up, twenty minutes later(after I finished my steak) they brought them out. Another time we ate there the waitress served rolls to someone who got there after we arrived and my drink glass went empty a bit long. The steak was not as good as the cuts on display. Since a Longhorn recently opened near by we good there now. The steak at Longhorn is 10 times better!!
