Went in a few weeks ago to get a pizza pretty late at night. The guy working went above and beyond. It was very cold so we waited in the heated car and this guy came out to the car to hand us the pizza. Completely not necessary, but awesome. Food quality was great too!

This was my first time ordering from this Domino's and the experience was absolutely terrible. I called to make a simple order and was on the phone for 15 minutes with the associate trying to explain that my phone has an out of state number but in fact I live in Nashville. After confirming I was in Nashville, it took 5 minutes to explain where I lived which is only a half mile. The associate said it would be 30 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called and there was no record of my order. I again had to replace my order. This time I was asked if I could pick it up. I had ordinarily ordered delivery but was puzzled when I asked for pick up. I won't order from here again.

OMG, I'm on bed rest and I had to get out of my bed. To take two pieces of chicken and about ten pieces of pasta back to them. The manager said what ordered is portioned out. And I told her I get the Chicken Alfredo dish on lebanon road all the time. And they have always filled the tin bowl up. I spent $18.00 dollars. On SAMPLES. I won't order from this one AGAIN!

Awful service. I am a loyal customer and they kept me waiting almost 2 goes for my pizza. I get 30minutes but when I called at the hour mark they acted like it was on its way and lied to me when you could tell it wasn't even in the oven. I even called this place multiple times, no apology for taking forever, no problems with leaving the customer in the dark about a simple pizza. When it finally arrived it was completely wrong. Called three HQ and got the run around. I didn't rip anyone a new asshole nor did I demand anything, just wanted to pass along the poor service. Go someplace else for pizza, these bums aren't worth it. Their manager is usually pretty cool, he must not work their anymore.

I'm so done with this place. Every time I order from here, the food is terrible. My pizza is always burnt. The wings are always undercooked. It's like they really don't care. I really hate that this is one of the few places that delivers pizza to my area, because they really suck. The delivery drivers are usually just as bad, but every now and then I'll get a good one. Overall, I'm done spending my money here. I'd advise you all to do the same unless you like the taste of raw meat and burnt cheese.

Terrible. Always a huge wait for no good reason. I've waited hours for pizza and eventually end up canceling them. They're rude when you cancel your order too.

My asocial streak kicked in hard this evening and I decided I'd like to deal with as few humans as possible in order to handle the dinner thing. Oh, and I'm on a wheat-free diet. What to do? Solution: online ordering from Domino's! Wrong. 100% wrong. I sit here having consumed a gluten-free* pizza that was both burned and cold, delivered to my home half an hour after the delivery time that was promised both by the website and the gentleman who called to confirm my order. Not long before it arrived, I called the store back to see if they knew where my pizza might be; the person who answered either couldn't find my order or simply assumed a lack of intelligence on my part. ("You ordered online? Are you sure it was from here?" No, I just picked a random Domino's to call.) I get it, it's Saturday night, but two people told me it was going to get here 30 minutes before it did. And then it was burnt. And cold. And I was super-hungry so I ate it anyway. The only positive was that I paid less for it than I would have otherwise because there was an online coupon, but it's not enough to make me bump up a star. *Gluten-free, in that the crust is not made with gluten-containing ingredients. I am assuming cross-contamination like no one's business, as Domino's website repeatedly advised me to do, but my dietary needs don't get down to the particle count level for now.

Horrible service, they always mess up my order and aren't very nice about fixing it. I would suggest papa johns or a different dominos location.

Do I HAVE to give this garbage establishment a star? It deserves none. Not sure why I decided to order from Domino's in the first place, but I wanted some boneless chicken and it was the only place open for delivery. I ordered online, which should omit human error in taking the order, but unfortunately it seems to be that Domino's employees cannot read, so I probably would have been better off calling to order. Anyways.... My food arrived, driver assured me that all my sauces were in the box, and he ran off to his car. I open the box and 1/2 my sauces (which you have to pay additional money for..) were missing. Normally, I wouldn't care, but I ordered just for my chicken and I wanted my chicken with my sauce so I called and told them. About 2 hours after placing the order, I finally received my sauces but by that point in time my chicken was cold. Additionally, pizza tastes like crap. I will NEVER order from any Domino's location again, EVER. There are literate people who need jobs that could do a 300% better job, not to mention Domino's food is just NASTY overall. Horrible, horrible experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN. even in desperate times, I would rather starve. Ugh.
