First off, this place was very crowded but they do get you seated relatively quickly. Our server was very friendly. We ordered the crispy wantons and lettuce wraps to start us off. I devoured the crispy wantons and my companions devoured the lettuce wraps exclaiming how delicious they were. I just loved the crispy wantons, the are obviously crispy on the outside but on the inside they are soft like a dumpling and stuffed with pork. I heard the lettuce wraps were fantastic. When you go your will bring you out six sauces that are good however two are really spicy (a mustard and spicy sauce), 2 are like soy sauces but one of the two has a sweeter taste, and then there are two others and I feel bad, but I only know that one is a white vinegar I believe it was to cool down too spicy sauces For dinner, I ordered their pork lo mein which was good but kind of bland so I drenched it in the sweeter soy sauce:) By the time dinner was complete I was far too full for dessert, but the dessert display looked to die for :)))

It's a chain, I know. But, it is consistently good food, reasonably priced, and well served. Go for lunch, and sit at the bar. You'll get great service and good food.

PF Chang's is a saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaks! i'd much rather go to panda express than to eat at pf chang's. need i to say more?!?!

Everyone always wants to eat at this damn place, but I could totally leave it. The setting is nice, but I just don't get all the fuss. I would rather eat Chinese food at a little family-run restaurant for 1/4 the price.

Hmm, I don't know about this one. When it comes to Chinese, I like the authentic ones and obviously we all know this isn't catered to the traditional Chinese foods. I only go there because my mom likes it. Like I said, we don't have authentic Chinese restaurant in Nashville, so I guess this will suffice for a Chinese dine out! However, I don't get it; it's always crowed. Our American folks seem to love and continue to rave about place!

The ambience is great. The food is good but nothing great. Service is pretty good and there's free parking. A little pricey thought.
P.F Changs was at one point, my favorite restaurant as far as chains go. About 3 years ago, I started noticing changes but still kept going hoping it was a one-time thing but after today, I won't be going back. Honestly, Panda Express has better food, cheaper prices and they get my to-go orders right. As I said, several years ago, I noticed the food was just not as good as it used to be. Our favorite dish was changed and there were no veggies in it anymore. Today was the 2nd time in a row that I've ordered a to-go order and they got it wrong. I had to drive all the way back to get my order right and no one offered to comp at least one of the entrees for my trouble. When I called to let them know the order was wrong, I got excuses instead of just an "I'm sorry". Once we got home and started to eat our dinner, it was just bad. The meat was so tough and sinewy that we just chewed and chewed and chewed. It was so overcooked. The sauce was so salty....it felt like I was eating warmed up beef jerky. This was a $57 order...I could've gone to Stoney River or Maggiano's and had a really great meal for that price. If I'm craving Chinese-American, I'll eat at Panda Express. I've eaten there a half-dozen times and it is always good, fresh and the meats are tender. Good-bye, P.F. Changs...my 12 year affair with you is over....$57 for a really bad meal is ridiculous in this day and time...Nashville is full of wonderful restaurants with really good foodat your same prices. I feel like you are resting on your laurels and letting quality take a back seat.

I used to like P.F. Chang's....but maybe that was before my palate developed and/or Nashville was bombarded with such other amazing restaurants. Whatever the case, when I stopped in for a family lunch on Sunday I was so underwhelmed. We started with the lettuce wraps, one chicken, one veggie. An appetizer I remember liking in the past. This time around, it was more water chestnuts than chicken! Do not like. I split the cucumber side dish and chicken paid thai with my mom. The chicken pad thai was not good. No fish sauce, the noodles were all wrong. Then we asked for it very spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. Complete let down. The cucumbers were in a soy sauce and tasted strangely. Huh?? My dad got the Mao Pau (sp?) tofu.... the tofu had sauce on it and was fried, but there was hardly any flavor. The broccoli had zero seasoning. It was just steamed and bland. I really didn't enjoy anything that I ate here. Plus they no longer mix the three sauces at your table like they once did. The only redeeming part of the meal was our server who was attentive and did a good job with us.

We came for a birthday lunch and had Great experience, great food and great service! I had pork dim sum and stir fry eggplant. The dim sum was good but the eggplant was terrific. Crispy outside and soft inside with a sweet and lightly spicy sauce, it was delicious. They are so consistent it's hard to have a bad experience and this one did not disappoint!

I have been to many P.F. Changs before, and am pretty savvy in picking healthy choices. This is a pit difficult in chain restaurants and especially "Americanized Chinese". We were attending a Vanderbilt basketball game at 5, so I made a reservation for 7:30 ( a must on a weekend? As the wait for a walk-in was over an hour - and I refuse to wait that long for food) . We arrived a few minutes early and were seated within 5 min. We knew ahead of time we wanted the lettuce wraps and were thrilled that they offered a "steamed" version ( versus wok fried) of several dishes. We choose the ginger chicken and broccoli and splurged on a vegetarian fried rice. We loved that the ginger chicken came with the sauce on the side, as it was very sweet and we just dribbled it on to get the taste.... Chicken and broccoli, was just steamed, no seasoning, so it needed a bit of sauce. We ordered a bottle of 14 Hands Merlot ( reasonable at $28, but probably $11 bottle at any store)". Overall a nice and convent way to end a fun evening,,. Nothing over the top, but better than fast food. We don't typically go to chain restaurants in Nashville... Just too many other great places to go, but this was close by and we had a gift card!

Beef Sichuan was tougher and drier than some beef jerky I've had. They no longer start you with sauces at the table, you have to request them. Sauces may or may not arrive while your food is still hot.

I love everything on PF Chang's menu. My favorites are the chicken lettuce wraps (of course), Chang's spicy chicken, hot fish, and lo mein. The service is always decent, and they have a pretty good wine list. I only take away a star because they have wine on tap, but the tap is always mysteriously broken or malfunctioning every time I go to this location. I know wine on tap sounds cheap and gross, but it's actually really good, and it is a couple dollars less than their average glass of wine. I'm not sure if the tap is genuinely always not working or if the server is just trying to increase their check average. Either way, it's annoying.

I go for the gluten free options, but quality is not always at the top. Pei Wei is better, but doesn't have as many gluten free options. Staff is average at best... For the prices I expect more overall.
It has been a while since we tried P.F Chang's and being downtown decided to go for lunch, we arrived early just after 11 and seated immediately. I think we fell victim to the early lunch team as sadly our lunch fell very short of expectations. Lobster Tacos on the pairing menu come out as penny sized deep fried pieces of "something" that only tasted like deep fried pieces of "something" no dressing and very poorly assembled and not worth the $10.00 tag. Chicken Satay very tasty but served minus the skewers (they had ran out) and peanut sauce very thin. Soda and water only plus an appetizer of fried green beans all for $32.00 plus tip just not value for money. Management - hopefully dinner service is better but lunch service did not serve you well.

Consistently delicious Chinese. I always order the kung pao chicken or shrimp. Always the same. Always tasty and spicy. This location was very big and nice. Our server was crackin a lot of jokes so that was pretty entertaining.

Another chain review. I really don't like to do this, so will specify, just this location bc different owners, different experience. This one has been around since 2000 or possibly 1 year earlier, not exactly sure. We used to eat at the bar because always crowded. These days can get a table relatively, but bar is still fun. We always have the lettuce wraps...well because they are the best ever. And really, the original. I don't recommend Lunch portions. Small and more rice. Get the dinner and take some home. I was disappointed when we bought lunch and thought...man for a few dollars more, we could almost have 2 times the portion and that is dinner and next day lunch. Yes you heard me right. I love love love their chicken noodle like soup. Their noodles are a white noodle and they look like bamboo shoots. These are not bamboo shoots so they are carbs. But whatever... it is great chicken soup for 8 or 9 dollars. If soup is not your go to, their eggplant dish is sooo good for vegetarians. Their Black pepper shrimp is wonderful and the the Kung Pow is also our go to. They have Dan Dan noodles too. All favorites. We also have had their Tuna Sashimi. Save that for your Japanese rest. visit, unless you really need some. Also the dumplings. You can get those at the grocery and they are good, but spend your money where you can't get it somewhere else. They used to have a corking thing where if you bought some wine and did not finish it, you could take it home. I don't know if they do that anymore. That was about 7 years ago when we heard about it. Most servers are extremely knowledgeable. If you don't like one. ask for another .The managers are very good. Bathrooms were clean. Parking...hmmm...either circle, park on the street or go to the garage. The parking lot is NOT easy, but have faith, someone is always pulling out. They have a great kids menu too! My son usually orders 3 of them and it still is a deal.

This was actually my first PF Chang's experience and I've gotta say... its a little overrated. Its not exactly what I thought it would be. For one thing, the inside was a really cool hangout and it kind of looked upscale? I wasn't actually expecting that. But on the downside, the food wasn't cheap (about $10/ dish and if you're a pig like me, you'll get 2 or 3 dishes so its not the stereotypical Chinese food restaurant that you might think of). Also, the food was really salty and obviously mainstream/ Americanized stuff. Either way, I enjoyed it. I got the eggplant in black bean sauce and ginger and the beef lo mein. I walked out pretty happy.

I'm probably the only Nashvillian who hadn't eaten at P.F. Chang's up until two weeks ago, but you'll have to forgive me because I was too poor to eat there before I moved to Canada (to whom I must give thanks for paying me a living wage). I listened to acquaintances goo and gush over the menu, wondering what the hell was so special about a place with pan-Asian cuisine. On a personal level, I wonder no longer, yet I'm still no closer to understanding what all the to-do was about. A friend and I arrived at about 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was busy, but not full, and we were seated almost immediately. I knew something was weird when servers kept stopping by the neighboring table. It didn't take long for them to start sitting down and chumming with the table's occupants, who I'm pretty sure were fellow servers off the clock. If you've ever worked in a restaurant, you should have some idea that it's not kosher to sit down at a friend's table when you're on the floor, and that it's totally inappropriate to help yourself to bites of their food and sips of their drinks. And the incessant up-down, down-up was supremely annoying. Our own server wasn't fraternizing with them, thankfully, and he mitigated the behavior of his annoying co-workers. He kept our glasses full and our meals straight (without an order pad). I had a forgettable drink (a margarita?--you'd think I'd be able to remember something like that, seeing as I only had one), then some passable spring rolls, which, based on the menu's description, I expected to be fresh and raw rather than fried. I had the seared ahi tuna salad, which was tasty, but again, nothing mind-blowing, and tried my friend's cucumbers (also tasty). I hadn't eaten anything extraordinarily bad (save the spring rolls), but I was left with a lethargic food hangover, which makes me think there was fat and sugar hiding in everything else I ate. In sum, far from the worst dining experience I've ever had, but also far from the best. At $70 for two appetizers, a salad, a side, and three drinks, I think I'll pass in the future (or let someone else pay).

When you're stuck in your old home cookin' ways, don't you dare forget this place exists! Eating here is always the right decision; Always excellent service, great food and calming atmosphere. Don't even get me started on leftovers- OMG. They are just as good as the day ordered it (prepared right of course!)

I love P.F. Changs. However, there was an experience here that may have forever ruined my love for this place. I came in with my girlfriend in the afternoon for lunch. It took a little while for our server, Niccole, to come over. We just got the calamari and the lettuce wraps. Our table was situated so that we had a direct view to the kitchen. We waited for almost 15 minutes for the food. While we were waiting, we watched Niccole brush food off the one table with her hand into her other hand. Then she immediately went back and grabbed the lettuce for our wraps WITH HER HANDS. Obviously, this ruined our appetite. She brought the food over and must have seen the look on our face because she asked if everything was ok. We didn't know what to say. She immediately went back and got more lettuce, this time she used the tongs! Why didn't she use those for ours? ? She then brought that lettuce to our table, saying just in case we needed some extra. Yes, we could use some "extra. " Needless to say we only ate the second batch of lettuce. Overall, not a good experience.

Mediocre Americanized Chinese food... the quality of the dishes has gone down from say 5 years ago. portion sizes are a lot smaller, and the food is always cooked in a ton of oil and grease! Yes, I'm a snob and a bit more harsh on Chinese restaurants, bc I am always comparing it to my mommy's cooking! At least the atmosphere is good. But I would come here unless I have to (when its other people's choice for an event).

I really do like this place. I've never had a bad experience- my waiter/waitress has always been very friendly, and the food has always been delicious. It is definitely not authentic Chinese food! However, it tastes great and isn't overly greasy, which I love. There are only a couple of negative things I can really say: 1) Ladies (or gentlemen) that are working as a host/hostess in the front, get off your friggin' phone while you are at work! It's really rude and immature! 2) The portion sizes are very small for what you pay. I really think that for a $14 entree you should get more food than they do give you. However, I guess you're paying for ambiance or some such nonsense... I wouldn't make this my go-to for Chinese, but sometimes it's nice to change it up with some of the unique items on P.F. Chang's menu. My bf (who is, by the way, Chinese) and I quite like this restaurant.

Never again! I visited on 4/6/15 for dinner. This is a neighborhood restaurant for me and I have been here on many occasions. At this dinner I had water to drink. I ordered a bowl of hot and sour soup so I would have leftovers to take home. The soup was delicious. My entree was spicy scallops and shrimp. The entree was a small serving. My rice was brought to the table when the other people at the table were receiving their appetizers. My entree tasted of nothing but salt. My bill was $36. There were 5 in our party. The service was haphazard. Items were served in no sequence whatsoever. And I won't be back. There are too many Chinese restaurants in Nashville that have better food for a much better price.
It took us 30 minutes to receive our appetizer. We watched as literally every table around us received their appetizers, drinks, and entrees and we just waited. Our food finally arrived 45 minutes later. Poor service, poor quality of food, and overpriced. Never. Again.

I have never been to PF Chang's before this past week. I am not sure why, it just never comes up. But my coworker wanted to do her birthday lunch there so off we went. So obviously it is a chain and I am sure all the food is delish but HOLY MOTHER OF GOD have you looked up the nutritional info on the food at this place? Look it up. Think you are being healthy with that dish that is basically chicken, broccoli, and rice? Nope you are eating 800 calories. If you get a vegetarian dish, try 1000 calories. I'm just saying WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY PUTTING IN THIS FOOD? I couldn't get over that and it clouded my entire opinion of this place. Granted it is for the entire dish so if you take half home then it isn't as bad....but a lot of people eat more than half (or all of it) so they are getting screwed if they think they are being healthy. So I got some duck spring rolls that were on the summer menu and some hot and sour soup which together came out to a reasonable 420 calories. I just didn't want to blow the diet on this stuff that didn't sound as appetizing to me as a hole in the wall joint. I really liked the hot and sour soup. Duck rolls were ok. I just can't really get into spring rolls overall. Not their fault, just preference. I know, I'm being way harsh, but damn. Some good things included the really nice waiters, super helpful, kinda young and flirty, we loved the guy. The restaurant itself is really sleek and nice inside. Patio seating available. For my money, and definitely for these calories, I'm going to get some fried chicken or a burger or some non-chain Asian food.

After being seated it took a little while-as in 10 minutes-until the waiter came around for our drink order. Luckily we had plenty of time to figure out what we wanted to eat because drinks didn't come for another 5-10 minutes. When our food finally arrived we noticed all the silverware on our table was dirty. I ordered the pad Thai, which came more spicy than asked and very oily. Pad Thai isn't oily. It would have been easier to eat if my water was refilled, but I only received one refill on my greatly needed water. All in all I feel generous giving 2 stars.

I've dined here once before and was very pleased - even on a "bad" date! Zeph was my server and all was well-attended. Tonight, I read the Yelpers before coming just for kicks and giggles - everyone is entitled to their opinion and especially on Yelp. But we all know there are lots of disgruntled douchebags out there.. This evening I sat at the bar and was very well-attended by Lynn and Haven. I ordered Ahi Tuna Tartare, Edamame, and a cup of Hot & Sour Soup - all of which was good but I won't be revisiting the soup. Apparently it's loaded with sodium which I hear is bad for you but so are douchebags. I should add that I've been in hospitality for 20 years and have reasonable but high standards and I'm a pleased customer! Cheers y'all

Iike the menu and the dishes they offer . BUT, their dishes are on the salty side and it over takes flavors . ( sodium) Offering chop sticks is a plus as soon as you sit down . Friendly staff . Must try if you haven't .

I could be wrong, but I doubt General Tso served his chicken in a bistro. P.F. Chang's is Americanized chain food. As long as you know this going into your meal and are ok with that, then you can have a decent experience, although I feel the prices reflect the upscale interior decor more than the actual food and I have to wonder why you would choose to pay more for mediocre, dumbed-down food when there are so many good, inexpensive ethnic restaurants in town offering the real deal. I believe the actual "chain-ness" of the place is the answer to my question. The menu caters to all needs and desires: there are items that are gluten-free, vegetarian, spicy, not spicy, kid-friendly and, as I said, the food is Americanized so there will be no crazy surprises. All that, and a choice of several chocolate desserts and Key Lime pie? What more could you ask for? So, what it boils down to is that P.F. Chang's is the place to go when you have group of people you might not know very well, who have differing tastes, e.g. a work get-together. Oh, and BTW - the parking sucks.

Well the service was off tonight I had to pour my own Bottle Water and the Deserts are Frozen. When I inquired about it (deserts) no answer from the waiter I ask to find out if they were frozen or not.he came back to advise they will chilled. .meaning frozen I asked the quest again at the check in I was told because Frozen is Good..I laughed and advised them Frozen is never good..

The drinks were very much worth the money and the food was tasty as always. I had the Spicy Ahi Tuna Roll and A bowl of hot and sour soup ( to share of course!) I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff I do want to point out that the guy behind the counter up front remembered me from last time I came which was months ago. Parking is a nightmare so make sure you have reservations if you do valet let them know you have reservations so they'll treat you good. It bothered me a bit that the valet service treated me like a child until I let them know I had reservations. This is the only reason I didn't give the 5th star.

This is exactly what you would expect from large scale chain dining. Friendly service, very generic menu. Very mediocre/average taste. Just very ordinary.

The food seems a little overpriced for the amount and quality you get. I'm getting a little tired of finding cartilage (or something else that's hard and gross) in my chicken. This location has a pretty nice dining environment, a bar and outside seating. My service has been good overall, when they've made mistakes they've compensated appropriately.

Disappointing. Chengdu Lamb not on menu anymore. No unflavored black tea. WHAT!? Noisy, drafty, unwelcoming. Hot sour soup tasted burnt, with no other flavor. I'll stop before main course arrives, I'm bringing myself down with this review. Truth be told, I seldom eat at chain restaurants. PF Chang used to be one exception. Not any more. Zai jian Chang xian sheng!

I'm a bit prejudiced when it comes to big chain restaurants - I had been to PF Chang's in the past, years ago, and wasn't impressed with the quality of the food. It was, in my mind, on par with Cheesecake Factory for mediocrity. When looking for lunch - and vegan protein seems to be a rather elusive concept in Nashville, I figured PF Chang would at least be able to serve me some danged tofu, right? That's all I asked at the front - "Do you have tofu?" -- the host who seated me at the bar recommended the spicy Mapo Tofu -- and I was very impressed, Great flavors in the sauce and way more broccoli than I could eat with about 12-14 oz of cubed silken tofu. I also ordered the spicy green beans which were just as good as any I might get at a decent Northern Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area. Service was fantastic -- the atmosphere was very cordial and laid back - there were several regulars there, and it was a pretty good lunch for about $20. Not bad at all!

WOW! For a Friday night we got great service even with our bartender dry attitude. Maybe he was tired or not friendly but his service was really good. The food was really, really good. We just happened to be in the area with to me friends for a birthday outing and stopped by fir dinner. We normally visit the other location in the area because it's closer to home. I would highly recommend!

Gluten Free friendly. I love to eat hear. I am gluten free and this is one of the best places to grab a meal. The place was very busy so it took a little bit to get our food, but it was good when we received it. i am a major fan of P.F Chang's Food is always good.

Holy cow. Talk about game on - Not! Love, love, love PF Changs for over 15 years. This kitchen is messing up by switching products and not realizing it until enough customers complain (fried shrimp dumplings with the wrong dumpling wrapper - apologetic management realized that). S&P prawns comes out without the second main ingredient. So, our two favorite items were less than 50% satisfactory. But to really make it hurt was the cockiness of our waitress always asking "foods good! right?" While briskly walking past our table. Never bussed. This was not a nice evening. Huge disappointment because we love PF Changs, and chose a family celebration over a local restaurant

Love this place! Great food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Tried the pad thai (exquisite!) and the Ma Po Tofu (very good), but I haven't ventured out more through their menu. The pad thai is too good to not order it every time!

Free valet! Which was great because it was 100 degrees and super crowded. This is located in a cute little strip mall anchored with a Marriott at one end and one of the few remaining Barnes and Noble Bookstores at the other end. This was one of the friendliest locations I've ever been too. And they must do a great business because they were packed. I sat at the bar and began with the crispy green bean appetizers. Two women seated next to me asked about them and I ended up sharing with them. They became big fans of this appetizer too. The long green beans lightly battered in tempura are as addictive as potato chips. The dipping sauce served with them is spicy and makes this a flavorful appetizer. And the portion is large so it's nice to share. And, the bartender also let me know that leftovers can be warmed on a cookie sheet in the oven and they crisp right up ;) I couldn't decide between the Coconut Curry Vegetables and the Kung Pao Scallops. So I got both! And both were delicious. The Coconut Curry Vegetables were delicious. Green beans, red bell pepper, onion, carrots, mushrooms and tofu in a delicious coconut curry sauce. The Kung Pao Scallops come in a lunch portion that is the perfect portion. These scallops were spicy and flavorful and all coated in the Kung Pao sauce. Beware the red peppers in this dish - HOT! They no longer have the Blackberry Green Tea on the menu. They now have a Mango Green Tea that was quite refreshing. The service was fantastic. The bartender gave me enough space for me to enjoy the book I was reading but was also attentive. And something new at this location was that he already had a pre-mixed sauce ready for patrons. (They usually concoct a little mix using soy sauce, mustard and hot sauce when you get your order.) Great way to think ahead!

My fiance and I went to PF Changs last night to celebrate our 3-year anniversary, and it was a great experience! Even though there was a bit of a wait, we still got in on time for our reservation, and were able to enjoy our food. Our server was excellent, always checking up on us, refilling our waters, and even bringing us dessert on the house in honor of our anniversary. I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and some pork dumplings...which all were delicious. I even shared some calimari with my fiance and it was so tasty! If I had one thing to complain about, it's only the fact that you can no longer get 10% off of your meal with your Warrior card. But I still plan on returning! :)

I've been to many PF Chang's all over the country. This one was sub par. Food was served differently. For example sauce on top of dumplings, not on side? Chicken lettuce wraps tasted fine, but pieces were very large and not finely chopped as they should be. Service was friendly, but waitress got our order wrong and we had to order again. She never brought rice to go with our food and we were not given knives in our napkin roll. It was not very busy when we were there. No wait. Table was not wiped down and receipt from last person was still on the table when we were seated.

Host with an attitude spoiled our visit from the start. Made a noon reservation and when we showed up we were forced to wait for 10 minutes even though 75% of the tables were open. Do they think waiting is part of the experience?

Pad Thai was pretty bland, not a fan. We were also disappointed to sit next to a manager while he explained to a busser why he wasn't ready for customer service positions. Perhaps do that behind closed doors? The usual chain restaurant...not delightful enough for us to return.

Just went in to grab a quick lunch. 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. While waiting I counted 12 completely empty tables and 8 tables that just needed to be cleaned. They seemed very unorganized.

We arrived at 11:30, so nobody had obviously been seated at our table since the night before. There were cough drops in our booth, dried food on the seats, and the plates they gave us were visibly dirty. The new plates they brought were also dirty. If it's been brought to your attention, shouldn't you check before you lay more plates down? The food was ok at best. We ordered crab wontons and lettuce wraps for appetizers. We were not impressed with either. The wraps were extremely oily, they did not provide close to enough lettuce, and the wontons had zero flavor. For our meals, we ordered changs Kung pow chicken and sesame chicken. They were both average. However, the speed of the service was fantastic. However, we will not be returning.

I seriously don't know how PF Changs stays in business. My wife and I waited 45 mins for a table for 2 while watching couples get seated that came in after us. The staff seemed more concerned about hanging out with each other rather than customer service. The place is a joke. Not worth the wait.

For a national Chinese restaurant chain, this location is exactly what you'd expect from them. The food is consistent. The atmosphere is in line with the national brand. Love the orange chicken as well as the spicy chicken with their brown rice. The pan friend pork dumplings are always a safe, excellent, consistent bet. The service is hit-or-miss here. Several of the staff are top notch, but it seems more have a difficult time keeping up with the deliverables. The hostess staff typically have a ton of attitude, but I've grown used to it until the other night when walked in on a hostess who DID NOT want to seat us as her shift was ending. Note, we were out before closing time, still.

Food was good, and they are good with their vegetarian food as well, as most of my party were vegetarians. Got the kung pao with scallops, but its pretty pricey. That alone cost 21 bucks because I upgraded to fried rice... but still! Probably will come back if I feel like celebrating something, but not for casual dining.

Bad service. Too expensive for what ya get. And don't even think about a Togo order. All the hospital around, hungry staff, ya think they would do better

This location is always great in my opinion. The lettuce wraps, moo goo gai pan, and lo mein are always great. Servers are always very attentive!

I'm not exactly a fan on the Chang's, but I wouldn't turn it down. I think most people will love it. The vegetarian silken tofu they almost have right... from 3 experiences with it it's been a little over the place, but never bad. Sometimes juicy (not supposed to be juicy) sometimes crisp on the outside and uncooked on the inside - it's hard to cook tofu right. The coconut/peanut curry dish they make is great, it's possibly the best veggie thing they have on the menu. It's the second best rendition of that curry I've had, and the best is about a block away in a little Thai dive restaurant and a few dollars cheaper. It is, however, remarkable. They have Yazoo on draft, and the beer is good but I have not really found a foodstuff it complements yet. But I have not tried too much variety there. This is a nice business-class Chinese bistro, nothing wrong with it other than parking. It's safe, tasty, and not horribly priced. I dig it.

We went here when everywhere else was closed one night and we really needed some food in us. The hosts were very professional and the food was actually quite nice. It's a little in the pricey side but definitely still in budget for most people and they were very knowledgeable regarding the gluten in the meals. They have a specific Gluten Free sub-menu which was very helpful. My veggie GF enjoyed it and so did I. It's not the best place in town to get food, but it was the best chinese that we went to and is definitely worth going to.

Thank you CJ for inviting me for lunch to cheer me up. It is the first time for us to this restaurant although it is just downstairs. As Chinese, I could just say PF Chang offers good American style Chinese foods. If it is in China, only low-to-middle level. Anyway, we had a very happy lunch time and I would like to recommend it to other friends.

This is my second time going to PF Changs, and it wasn't my pick to go. We were meeting a group in town. We showed up about 10 minutes early to make sure we had a table for everyone since it was Friday night. Well for 15 minutes we ended up sitting without a single person coming and talking to us. I finally went back to the host stand and requested a new table. In that time another server took our drink order then pawned us off to another server. The Manager lady came over and didn't seem to care at all that we just sat there for 15 minutes being ignored, her time at the table was very short and simple. The food was decent, nothing extravagant, def over priced. The atmosphere was busy but the restaurant wasn't even full.

The service was amazing! Charles was great! The lettuce wraps are my favorite. Not so impressed with the pad thai but that's okay, the crispy honey shrimp was so good!!

We went on a Wednesday night and were surprised at how packed the restaurant was. We were seated fairly quickly but it took FOREVER to get our food. 30 minutes before appetizers arrived and 1 hr. And 5 minutes before entrees arrived. When we finally got our food it was lukewarm. It had obviously been sitting under the warming light for some time rather than being brought to our table. Our waiter was a wise a-- and didn't even offer apologies but a few negative comments instead. Don't think I'll be back at P F Changs.

We recently went to PF Chang's for my birthday. You definitely want to call ahead and make a rez or do call ahead seating. We had a group of 6 adults and they tried to put us into one of the semi circle booths... i think it would fit 4 comfortably, but not 6 adults. SO we requested a different table. They allowed us to wait in the booth, and gave us the next available table. They didn't make us feel like they were put out in the slightest and were so nice about the switch. Needless to say, the service was great! I appreciate when a server keeps the glasses full, with out asking a million times... this guy was on top of it! Our food came fairly quick and everything was exactly correct! It took me several trips to find a couple dishes that were just my taste, but I love the chicken fried rice and the duck! Dessert was SO DELICIOUS!! Love the chocolate cake! Parking- there is a valet, but you can also park in the hotel garage and PF Chang's will validate the parking slip, so you don't have to pay!

This is the worst food I have eaten in my life. I would be better off eating a quarter pounder in mc donalds. PF changs is over priced, sub standard chinese food served in a snobbish setting. I hate this place. There is nothing good about this place. I don't care if the food is not authentic but it has to taste good. Food in PF changs is no different from the 5 dollar chinese buffet restaurants. Actually, it might be worse. So it just does'nt add up. PF CHANGS SUCKS BIG TIME. They are a disgrace on chinese cuisine.

I'm all about authentic food. The food isn't horrible, but it's just not my style. I'd prefer going to a locally owned over a restaurant chain any day. Their food is just too generic. Meh.

5 stars for excellent customer service. I walked in and placed to to-go order from the bar. I received Fast, quick service. Then as I sat and waited, the person at the entrance who seats their customers offered me something to drink as I waited. However, they get No stars on my meal. I ordered brown rice with my meal and it was not edible, it was hard and very distasteful, I basically threw it away. And my meal wasn't correct, I got no soup that comes with the lunch specials. Needless to say, I was disappointed when I sat down for dinner at work that evening. So, I definately won't be returning no time soon.

Went here with my fiance for our 3 year anniversary. Thank goodness we made a reservation as the place was packed and the wait was, from what I was hearing, an hour or more for those just walking in. We only had to wait about 20 minutes as we had a reservation. Again, save yourself the wait, especially if you are going for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc...) and put in a reservation online in advance. Usually 48 to 72 hours before hand is good enough to get the time you want, except on really busy days, like Valentine's for example. Also, while PF Chang's is definitely not authentic it is still very good, and a wide variety at that. Honestly, at least as far as I am aware, finding a good vegetarian chinese restaurant is not easy, that being said I like meat, but still not all my friends do. Anyway, I digress. As to our experience, our waitress was really nice and took great care of us. The service was fast and the food was excellent as per usual. And when I asked for a big dish of lemons for my water, the waitress brought me a cup size bowl of full of lemons. The salt n pepper calamari was perfect and the dumplings were absolutely delicious. Originally I wanted to try something new, but once again I caved to getting my favorite, the Singapore Street Noodles and once again, I was not disappointed, they were so good I cleaned my plate. Best of all, since it was our anniversary, we got dessert for free. My only complaint is that, like my fiance said, the Warrior card is now a points card and not a discount card. Oh well, at least we can still do something with it.

I had a good experience here...our waiter was very knowledgeable and nice and the food was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and the manager on duty gave me a $10 gift card since it was my first time at the restaurant. I'll definitely be coming back when I visit Nashville in the future and highly recommend this establishment.

First of all, I am a bit of a foodie (and, yes, I know that proclaiming such, I am reviewing a chain restaurant, which is a bit contradictory in and of itself) so I realize that I have high expectations. That said, I can't remember ever sending food back at a restaurant. Ever. Maybe I did one day, way back when...but I honestly can't remember ever doing so...I have definitely complained/reviewed many a meal to various dining companions over the years, but I have never sent food back. Until tonight. My husband and I had a gift card to PF Chang's and were very excited about a free (or at least inexpensive) night out. Before I begin the tale, I will preface by saying that our server was very good. I was a bit mortified throughout our meal (keep reading), but she was awesome. I just wish I remembered her name! Okay...the meal. First of all, we both ordered soup. The only way that I can explain it is that it tasted right out of a can. You know that really viscous, canned soup consistency? My egg drop soup tasted like Progesso chicken noodle...with some egg dropped in. And it was just above room temperature...kind of like bath water...for a baby. I ordered a mojito...and it tasted like a watered down limeaid from Sonic. Both went back. Then the entrees came out. Both of our entrees, including the rice, were lukewarm, at best. Those went back too! See what I mean about being mortified?! But we just couldn't handle it...even with our gift card in tow! We finally asked for the manager, who came out ohh...15-20 minutes later. And when he did, he basically stared at us and said "we dropped the ball." In the end, he did take some off of our tab. But to be honest, even if he would have offered us our meal for free, leaving us with our $50 gift card, I wouldn't haven't returned. And that is saying a lot, as I love a free meal. We won't return...we'll head to Ken's Sushi or Smiling Elephant for our Asian fix from now on.

This review is for the bar area and the fantastic Gluten Free menu that even includes dessert!! I love the food here and its great if with just 2 people and you can sit at the bar. The bartenders are great, specifically Dave and Haven, they fun, informative and very attentive.

The way to measure success is to compare the outcome to the original objective. All that means here is, know what you want before walking into a restaurant. Are you looking for an unique experience, great deal, great food, great service, or great atmosphere? All the above? The truth is that you'll rarely find a restaurant that does it all well (write about it if you do find that place tho, i wanna know). The food is of a good quality, but just know that this place is more about the asthetics. If that's what you're looking for, then you'll probably give this place an easy 4 stars. I'm more about good food at a good price. And thus, "to me," PF Chang's is not a success

What can I say? IOur food was incredibly sal generally love this place. It is open very late for those late nights or late night munchies, but the last two times that I've gone here my food has been too salty. You must try one of their signature cocktails, they change every so often, and of course, their mini desserts.

Ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps to go for lunch and was disappointed. They were not the flavor I have experienced in the past and had so much lime juice that every bit was tart and uncomfortable. Probably won't revisit although the service was fast, friendly, and helpful.

Service pretty reasonable and attentive without being bothersome. Food is okay, certainly not outstanding. Lamb as good though pretty fatty. The wok fried beef was terrible and the heavily promoted Pad Thai lacked the depth of favors to make it stand out. Overall a very middling average

The only complaint I have is the parking, and that is specific to this one only. Everything is phenomenal all the time every time. You can go online and sign up to be a member, for free of course, and get 10% off! Their garlic noodles are the bomb.com Mmmmmmmm! :-) lemon grass prawns with garlic noodles is my choice 80%of the time. On the more expensive side but hey it's well worth it. They also have tons of sauces you can ask for- plum, sweet and sour, ones they give you on the table, soy sauce. Whatever! You can really get creative here. Their menu has enough on it that you will never get bored with the choices like I do at some places. This is probably my favorite restaurant. It is for Chinese food. I would drive the extra 50 miles to eat here any day!!

I was really excited to go to PF Chang's for dinner, because It has such a great location next to the Vanderbilt University campus and the building looks really cool on the outside... ....However, the food is pretty expensive for the portion size and quality and it gave me a belly ache after! The double pan-fried noodles with chicken was okay, but very greasy and expensive for the portion I received!! Always packed and almost no parking in at the shopping center where it is located! To give PF Chang's some credit, you feel very cool and hip inside, the ambiance is great. Also, at the table next to mine several "older" folks were ordering from special menus with larger text for customers with sub-par vision. Good idea!

Not a huge fan of Chang's but I took some customers recently who like it. I have to say that it wasn't terrible. Their chicken soup is very good. Of course it's not authentic, but you know that going in. Our server was awesome. Very attentive and took time to talk about options and how certain dishes were prepared. Overall, not a bad choice for a customer lunch.

Over two years ago I would have written a different review than what I'm writing today. Things have definitely changed for the better. The prices are more reasonable and the quantity of food for the price has improved. Taste and seasonings are excellent as is the service. I had the Broccoli ko po dish and my wife had the Budda Feast. Egg rolls are of a generous portion size. Parking out front has a lot to be desired but my recommendation is to use the 2525 garage around towards the back side and let P F Chang validate your parking ticket. Over all, this is a place you go to for a special treat once in a while but a bit pricy for a routine hangout.

This is Chinese food for people who don't know what Chinese food is supposed to taste like. If you have ever travelled somewhere where actual people from China made the dishes, you'll know instantly that this is a corporate knock-off that misses the mark by a longshot. That said, it's not nasty to the taste; it's just not real Chinese food. Don't even get me started on how overpriced it is, either. They want HOW much for Chow Mein? That's supposed to be a cheap staple! And by the way, most of this is pre-made and frozen. However, I have yet to find any truly good Chinese food in the area so I can't direct you anywhere much better...

I love consistency. PF Chang's is consistent throughout the good ol' US of A! A manager once recommended I order the shrimp and scallops "extra crispy." AWESOME!! My favorite dish is Kung Pao shrimp and scallops...extra crispy! They used to charge a few dollars extra for the shrimp/scallops combo, but I'm not sure if that is still the policy. Hot and sour soup is the best I've ever tasted and lest we forget the chicken lettuce wraps! I never tire of this place.

My colleagues and I got a recommendation for PF Chang's from a friend who lives in Nashville and was joining us for dinner. Austin has a location of its own and of which I was acquainted, so I knew what I was in for. This location shares a parking lot with the Borders, a Starbucks, and a Fleming's Steakhouse, among other businesses, so parking is going to be an issue. We opted to use the valet service, which technically doesn't charge you, but works for tips. Still, it's worth it if you have already spent five minutes trying to snipe for a parking spot. We started off with appetizers: lettuce wraps and Sichuan flatbread, which were great. The lettuce wraps do require some assembly and therefore can get a little messy, but it's worth it. My entree of Chengdu Spiced Lamb could have been better, but because it's only one of two lamb dishes on their menu, it doesn't appear to be a specialty, as far as I know. The service was pleasant and prompt; I don't remember my beer glass to be empty for too long. The impressive part of the night came when we had to split the tab (ah, the joys of business travel and separate checks). There were six of us paying for our individual entrees, but five of us splitting the appetizers because we weren't letting my friend pay. Their POS (point-of-sale) system printed out checks that read "1/5 appetizer" on them, as well as what one-fifth of each appetizer came out to be. Fine, it's nerdy. I don't care. It was still impressive.

If I read one more pretentious donkey say, "This is not Chinese food!" and have to imagine them turning up their virtual nose, I'm throwing my laptop out the window. It is NOT Chinese food! It's a Chinese "Bistro." It is related to Chinese food, inspired by Chinese food. This is not Tom Collichio paying $1000 per plate for food here. It's what your average American, your average diner, would be interested in. If you don't like chains, you probably won't like P. F. Chang's. Gah. Ok, now on to my review. My husband and I go to this location for dinner about every other week. I have tried several dishes, but my favorite to date is plain Chang's spicy chicken. I LOVE the flavor! Lately we've been on busier nights, so we've sat at the bar, and I've gotta say I love the bar service. There is a blonde chick and a younger gal named Emma who are awesome. I love the lettuce wraps and we get those almost every time, especially when we get there during happy hour. My husband gets some tofu stuff that I can't stand because I hate tofu. The egg drop soup is ok, and the crispy wontons are good but I never eat more than a few because they're a little greasy. I HATE Chinese food, but I like P. F. Chang's. So to reviewers who say this is for "people who don't know what Chinese food is supposed to taste like," I say GOOD!

I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but I really love PF Chang's and have to indulge my cravings sometimes. I know I'm not alone in having these cravings. My friends and I will sometimes book a reservation for a Friday or Saturday night and have a really nice, long relaxed dinner there. One of the best things to do is go with a bunch of people and just order appetizers. If you have enough people, you can order all of them and get a great variety of food. It makes for good picking and conversing, especially if you wash it all down with some cocktails. There are some fancy cocktails on the menu, which are worth trying (the Asian Bloody Mary - I don't know its exact name, is really good for brunch), but I think PF Chang's, for some reason, makes the best gin and tonic I've ever had. Sounds silly, but don't knock it 'til you've tried it. Some favorites of mine on the menu are: the ahi tuna appetizer (which is huge and is more like a salad than an appetizer), the double pan fried noodles with tofu, the sea-bass, the spring rolls, and the cheesecake (seriously, they have a great cheesecake). Here's a hint: it's difficult to get into this location of PF Chang's on the weekends without a reservation, but it's easy to order takeout. Have the party at home and pick up the food. It saves time and money.

I absolutely love the food. I've had the Wok Seared Lamb (awesome), Chengdu Spiced Lamb, and the Pepper Steak Lunch Bowl. The food is flavorful, beautifully presented, and tastes fresh. I hadn't had lamb in quite some time before I ordered the Chengdu, and that first bite exploded my taste buds. I can't wait to order it again. My girlfriend loves egg rolls, unfortunately she says Chang's rolls are oily. What I liked best was the sauce that is prepared specifically for you using various spices, vinegars, and oils. I request some even for take-out. And the hoisin is fabulous. The food prices are priced fairly considering how delicious it is.

I had never heard of PF Changs before my move to Nashville. My, my I was sheltered. This place is a-ma-zing. The food is plated up family style, so when you order one thing, you're going to get a whole heck of a lot of it. We usually get the spicy eggplant to go with a chicken main dish, and we can never finish it all. It makes for some great leftovers for sure. This particular location is a bear to get parking at because it's in the Shops at 2525, because of that it loses a star. But we had the best server ever here, who even got our sweet tea refill to go and boxed up our leftovers with extra wraps and an extra box of rice. This place rocks.

I really don't know good Chinese from bad in that I've only been to Chinatown once (and I was a little drunk) and never to China so I don't consider myself an expert. I only have to go on my personal likes and dislikes. PF Changs, though far more expensive than "cheapie Chinese" is probably up there in my top 5 chain restaurants and certainly one of my favorite Chinese food options. For one thing, they aren't afraid of garlic. I love it, they use it, it really works out for me. Secondly, I could eat lettuce wraps until I explode if I could afford it. OMG.... YUM.. The Calamari is also most excellent. I have never been able to reproduce them and then when your server makes the little dipping sauce for them, it really is yummy. My husband gets the orange peel triple thing which it's not on the menu any more but they will make it and it has chicken, beef, shrimp with the spicy sweet orange peel sauce. I have been more adventuresome in the past and gotten some of the lobster stuff and been underwhelmed. Black beans and chicken are most excellent and the Singapore street noodles are great!! All of it is available for take out if you don't want to deal with the wait or making a reservation. It's pretty loud in there and the parking is a pain in the ass.

Parking here always sucks. Yes, there is a garage, and no it is never full. But, if you're like me, you're tempted to run through the parking lot first. That's always a bad idea. I think once at 5am, I found a spot. It gets REALLY congested, and people do crazy things like try to pass others. So heed my warning and just go to the garage and get your ticket validated. As for the restaurant itself, I love me some PF Changs. I've always had good service and never a problem with the food. I used to order out on Mondays from here at lunch and pick it up - and they always got it right. It's a typical PF Changs set up, meaning there is a bar in the middle with seating around it. They even have a few outdoor tables. It's not traditional chinese, but it is good food. I like the honey chicken, lo mein (they took the chow mein off the menu) and the fried rice. I've never been impressed by their desserts though.

PF Chang's is more of an upscale Asian bistro. The food is really good and the service is fast. The Mongolian Beef is my favorite item there. I wish that Clarksville would get one. I try to go to PF Chang's when ever I am in Nashville, DC or any other big city that has one. I don't like chain restaurants but PF Chang's is one of the few exceptions.

While PF Changs is not an authentic Chinese restaurant, it is a wonderful nod to Asian cuisine. I love that I can have a three course meal and remain healthy with my choices. As a Weight Watchers member this restaurant offers several options that are tasty and healthy. Several of the shrimp entrees are low in Points. And the steamed potstickers and mini desserts are excellent to round your meal out...

"You might say the secret ingredient is salt!" Seriously. I've never had such salty food as here. It's loud, overpriced, generic, and full of hipsters and Vandy kids. Want to impress someone with restaurant decor? Come here. Want better Americanized Chinese food? Check out Chinatown in Green Hills.

I've been to PFChangs many times before. This particular time I was quite impressed. Our server Mary rocked. She told us what we should/shouldn't order, and guided us to some amazing fare. We did the dinner for 2 w/several options. I loved the hot and sour soup, but had been too nervous to try it before. Our pork dumplings were perfectly steamed. For our entrees we ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp, she added scallops for us, and the Sesame Chicken, the old way, with snap peas because I love them. Mary was an inspiration to me, to be a better server. She was so genuine, and only wanted to make sure we ate well. Love it!

P.F.Chang's food is fine. There are lots of vegetarian options and I would usually reccomend it if you were in the mood for a generic pan asian experience in the form of a chain. However skip this location in particular unless you enjoy apathetic wait staff. Besides there are plenty of better places in this part of town.

Like the layout but this seemed more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, I have been to the more upscale version of this in Boston and this seemed to be trying to hard to appeal to everyone. Admittedly coming having been to another restaurant in the chain I had an expectation set this did not meet it visually. Once I saw the menu I felt much better about this place, this prices were very reasonable and the selection seemed good enough. The service left something to be desired, and made it feel a bit rushed. When the food arrived and I dug in I remembered why I wanted to come here in the first place, I was not disappointed. The proportions were more than adequate and the food tasted fresh and flavorful. Overall I would recommend this place on the food alone, the crowded seating and abrupt services made a cafeteria style atmosphere with mood lighting...

Though I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants, I also do not want to exclude them when they serve a consistently excellent meal with consistently excellent service, and that is my experience with P. F. Chang's China Bistros. Yes, it's Americanized Asian cuisine for the masses, but I have eaten at multiple locations of this restaurant chain and never been disappointed. Our experience here was typical, with great service and top-notch meal. The Ma Po Tofu and double fried noodles were very good. Stop in and enjoy.

Wonderful food. I had a plate of scallops tonight that melted in my mouth. The Sichuan sauce was full of both bite and flavor. The chef indulged me in my special request to add some vegetables so I also enjoyed mushrooms and brocoli soaking up the sauce. When the food came out, though, I was a little surprised. The menu described "Sichuan from the sea" scallops as " Scallops prepared in a red chili pepper garlic sauce." It didn't mention the breading, and I would have made another choice had I known. Being hungry and having waited a while for our entrees, I didn't send it back and I wasn't disappointed, just very full. The sauce was piquant, full of both taste and heat. The added brocoli and mushrooms absorbed it beautifully. I also had a bite of the oolong-marinated sea bass and found it heavenly. The hostess was brisk and efficient, our server friendly, though it was hard to hear her over the din. Our meals did not come out all at once, this was apparently not supposed to matter because they assumed we were eating family style. We weren't. The appetizer one of our party ordered as her meal came out last, I found that a little strange. A fun night out overall.

This was my FIRST Chang's and I was a little weary. I've never liked Chinese food so I wasn't sure what to order. My date ordered the Changs Chicken and I fell in love... with the chicken and my date. LOL Since then I have eaten at many PF Chang's and somewhere along the way, decided to try them all. The food here was great and service was good as well. This specific location took my "Chang's Virginity" and it has a special place in my tummy!

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

(2)Lester H.
Everyone always wants to eat at this damn place, but I could totally leave it. The setting is nice, but I just don't get all the fuss. I would rather eat Chinese food at a little family-run restaurant for 1/4 the price.
(3)Joe C.

Perfect place to have a late lunch. Three of us stopped in around 1:00 on a weekday for a lunch between appointments. I was very happy how fast the service was without feeling like it was rushed. Our waitress was outstanding; she was helpful in answering questions & offering suggestions, she was courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. House salads came out quickly followed (with perfect timing) by our entrées: Ginger chicken & broccoli, almond & cashew chicken, and The Buddha's Feast (for the vegetarian). All of us were happy with our meal choices. The lunch portions were large but the prices were not, so that was great. The restaurant was clean & comfortable. The one & only drawback is the parking which can be hellacious no matter what time of day you visit, but that's anywhere on West End so it's to be expected. All in all, we had a great time & we'll be back soon.

I'm not gonna lie. It might feel like Applebees, but this stuff is good.

(4)Tim S.
Beef Sichuan was tougher and drier than some beef jerky I've had. They no longer start you with sauces at the table, you have to request them. Sauces may or may not arrive while your food is still hot.
(2)Tyler B.
(4)Chris D.
Service was nice, the food was good ,atmosphere was fantastic, I gladly recommend this place anytime I'm in Nashville again
(4)Krista M.
I go for the gluten free options, but quality is not always at the top. Pei Wei is better, but doesn't have as many gluten free options. Staff is average at best... For the prices I expect more overall.
(3)Kara R.
Really confused about the hype for this place. Ordered the two dinners with soup, appetizer, entrée, and dessert for $40 and it was good, but not incredible and I wouldn't say any better than your favorite (and cheaper) Chinese buffet. The water didn't taste very fresh, but the Long Island Ice tea was tasty.
(3)Ian R.
(2)Alexandra F.
Consistently delicious Chinese. I always order the kung pao chicken or shrimp. Always the same. Always tasty and spicy. This location was very big and nice. Our server was crackin a lot of jokes so that was pretty entertaining.
(5)Beth G.
(4)Brian M.
Picked up lunch - ordered online Great spicy chicken and Kung pao chicken And egg rolls order 10 sauces and got a qt container wow - I'm taking the chili sauce home mmmmm
(5)Alex P.

(4)Eric D.
I love P.F.

(2)Lauren L.
(3)Gail D.
(1)Tulané H.

(2)Sophia S.
(2)Rachel M.
Cheers y'all
(5)Sally L.
Iike the menu and the dishes they offer . BUT, their dishes are on the salty side and it over takes flavors . ( sodium) Offering chop sticks is a plus as soon as you sit down . Friendly staff . Must try if you haven't .
(3)Diana S.
(2)Jesse Q.
(3)Matthew J.
(4)Andy S.
PF America ???? There was no Chinese people anywhere nowhere to be seen in a Chinese restaurant lol now that's funny, and they still want you to eat with chop sticks
(3)Samuel E.
This is exactly what you would expect from large scale chain dining. Friendly service, very generic menu. Very mediocre/average taste. Just very ordinary.
(3)Dan W.
(3)George K.
(1)Jenn C.
(4)Anthony T.
(4)Marshall C.
NO AIR-CONDITIONING,,,you gotta be kidding me. Parking here is bad enough but I'm sitting here now trying in vain to enjoy my dinner and it probably 80 plus degrees here
(1)FoodCritic 6.
Good service! Good food! Love the chicken lettuce wrap. The dessert has a big variety of different choices love it. Especially the Great Wall of chocolate!
(5)Joe M.
Gluten Free friendly. I love to eat hear. I am gluten free and this is one of the best places to grab a meal. The place was very busy so it took a little bit to get our food, but it was good when we received it. i am a major fan of P.F Chang's Food is always good.
(4)Matt R.
(2)Melanie C.
Love this place! Great food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Tried the pad thai (exquisite!) and the Ma Po Tofu (very good), but I haven't ventured out more through their menu. The pad thai is too good to not order it every time!
(4)jacki R.
This place a great place to go with a date or friends . But make your reservations ahead of time . I love their Kung pow chicken and the get a bowl of the hot and sour soup to share . The prices are reasonable also

(5)Natalie W.

(2)Marie G.
Pad Thai was pretty bland, not a fan. We were also disappointed to sit next to a manager while he explained to a busser why he wasn't ready for customer service positions. Perhaps do that behind closed doors? The usual chain restaurant...not delightful enough for us to return.
(3)John J.
Just went in to grab a quick lunch. 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. While waiting I counted 12 completely empty tables and 8 tables that just needed to be cleaned. They seemed very unorganized.
(1)A N.

(1)Brian C.
(3)Jackie W.
Great Food This is a Good place for Business dinner or Date.
(5)Eric E.
(3)Travis R.
Bad service. Too expensive for what ya get. And don't even think about a Togo order. All the hospital around, hungry staff, ya think they would do better
(1)J G.
This location is always great in my opinion. The lettuce wraps, moo goo gai pan, and lo mein are always great. Servers are always very attentive!
(5)Paul K.
I dig it.
(3)Oliver K.
(4)Danxia Y.
(4)Sarah N.
(2)Ann C.
The service was amazing! Charles was great! The lettuce wraps are my favorite. Not so impressed with the pad thai but that's okay, the crispy honey shrimp was so good!!
(5)Faith J.
It's PF Changs of course it's great!! There is nothing there that has been bad so far that I have tried. My kids even love it
(5)Kyla R.
(2)Kristen Z.
(4)Piyush S.
(1)Misty M.
I'm all about authentic food. The food isn't horrible, but it's just not my style. I'd prefer going to a locally owned over a restaurant chain any day. Their food is just too generic. Meh.
(2)Dee B.
(1)Branden B.
My first trip to a of changes and I was very impressed! Everything was delicious. I had wonton soup, lettuce wraps and changes spicy chicken. Definitely my new favorite Chinese place.
(5)Benjamin S.
(5)Grant R.
Ice-burg lettuce on the lettuce wraps, really?
(2)Crystal M.
Love love love this place esp for date night!! Lettuce wraps and Kung pao is a fave!
(5)Jude C.
(5)Spencer H.
Solid chain. I come here at least once a week - such nice workers and pretty quick/efficient.
(4)Lashona M.
Best place to get drinks made just the way you like them! I had a fuzzy navel martini and an asian pear mojito! Loved it!!! Also, try the chicken flatbread with it! Excellent!!!
(5)Kiran G.
I like the food and service here. It can get bit crowded on the weekend. Parking is an issue but it is not that bad. Waiting time is more on weekends. I like chicken fried rice and appetizers.
(5)Tara B.

(5)Simon K.
(3)Mark M.
It's PF Changs.
(4)Gabriela L.
What can I say? IOur food was incredibly sal generally love this place. It is open very late for those late nights or late night munchies, but the last two times that I've gone here my food has been too salty. You must try one of their signature cocktails, they change every so often, and of course, their mini desserts.
(3)Andrea R.
Ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps to go for lunch and was disappointed. They were not the flavor I have experienced in the past and had so much lime juice that every bit was tart and uncomfortable. Probably won't revisit although the service was fast, friendly, and helpful.
(2)Steven T.
Service pretty reasonable and attentive without being bothersome. Food is okay, certainly not outstanding. Lamb as good though pretty fatty. The wok fried beef was terrible and the heavily promoted Pad Thai lacked the depth of favors to make it stand out. Overall a very middling average
(3)Olivia W.
(5)Nicci M.
I really enjoyed the great food and service. They definitely give quality food and quantity. My Kung Pao (Pow) Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Dumplings were excellent.
(5)Robert K.
Good idea!
(2)George M.
(3)Jerry R.
(5)Caitlin D.
(2)Patrice S.
Tammy the bartender makes the best scotch old fashion I have had in years. Great service, fresh terrific food. Valet parking.
(4)Kathryn E.
(5)Ben M.
(3)Melissa B.
(4)Claire B.
(4)Gabriel M.
(4)Heather R.
(4)Anna A.
(4)Erin D.
(4)Tami P.
I went today for lunch & our food came out super fast! Wonderful service!
(4)Ron D.
(4)Dante' T.
(4)J R.
(1)Janelle C.

(3)Sean W.
(3)Paul B.
(4)Kate K.
