Food is good. Overpriced. We went here because it was downtown Nashville and we are vegetarians and there were a few options for us. Veggie burger was good. Veggie springrolls were good. Salad was good. My husband enjoyed his mushroom burger. Lots of transients nearby. We saw one bothering guests that were eating outside. He looked like he was selling a newspaper or something. The guest gave him money. We didn't sit outside for that reason. My husband came back from the bathroom and told me there was a bum in there washing his hair. He told the manager and the manager immediately removed him. Three stars because it's overpriced and the bums. I guess you are paying for the name. The waitress was super nice. She got a good tip from us.

Came here after leaving another restaurant with terrible service a couple blocks away. It was late on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was awesome and the food was great!
(5)Nigel H.
Just went here to be a tourist and grab a beer, but it was awesome! The bartender was very engaging, and the atmosphere was amazing! I was by myself, and had never just gone to a bar for a beer by myself, but I felt very comfortable. Good beer, friendly bartender, how could anything go wrong?
(5)Terry W.
Not at attentive as the other Hard Rock's I have been in. The memoribella is always fun to look at. I love Guitars and they have them all over the walls.
(3)Robert W.
Super food, super wait staff. Noise level is high, but enjoy the experience, that is part of it.

Rockin place !

I thought that for a chain, this was a pretty good place to take out of towners for lunch. I LOVE the fact that the kitchen is open and you can actually see how CLEAN the kitchen is and God forbid if they drop your sammie on the floor. That is actually the first time I've ever seen that layout and surprisingly it wasn't a loud kitchen so it didn't bother the conversation at the table. I got the veggie burger and it was pretty good, just very large and I couldn't eat it all. Over all this was a good experience, and I can't think of anything bad to say!
(3)Ryan S.
I had the red, white, and bleu burger. It was decent, but just tasted like a burger you'd grille at home. The atmosphere is unbeatable, just recommend something other than a burger! Ha
(5)Charli T.
This place was ok. The servers and host were funny and right on us. We went here for lunch and they didn't have a lunch menu. $20 for Mac and cheese with chicken is insane, but I suppose that's what you get for eating at a chain kitschy restaurant.
(3)Jeff A.
Got the brisket which was very good but the fries were cold and not good. When the check came lots of extra charges were added. Even after review, when the check came back again there was still extra drink charges. Waiter did not want to fix the bill. I wonder if he gets extra money by adjusting checks after customers pay. Looking back I regret leaving him a very good tip and wish I would have contacted the manager in case he had a thief working for him.

I was here for CMA fest over the past week and spend quite a few hours in here a few different days. We had Jackie as our server and let me tell you she was OUTSTANDING!! The food was decent but the service was incredible. :)

Situated at the edge of downtown Nashville, right next to the river lies the Hard Rock Cafe. I drove down from my hotel one evening to watch a songwriter showcase and it was packed! The restaurant is located downstairs and the stage is located on the second floor. Upstairs there's a bar on your left and a ramp which goes down to a seating area in front of the stage. It's an odd set-up that's small but I'm sure this is really great when you have an intimate gathering. As each songwriter took their turn in the round it was so much fun to people watch and see people mouth the words out loud. The Hard Rock staff did their best to service everyone and were constantly weaving their way in and out with drinks. I had a decent time here but it's tough to give it anything more than three stars. Oh and it was $10 for valet parking. Ouch. Yelp 365 Challenge: #216/365 (The Rock & A Hard Place)

I'm never here for the Hard Rock, so I feel that no matter what i do the review is going to be a tad skewed. I'm always here for events at the Hard Rock, so that's what I have to review. 2nd floor. VIP. The space is pretty darn nice, from an outdoor patio overlooking (well, not much honestly, but it's neat) with heat lamps (which cannot fight 25 degree weather). The staff are pretty well on it... sometimes a bit too much so. Last event I was at they were working overtime and grabbed a drink they should not have (long story, short is I was dressed overwarm and had to head outside to cool down), I told the bartender, bam, drink was restored. I do appreciate that much in a bar. They had no particular reason to believe me, but they did. I was not a big spender, I didn't look like I was going to be one either honestly. So yeah, their second floor and staff are great, which is something i think you'll only see if they've rented the place out for you, but I do not know. I generally don't go to the Hard Rock 1st floor as I am carrying nuclear weapons, and I respect their right to not serve people carrying The Bomb.
(4)Crystal S.
Blow away by the awesome service!!! On a whim, we decided to give Hard Rock a try. Having our 3 yr old is always tricky, and since we were surrounded by bars, we figured we better play it safe.. So glad we did!!! We were able to get a table right away. Our server, Morgan was right there to greet us and take out order. The atmosphere was fun.. Music was great!! It had our 3 yr old dancing. Will definitely go back on our next trip to Nashville!!!
(5)Laura C.
Great experience here. Staff was responsive and helpful, and the stuff they offer kids to do is way more than just a few crayons and a piece of paper. We used our hard rock coloring book at many restaurants after this trip! Food was good, drinks were amazing. A really nice place to stop in Nashville especially if you're with kids and don't want to bring them to the local honky tonks.
(4)Lori W.
My review is based on the gift shop in front of the Hard Rock Cafe...the building is very small but stocked full of Hard Rock collectibles and shirts and all kinds of other souviners. There is a section on the floor where it used to be the silver dollar saloon. There are several silver dollars in the floor. It really is cool to see it. The staff is fun, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended..
(5)Yiting X.
Had lunch with parents here, had lil rock burger and ribs, was pretty awesome! But my dad ordered ribs and thought its steak Hahahaha, that was pretty funny
(5)Beth G.
It is a Hard Rock Cafe in another city. Good for Tourists looking for Nashville stuff in the gift shop. Nothing stands out that I have to say because I live in Nashville. The Hard Rock Cafe in Vegas a different story. I can get collectibles at Walmart in Nashville..so really the tourist location loses it luster here on me. Prices are a bit pricey for average chain food grub. If not a local, maybe stay away. Why pay for parking when you can get average food down the street for free parking. NOW this is NOT to say this is not a place to visit when you visiting Nashville. It has COOL stuff only Nashville will have. If I had someone come to visit and ask specifically about the Hard Rock, of course I would take them. Otherwise, not so much. Not against this place, just not for it as a local.
(3)Adam K.
Place was half-empty when we walked in, and we were told there'd be a 20 minute wait. Saw at least 2 managers or expediters just standing around, as well as 2 waiters who didn't seem too busy. Maybe one of them could have waited on tables and cut down on that wait time...Cobb salad was only okay and half the cheese on the nachos wasn't melted. Go to the Memphis location to eat and stop by here just to pick up your pins.
(3)Sarah E.
The restaurant is extremely loud. Not family friendly at all, or even friendly at all if you want to have a conversation with the person you are dining with. The food is below average, nothing about our experience was enjoyable or memorable.
(2)Madison S.
Let me just start by saying our waiter Allen was AMAZING! He was very nice and was always there when we needed him. And he had only been there for 4 days! We've never been to hard rock and let me tell you it was great and we will be returning!
(5)Amanda W.
Was super excited to see Nashville's Fourth of July fireworks at their rooftop party. But it was not a full viewing of them. The building obstructed nearly half of the show. Very disappointing.
(1)Ruby R.
Don't Do It! I have been to Hard Rock Cafe's around the US in most major cities. This one is the worse. There was a large party with at least 10 kids in it. Instead of seating them all together, the parents were seated in an elevated section near the door and their pre-teen daughters were seated next to the kitchen..and our table. Not only were they running around and overall barely supervised but the manager just walked back and forth as though it was no big deal. I love kids, but on a Sunday afternoon on Labor Day weekend, we just wanted a simple meal with a normal level of activity for a family resturant. Lastly, our waiter put an asterisk on the bottom of the recipe...next too the 18% gratuity recommendation. That gave us a good belly laugh! As for the food..nothing special.
(1)Diana O.
3 stars cause I enjoyed the rooftop outside patio view and live band. Outside patio gets a different menu verses dining inside you get a bit more option. Basic american food. It was okay. Our server was new and she didn't know anything about the menu or if it was even on the menu. Our food took forever to come out. And we just ordered wings. They do have valet parking if your not wanting to look for parking.
(3)Amanda M.
We made one last stop a Hard Rock Cafe before heading to the airport back to ny. Drinks, food, service was excellent ! Even better was the bartender Logan!!! We had such a fun time. Good send off!
(5)Nina P.
Food and service is excellent, Rooftop seating was closed for dining which is the only spot really worth eating at as the layout is very odd. Store staff was super helpful and friendly, it's still a one visit stop for me.... 4 stars
(4)Tommy H.
"The Reverb Room" at the Hard Rock Cafe Nashville is one of the better rooms for music in the downtown area. "The Ledge" (the rooftop patio) is a great place for cocktails or muchies. You might have to ask the hostess how to get up there, but Check it out!
(4)Nicole M.
This is the type of place to grab a drink, not eat dinner. I came here with a large group, so I understand that there will be time delays with wait staff. But our waitress took over 30 min to take our order. Not sure if they were short staffed but then it also took a long time for drinks to come out and food to get there. And when the appetizer came out, we got the spinach and artichoke dip which I sent back because it was cold. Even the second time around it was still cold. I just gave up. On another note, I went on a Wednesday which are live karaoke nights. That part is a blast, and since it's Nashville majority of the performers can actually sing pretty well.
(2)Kevin B.
Typical. If you want the typical Hard Rock chain and to get away from Nashville, stop in here. You won't even remember you are in the Music Capital.
(3)John P.
Service was the slowest I have seen. We ordered and it took and hour to get the food on a Thursday night when it wasn't busy at all. My wings were ice cold and I sent them back. Not worth eating. The menu is limited and not worth it. With So many places to go don't waste your time at Hard Rock. .
(1)Alec S.
I ordered my food and it came back in a reasonable amount of time but, that was the last I saw my waitress and the food was tasteless and under cooked. Will not be going back for sure.
(2)Rachel R.
Eh. Our server was good. The food was mediocre. Which we probably should have expected. I ordered the twisted Mac and cheese with chicken and red peppers. It was okay, nothing to write home about. My girlfriend ordered a $30 steak that she could only eat half of. She asked for medium rare, thinking that places tend to overcook steaks a little anyway. (She eats steak a lot, probably once a week. She is not new to proper steak ordering). However this steak was RARE and cooked unevenly. We looked it up to make sure and compared. She basically just ate the edges because the center was cold. It was not medium rare. In truth, she did not say anything to the server because by the time she realized it was not cooked the way she asked, she had already eaten like a third of it (the more cooked side). She also felt bad and the server was so nice so we just didn't say anything. Can't say that I'll be hurrying back to a Hard Rock Cafe anytime soon.
(3)Alex G.
The food was okay nothing that was so great but it is what you expect when it come to a Hard Rock Cafe, The service is what I am commenting on here, it was excellent! Our server was very responsive and out going. The restaurant was clean and cold and that is what matters the most after you have been baking in the sun at CMA Festival. The only negative is that the prices seemed to be exceptionally high for this category of restaurant.
(4)Bradd G.
Had the hickory barbecue bacon burger and it was very good. Fries were seasoned nicely. Wife had a combo appetizer and her wings were great. Service was average or I would give it 5 stars.
(4)Ccl M.
Bartenders are AWESOME! Jacki is the best! Food is fantastic! Music was great. The restaurant is just amazing
(5)Melody C.
The service is excellent! I had veggie sandwich and it was amazing. I would come back again before I leave.
(4)Matt S.
Extremely slow service and overpriced food. Never asked if we wanted refills and saw server only twice entire meal.
(1)Jigna S.
We ordered the nachos appetizers and the half roast bbq chicken....huge portions! And delicious! The bbq chicken was alright, but the nachos were excellent. I haven't been to many Hard Rock cafes but I enjoyed the experience at the Hard Rock Nashville. There were photographs of famous country singers adorned on the walls and great, live music...really made you feel like you were in music country!
(4)Jessica S.
I live in Orlando, so we have fairly large Hard Rock's here and I was expecting the same while I was here. This wasn't so. It was fairly small, there was no area for a live band (that I could see), which I thought was strange considering we were in the music capital of the world. However, the staff was friendly, especially the valet who was more than happy to help direct us to our next venture. The server was kind of pushy when I didn't order a drink, but I think she was just trying to be friendly, but I was a little put off by it, because it made me feel a little guilty for not getting one, even though I was the designated driver. But the hamburger I ordered was fantastic and it was quiet besides the music playing. But it wasn't obnoxiously loud. As these places tend to be. I wish their store was a little bigger and had more merchandise. They didn't even have the special shot glass for their store! But otherwise, it was pretty much the same as all the others. I kind of feel like, if you've been to one, you've been to them all, but still a great place to eat.
(3)Queen B.
I went to see a famous musician here, during the Songwriter's festival and I have to say, it was not the best place to enjoy music. Whether it was the line outside, the way they take the tickets, the way they herd you in and everyone fights for a seat..... Nah........ I didn't like this venue, in fact, I left early. I wouldn't go back. I would avoid this place for watching performers.
(2)S S.
Our server was SO nice! The food was amazing and the drinks were even better!! I would eat here every chance I got if I lived close!! This is my go to restaurant for a trip to Nashville!! :)
(5)Robert O.
I have frequented many a Hard Rock Cafe throughout the world and I can say that this experience was not one of the better ones. My colleagues and I were in town for a conference and we decided to explore Downtown Nashville for dinner. We originally wanted to experience Demos or BB Kings, but the line for both were very long and we were hungry. We ended up at the Hard Rock Cafe and were seated immediately. I will say that the service was very good and friendly (never really had a problem with service during our stay in Nashville) but the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. I was in the mood for some nachos and ordered the Nachopalooza. My colleague ordered the spinach dip and my other colleague the potato skins. Each of us expressed disappointment when we received our dishes as there was nothing special about any of them. I asked for a side of salsa for my nachos and was informed that they do not have salsa - very strange. I ordered a draft beer which was not as chilled as I would have liked, which added to the negative experience. I suppose there was a reason why the Hard Rock Cafe had immediate seating while other places in town were packed to the max. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville - plenty of other locations to experience the local fare.
(2)Judy R.
Best drinks in town! Our bar tender/ waitress Faith was fantastic...friendly, mixes the best drinks in Nashville and a great waitress too. We each had a Jack Daniels Low Rider... Totally wonderful !! The banana-strawberry Coloda was tasty too! We had veggie burgers with salad. The burger had a huge, fresh portobello mushroom on it. The burgers were quite large and cooked just right. The salad was full of dried cranberries and bacon. Everyone was in costume for Halloween!!this is a 'must go' place when we are in Nashville,TN !
(5)Kristina A.
Good visit. Food was good, drinks were good & service was good. Will be going back there!
(4)Melissa K.
Great music, fun servers. There was about an hour wait, which we expected on a Saturday night. When you first walk in, it's really hectic and the staff seemed to be really scattered and flustered- They even forgot to give us a buzzer at first! We waited at the bar and probably should have just ordered our food to eat there, because it was a little longer than an hour wait. Once we were seated, our server was fun and gave us really good input about the menu. our ONLY complaint about the menu was that the brisket was sold out. (it was only about 7:45) They then ran out of glasses- just as I had ordered another drink. I was almost done with my meal by the time I got my new drink. You would think that a large restaurant like this would be prepared for a huge rush. Other than that, the atmosphere was fun and it was a good place to start our night.
(3)Kathie L.
The food was really good when we got the food. It took a long time to receive the food. The waiter was very absent-minded. They did not know what they were doing as far as waiting tables. I'll food was cooked to specifications. The waiter seem to think that comedy was the way to wait tables. Apparently he was mistaken. This was an extreme disappointment.
(2)Jennifer A.
The food was mediocre at best. The wait was only 30 minutes for 9pm on a Saturday night and now I know why. To add to it, the waiter had the worst B.O. He didn't write down our order and he didn't get it right. My daughter ordered a virgin pina colada, and it took almost 15 minutes just to get that. My mother got a caesar salad without chicken and it was about 1 1/2 cups of greens for $12. I don't recommend this place unless you are just wanting to say you've been to Hard Rock in Nashville.
(1)Jonathon R.
Hair in food and waiter seemed to be in a perpetual state of highness. I wish i had 4 hands So i could give this place 4 thumbs down!
(1)Lily B.
Pretty good meal. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad either.
(4)Je'Taime C.
Food was awesome! The chicken mac and cheese was VERY good! Service was very good also. Good music, good food, good service..can't go wrong!
(4)Monica D.
Not the place I would choose to stop at in the heart of Downtown Nashville but it wasn't my call and I must say, this is one of the better Hard Rock's I visited. Great setup, really nice lighting and music was great (and a bit on the loud side, which I love) I had the Hurricane, it was pretty good but too weak for my taste. I was looking for a light app and did NOT find it in the bruschetta!! Holy momma!! They give you 5 LARGE toasted bread rounds with mounds of fresh, sweet tomatoes and basil. Some of the best I've ever had...here..at a HARD ROCK! My friend had the bacon cheeseburger which was also massive and delicious.
(4)Ross M.
I've lived in nashville for a long time. I have always avoided the hard rock because of how other hard rocks have been. Huge mistake. The nashville hard rock is a great location with good food and service. Of you want to get away from the all the country music on lower broad for a bit and have some great food. This is the joint.
(4)Paul G.
Steady ship in a storm. Downpour out side and Southern Rock inside. Always have a good time, great food and awesome drinks. Haven't been in a Hard Rock in any city that disappointed us.
(5)S B.
I normally wouldn't give any Hard Rock four stars. Their food is usually bland. This Hard Rock cooked a really good burger. The server was very friendly. As others have commented, this location is sort of sparse on the decorations that Hard Rocks are known for.
(4)Robert R.
Hard rocks can be hit or miss, some are pretty good while other are very cheesy. This one ROCKS! The bartenders were great, the decor is modern, and the memorabilia was very cool. Very hard to say anything bad about this Hard Rock.
(5)Justin R.
I would not really consider this Hard Rock to be a music venue. Sure, they have some awesome Beatles memorabilia, but that's about all it has going for it. The music venue is upstairs and is very small. I am use to the Hard Rock in Orlando, that is massive. I did really like the outdoor rooftop seating, but it might have been a little nicer on a cooler night. Our waitress was really nice, but the beer selection here is next to nothing. If your looking for a light beer then you are in luck. I just stuck to vodka for the night. Parking is a pain in the ass, but they offer valet for $10, which is not bad compared to the prices at some of the near by lots. Would I go back? Yes, if a band I really wanted to see was playing, I wouldn't think twice. But, would I stop back in just to have a drink, doubtful.
(3)Aaron P.
Ate here after a Titans game. Arrived 5 mins before close and the staff was happy to seat us. Food was really good for a chain restaurant.
(4)Rachel S.
So I've never been to a Hard Rock but I get the gist of what it is trying to accomplish. Touristy edgy rock feel that has some cool memorabilia on the walls. Just a warning I do not like touristy stuff to begin with so my attitude is skewed. I sat upstairs for the Music City Mayhem promotion so if you are looking at this review to get an idea of the downstairs restaurant look to another one. Upstairs is cool, wide open on the patio that has a descent view. Beer selection is mediocre, if you like run of the mill beers they have every standard one but nothing special. The food is good but highly overpriced. My friend and I shared a burger and appetizer with 2 beers which ran us a bill of nearly $50 with tip. I could see how this is a nice family restaurant with kids of all ages to be entertained by. Also the Music City Mayhem bands were terrible, they made me want to drink and not in a good way.
(3)Stuart W.
I found this location to be the epitome of Meh-ness. This was the second stop on our friend's birthday cruise and after partying in the limo and good food and great drinks at Rumba, we were all ready to ramp the party up. Instead we came to the Hard Rock. Now don't get me wrong - its not bad. Its just not good. The drinks were were weak (perhaps they were actually a full shot, but they were so full of ice that my mojito tasted more like lime-aid than anything. The music was turned down to muzac level - in the freakin' Hard Rock? And besides the Microsoft Surface tables - which are wicked fun to play with - the ambiance of the place left all of us border and looking for the door within 15 minutes. With all the choices on lower Broadway/2nd, I'd think twice before coming in ere again.
(2)Ann K.
I had the potato skins without the bacon. (vegetarian).. They were ok, but a little pricey. Right at the end of the main drag on Broadway.. Not much to report.. Clean restrooms.. Attentive staff..
(4)Laura M.
Good food fun staff, a bit loud
(4)Kelly W.
I am a fan of HRC Nashville. The Reverb Room (music venue) upstairs has taken this establishment to another level. Being a music fan, it is always fun to visit HRCs despite their overpriced hamburgers, drinks, etc. because of the great memorabilia and vibe you get from being around it. I was slightly appalled several years ago when I discovered this particular HRC didn't offer live music... (hello, Music City?!?!) However, since the remodel and the implementation of the Reverb Room and their second story balcony, it has become a great way to experience 2nd & Broadway in Downtown Nashville. As far as the staff... always a blast, and great under the pressure of tourism. HRC Nashville is also involved in the community. During the remodel, the staff volunteered for Nashville's Live on the Green concert series, for Musicians on Call, and more. If you see a show is happenin' there, don't be frightened of downtown parking. Park in the Pinnicle Building deck in between 2nd & 3rd, and be sure to have HRC validate your parking at the retail area inside to receive a deeply discounted parking fee. Valet parking is also available.
(4)Lorraine N.
Horrible horrible food----yuck---overpriced and barely edible. I was with a group of 6 people and i tasted the twisted mac-(so not worth it and blah!) i had the goat cheese chicken sand--it was cold diced up chicken on a hard ass baggett with big chunky leaves on it ---the chicken was gross---the other gal got some type of chopped salad it appeared to be swimming in dressing---the only sensible person at the table got a burger which I would probably rather have mcdonalds for 1/8 of the price...our food all came out at different times which is really weird for a place to condone or practice.....on top of all that they forced a 18% gratuity on your bill because we had more than four people.....yeah it is safe to say hell would have to freeze over before you see me eating at a hard rock again....the best deal of the nighti WAS the valet parking for 10.00----it was the only thing that made me happy about this place-----
(1)Jerry W.
With wife on vacation. We decided to stop and eat at the Hard Rock because it seemed every other place along the strip was filled with smokers. Our waiter suggested an appetizer for lunch since all their food was such large portions. It was a wining choice. The Jumbo sampler filled us up and we saved money. The vibe was cool and the staff was very friendly and laid back, but they stayed professional.
(4)sherry c.
I noticed the clientele is aging along with the hard rock--so no young people there on this particulary Sunday. But then again, I'm in my 40's, so I guess I fit in. But I got a regular cheeseburger and fries and I have to say it was one GREAT burger. It was juicy and tasty and the bun was very soft. Definitely recommend their burgers. Will go again.
(4)Stephen F.
Kind of a let down compared to the Hard Rock in Atlanta, NYC and Baltimore. I went at lunch which may have contributed to the "not so unique" experience you would expect from eating at a Hard Rock. Given the fact they were flooded several months that may contribute as well. The servers were AWESOME though and I definitely got the southern hospitality you would look for in Nashville, TN! I was surprised at the weak beer selection.
(3)Alden C.
This cafe is in a decent location downtown but by no means what I would call where the action is at. All the same it fine. Same merchandise you find at any of their other locations except the merchandise will say Nashville on them.
(3)D L.
We had been to the HR last weekend and our server sold us on the HR's NYE private party. We decided to go with the least expensive ticket at $75 per person since we had to buy 3. We were told we would be outside, but it would be covered, heated and have a table/seating. It would also include access to the HR Café itself and the bathrooms. Luckily we had eaten prior to arriving at the HR for NYE. We were supposed to be let in at 8pm. After waiting in line the HR security finally let us in at 8:15pm. There was a very small covered area with 2 heaters. The area where the tables/seating was not covered nor were there any heaters. There was one bar and absolutely zero wait staff. We were given 2 drink tickets, but after we used those tickets we were only allowed to order from the limited bar outside. The HR had security at every door and would not allow us into the café, the bar inside or the store. We could only go to the bathroom and then had to leave. About 15 mins before midnight I went to the bathroom again and saw they were giving out champagne to the people inside. There was none provided outside nor were we given the option to purchase a glass. This was the only time in the night there was not security at the door guarding the café, so I walked into the bar and asked the bartender if I could get a couple of glasses of champagne. He looked at me in disgust and said "yeah, if you paid for it" and walked away. My badge clearly said "club level" so he knew I was not part of the $125 ticket for inside. I was completely offended. After I had just spent $100 eating there with my family on Sunday night, then another $300 for NYE. I was treated so poorly. I wasn't asking for it for free, I would have happily purchased it. I live in Nashville and am appalled that someone in our city would treat paying customers so poorly. There were 2, yes 2 heaters outside for about 100 people. It was ridiculous. Yes, we had a great view of the main stage, and yes we didn't have to fight for a bathroom, but after spending $400 at the HR in one week I would have expected to have been treated better. I was also told that the people with the $200 tickets were unhappy because they ran out of propane for the heaters upstairs on the balcony and they said the food was nothing special. Overall we had a good time, but the "private party" was a bit disappointing.

I can not imagine worse service. shames southern hospitality, is overpriced and has nothing unique to offer. KEEP ON WALKING

Don't waste your time here. I've been to dozens of HRC aroud the country and this is by far the worst service I've experienced. Music is way too loud. The manager and staff have no concern for customer comfort. Our appetizers came 5 minutes AFTER our meals. I guess the food was edible. I know the HRC has a music theme and that the music is often loud. But if you cant have a conversation with someone without screaming in their ear, then the music needs to be turned down a bit. I literally had to scream in the waiter's ear to order.

Waitress was awesome, Donna like her hair. I liked her boobs. Go figure.

We came on halloween and everyone was dressed up really cute. We've also come on a Thursday and had a great waiter... Nixon! Food came out pretty fast, the kitchen didn't cook my fajita thoroughly enough tho and the veggie burger had a weird aftertaste. But our waiter made it a great experience. We'll come again!

Just barely ok. Food was bland and not very good. Service although good was not organized and orders were not right, other peoples dirty dished were left on our table. I wouldn't rush back there

In terms of Hard Rock Cafe's this is a pretty small one. They don't have a lot of room for dining and their bar is kind of squished to one side. In the middle of the restaurant they do have a stage, where I've seen several concerts. What I don't like about it is that you can probably only squeeze 75 people in front of it, comfortably. Then everyone has to move to side, which with it's set up, makes viewing difficult. The food is typical Hard Rock food, average. There have been numerous shows I've wanted to see here that I actually considered going to, but I usually don't make it because of parking and the fact that you have to wait in line forever to get a good seat. If you're just in town to see Nashville, I'd pass on this one.

The location is great - the corner of an active nightlife. I ordered an app - lettuce with onions and chicken - you like make your own sandwich. Problem was, the chicken tasted pretty nasty, and was certainly not the best cuts. I'm pretty sure the valet left my car running for most of my meal. It was on track 8 when I gave it to him and when we left the restaurant, my car was running, and was on track 7... Other than that, the interior is cool, any music fan would love it. Lots to see.

This is my second time to this location. What can I say? It's Hard Rock Cafe! Food was good. Drinks good. We spent a bunch of money but it was worth it! It's more than an restaurant, it's a destination. Just go!

There's nothing terribly special about the Hard Rock in Nashville. That's not to say that the experience was terrible; I just didn't see what the big deal was. Sure, there was an area where merchandise was sold, but they weren't ramming it down your throats like other campy chains do. It wasn't one of those annoying TGI Friday's experiences where servers wore annoying outfits with "flair." In fact, our server was pleasant, even when he forgot to get drinks for us (despite the lack of customers the night and time we went). My burger and beer were good, and there were no incidents that night to speak of.

Not a lot to brag about here. The food was overpriced and tasted average. The coolest thing was the touch screens on the wall at the tables where you could look at memorabilia and vote on the next song choice.

There are so many other places to go in Nashville other than the Hard Rock Cafe. Don't go here unless you are on some sort of Hard Rock Cafe quest. I don't recommend it for anyone looking for authentic BBQ or anything more than burgers and fries. The ribs were awful. The service was mediocre at best, and the food was not that good. The interior is like all the other Hard Rock Cafes except for the added prominence of guitar greats like Merle Travis and other country pickin' fools. You will find that parking around this part of Nashville is difficult without having to pay for lot parking.

We've been to other Hard Rock Cafes and found them to be okay. Since we were in Music City, we thought we would give this one a try. Went for lunch. We had salads (Haystack Chicken Salad and the Smokehouse Chop Salad), both were very good. The service was excellent. We were surprised at how sparse the memorabilia on the walls was, usually the walls were packed! Certainly, should not stop you from going.

It was my first time ever going to a Hard rock cafe even though there was one in Memphis but never bothered to go. This hard rock cafe is located downtown and it's very lively. Going in the restaurant, music of original Nashville roots are played and its quiet unforgettable. I ordered a grilled salmon from the menu and our food took a while to come out but I have to say...that that was the best salmon I've ever eaten and to this day, I still want to make another trip just for the salmon.

My review is base on utilizing the space as an event venue as I have never actually had a meal here... although, I have heard from a few others that the veggie burger is quite tasty. The 2nd floor venue space is very versatile and spacious. It is well appointed with slick and modern furniture but balances nicely with rock and roll memorabilia. In addition to a great stage and acoustics layout, there is a beautiful outdoor deck that overlooks Broadway, and large bar area. The staff has always been on point here and the space can be utilized for shows, receptions, parties, and much more. I have both hosted and attended events in this space and seen it utilized for a small professional lunch event to a full blown launch party with live entertainment. The Hard Rock Cafe nailed it both times...

Good food but too loud for conversation. Our niece was in town for her birthday and wanted to go to Hard Rock Cafe. The musician guitars and other music memorabilia made the place pretty rockin cool. We went on a Saturday night and the music seemed especially loud so it wasn't great for conversation and visiting. My craving for a big ole burger and fries was definitely satisfied. The burger was huge. At least a lot bigger than I'm used to putting away because I couldn't finish it. It was a pretty good dining experience except for our clueless waiter. We had to explain everything we ordered including my glass of wine more than once. Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio are the same thing right? He kept trying until he got everything correct. Maybe he is new so we didn't let it deter us any.

Hard Rock Cafe Nashville has the best veggie burger in town. Add grilled onions and pepper jack and it's on!

This is a review for the 4th of July VIP and Parking area that is held as an event. The charge for VIP roof view was $65 per person and the parking area was $10 per person. I paid $50 for 4 adults and 2 children. Needless to say, both tickets were a hit and the area was packed. HOWEVER, NO one was able to see the fireworks. Many people like myself waited hours to enjoy the fireworks and were not made aware of the blocked view. When I asked for my money back, I was told that I signed a "contract" saying I understood the view would be blocked. I never signed anything of that sort and simply walked in and bought my tickets and that was the end of it. There was NO mention of the very limited view. I have pics of the "view" or lack thereof, and plan to post them on tripadvisor. I encourage you to go there and see it. Hundreds were ripped off on July 4th. I am very upset all my out of town guests were so excited to experience the 4th of July in Nashville, but were left with a bad taste in their mouth for the treatment at the Hard Rock Cafe. I wasn't the only irrate person that night. A couple dozen VIPs walked out very upset!

Above average service, exceptional memorabilia, very clean, and flavorful food with valuable portion sizes. Biggest down falls is very little country music and no items priced under $11. Two levels with adequate space. Definite place to go for a drink and big meal.

I've only experienced this Hard Rock location through the eyes of a corporate event. I have been a guest a several events in their private room upstairs and I have to admit, it's the best private event experience in the Broadway/stereotypical-Nashville area. The space has exposed brick, a private stage and an amazing outdoor deck overlooking Titans Stadium, Broadway and SoBro. The food for catering is really strong and filling. I love the spicy shrimp and Thai beef skewers. If you're a party/corporate planner, make this location your top choice for your company outing!

Vegan? They were able to confirm that the veggie burger is vegan, however they had no idea if their buns / bread options were vegan. I had to order the burger without a bun because they were not able or willing to verify this for me. Very disappointing.

We had fajitas and burgers that were very good we had a great server Braz. He actually got on stage and sang with the musician that was playing.

We came here twice in a four-day trip to Nashville. The first time was just for drinks and so my friend could get her commemorative cup, and the second time was for dinner. The service the first time was really fast. Granted, we just had drinks, but the server was attentive, friendly, and let us take pictures of his buttons for a challenge! The second time, the service was really quite slow. The drink speed was fine (someone else brought them out to us most of the time) but it took about 45 minutes for the food to get to our table. And the waitress took a long time to actually get the order, too. The actual food looked good, however. Typical Hard Rock menu! Overall, I would go back again--strong drinks, great ambiance, and my friend got her glasses. It does have a lot less memorabilia than the other Hard Rocks I've been to, though!

It's the typical Hard Rock but for some reason it didn't focus upon the country music scene of Nashville. They were playing a ton of 80's songs and videos which made for a rocking night. Out waitress was fantastic. Full of personality and was more than happy to split our checks (all 12 of us) as it was a business related dinner. The drinks were made the right way but no way am I into those fruity cocktails. Make it a Jack on the rocks, a double. Food is the standard American fare but I chose the chicken lettuce wraps since I don't eat grains. Pretty good but definitely not enough lettuce to make my wraps. Overall, it's a good place for the standard food that you want. Overall, Nashville is pretty much a tourist trap city and was disappointing as a whole.

When you think of Hard Rock, you don't necessarily think of family, but the 4 of us were traveling and it had been a while so we decided to go for it. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the Mojito I had was one of the best ever, and I think because we were there early for dinner around 6pm, the place wasn't too crowded or too loud for us to enjoy a nice family dinner.
