Been to many Ruby Tuesday's from New York to Florida and never found a bad one till now. Could have been a bad day or just a new menus ? Food was cold and not worth the wait. The place was empty on a Saturday and thought that was strange but now know why. I would recommend a drive through food stop instead.

Excellent service by our server Emily (2 weeks on the job). Our meals were cooked to order. The salad bar was well stocked and in order (think of other Ruby Tuesday locations where the salad bar was as tusseled as a Yimmy). We both ordered the NY Strip. I probably should have asked that they leave off the New Orleans seasonings as they took away from the flavor of the cut. We enjoyed our meal. Good food and service made this an enjoyable trip.

I really enjoyed the menu choices. The cheddar biscuits to start were very yummy and so were the balsamic vinaigrette tomatoes I stole from my friend's plate. I was in the mood for a heavy portion of light food and I got it. I ordered Caribbean chicken with coconut shrimp, spaghetti squash, and grilled zucchini. Everything was very tasty except the spaghetti squash. Still, I got full without the squash so everything was A-OK. I will say to our server though that if a diner asks what's in the mashed cauliflower, "nothing" is a very inaccurate response. We all just stared for a moment and then my friend ordered it. When it came, there were clearly chives on top. Before she tasted it, she clearly smelled garlic. How could there have been nothing? A server has to know the menu and some things about how the dishes are prepared so that individuals with specific dietary needs or allergies can dine safely!

The location is a long way from the center of town but close to the next city. I ordered the NY Cheddar burger. The food was hot, cooked well done as specified and it is a lot to eat. Con: It was a little greasy and contained a lot of salt, I do not remember it that way. Hmmmm!!!

This is a chain Tuesdays as any other. They have stepped up their menu nicely as of late though. As for the 5 stars, we got into town late and figured we'd pick something familiar since we hadn't scoped out the local joints yet. The service was fantastic, friendly, and fast. The manager seated us and carried a friendly conversation while the waitress took our orders. Salad bar was still fresh and full. Food came out quickly and was very good. The manager boxed up my wife's leftover pasta and threw a handful of fresh cheddar biscuits in. Waitress also gave us large to go cups. That's how a restaurant should be. Friendly just because,

I rarely have a poor experience at a Ruby Tuesday. This particular restaurant missed its mark because of service. The server messed up on my husband's drink, on my order, and is it just me.....but somehow the quality of service drops a few notches when the server pulls up a chair and starts shooting the breeze with us at the table over silly and frivolous but fun conversation that our particular table was having. Really, at one point I wanted to pass him some salad or the salt or something. This server confuses his role with being a nosy backdoor neighbor with an extreme case of social neediness. So for that I am knocking one star off the ol' block. The salad bar was fresh and replenished, I love the consistent layout of the salad bars at all Ruby Tuesdays and especially the croutons. I veered from my normal Ruby Tuesday meal of the mini turkey burgers and tried the chicken Bella. Sauce was minimal and even then it lacked flavor and so was not worth the calories. I probably won't return to this particular restaurant. Fortunately the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area have a plethora of eating establishment options to choose from.

I got to be honest, I took a date here a while back and was not impressed. Even though my date fell in love with the waiter because he looked like Vince Gill and he gave great customer service, the food was not worth the price and below the quality for the area. The place was also dirty and there was a cockroach that ran across the table while we were eating our appetizers. Not a pleasant experience for the cash I doled out and I won't be going back. There are plenty of better places in the immediate area that are always clean, don't get me wrong though, they have great customer service, it's just that the food and atmosphere are way lacking.

Very good service! We went in to eat and the server was right with us to take our order. The food was out quickly and brought our bill to us in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place.

We called for a to-go order, and was told to come pick it up in 20 minutes. When i got to the restaurant, i waited for approximately 15 minutes before i was even acknowledged by the staff. Once they finally got my order for me, i was in and out. They werent all that busy, and one staff member was chatting on her cell phone to a friend while i stood waiting.
