Best breakfast in Oneida. Only open for breakfast on weekends. The two ladies who run the breakfast are well known in the area for their culinary skills. The best biscuits in Tennessee.

Pleasant surprise in a small town! Burgers are very good. Steak and loaded baked potato is pretty good. Staff is friendly and service is above average. Salad bar is OK if iceberg is your choice of lettuce. Best non-fast food option in town!

Great ~ Very Affordable ~ lunch menu. My husband had a hamburger and fries. He was truly impressed with the affordability and quality of food. I tried the chicken fajita. Authentic flavors and homemade refried beans. The guacamole is fresh made from scratch and honestly the best I've had. We're looking forward to trying steaks on the Hibachi Grill soon. Angie, the owner is a pleasant hostess and the waitstaff is knowledgeable and accomodating. Beautiful setting ~ all cedar walls and comfortable decor.

Saturday March 15th, Tony and I stopped for lunch...Okay, I try to be as honest as possible without being rude so here I go...Tony and I was in Oneida, TN after hiking for a few hours and we were hungry. I didn't want to eat too much...kind of defeats the odds of all the stair climbing and hiking...and I always rule out fast food..but I keep telling myself...pack a picnic lunch ...pack a picnic lunch..but today we didn't... This little town has very little choices if not Mexican or fast food, so we found PRESTON's...it looked okay from the outside. The inside was very large and the decorations were very nice. Everything was dark and heavy wood. Everything was southwestern decor with Animal heads, antlers, big fireplace...it was very nice. I really liked the homey feel of the dining room., but it stops there. Take that back. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. She started several conversations with us and was very nice. Tony opted to order the Smoked Sausage Spaghetti with sweet tea (no beer or alcohol) and I ordered chicken noodle soup and southwestern eggrolls for appetizer to share with Tony.. Where do I start..The soup was very thick and salty. It tasted more like a chicken pasta dish instead of a soup...there was no broth it was all thick gravy..I ate a portion of the cup, not much it was way to salty for my taste. The egg rolls was the appetizer but it arrived with the lunch entree so we snacked on it but it was over cooked on the outside and doughy inside..the cook has the oil way too hot..burning on the outside and not getting the inside done at all.. the ranch dressing was just plain ranch dressing... Tony's spaghetti was canned sauce poured over overcooked noodles and had about 8 pieces of polish sausage cut up and laying on top with two pieces of garlic toast (burnt) not sure what happened since there was only about three other tables in the entire restaurant on Saturday at 2pm.. I still left my waitress a 25% tip...she was nice and the restaurant clean..but I would NOT EAT here again or recommend to others.

Over priced. Food is always bad. Go to RaeZacs and get good food at a reasonable price. You will have the time while you are waiting to be seated and before your lousy food arrives. The atmosphere is awesome though, if you like the cabin look. Suggestion: rent a cabin and cook your own food and save.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the food here. My fish dinner was surprisingly good for a steak place, my hubby bragged on his steak platter. Will do this again.

Not a great place to go if you are in a hurry and the quality of the food is less than desirable. However, when in Oneida choices ate limited. Although, time spent with the family made up for what the restaurant was lacking'
