Dried up burgers, where they used to great. Soggy cold onion rings. Very disappointed. The bathroom was unclean.

This was a really good place to eat. It is always fun going to fudruckers. So many hamburger choices. Cheese sauce for fries and great milk shakes. Yes it's a franchise but worth going too if none are near where you live.

loved this place, we unfortunately no longer have one in columbus ohio so any time we travel out of town and see one it is a must. the staff was very friendly and the lady at the cookie counter was flirting with my husband so we got extra cookies lol but overall it reminds me of why

The idea was cool...you order your meal (chicken, burger, etc...), and then they have a bar where you can add your own toppings. Their chicken sandwich was good, and their fries were good as well (a little spicy). Their side salads aren't really worth the $3.50 that they charge.

I visited this location right after arriving in pigeon forge. I decided to go with the Cajun chicken sandwich. It was very good. I would have liked to see the chicken slightly bigger as my bun overpowered the chicken. The rest of my family ordered burgers and said the quality was very good. The best part about this restaurant was the giant topping bar for your sandwiches. They had an array of 10 or so different toppings for your sandwich. Another great part about this location was they had a ballon maker that was making different shapes and animals for the kids. Our niece was with us and loved that guy! Great food and great atmosphere.

I went out of my way to go to this Fuddruckers as I have eaten at several close to home and never had a bad experience. This particular location reminded me of walking into a high school cafeteria. Absolutely no ambiance at all. I am not a restaurant snob, but this place was wide open and lacked any of the usual Fuddrucker's character I have seen in other locations. Cleanliness-wise, it was also lacking. The burger was so-so, but the sides were not as big as those from other Fuddruckers either. My order of onion rings for $2.79 was a joke and consisted of about six rings of which, only two were a decent size. I will say that the staff was fairly friendly. A young gentleman approached us on a few occasions and asked if he could get us anything, refills, etc. That's my only positive experience from this visit. If you are looking for a burger, I would pass on this Fuddruckers.

It's Fuddruckers if they nail the burger the rest doesn't matter..lol. They nailed the burger. :). Have no problem coming back here again. Good visit all in my party enjoyed their meals.

Loved the burgers. They are more than enough to fill all of us up. The onion rings were ok, nothing special. They definitely seemed like they came straight from a bag in the freezer. My husband got the steak sandwich and loved it. It was a little pricey for what we got though.

I gave this place one star because I couldn't give it zero. The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was a rubbery piece of "chicken" that was disgusting. The guy taking our order had to be explained three times that I wanted their "special sauce" on the side for my burger. The other two burgers we ordered were terrible as well. This place made us feel like crap after we ate there. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your money.

We had waited over 4 years to eat at another Fuddruckers after eating at one the first time in Virginia. This one didn't disappoint!!. We ordered 1/2 pound burgers. They were fixed to order and the buns were fresh. The only issues I would have with the restaurant are that it wasn't as clean as I would have liked to have seen, and it was a bit pricey for burgers ($54/for a party of 4), but otherwise, I would eat there again.

Not like I used to remember Fuddruckers. Garden bar was larger. Food was ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. Girl behind the counter calling out the names of the orders that were ready was not wanting to be there and it was obvious. My husband asked for an extra plate for our daughter and she looked at him like he was stupid and handed him a to go box. Just wish it would have been better. Also the trash outside the front door was overflowing. Probably not a good thing for patrons to see as they are coming into your establishment. And the bathrooms were real dirty.

This place is nasty. The food cold, the fries are old, The hotdog was gray it was so old, The burger meat was flavorless and cold. The service was fair to poor. The restaurant is old and dated.

We ate here because it was near our condo at Wyndham, and liked it. The staff were friendly and the veggie fixings were very fresh. One of us had the grilled chicken which was especially good, and the child in our group was happy with the burgers. We later discovered a coupon in one of the coupon books.

My wife's order got screwed up (she received a way-too-spicy inferno burger). The manager was awesome, and cooked her burger again himself to ensure it was right, and brought it out to us. He also checked back with us to make sure it was good. I haven't eaten in a Fuddruckers in years, but I'm glad I did today. Food was great and service was outstanding.

I had one of the best burgers I've had in recent memory. Great friendly staff! The outside of the building looks nicer than it was on the inside, and it sounded like all the speakers were blown, but the food was awesome. If it was nicer on the inside it'd be a 5 star.

Well I used to get a one lb burger with a shake. Came out as 2 patties on one bun Burger flavor and fixins were as good as always but harder to eat due to the thickness of two patties. The shake was not thick and was half the size it used to be. They said the size of the shake was due to being out of clean glasses

We just spent $22.86 on 2 flavorless and cold chili dogs along with cold onion rings. I remember Fuddruckers being way better and not nearly as pricey. The staff was friendly but impossible to understand, spoke very quickly and would not look at the customer when speaking. This particular restaurant needs some revamping.

Based on JUST the bugers, five stars. If you want an average burger within a building excellent decor and ambiance, skip it. If you just want a dang good burger... THIS is your place. Large servings, tastey burgers made how you want. Also, the Manager Bob was very accommodating regarding our kids with allergies. Thanks Bob!!!

Burgers were good, atmosphere was family friendly. This location has a bakery which has fresh cookies! A kids meal comes with a cookie.

They closed the one in Richmond so it was a pleasure to go in and remember that Fuddruckers is sort of just bleh. Chicken sandwich was over seasoned but good. Fiance has a great lunch and we were on our way quick. Overall not to bad!

Burgers were good. Super kid friendly. Very disappointed in a couple things... 1st, the place is dated. 2nd, the toppings bar was minimum at best. Add lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. Any cool specialty stuff you would expect at a place like this is an upsell as speciality. 3rd, for a kid friendly place, I find it very odd that kid milkshakes are only available with kids meals. Better order one first thing, as there is no way to have one for dessert. A couple crying kids later, they got a cookie instead...

We love the hamburgers. Not crazy about anything else but hamburgers. Nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. The butter toasted buns is also a yummy asset. Typically my hubby will get the 1/2 pounder and my daughter and I will get jr kids meals. The size is perfect, comes with fries, drink and cookie.

My first visit and last........I ordered two hamburgers 1 regular with fries and 1 1/3 pound er 1 order of onion rings 1 shake and 1 unsweetened tea and the bill came to over $22.00. The place was noisy and the food wasn't that good for the price...As they say been there and done that..............
