Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Fantastic price for a buffet- it was about $16 for two of us. The service is very good, friendly, quick with drinks and refills, constantly changing out food trays that are old or empty. The food was good, pretty standard for a Chinese Buffett- don't look for anything authentic but if you want americanized-but-yummy, slightly salty food it's good. Good vegetarian options too.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review of China King Buffet. During my last visit, I discovered chicken feathers in my food! Yes, chicken feathers! I guess they must kill the chickens themselves and someone was a little lazy with the plucking. This completely grossed me out and I don't think I'll be returning. Definitely not as sanitary as I originally thought. Yuck! Beware of feathers!

There is never anyone in the restaurant, and its empty, echoing cave-like space can be a little off-putting. Don't let that dissuade you. Every time I've been here, it's been lateish in the evening (what can I say, that's when I want cheap chinese) and much of the buffet has been empty. That seems like it would be a problem, but it's not at all- the proprietors are such sweethearts, they will ask what we want, make it fresh, and put it out on the buffet. They'll do this for lots of things- I got the impression that they were perfectly willing to fill or make fresh every single thing on the bar for us, if we asked. In fact, though, I just asked for fresh lo mein and fresh pepper shrimp, both of which were delivered tasty, fresh, and hot. They also have a small selection of sushi- nothing amazing, just some crab leg and avocado- still, not bad for an 8 dollar all you can eat establishment. They also do take out by the pound- something I've taken advantage of when i arrive near closing. The price of that is comparable, for me, to the all you can eat. I spend about the same amount of money, and eat it all in one sitting.

If you're looking for fresh Chinese food, look elsewhere. This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first experience was later at night, so I didn't expect too much. This time was much earlier in the evening on a Saturday night. Food was bland, unfresh, and completely overcooked. The staff continue to stir all the buffet pans until the food is gone rather than replace items that have sat there for what seems like forever. I was also quite turned off by the little notes they put on each table, which state "Only serve yourself what you will eat. You will be charged for wasting food." Not cool. I will never return (nor recommend) this place to anyone!

My family and I were the only people inside having dinner and we're from Atlanta by the way. Looks like the foods has been sitting out for a while and some were just sitting out with nothing on the pan. All they made brand new for us was the lo mein. I'm never going there again!

Hovering between 2 and 3 stars, standard buffet fodder, desperate for food on a road trip back to town along the 31, Prince's would have taken too long, we chose carefully, plain non heavily sauced items and some hard boiled eggs and some shrimp. My stomach cramped badly, I will not be back but it was cheap $7.95 per person and there when we needed it or Pablo may have chewed his arm off.
