This is my first time eating something other than ice cream at dairy queen... And my last. Hands down the most flavorless ham biscuit I've ever had... I didn't think such low quality was possible. Ice cream here is as good as any fast food place, but not exactly gourmet. Service was good, which is how this place managed the whole two starts I gave it.

Looks like a lot of people have had issues with the drive thru here. I've been here a couple times. The first time they made an error on my burger. I ordered the 1/4 pound burger & was charged for that but received the 1/2 burger, so I guess that was a win for me. The wait time is always a little long if there is many cars in the line. The last time I was there I ordered the cotton candy blizzard (seriously my fav, I'm so glad they brought it back). I was happy that there was only about 3/4 of an inch of vanilla ice cream at the bottom of the cup. Usually it's a lot more.

I haven't had a problem here. Food was warm and came out within 5 minutes. I had the pancake platter.

It takes approxiamately 15 minutes to wait for 1 cup of ice cream if you order inside.. Maybe even longer? Horrible service! Plus the ice cream was half melted sitting on the counter so obviously they didnt try to deliver it to the customer.

The service at this Dairy Queen is horrendous. If you decide to go into the store, prepare to be disappointed. The employees are too busy chatting with each other or texting on their phones to even acknowledge the fact that someone who wants to spend money is in their restaurant. The drive through is always backed up...probably because the employees are too busy talking to each other to do actual work. Management is non-existent or just plain incompetent. What an utter disappointment. The only thing this place has going for it is that there isn't any competition nearby. Sad.

This DQ is HORRIBLE. We will never be going back. I should have given zero stars, but I gave it 1 star since the burger tasted decent (the half that was eaten...We were afraid to finish the rest). First, the place is disgusting. Trash everywhere, sticky floors, nasty bathrooms, filthy countertops. Just GROSS. Second, the cashier was chewing on his fingers the entire time and spitting out his nails everywhere. Third, the girl who brought our ice cream to us was COVERED in grease, ice cream and who knows what else. It was all over her arms and she kept wiping her sweaty forehead with them. Our ice creams were melty and the flavors/sizes were wrong. And Lastly, the manager decided to yell at and scold his employees right in front of everyone in the store while we were trying to order. We later called the manager to complain about our experience in attempts to help out his store and all we got were excuses. He was very defensive and made comments like "well, you try working with these kinds of employees" and "I don't have enough good workers to do that." This place isn't even a year old and it's already forgotten IMO. We would have left immediately, but we promised our kids ice cream. GOOD RIDDANCE.
