Service was very friendly as they were fast. They even checked on me about 3 times. You get lunch here at very reasonable price. If you use the coupons they send you on mail and put in newspaper it will also be a value. Refills are free and easy to get to. Furthermore, the manager spoke to me again as I was leaving and ask for to come back.

I had an extremely negative experience here yesterday. It included the "store manager" hanging out of the drive thru window and yelling at me....bad customer service here. Food was good though (I love Krystal's food) Go to another Krystal's location if you are craving it...

Krystal's are notoriously known locally as a 'gut bomb' bit today's experience bombed through the ceiling! After waiting 10 minutes and 1 other car in front of me, I finally made it to the drive thru window. Three different employees come to the window, asking me what I ordered? For once, I heard them clear at the drive thru, and I know they heard me because they repeated the order back to me! I questioned the 10 minute wait and the uncertainty of not knowing my order, and the bomb! They practically threw the order out the window, and I heard the manager say give it to him. They refused payment.. It certainly appears everyone including the manager was stressed and not capable of delivering a simple little square burger meal!

I agree with the other review - the location is terrible. It's right off the interstate physically but you have to get off the ramp, drive a half mile, take another left onto what looks like an onramp, then take a left off THAT ramp to get to the place. I'm sure it shot them in the foot when that genius layout went into action. That said, you really shouldn't be eating at Krystal. Do you really need four 1/4" thick slider patties on 2" thick dinner rolls? How about some nice Wendys?

I feel so sorry for the owners who got totally screwed by TDOT, when the widen the Interstate. Very difficult access to the place now. To me it is not worth making the exit to stop when driving through when others are easier to stop at.
Sorry, Store hours have not been updated. If you are the owner of this restaurants. Please update the store hours.
