Food was good, from the 12 spice chicken panini to the baked Italian chicken, the kid's meal chicken, burgers and mac and cheese were also a hit. Waitstaff (Tory) was top notch. We all tried each other's dish and it was well received by everyone.

Good food. FANTASTIC service. Good price. Tennessee State Law: Very strange... my 79-year-old mother got carded for wine. They wouldn't server her because her ID was in the hotel room. Open face Philly Cheese Steak was a mess but reportedly (from my dad) very good. This is definitely a fork and knife meal. Atlantic salmon was also reportedly (my mom) great tasting. Asparagus was fresh tasting but a bit oily for my taste. I had the Talia and fries. Good. Simple. Blue cheese salad dressing was a bit vinegary and definitely from a jar. Homemade blue cheese dressing would have won Charley's an extra star for sure. Best thing, the service. Waiter was on top of everything. Manager stopped by to check on us and really seemed sincere. I say CHECK OUT O'CHARLEYS.

I do not know why but I don't Charlie's is out of business. They won't let me post this Unless make it longer so it's out of business went out last week I don't know why no one seems to know so you can eat here.

Stopped in on our way home to grab a bite to eat after leaving Yama-Con. Overall very consistent with the locations back home in Nashville and the service was good. My only complaint is that being on a tight budget we could not use our coupons the way we wanted to, thus I feel we paid more than we should have. Eh, such is eating in a resort town.

Late at night trouble getting a hotel, and hungry should be a 3 star..food was good, but the nice staff makes it a 4 that night!

This is a classic example of a tourist trap! They don't care because you don't live here. Their steaks are precooked and reheated. The server took at least 10-15 minutes in between table visits. Rolls weren't ready so we didn't get those. I would pass! No one looked happy. It was horrible.

We came on a Friday afternoon around 2 PM. We were seated promptly and our server came over and took our drink order quickly. I have a Cajun pasta with clam chowder. It was presented well and was very flavorful. The server was attentive to our drinks.

My son and I ate there because it was walking distance from our hotel. We had a great waitress who was attentive and the manager came by to check on us. They were out of buns for my son's burger so he had to order something else but it happens! Other than that we had a good meal!

Terrible food....salads had slimy black lettuce (see pic in photos)....kids' burgers OVERcooked....server argued with us about what we wanted to drink. Son said "lemonade" and server said "not that nasty pink stuff by Pepsi...don't you mean our fresh squeezed (and turns to me to say there's a small up charge). " I said that we would go with Coke since son no longer wanted the "nasty" drink. Then, server asked him if he wouldn't rather have a Dr. Pepper?!?!

As every other O'Charley's, this was very good. Great staff and clean restaurant. THe menu always has a wide variety of choices and good for kids / adults. They have a full bar as well. Great for popping in for a burger or sitting down with friends. Our waitress kept our drinks filled, which is important for me. The staff don't hurry you, but keep an eye and make sure you are satisfied. Will definitely go again.

Great place to have a nice cold beer at the bar! Bartenders are great and attentive! Very nice, clean and not over crowded!

Bartender was our server. Once we were served she disappeared until we got our bill. Food: good. Service: Nonexistent.

Service sucks! Generic canned food and salty meals. Only good part was the dinner rolls. Should be named O'Crappy

Still a great chain restaurant, better than most in this town. Their specials are a real advantage in a town where the local TGIF raises their prices above the ones in Chicago to stick it to the tourists. Here, they offer a very good selection of specials, this year the deals are 2 entree's and an appetizer for $20 - a real steal for such good food. Service is great. The parking lot is still almost dangerous when it is raining and if you need a handicapped space, fugettaboutit - there are only 2.

Good food, always quite slow.
