They messed up my to-go order, so I had to drive all the way back to have it fixed. The last time I went in, the waitress was clearly not too excited to be there. The food is decent, but I can't really say I recommend it among other options. Free pie Wednesday is cool though.

Most people who have lived in Nashville have gone to O'Charley's at least a few times. It's a Nashville establishment, like J Alexanders. At one point there were only a few places to go for lunch so we went here a great deal. They now have Prime Rib on the Weekends. The price is 1/2 the cost. But here is the extra. If you or your date or partner both get the Prime Rib they add an appetizer. Not too shabby. But if you want a larger Prime Rib then they add 6 more dollars. Which is 20 dollars compared to J Alexander's 29 version. We had both sizes. The smaller size was thin, not my favorite. The larger size was more like Prime Rib eaters are used to when ordering. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. I did not see any issues on our visit to the White Bridge location, but it is busier than Bellevue. Parking is a breeze and it seemed clean. I can not say that about the others South of Nashville. We came for dinner, but usually do lunch. Solid meal still for us.

Well this was a horrible dining experience. When we walked in, we were seated immediately, then promptly forgotten about for nearly 15 minutes. Not even so much as a "Hi, I'm your server" or a glass of water. When our "server" did finally emerge from the depths of the back of the restaurant, he came out trying to be funny when a plate was dropped and broken in another room stating "That's not coming out of my paycheck!" - How professional. When we finally did get to put in our drink orders and appetizer, we hoped the night would turn around. Each time the guy came to our table, then disappeared, it seemed like he stayed in the back longer and longer each time. It took forever to get water, and even longer to get the drinks we ordered from the bar. Not only were we amazed to actually see our server in the 3 times he actually came to the table, but to top things off, he never put in the order for the cheese wedges we'd asked for at the very beginning. He came back and claimed, "Sorry, I forgot." Let me add to this by saying the restaurant was dead. We were one of this champ's only 2 tables. When I say he kept disappearing, I mean he was absent from our table and the only section he was serving, not that I couldn't see him. I was positioned at our table to be able to see directly to the kitchen door and the small area the servers had to make drinks for customers. It seemed many of the wait staff liked to hang out in this little room, playing on their phones and laughing and cutting up with each other. While I don't have a problem with that behavior in general, if you aren't doing your job, then more attention needs to be paid to the customers. I had to physically wave and get someone's attention each time our table needed something. This is not my job. Pay attention to your paying guests! With the exception of the potato soup, all the food was bland, unseasoned, and tasteless. Nothing we'd ever return for. Then, to top it all off, when it was time to check out and leave, our guy was again M.I.A. We finally flagged down someone and asked for our check. The guy came sauntering back and we gave him our 20% off coupon to have it applied to the bill when returned. Naturally, it arrived at the table quite some time later not only WITHOUT the 20% off, but we were charged full price on our appetizer when we'd arrived during the happy hour specials. Of course it took a while to get this fixed, then we finally were able to verify our bill and attempt to pay. By attempt, I mean this cat disappeared with my credit card, and it was over 10 minutes before I even saw him again. When he did poke his head out of the little drink station area, he came back and served the table behind us (without giving me my card back), then had the audacity to walk away AGAIN without returning our bill! After another 5 minutes or so I actually saw the dude sit down at a table and start chatting with other waitstaff (IN the dining area, no less). At this point, our entire table stood up and walked towards the front door. I had to ask 3 different members of the staff for my card back as we'd waited long enough and it was time to leave. Everyone, including our server, seemed shocked that we were ready to go. We'd been waiting far too long. When it's time to pay, take the check and the card, process the charges, and return immediately so you can turn over the table and serve more guests. This is common restaurant service, not rocket science. We will not be returning to this location again based on the service alone, and will be less inclined to visit another O'Charley's any time soon should the food continue the downhill trend it is on now. (Side note: We only saw a "manager" once, and by saw I mean he poked his head out of the kitchen for two seconds and stood by the drink station, then promptly returned to the back. He never greeted a single table or spoke to a single customer. - But I bet he's glad he didn't come to our table now.

Dry Steak- Sent back. They said they were sorry. That was nice and all but I guess I hoped they would offer to bring me something else. The sweet potato fries were great.

Went in for Happy Hours with my friends after work. I had a Margarita for $3 and Fried Pickles for $4. Margarita was mostly water. I thought I was drinking juice instead of alcohol. Although it said "Full-sized Fried Pickles", the amount looks right for the price at $4, I think it is a ripped off if you pay at regular price. For entree, I had Fresh Cedar-Planked Salmon with Fries and Steamed Broccolis. The seasoning on the Salmon was on point but I am 100% positive the fish was at least a week old. I love French fries in general but the ones from here just tasted awful. Besides having my friends as company, the only thing I enjoyed from here was the Steamed Broccolis...Very sad. Despite the awful food, we still had a good time. Our waiter, Willie, was really nice and friendly. He knew what he was doing and definitely put a smile on our face. I recommend everyone goes to him if you're looking for a good and entertaining customer service. Although the service was really good, I'm not sure I'll be coming back here anytime soon. The food was mediocre and Happy Hours menu was a huge disappointment. I ate at this O'Charley's before and it was very good. It seems they lowered the quality of the food, even the rolls were bad. I used to think Logan's rolls are average but compare to O'Charley's, they seem to be top quality rolls made by a famous pastry chef. 2013/#78

MMMMMMMM Fish and chips! Huge fillets of white fish with a pile of chips! They were cooked crispy to perfection and tasty not bland. We had ordered the potato chips as an appetizer so I was stuffed by the time I was done. The cheese that came with the potatoes was just spicy enough to get you wanting more. The waitress was exceptionally attentive and sweet! Love coming here with my family!

Haven't been to an O'Charley's in a while, and while the food was great, this wasn't the experience I remember. Decided to utilize Curbside To-Go. Called 3-4 times: busy. Eventually my call was answered and I was asked to hold. 7 minutes later my order is taken. Must be busy, no big deal. I arrived 30 minutes later and waited another 10 in a Curbside pickup spot next to two other waiting customers. Eventually I went in and told the hostess about the waiting customers. Her response was more-or-less a detached, "We know," and pointed to the To-Go station with 6-7 orders sitting and an employee taking another. This employee was apologetic and took care of me quickly. I paid, left and my wife and I really enjoyed out meal. I appreciate that my burger had the meat wrapped separately in foil and the veggies separated from bun, which is a small detail, but is pretty great. I was worried after waiting that I'd have a soggy burger. My wife's salad had the chicken and dressing similarly separated. Starting from a neutral 3 stars: the food is good (+1); One apologetic employee (+1); and one who could care less (-1); the wait times were the real issue, both on the phone and in the parking lot (-2). It might be a staffing issue, or it could possibly just be simple poor management & scheduling. Either way, I'm willing to give this location another shot, but 2 stars for now...

As Phil Hartman used to say at Frankenstein: "Bread Good!" Otherwise, its pretty much the run of the mill O'Charley's experience. Can't say I get the urge to stop in here more than once or twice a year, and on my most recent visit it was because of a 40 dollar gift card someone had given us. I don't recall ever having any serious problems or issues here, and the staff was friendly and attentive in my most recent visit.

Is it possible to make my perfect burger to rare? Maybe Is it possible to overcook my burger? Yes Typically if I am at a place that knows burgers, I always go medium rare. But when in doubt I request that they cook it rare and hope for the best. More often than not the burger will come back medium well bordering on well. *makes sad face So here I am waiting for my connecting flight in the Nashville Airport. I know that I will be arriving at my final destination too late for dinner so the airport would have to make do for my din din. After a quick walk through the terminal I find O'Charley's to be a welcoming environment and take a seat inside. "How would you like your burger" Is this a trick question? I am in an airport in a part of the country where consuming anything medium rare is a mortal sin. I meekly respond "rare" and give the old puppy dog eye look. A few minutes later my burger arrives at my table and placed in front of me. Ok, now this is the moment of truth. I take my knife and cut down the middle and as I begin to slice into my burger I see angels flying above and hear Heavenly music in the background. "is this blood I see?" YES!!! My burger was not only rare it was almost raw! Now for most of you who are in full gag mode right about now, I was in complete bliss! O'Charley's came through and made me a bloody burger. This is a Festivus miracle. If I ever make it back here, I will order my burger medium rare with complete confidence.

Today my husband and I visited O'Charley's because we received a gift card as a Christmas gift. I haven't been to this location (or O'Charley's in general) in months. The reason being is that they are constantly changing their menu and I'm not always impressed with the changes. I was pleasantly surprised at the renovations to the actual building-it is much brighter and more open than the previous layout. Donnie, our server, was very polite and accommodating. We even received a brief history lesson on the company. I had presented a coupon for by 1 entre' get 50% off the second entre. He was unfamiliar with the promotion and had his manager to come take a look. Stupid me should have looked at the coupon first and realized that it was for RUBY TUESDAY! I was embarrassed to say the least but the manager (Bob Miller) was a great sport and gave us the discount anyway for coming in! I had the chicken tenders with fries. Crispy chicken and well-seasoned fries. My husband ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with a slice of peach pie (pie is a HUGE promotion right now). There wasn't much "Cajun" to the dish, meaning it wasn't very spicy. The pie puts you in the mind of a peach cobbler, but less of the cinnamon. Overall we had a wonderful lunch experience and I would recommend going back (and I'm not just saying that because of the discount)

This location of O'Charley's has been the one that I have been to the most since it is was the one closest to me during my high school/college years. It is a local chain so you can complain about it being a chain all you want, but it is LOCAL so give it up with your hipster whining! hehehe Although chains, local or national, are known to dumb down their food to appease the tastes of many rather than the tastes of people that know what food should taste like. Just sayin. So my mom and I stopped in here on our way to buy some appliances at Electronics Express. I knew it had a menu that would please my mom and I was kind of in the mood for those rolls they have. We were seated immediately and I was ready to get my drink order in STAT. Moving plus not eating all day plus being a touch hungover meant I was THIRSTY and I needed drinks. 15 minutes later I finally get a tea. GOOD LORD MAN don't you know I'm parched? It literally took FOREVER to get our drink order in and then another forever to get the actual drinks. Then he disappears and doesn't take our order. Good Lord, at this rate I felt I would be hostage here for hours. Atrocious lack of any sort of hustle at all. Lackadaisical. Finally we got our food order in and again, it took about 20-30 minutes to get two sandwiches out. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Good gosh, the management needs to revamp the workings of this place. Anyway, here's how all the food breaks down. Rolls - those yeast rolls are hot and the butter is soft and it is all melty buttery carby goodness. YUM. Perhaps stick with bread and soup and you won't be there for hours waiting around for food? Chicken bacon bleu sandwich - this had all the elements of delicious. Toasted ciabatta bread, grilled chicken really heavy on the pepper, Parmesan and Bleu cheese, tomato, lettuce, applewood smoked bacon, and mayo (I hold the mayo, that stuff is gross y'all). The grilled chicken was really peppery and somehow it gave me a major allergy attack with sneezes, runny nose, and then stuffiness all without adding any heat. Weird. But it tasted good. The bleu cheese was non-existent. Bacon was good but could have used more. Overall an underwhelming sandwich that had the potential to be awesome. Fries - despite them not being skinny, they were adequately crunchy so I liked them. Ketchup - "made for O'Charley's" - actually has a bit different flavor than other ketchup. Nice. Not gonna hate. Overall a 3 star for food, 2 star for service. But I'll round up to 3 just because I'm feeling benevolent. Get your shit together on the service side O'Charley's WBR!

The atmosphere here is sit down. It is spacious inside with their own bar and TVs upon display. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta for $11. The place tries to impress with the given free bread. Its glazed with butter, but is it delicious? Upon first poke, it is soft and good. Bread ranking: Average. In true airport fashion, the food comes out quick. The place boasts "best food" but to me, it is simply average. I believe the alfredo sauce I can buy at the grocery store tastes a bit better. The one here is bland. Chicken is also too salty.

My favorite O'charley's is close to home on Whitebridge Rd and you will typically find me at the Curbside Carryout. Yes, this is our go-to place for late dinners or when the family chef (me) is too busy to cook. Like most restaurants, I stick with the favorites. We really like the California Chicken Salad, Mediterranean Chicken Wrap and the occasional Fish& Chips. What is best about this O'Charley's? The food, service and hospitality are very consistent. If I wanted to make an impression, I might go somewhere else. However when I am tired and/or hungry, consistency is KING! Long Live the White Bridge O'Charley's. BTW - My wife and kids love the yeast rolls and will battle for the last one!

Pablo got a plethora of gift cards from his students this year so here we be, warm, toasty and full of cheer, prime rib pasta, blue cheese wedge, a jacket tater and a couple of club sodas $20. Good size portions and pretty tasty = VFM. Manager made a point of checking in on tables when we were there. Kid and Senior friendly and a stone's throw from my new favourite Bevilled Edge.

OCharley's has been known for their rolls and their soup, but they are having major business issues. Let's focus on what they SHOULD do to get back customers who don't like them any more (ME). 1) The rolls were dry and were not fresh. 2) I got the all you can eat soup and salad - Was good 3) Drink Prices. $2.99 for a Diet Coke is RAPE!! $6.99 for lunch and almost 1/2 for the Drink!! IF OCHARLEYS want to last, they'd better bring their soft drink prices down.

As an eastern United States staple, it's great to have O'Charley's in the Nashville airport. This Nashville-based restaurant has its corporate headquarters not too far away; so, you can expect a pretty good experience. The food is safe for all tastes and the service is good (I always get the same waiter, it seems). You'll need AT LEAST 45 minutes in your layover to eat here, so if you're limited, you may want to head to the food court instead. Musts: loaded potato soup and the three cheese bacon burger.

I'm not completely sold on O'Charley's just yet, but I did have a good lunch here today. I'm not huge on chains, but those are usually the only restaurants with nutrition facts. I gotta say, for under four dollars I had a good and filling lunch. I got water, a cup of Over-loaded Potato Soup and rolls. It's was great. The rolls are free and remind me of Logan's. The Potato soup isn't like any other restaurants I've had, it's more cheesy than potato-y. Really good though (and a cup is only 190 calories). We came right at noon and the parking lot was full, but we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Not too shabby. It's a good 12 minute drive from Music Row, which is doable.

Steak cooked to perfection! Out this world. Was not expecting as good of food as I got.

Have been going there for years. Services are great, but be prepared to wait in line if you go on weekends especially Saturday night. I love their Cajun stuff. The Steaks are good, too.
