We ate at the new location right down the street from here. We had a certificate for a free breakfast for sitting through a timeshare shpiel so it was free food. The cash register is right by the door so you may have to push your way through people waiting to pay. The interior needs some updating too. Our waiter took our drink orders and after he brought them that was about the only time we saw him, even when i needed a refill on coffee. And when I asked if I could get a coffee to go he seemed like it was an inconvenience. The buffett was good, with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, pancakes and several toppings, biscuits and gravy, and fruit. Unfortunately it was one of those bars where eggs are on one side and you are on the opposite side so you have to either reach across and get the spoon or go to the other side. And then you have those people who either can't decide what they want or stand there and load their plates up with food so you have to wait for them. I don't know if we would have eaten here if it weren't free that time. Not sure if we'll go back with all the other pancake places in the area to choose from.

All u can eat breakfast buffet well-priced at $8.50. Quiet Wednesday mid morning. Seated immediately and buffet was fully stocked. Bacon, eggs, sausage, French toast, pancakes, 3 different syrups and 3 fruit toppings available; some fresh fruit. Pass on the French toast and stick with pancakes. Overall solid breakfast offering, but not great.

The lines at Gorbachev's Pancake House were really long so we came here because we were still in the mood for some cold war themed vittles. The buffet was really quite good - just a little more 'down-home' than Shoney's.

What a really bad experience.... Terrible server, Food took forever, our order was completely wrong, we never received the several items... Bad food, bad service, slow, cold food... Did I miss anything??? One positive though... Pancakes were great!

The worst scrambled eggs ever! I had no idea someone could ruin an egg. We didn't like the food at all. It was low class all the way. The waitress was nice and attentive, but knew not to ask if the food was good. I thought the price was reasonable until I tried the food. Turn away from here. It's a tourist trap! Can not believe I fell for it. BTW the buffet was small and you had to go on both sides for the food, which meant either leaning over food to reach to the other side or getting back in line. It didn't make any sense! Once we were there, we realized the name had changed at least three times, that's a sign!

This place is ridiculous. No sandwiches for breakfast. Even the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The menu is expensive and unimpressive. Breakfast meals don't come with a side. The bacon was good and the bus outs were buttery and fluffy, but the scrambled eggs were nasty!! What a rip off.

Great breakfast with soft biscuits and awesome pancakes. Kids loved all the toppings available at the buffet. Reasonable in pricing and friendly fast service. Above average for your Pigeon Forge breakfast establishments.

While they were fast and friendly, the food was horrible. The biscuits could have broken glass, the sausage was burnt, the (famous buttermilk) pancakes lacked flavor. The strawberry topping was not cold, not Luke warm, but hot (which is not my style). If it were 11 am I could understand it not being as fresh as should, however it was 930 and that's unacceptable. Wayy overpriced for what you're getting! Just save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Great pancakes. Better than other chain places. Incredibly fast service!!!! Highly recommend

Absolutely the worst service of any restaurant I have ever experienced. We decided not to get the buffet, but instead order from the menu. It took us an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food, and then the order was not even close to correct. I talked to the owner and he seemed like he didn't even care. Will never go back!!

Well we all make mistakes! On a good note the Pancakes were awesome, which if you are going to have pancakes in your name they should be. Service was ok. The restroom (men's) was dirty and no paper towels. The menus were dirty and looked like they hadn't been wiped off in a few weeks. A hockey puck had nothing on my sausage patties that came with my breakfast. They were void of any moisture or even grease. I guess any breakfast place that sells men's ties on a display rack in the middle of the dinning room should be a hint to avoid the place. The plastic picnic table cloths were a real turn off as well. It seemed to be a place that you could go to gorge yourself with endless amounts of bad food on the buffet. If you are looking for novelty license plates, ties or plastic kid toys you found your place. If you are looking for mediocre food then don't come here as only the pancakes were good. Go to McDonalds and get an Egg McMuffin, you will be happy you listened to me.

The fruit on the bar was stale. The hot food was filled where the lid would not close. The cook looked like he worked in Back Woods Prison, with t-shirt and camo hat. The waiter was pleasant but didn't go out of his way and never stopped adding his receipts. Go and placeelse! Oh yes the name is Reagan's House of Pancakes...
