It's one of the better cups of coffee you can get around in the area, but this is compared to the likes of standard fast-food chains. There is a close competitor nearby (Joe Muggs in the Books-A-Million) but the Starbucks is actually less pricy. I'm a fan of the coffee so my rating (4/5) is strictly based on that. Fav drink? Grande Caramel Macchiato by far. Food? I would give like a 3.5/5. Why? While the newer foods they have are alright I just can think of many other things that are more filling...so I stick to beverages. Desserts seem to not be rotated on a schedule that keeps them from hardening. Staff is friendly and quick to move both lines (inside & drive-thru).

One of the few places in Oak Ridge where the Internet connection isn't slowed down to a crawl for customers. The orange juice is really expensive, but you can pick up a small carton of apple juice for less than two bucks. The only other downside is supporting a corporation with very liberal views, but I can't blame the local employees for that.

Went in here on my lunch today got one of the new berry fraps added a shot of espresso to it. Tasted like dessert! This was amazing! I also got one of their new panini things it was a roasted tomato & mozzarella panini. That was the grossest thing I have ever had there. the spinach was squishy the texture was slimy and nasty. Will never order this again. I threw half my panini away.

Most of the staff is very nice, but I feel as if I was treated unfairly. I could not see that my barista had given me a straw due to the angle at which it was placed when she gave me my drink. Naturally, I grabbed my own straw, only to be reprimanded for retrieving my own straw. To be honest, the situation left me feeling demeaned. Really, it should be clear that customers are not to touch the straws. It's not as if I was dangling over the counter reaching for a straw--- the straws are located well within arms reach for a normal sized human being. I wish that there were clear markings to indicate that the straws are not to be touched by customers. I just want to get a coffee -- I don't want to be scolded like a kid!

The staff are generally friendly, fast, and happy to help. Typical Starbucks fare, but I like it. Love it when I get to be a part of a pay it forward setup (each person pays for the one behind them; it can go on for a while!) through the drive through!

Don't go for tea. Wanted something real like English breakfast. The choices where all moods. Calm, Dreamy, pleasant... what kind of idiot named there tea's but I digress. The only tea they had that I have herd of before was green (which is good when I make it) they failed to mention that it was green peppermint. which is disgusting. Also if you just get a strait cup of coffee its kind of gross. The really fance cafe frape half calf moca thinga ma bobs are yummy but that it. Avoid coffee and tea.

The facility and staff are nice but the coffee is average at best. What gets my goat is the prices here. I live in CA and travel all around world routinely and this is absolutely the highest priced, no frills Starbucks anywhere. Come on, $2.25 for a Venti coffee? Downtown San Francisco is $2.15 at the very highest and most Starbucks charge only $2.00, what make this location command higher prices?
