The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Friendly atmosphere, good food w/ sample before purchase--if it's your first time, because you'll like it right away--and business skills. Will be returning!

Got lost and found this place by accident. Staff was super courteous and friendly. Got the Gyro Combo and the portion is huge, definatly need a fork for this one. Fries were a little under cooked, but the Gyro was absolutely amazing. Toppings are served "Subway" style and all veggies and toppings looked fresh and tasted great. Baklava portions are very large as well and will not disappoint. The chicken is also made on a spit like the lamb and the owner gave us a sample that really tempted me to order more food.

Good value and very tasty food. For $8 after tax, I got the combo platter, gryos, marinated chicken, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, and pita bread with the sauce on top. This is plenty of food for lunch followed by a food coma afterwards. It's good mediterranean food, solid, nothing to write home about, but definitely worth coming. Mediterranean isn't my favorite, but when I come here I'm always satisfied.

We came here for the falafel. They are made to order, and were okay. Probably among the best in Nashville. I felt the yogurt sauce was too thin, and lacked the full flavor that normally accompanies falafel. I'll seek out better in the future.

Today is the day before Thanksgiving, and I was ready to get started. So, on the way home I stopped here because of the two positive reviews on Yelp. I kept it simple, getting a falafel sammy to go. Thanks for the heads up, fellow Yelpers, it was really good! The only thing I wish I had done differently is that I got it to go and ate it in traffic. The pita bread was so stuffed with yummies that once I got going on it, I just kept shoving and shoving and shoving, until it was all gone! I dont think I gave it the respect it deserved. It was the sandwich's fault, being that it was all overstuffed and tasty. And, they got a 99 on their health score!

Went for lunch today. Solid Gyro plate. Tender, flavorful meat with well cooked pilaf and a good greek salad for 6.50. I have had the falafel and grape leave wraps and they are delicious as well. The only set back is there is no ventilation and there is a heavy gyro meat smell. Despite that, it's worth a go. I will definitely go back.

Reasonably priced for the area, and boasting an adequately helpful staff, this gyro / falafel shop is a convenient place to pick up a quick meal, or add some neglected diversity to your culinary calendar. A cousin of a similar shop, Sam's, in Bellevue (are the owners brothers? - if so, it must be Egyptian/ Coptic), this location is almost as good. Both microwave the pitas to warm them up, both clip the top and stuff it in to undergird the bottom, and both have a similar array of mediterranean vegetables and condiments, including more western items like iceberg lettuce and grated soft cheese. The TV doesn't blare quite as much here, and the owner is not trying inconceivably to push his "homemade ranch." Here you have a good, standard tzatziki. On the other hand, unlike the Sam's, or as we affectionately call it "The Sauce," this one does not seem to have passed on the age-old secret technique of gradual saucing and mixing as they add ingredients, though they will do it if you ask. The rice is yellow and moist, the fries are light and crispy (usually) and nicely finished with a few shakes of seasoning. One incident descriptive of the service warrants mention: Late one evening when I attempted to pay by credit card, the machine wouldn't accept the payment. I quickly offered to procure cash and return to pay and pick up the food, whereat the employee kindly protested, inviting me to take the food and pay the bill on my next visit, for which I thanked him, duly following through at my earliest opportunity.

I've eaten at this spot a few times, and i've been a big fan of Kabob Gyros ever since. They also have a location on Nolensville Rd. where i got to know the folks that run the place, and every time i go into either location, i'm greeted very warmly. I usually get the combo platter which includes gyro meat, chicken, rice and tabouli salad. And it's excellent. The Gyro are great too filled with delicious meat, rice, greek veg, and of course a mound of either ranch or a nice tzatziki sauce. For around $7 for the platter and about $6 for the gyro combo you're sure get your money's worth.

Chicken Souvlaki was very good and the pita bread had a fresh, savory taste. The hummus wasn't the best that I have ever had but still tasty. The Tzatziki and dolmades had incredible flavor. :)
