Came here for lunch yesterday with a couple coworkers, and ordered straight out of the lunch menu hoping to get a decent sized portion for a decent price. Sorta kinda worked out. I got a prime rib half sandwich that came with the potato soup w/ bacon. There was literally 10 tiny blocks on bacon on my soup - oh well, guess its healthier that way. The sandwich though, TINIEST SANDWICH I'VE EVER SEEN, small in all dimensions. And the meat itself was really stringy and not very flavorful, the only thing I really tasted in the sandwich was the red onions, which were soggy. I really wish I'd taken a picture, it was literally the size of a numberpad on a keyboard. TWO of these would have made a half sandwich without exaggeration. Now regarding the potato soup, I picked it hoping to get some tasty bacon, which obviously didn't happen. The soup itself was pretty bland - the only real redeeming quality of it was that it was dense (as potato is by default) so I was actually able to ward off hunger for a couple hours despite the miniscule sandwich half. But seriously, I would not come back here again. Small portions, bland food, and I really doubt their actual steak (seeing as it is a steakhouse) is that good considering the bad quality of the lunch items.

A+ service, but Longhorn's food is just meh and way overpriced. Nothing too exciting.

I was asked to meet some co-workers here for lunch and my snob radar turned on. I didn't want to eat in this area and I didn't want to eat at LongHorn. My plan was to attend the meeting and decline any food but what a surprise! This place was packed for lunch and there was a 10 minute wait. It has a little atmosphere too but what sold me was their selection of under 500 calorie meals. I ordered the flo filet and added it to the strawberry walnut salad. It was delish! I will be back.

My hubby went for lunch here today. He normally always orders the parmesan chicken and today was no different. However, after eating he's been feeling queasy all afternoon and is now suffering from diaherea. I'm shocked and appalled by the quality of food. Never going there again!

Ranch House Cobb Salad - huge, 12oz Prime Rib with a delicate horseradish and pot au jus, Martini (shaker filled two glasses), a Sam Adams, side of fresh tomatoes and unseasoned fries (delicious). Total $40 ish, great value and all served with zero attitude and just the right amount of attention. Nice dimly lit bar and ample parking, makes a welcome change from major attitude, small portions and overpriced steaks at some of the places around town. Always been a fan of the Steakhorn on Murfreesboro Rd. Lunch time Cowboy Pork chop special for $9.99 hits the spot.

Fantastic meal. 18oz Outlaw Ribeye cooked perfect. Loaded potato was hot and salad was cool and crisp. Topped off with a couple of Budweiser Black Crown's, it was one of the best restaurant meals I have had in a while.

I went with my soon to be husband for my birthday & i was soo disappointed that i wanted to cry... Their lobster is the same size of a shrimp, our steaks were not the steaks we ordered. The salad greens were bitter....... should of stayed home and cooked but it was a good laugh, there goes $77.00. I really think if a real long horns knew about this one here they would shut it down asap, very sad

As a dedicated yelper I rarely go to chains, but the reviews seemed the best for nashville and steakhouses. We were surprisingly pleased. The strawberry pecan salad was great, and our sides were delicious too (steamed veggies & asparagus). My 9oz filet was supposed to be MW and came out too rare, but waiter may have thought I said MR and I didn't mind. It was flavorful and tender. I ordered the homemade chips recommended in a few reviews and the family snacked on them until dinner came, I tried to quit eating them but had trouble. As an ex-waiter I can always find flaws in service, the biggest being not picking up plates as we finished each course, but it didn't ruin the meal.

Great service over lunch yesterday. Had a salmon salad, paid $10.95 for a really nice salad, but only 4 pieces of salmon. Really good service, nice atmosphere and meal itself was okay--if this salad was $5.95, I would totally give this 5 stars. But size for cost do not equate.

They messed up the drink order. The food is taking forever. Been here for almost an hour and no food yet. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We arrived about 6:45 pm on a Sunday - Rachel came by our table about 5 minutes after we were seated. She retuned with our drinks and we were ready to order - she was clearly not. We convinced her to take our order - just before 7 pm. The appetizer arrived about 10 minutes later - Onion petals (or whatever Longhorn's name is for the fried onion thing). The onion was a little soggy - not crisp like it should be - and not hot. My salad - which was to come at the same time - was no where to be seen. It's now 7:10 pm. Rachel never stopped by to check on our app. About 7:40 pm, Rachel arrived with my salad. At that point we were done, we asked for the check and the manager. She told us don't worry about it, but we insisted on the manager. The manager informed us the ticket was started 5 minutes earlier when she entered it - clearly we were the victim of the classic "forgotten order". We gathered our things in search of better service. The manager did try to make up for the epic fail with some gift cards which we will surely use at another location at some point in the future.

This place is a chain and we usually do not eat at chains. However, we are renting a house in the area and the night we got in we wanted something close. Usually with chains you can expect a certain level of quality. Not at this Longhorn. Terrible service followed by worst food. Three times we were told she would be right back. Finally, she came to take our drink order. 25 minutes after we were seated we got to order our food. Once the food came it was terrible. SALT all over everything. I was drinking so much water to get the food down. I actually made my father stop eating. He has a heart conditions and the amount of salt was not going to e good for his heart. We are in this house for two weeks but will never return to this location. Terrible. Improve the service as well.

I recently visited with my friend here. I didn't know what to expect because I had never visited before, and I don't normally like ordering steak at a restaurant because they never have seemed to get it right. I know, I'm odd. BUT OH MY GOSH. I ordered the medium cooked fillet Mignon with their sweet potato topped with cinnamon sugar....best ever! It was so so good! I felt like God made my steak! And our server was so nice and always made sure our drinks were filled! Awesome, awesome service! Well worth the price...and they have coke zero...bonus points for me. :)

Close to the airport Not to far from downtown Lots of hotels around Vast menu Great food great staff this longhorn has a lot of people that have been there for a very long time.Which means it has to be a great place. This longhorn has constant quality food which makes it great to come back to. This is an old school longhorn 20th in the company if its not right they make it right. This longhorn cares and values it's guests. Now time to talk about the food.Start off with the wild west shrimp lightly battered popcorn shrimp tossed in garlic butter pepperoni mix served with ranch. And if you want to be really bad get the western cheese fries.Or the savory lobster shrimp dip. And don't forget the 5 cheese stuff mushrooms .With the main courses the best bets are the Flo's filet or the Outlaw flamed grilled 18oz bone-in Ribeye. The Salmon and trout are wonderful .And the parm chicken is to die for. and the side salads are very good a few made in house dressings are greatThe key lime pie is a great way to end it some of the best I have ever had.

OMW...I stopped in the other night...I was so afraid..I'm not a fan of steakhouses...so I was certainly not going to order a steak...I just wanted a good, juicy hamburger...it surpassed my expectations...you know how your dog rolls around on things they like a lot??...I wanted to rub the burger all over my face...LOL..I have had many a hamburger, this one moved up the ranks and I'm going back again tonight...Not sure I'll go with a steak just yet..but another burger...DEFINITELY!!!...And the best part wasn't the first night of eating it..the best was when I warmed it for lunch the next day...SO GOOD!!! I ordered it to go at the bar and had a Chardonnay while I waited. The bartender was great. I also got the dessert sampler...also delicious!!! You gotta try them out...I don't know what the other stores are doing ...but this one gets my vote!!

The salad here is AMAZING its so hard to find a good Ranch Dressing and this place has it!. The steaks were cooked well according to those in my party who ordered them, I had a burger... It was good nothing spectacular. Broccoli was really good flavored well good french fries and they sent me home with to go soda i think that was a nice touch. Servers are all nice overall its a nice place cost about 70 for 3 people about 20 a plate for the steaks and 10 for hamburger then you start adding in drinks and lo an behold youve spent 70. Ill go back again.
