I don't know why but this is the 1st time I've been to this WH it DEFINITELY won't be the last. Watching the cook staff work is a show in itself. The place is rocking and every order is out quick! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. Unlike some other Waffle Houses I've been to this store is fabulous.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Food is filling and the location is convenient. The servers there were nice, albiet the service was a bit slow when we came. Got the stead for 10 bucks which was a good deal and the bacon patty melt was solid. For the price, you can't beat having a great hot meal. Its not the cleanest and its not the nicest place, but you go there to get some quick hot food.

It's hard to believe, but I've landed at the same Waffle House again. Last time, I was just driving through Nashville. This time, I'm actually here working for a couple of weeks and my hotel is around the corner. Night and day, comparing this Waffle House to the one on Elm Hill. A much friendlier and happier staff. Cleaner tables. And the food was cooked better. I usually have the same thing at a Waffle House - the All Star Breakfast. Eggs over easy, wheat toast dry, hash browns with cheese (covered) and with ham. It was all perfect today. Exactly as it's supposed to be at a Waffle House. Yay! I'm a fan!

Cheap waffles that are pretty good. They also serve burgers, hash browns, etc. Best feature is it's open 24 hours.

This place completely hit the spot. Food was awesome, our waitress was genuinely kind and attentive, and the staff worked together to make a busy morning not so hectic. Great job! This is how breakfast should be every morning.

I've always liked Waffle House. This week had a early call time for work. Just before 6 am i call so i could just pick it up. Ordered 8 bacon egg cheese biskets. They were just finishing up as i arrived. They were awesome. Great job to the fast and friendly crew.

president in town had traffic stopped so i made the best of it and stopped here at waffle house. older staff here but the omelette and bacon were cooked perfectly and exactly what i asked for. no better bacon than crispy waffle house bacon and the omelette was light and fluffy. very well done. so im giving a thumbs up to eating here during the day with this staff.

The food is excellent. The staff was awesome, professional, and friendly. I'd usually reserved four stars for high end restaurants. However, the personality of the staff was so friendly that I can't help but priase them. Really liked the jalapeÃ±o biscuits. Service was fast. And even though they were busy, the whole staff stopped long enough for a picture.

For a Waffle House, this is 5 stars. They have a very friendly staff. The place is clean. The food didn't take long at all. And it was delicious. It satisfied my late night craving.

Given the very standard set up of all Waffle House restaurants, I think what can distinguish them is their cleanliness and their staff. We had breakfast food at lunch time on a Sunday. We seem to get their after a rush as initially I noted several tables needed busing and there was only one open spot. After we sat down they did catch up on clean up and cleaned up all the open tables and one of the staff went on the mop the floor of the entire restaurant while we were there. Our helper seemed tired but was extremely friendly and helpful with out order and our service. She offered us an extra waffle, I think because she became slightly confused about our order. We would not have noticed she was confused, so were surprised when she offered to extra waffle. We ended up declining because we had plenty of food. They had plenty of staff on hand so everything was made quickly. She gave us a waffle first to have like an appetizer and but the rest of the food came very soon after. The food is very basic and was appropriately cooked but I would not really say anything stood out as being better than expected. You get what you would expect for breakfast food at a Waffle House.

Cheap and quick. 4 people ate well with drinks for $25. Unheard of in CA. I had my hashbrowns ALL THE WAY except peppered. The waitress looked at me like I was crazy. I thought it would be the norm. Very good. And the waffles are nice and light.

This is a great Waffle House. If you're visiting and have a midday flight out of Nashville, this is the place to go. The staff are friendly and entertaining, the food is great tasting and hits the spot for breakfast. We've only had the waffles, but that's what you should order! Get in early because it is small and gets crowded.

I can't believe I'm giving a Waffle House 4 stars. Everything was just spot on. The coffee was hot and fresh, the service was friendly and had just the right amount of personality. My wife and I stopped by for some breakfast on a lazy Saturday. We had initially intended to go to Cracker Barrel, but didn't want to wait 45 minutes for a table. We sat down immediately at Waffle House and were on our way having finished a tasty meal before our table would've been ready at Cracker Barrel. I have many fond memories of coffee and hashbrowns at Waffle House during my college days. If you're similarly nostalgic, this is one of the better Waffle Houses I've dined at...give it a shot and you won't be disappointed.

I have been coming here forever, or at least since 2002 when it became a kitchen away from kitchen at the end of an hour commute, conveniently located near my office. I would leave early to avoid traffic, but that left me hungry, needing more coffee, and at the office too early. So I became acquainted with this eatery and know all the morning staff by name, as they do mine. My coffee is served as I walk in the door and they yell their "Hello-Welcome to Waffle House" with my name at the end. The food is served hot, fresh and the coffee is refilled almost too regularly. What's not to love?

Don't set your expectations too high people. After all, this is a Waffle House. Staff is engaging and easy to talk to. Also, every WH I go to there is ALWAYS, always, always some sort of drama behind the counter. Servers getting catty or getting gossipy. I had a front row seat to this and it's like the staff doesn't understand the customers can watch all this take place. Triple order hash browns scattered and two eggs overhard. Nothing like a gut bomb before getting on the plane going home. Two stars for the simple, fast breakfasr. Another for the excellent people watching behind the counter with the sweet-as-molasses-Southern Drawl. Right down the street from the airport! Winning!

The food is good, but the staff is what made this place something to remember. Once we walked in, it felt like we've been there before. Sat at the counter and right away this lovely older lady was asking "What would you like to drink hun?" I ordered a coffee and it was always getting refilled. Being from out of town, we some how started talking to every person who worked there about how our stay was, where we were from, how their experience was visiting Los Angeles, and just a lot of random things that made breakfast comfortable and enjoyable. No one was stuck up, rude, or just working and focusing on rushing around like you might see at Denny's in LA. They had great personalities, and since the stove is right across from the counter, you can just interact with everyone easily. I can't wait to go back there again!

If you are in the South, this is an institution! This particular location was across from my hotel so I decided to drop in after a 3-4 year absence. The cheesy eggs, toast and grits totally hit the spot. Fresh, hot and good... just what my tummy needed after 4-5 hours of in air turbulence and roasted peanuts. Order was up in under 5 minutes, service was very attentive an the price was good. Yup, Ill be back!

This is the best waffle house is Nashville in my opinion. Friendly staff, and they really want to take care of ya. Toddle house omelet w/bacon, smothered, covered, and chunked hashbrowns FTW! So freaking good. Leah was an awesome server.

I ate breakfast (omelette) there on Sat., Oct. 13, 2012 and got food poisoning. The symptoms started almost immediately and lasted through Thurs., Oct. 18. I missed 4 days from work. Headache, backache, stomachache, nausea, diarrhea.
